there was long hair on the folded towel, shower handle broken, floor had a spill next to the small couch, control for the tv was dead, hallways stinked so bad like must and weed, booked for a king bed and gave us two queens instead this is the second time this has happened. No longer coming here again

Stayed 2 days. Everything was great, just as the last time. The only tiny complaint that I had this time was that there was a strong odor of weed in the elevator and down the hall. Staff was very nice, so overall it was, a good stay.

Nice room and space for the price, property well maintained. Housekeeping could be a little more detailed - there were hairs in the corner of the bathroom and folded into the towels. Otherwise, good stay.

The kitchen was fully equipped - even with a papertowel roll. The bathroom was immaculate, the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Can't say enough great things.

The room smelled like marijuana or some other smoke. It was loud even on the top floor. TV remote has Netflix but when you click it it’s not available. My phone & watch chargers did not work in ANY outlet but worked just fine at the Hilton. The staff were very friendly & professional. That is the only thing keeping me from giving one star. It’s also a bad look when an amputee is wheeling around the lobby all day like it’s a homeless shelter. I deal with this at work & don’t need it when I just want to sleep & go back to it. Very disappointed. Won’t go back EVER

Property was great. $16 per night parking was a surprise when checking in. Did not see this when booking and staff didn’t even mention at check in. Read it ourself on the parking ticket.

The property was situated in a well lit and safe area, right by the freeway. Upon checking in, the front desk guy was friendly and checked us in with ease. The room we got smelt like death. There was a weird smell inside that started to make us feel sick. I requested a new room and the front desk guy was able to accommodate us with a new room which was way better than the first one. The pillows were too soft but the bed was okay. I liked having the Dove amenities in the bathroom. No smell in the new room and both rooms were clean. It was just the weird smell in the first room that threw us off. Due to that, I’d rate the stay 7/10.

Cons: Expedia advertised the room incorrectly as a “twin bed” room (even though the hotel only has queen/king beds only), the room incidentals is $50 per day, paid parking per day ($14/day per car) although cost comes out of incidentals instead of an extra charge, weird luggage carts that look like like shopping carts that don’t carry much luggage, no swimming pool, and no free breakfast/restaurant on property (though allowed to go to Courtyard Bistro next door).

Staff was perfect. Let me check in early and it was very accommodating. Only thing was when we checked out the housekeeping were everywhere and I get they need to do their jobs but we were bumping into floor signs all the way out. But they don't beautiful job.

The property seemed clean but had a bad smell to it. Room was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The laundry room and fitness center were excellent conveniences for longer stays. I also loved the snack and drink section near the lobby, along with the coffee bar, which added extra comfort. The only downside was the TV, which was very basic with limited channels and lacked modern streaming or screen-mirroring options. Overall, this was a clean, comfortable, and practical extended stay that I would absolutely recommend.

I thought is was a very great choice to stay there, it was very close to my appointment the next day which was perfect. If i have to stay somewhere in that same area I will stay there. Spotless lobby area with plenty of choices of frozen meals for your in room kitchenette and fresh coffee 24/7. Extra kind and accommodating staff and a self serve laundromat. I feel very secure here, comjng and going at different hours of day and night.

Everything about the room was wonderful except the body soap did have a weird smell to it after like mildewy the staff was wonderful. Everything else was wonderful.

The kitchen was fully equipped, and the hotel was pet friendly. However, there were no hangers to hang clothes, and the toilet paper holder was missing.

I was traveling for work reasons and got the King bedroom with kitchenette. It was very spacious, comfortable and had everything I needed, the only issue was that I didn't see that they charge $14/day for parking which is pretty steep.

The Manager there made up lies an was rude i asked her what the number was to corp. an she laughed and said it dont matter they are just going to call me an smerked at me

The check in was good. That is all, they put me on a floor with homeless tenants. A fight broke out at 2:30 am in the hallway. Why do you put the paying consumers on the same floor with the consumers who have vouchers. Do you really think we dont know our eyes don see. I WANT A REFUND. Another consumer complained about the fight as well. The stay was poor. The question wS asked about the check in, not the stay.

