The check-in agent was on personal phone call through the process. First for everything! The breakfast was below par. Will not be stopping at this hotel in the future

The Commodes were too low to floor for seniors that have bad knees and back. Also the TV channels tucked. They could have had antenna stations would have been better.

Breakfast was great each morning! Staff was friendly and coffee bar was top notch! My only complaint was the shower. It needed a really good cleaning! Hit water was HOT! Overall a great stay!

The restroom in my room was filthy and it had a strong urine odor, I immediately went to swap rooms. The new room looked decent and the restroom odor wasn't as bad/strong. Unfortunately when I got ready to jump in the shower there was a very dirty rag and long hairs, to me these where signs that they didn't even clean the shower. I immediately sent the pictures to the person on site via text and they offered to move me to another room, unfortunately I was unpacked and I was ready for bed. Terrible and disgusting experience I ever had.

The hotel was extremely clean and was beautiful inside. It was perfect for our over night stay. The staff that checked us was very pleasant and welcoming.

The room was disgusting. The bathroom clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly and I believe the bites I have on my body are from bed bugs.

Bathroom shower doors looked dirty. I asked someone else if their shower doors looked the same, or if I was being picky. She said she requested to be moved to a new room and shower looked the same. Carpets were dirty in the hallway and it smelled like mildew.

When I got there to check in no one around. Went out got my bags came back & still no one around, no bell to ring. I called out no answer. Finally he came from a room down the hall.

Room was good, could use a carpet cleaning, but overall good. Hallway on our floor was not air conditioned. AC worked, but was showing 65 degrees F and felt more like 72. Not sure what’s up with that. Breakfast had traditional eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, grits and cereal.

I was thoroughly disgusted!

Everything was great other than dampness and a musty smell coming from our air conditioner, which we needed to keep cool.

The staff was very very honest and assisted in finding a lost wallet. Thank you so much!! The entry door to the room was sticky and hard to close.

They ran out of food for breakfast (2) times. The shower was in need of repair and looked in poor condition.The TV remote control did not function properly and needed to be repaired. I did not feel that the cost of the room was worth the $125.00 per night. I expected more from Hamptom Inn than what I received. I have stayed at this property before and I was satisfied with what I received; but, not this time. I hope repairs are made for the next guests, so that they are not disapointed like I was.

The front desk last was awesome at check in .Got in the room and we had no hot water called the front desk they sent maintenance he said cause no one one has been in the room in awhile but it we noticed it haded been clean there was poop on the trash can .We could sleep on the bed linen cause it look like it was nasty had stains all over it .The Shower went out again we had no hot water that night when we got back in so when we got up we had it .The people upstairs made so much noise and it stunk threw the hallways .we will never stay at this hotel again

Fast check in, clean, quiet room.

I was not sure if is was children playing or if was a dog playing with a ball. I fell asleep but my sister said they kept her up. I should have called the front desk but I didn't. I will stay here again in my travels

Then we checked out they ask my name when we turned keys. Did not even have us registered in that room. Will not stay at this Hampton inn again

We were traveling with our dog and the room we had was at the end of the hall by a side entry door (Key required) this worked very well for us. The complimentary breakfast was good and most importantly, opened promptly at 7:00AM to assists our earliest possible departure. The hotel is in good condition, but the shower door did not want to stay closed while showering and the shower grout and shower floor did reflect some age.

All was good, except I was charged twice for the sane stay. I wanted to use a different card when I arrived. The employee did not remove the previous charge from the site, but added another charge from the hotel itself. Hope this is cleared in the next few days

Took a half hour to fix the double charge the front desk clerk did. Then there was a cockroach above the front door in the first room, then got moved to another room. Also, please fix the beeping fire alarm that was beeping last month when I stayed there. Last time for me.

The employee working the front desk was friendly. The lobby area was OK. That ends the positive comments. The elevator, hallways, and room were filthy. The carpets were stained. There was food everywhere. The shower was disgusting. The bathroom floor looked at though it hadn't been mopped in ages. The breakfast bagels were stale. There were no washcloths. We could only have 1 key as they were rationing them. I am amazed that this hotel is actually a Hampton Inn. It was more in line with what I would imagine a $40 a night hotel would be. Very disappointed in Hampton Inn not evaluating the quality of this hotel. I would never stay there again and I certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone. Yes, I read the lukewarm reviews...but for 1 night I had no idea it could be that bad. It was terrible.

When i checked in the FDC asked if she could give me 1 key because they were short on key cards. When i got to my room the FDC had sent me a text advising me to text if i needed anything. I immediately found all of the towels and wash cloths stained and dirty. It was like they were not washed from the previous guests, just refolded. SO DISGUSTING. I sent the FDC a text, no reply. I called Guest Services, no answer. I gathered all of the items and put them into a bag and took them downstairs. I was told they were out of wash towels and the large ones to dry off. So, i was given more dirty stained small size wash cloths. People were sitting in the lobby but they didnt look like guests. I later realized that there are homeless people living behind the hotel. That was the view out my window. I bypassed the breakfast bar because it looked disgusting. This hotel should not be open or branded as a Hilton property. I will never go back there!