Overall the stay and room were perfect. Only downside was that when I booked the room and chose the option to pay at the hotel. I was charged the day prior $151.04 and day of before arriving I was charged again $151.04 when the total for the stay was $280.05. I called and asked why I was charged so much and I was told the system made an error and I was not supposed to be charged twice and they were waiving the $100 deposit. We get to the hotel and I was charged another $78. I asked the front desk agent what the charge was for because I was already charged the full amount and then some. She explained it was the remainder for the stay and then I explained what had happened and that the $100 fee was supposed to be waived and she had no notes for that. So we spoke to a manager in the morning because we were promised the deposiy to be waived. The manager explained the deposit can't be waived under any circumstances for the security of the room to be in good order, which is understandable. She did however lower our stay amount for the inconvenience. I did not get her name but I thank the kind and friendly staff at this hotel for helping me out with my concerns. The room was great, clean and spacious. We traveled as a group of 3 but the room we booked is enough for 4. The hotel is pet friendly considering we heard a dog barking from the room across from us. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook a meal instead of eating out which was nice.

The kitchen only had 1 fork, 1 spoon and 2 knife’s. Only 1 drinking glass. There were plenty of throw away coffee cups that we used for most everything. I’m sure if I had called the front desk they would have brought up whatever we needed. There should be 2 of all dishes and flatware since there was two of us in the room. All in all it was very good. Will stay there again.

Elevator wasnt working. Trash left in the hallways. Trash left by elevator. The hallways stunk from different foods from all the rooms. Elevator was not swept or mopped the 5 days I was there. I will not stay there again.

Very basic hotel.

Everything was neat and clean. The room didn’t have any weird smells or stains. The kitchen was organized, cleaned and well stocked. The bed was nicely made and very comfortable. It was a perfect stay. It is close to the freeway and a lot of eateries. I will be rebooking and definitely recommend.

Wanted to request a cancellation due to the room not being advertised online correctly. Room was super small. Had a really weird smell was not clean sink was clogged up.

I had a bad delay at my airport and had to stay overnight Candlewood changed my stay to 2 days instead of 3

They advertise full kitchen but it was not equipped at all: there was no toaster at all, the pots and pans were very cheap and we tried to make scrambled eggs but they stuck to the bottom. Also they only had 2 each of spoons and forks, even though the room accommodates 4 ppl. so we had to eat by turns. We hope the management will easily take care of this. There was only 1 chair in the room to sit on, 2 chairs would be nice to be able to sit at the table and eat.

Due to an emergency trip to Loma Linda, I found that Candlewood Suites was the best place that was down the street from the hospital. Marco was such a blessing when I checked in. He was also working the following evening when my sister came and needed an extra parking pass. He was not only spot on with customer service, but was very empathetic when he learned of the passing of my sibling who had been at the hospital. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Management was not on site, only given a financial threat, if not paid will be put on a “NO RENT” hotel lists. I’ve always left the room in the same cleanliness as I found it, if not cleaner. I’d like to challenge for full refund or credits and if not I’ll just leave negative reviews on all platforms. This is only directed at staff at Candlewood suites.

Room and bathroom very dirty, you can run your finger on the Floor and get dirt/residue easily. Customer service was terrible, Attendant Marco made suggestive remarks toward Me and My guest such as "here for a Good time i see" and ignored our concerns. Cetains areas of the building smelled of orders or smoke. Worst HIG hotel i have ever been too. The Building is decent and the rooms have full mini kitchen which was a plus, though for the price, poor service, rude Attendant, dirty room, much better choices next door or near by. Hotel is should be priced as an 80$ Motel and not a 150$ room, also be aware they charge a parking fee that they do not tell you about until checking out.

Problem with no one at front desk after hours- calls went to voicemail, couldn’t check out early in the morning and no one did a wake up call , even though requested the night before as my room phone was disconnected- luckily my iPhone alarm worked.

Good location, only the mattress in the room was very uncomfortable. A huge body impression on the mattress made it very uncomfortable to sleep. It was a king bed and it was right in the middle. Also the AC was making a weird and loud noise. I would return but i wouldn't choose the same room.

Room smelled of smoke, when we left after staying one night all of our clothes and other fabrics smelled like smoke. Areas of the room were clean, but floor and kitchen area was dirty.

Beautiful, brand new hotel. The only thing I will say is this: this weekend you were catering to the dog fancy and our event. Please put one little island with just grass outside. You have too many plants out there that are toxic to dogs!

The room is decent, the staff were nice. However, this is the third time I've stayed here, and each time it's gotten worse. This last stay, someone had a dog in the room that barked all night, then the neighboring rooms were loud, throughout the night, pounding, banging and constant noise in the hallway. When I left the following morning, there were a lot of towels, and trash outside of the next room in the hall. I don't know what was going on, however this will be my last time visiting.

The room was very nice but the staff was rude. I also left my headphones on the table and called to ask if I could retrieve them and the woman hung up and wouldn’t answer my call again. These people must have kept them because now they’re not showing up on find my devices.

I brought my frenchie to stay with me. I appreciate the pet friendly stay and how it’s lighted up around the building making it easier for me to take my dog out for walks around when needed. I do like the kitchen and being able to cook and the big fridge. I also like how they have a snack area to buy things. Great location, close to Costco, Sam’s Club, Trader Joe’s, and Sprouts. We had a great stay!

The entire staff was very kind. The rooms are perfect with a small kitchen area. Our family was in town for a soccer tournament and the weather was extremely rainy was very nice to have free access to the laundry room for the soccer uniforms.

they're trying hard and we're going back again in a few weeks but there was no kleenex, no paper towels in the kitchen and there was a full waste basket full of trash left under the kitchen sink.

The room was comfortable and clean. They only perform housekeeping services every five days, which means no clean towels and no made bed for that period (unless specifically requested--unfortunately I did not know this policy until after I left). They also charge an outrageous daily fee for parking, which I believe is rather ridiculous for the area.

The only thing I did not like was housekeeping is only available once a week. There were some minor things falling apart in the room such as the paper towel rack, a hinge from a cabinet, and the shower handle came loose. Other than that it was very comfortable and convenient and the check in process was excellent.

This place is one of 2 places my husband and I stay when we come down. Free wash and dry is always a plus. The staff is friendly. They seem to be under staffed at the moment which means you have to call the operator for after hour's help. If you need to check in after 9pm its best to call and let them know. There is no complimentary breakfast but the complimentary coffee is very good.

well, the "friendly " check in staff knowingly put my wife and i directly beneath a room full of seemingly unsupervised rambunctious children. they ran from one end of their room for hours on end (not exaggerating in the slightest) and up and down the hallway. when i finally called the front desk, after tolerating it for an hour and a half, the person admitted that she knew the kids were out of hand and had been the night before question: in such a beautiful property, one that we plan to stay at again in two weeks, why weren't these unruly guests told to leave the property and not to come back. UNBELIEVABLE!!

The room was exactly as advertised. It came with a full size refrigerator/ dishwasher it had a stove top to cook with all cooking pots and pans / utensils. Microwave. The bathroom was absolutely breathtaking with a beautiful walk in shower with glass door . The lighting was amazing around the mirror, it also had full size pump bottles of dove products to shower with and wash hair seriously no need to pack shampoo or body wash. Ok so the coffee was out of this world . And coffee is so important to start the day . They have a coffee machine in the lobby that the guest has access to 24/7 . Oh also the parking was free even though it stated there was a $14 a day charge . There was not. Parking was easy and I parked in the back , there is a door you can access with the room key to get in . I am definitely going to return ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, it’s always really clean and friendly staff. But this time we got stuck in the elevator. We were stuck in there for about an hour, it was really hot they had to call the firefighters to help us get out. It was ridiculous