Not friendly, not helpful, NEVER st ay here. We booked on hotels.com. They had a problem on their end. Despite having a confirmation number and a RECEIPT showing we paid, they wouldn't let us into the room until WE figured it out. Waited to speak to someone from hotels.com for over an hour and then another hour to get it resolved--AT MIDNIGHT with a child. The front desk called the owner and he said to make us figure it out. What a jack--s.

Upon entering the room, I noticed a white comforter on the bed with several stains. Upon request we were given another comforter. It was clean. The shower gel container in the shower was empty. Hair was found in the shower, only 2 towels . The furniture was old, and the table was not clean. It had old coffee spills on it. I was shocked that a Hampton inn was in This condition. The staff was friendly. I would not stay here again.

Clean and comfortable. Stayed in a 2 queen bed room, and we were pleased with the clean room and comfort of beds. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast bar leaves nothing to be desired and was the only downfall to the stay, next time we'll just eat out for breakfast.

Our room had a mildew smell. The digital key wasn't available and the were only able to give one physical key.

We were first given a room that already had somebody in it. Then we went back to the desk, got a different room and the TV didn't work. By that time it was late we just went to bed. Got up early and left.

Front desk was not helpful at all. Manager was off for The Weeknd and the front desk clerk that wears the mask was not helpful at all. She claimed she could not do anything without her manager permission who was not answering the phone. Someone should have been in place to make decisions. Even corporate was not helpful.

Great service, great room. Other than a problem with our door lock that ended up taking three people to fix, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. So impressed with how hard everyone worked to correct our lockout hiccup!

Although the staff there was very nice the fact that the pool was not open and was very dirty was a negative. Unfortunately the app will not allow me to add a picture of the pool.

We just needed a place to stay on our drive down to Florida, so it was fine. But the hotel room was a little on the dirty side. It could have used a good vacuum and the tub was a bit dirty. But it was fine to sleep for one night.

The room was not clean. There was a hair and bugs in the shower. The toilet seat was broken and hair in the sink. The floors were not clean and the room was extremely dusty. I will not stay here again

The AC made too much noise

The shampoo dispenser was empty. The electric outlet in bathroom didnt work so I had to use blow dryer in the actual room and disturbed sleeping son. There was a towel that had no thread...almost a hole.

Got to our room and we had 1 towel and no wash cloths. Had to go down to the front desk and get them. Another guest was doing the same thing. Ok for the most part but not as nice as other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at. Breakfast was pretty good.

My only issue was there was hair all over the shower/tub walls and on the sink handles.

Has mold in the bathroom no Sofia bed like the pictures shows no walk in showers at the facility only in king rooms . Rooms was dirty and mold in the tub

Hotel appears to be relatively new and was clean. Disappointing to see what appeared to be a water leak that occurred in the ceiling in the room this new hotel that has not been repaired. The front desk was not particularly friendly, and had a countenance on her face that indicated she had little desire to be there. In her defense, did she have anyone in management to support her if she has to take a phone call to schedule a reservation while two people are physically waiting in line to check in? Nevertheless, a greeting, and “I will be with you in a minute”, perhaps even a smile, would’ve made check-in more pleasant. Please also increase the water temperature. After running the shower for five minutes, the water temperature was warm at best.

Stayed one night traveling. It was very clean and staff was very pleasant. Would stay again if in this area.

Bed sheets were stained, housekeeping told us on our second day that they didn’t have anymore clean wash cloths. There was NO toilet paper in the room when we arrived. We had to call down to the front desk to get a roll of toilet paper. Front desk clerk was extremely nice.

The guy at the front desk was doing a great job, but wasn’t able to make our room key. He had other guests, & had to personally bring us to our room! Later brought our keys! I felt bad for him! It shouldn’t be that difficult! No ice bucket in room. Staff was amazing & so friendly!

Check in was slow. Only one person on the desk, who was on the phone when we arrived, and didnt even acknowledge us, even though they were clearly only on hold. After waiting until they were done their call to check us in, the room key didnt work in our lock! We had to go back to reception. By now the one person was checking in an entire baseball team!! When they finally got to us again they said that the lock is often faulty and might need to be “recharged”!!

The bathtub area was not an acceptable standard of cleanliness and comfort...you need to replace it...cauking around it filthy...tub cracked in 2 places!

Room looked clean but there was no toilet paper and the toilet seat and lid were up. Only 1 wash cloth in bathroom. It made me wonder if the room cleaning was completed. Front desk gave me TP and washcloths. Everything else was fine.

The bathroom had something sticky on the counter and floor. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom and only 1 cup for 2 people. The staff was very friendly!

Only to be constructive I will mention that the caulking around the tub could use some fixing (as can my own tub at home :) and the hall’s vacuumed (which I am sure would be a full time job for someone:) Thanks for being there when we needed to rest our heads!

Quiet but comforter had spots, house keeping mentioned they only come every 4 days and shortage on towels. Also wasn’t mentioned pool was closed for the season and it was 80 degrees during my stay. Breakfast subpar

My only complaint was if you offer a washer and dryer have enough quarters on hand for them to be used! I had to go hunt down quarters at walmart.

Hotel was nice not the bed. If you wanted to cuddle perfect, mattress sunk in the middle. Not the best for sleeping

Reserved room not provided. Not cleaned or stocked with any toilet paper. Request new room. Told fully booked and no other rooms available. Waited for housekeeping, no show, had to call again. And miraculously after personnel shift change (11:30pm) new, clean room was provided.
