Very clean, nice location for tired travellers. Breakfast was really good too. The only complaint I have is they do not have refrigerators in the rooms, they have what they call "coolers." What is a cooler? It looks like a refrigerator but only runs for 2 hours before requiring you to push the run button again. So, all your stuff gets hot while you sleep unless you get up every 2 hrs and push the button inside. When I pay what I paid to stay somewhere one night or 10, I want a REAL refrigerator please.

Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, breakfast good, only problem was elevator was out when we arrived had to walk up stairs have bad back was painful for me. Elevator out!

I love everything especially the nice clean air throughout the hotel. the room was great just as the pictures, spacious room. the receptionist was very sweet, bubbly, she also took her time with each customer as in not rushing one for another. I will definitely be visiting again. NOTHING I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS!

As for the room, it was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was inconsistent and did not cool the room through the night. If you need quiet, be warned a train goes by around 2am on a Sunday night.

The USB outlets were worn and provided low-low power The A/C unit was VERY LOUD The A/C controls were worn and not easy to use The 'refrigerator' was barely the size of a cooler.

Only thing was disappointed was the food.

great hotel a must stay

The room was very clean however sleeping was difficult as the HVAC was extremely noisy and we couldn’t find a way to turn it off. The fan and outlets in the bathroom did not work. There was mold around the window.

My only “complaint” would be that the mattress for the fold up bed in the couch was so incredibly thin and uncomfortable, we couldn’t even let our kids sleep on it.

The hotel was very very clean and well taken care of! My family enjoyed our short stay here. All of the staff was exceptionally friendly and the lobby was warm and welcoming with even a Christmas movie on the television. Breakfast was great also!

The property was fine but my room needed repairs wall paper pealing parts of the wall looked as though it had been patched poorly the room had a strong smell of dog the lady at the front desk named Alesha did not speak smile or anything after I said hello and when I left she just leaned on the desk looking at television I said have a nice day she still did respond smile or anything this isn’t the first time I’ve had a experience like this at a Marriott I don’t think I’ll be staying at another one my bag and my clothes smelled like dog after I left I had to spray everything down just gross.

There didn’t work , asked for housekeeping never received it and the shower head didn’t work .

We got turned away due to unavailable rooms, Hotels.com had available rooms, Unfortunately, they tried calling but no number was available, they should have tried emailing they had that information. Or cross reference o see if I was a Marriott member (which I am).

The stay was good, but we were suprised that in the morning as we were getting ready to leave a house keeper knocked on the door to see if we were gone yet. And this was at about 9-930am and we had til 11 to check out.

Not that great need to improve

Undoubtedly the worst hotel stay of my life. Booked two rooms for two nights. Issues in room1 with door unlocked and TV on when we arrived, toilet not flushing(staff indicated that at least 3 other rooms reported same on that night), poor shower pressure, shower not draining. In room2, the TV did not work and when finally resolved the Welcome banner on the screen indicated a name unrelated to anyone in our party. In the room, no one took their shoes off as both the bathroom floor and even the carpet in areas was 'sticky'. I was stuck in an elevator one evening for about five minutes until jumping finally seemed to let me operate the controls and get to another floor where the door would open. Staff did not seem very concerned nor did they put up signage. Other guests were still getting stuck on a later day. Complete lack of staff one evening for a time; I couldn’t get an answer on the phone so I went down to find two different parties waiting to check in and no staff was around. Sunday after we had checked out, a Front desk personnel called and made a big deal that they were going to refund part of my stay. The amount refunded was insignificant. Very surprised for a Marriott property.

We were happy staying here on most levels but we were concerned about loiterers in the parking area in front of hotel sitting in their cars. Were concerned something could happen to our vehicle. Breakfast was fantastic! Clean and comfortable inside!

It’s a perfect stay for our family of 5. No one had to sleep on the floor.

Great location but it was very noisy on my floor during my stay. Also the system was down so so couldn’t get a room key until the next day although a staff person was able to walk me to a room upon checking in and let me in.

Hotel room lacked hot water. Tiny ironing board. Fitness room was hot.

Hotels was nice, friendly staff, very clean but the beds are so uncomfortable. I’ve been in pain all day with my back after staying there last night. I def wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because the beds are terribly uncomfortable.

TV and Wi-Fi did not work as expected.

We were told during check-in that breakfast ended at 9;30 am. The hotel website also states this. We arrived downstairs the next morning at 9:05 am to find out all the breakfast had been removed. The attendant could sense our surprise and informed us the breakfast ended at 9;00 am. Before I could respond, the attendant stated that “the website says breakfast ends at 9:30 am but it is wrong”. We informed the clerk about this at checkout. A quick and simple breakfast before getting back on the road the next morning was the biggest reason we chose this hotel. Serious let down.

We stayed one night- on our way to Florida. Lovely property. Easy check in and the front desk was friendly and answered all our questions. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The only complaint is we could hear the guests walking around their room above us in the night. Despite that, we would stay again.

This was unacceptable. Especially for the price per night we paid.

Fabulous! Well lit, squeaky clean, spacious dining area overlooks outside pool. White bed linens and attractive clean carpeting. While there are enough standard fare dining options nearby check travel sites for local restaurants 10 min drive. Lots of hot breakfast choices, noon checkout.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Comfy beds and it was quiet. Close to lots of shopping and a variety of restaurants to eat from. Will definitely be coming back.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites at Locust Grove was conveniently located near my family so I didn't have a long distance to drive to visit them. Check in was done prior to my arrival and everything was ready. I was able to pick up room cards and head back out to my family's house for the start of the weekend festivities. The price for the room could have been better. I really believe that if I'd called the actual hotel that I would have gotten a better rate. The breakfast could have been better. I had the biscuits and gravy and the biscuits had hard parts in them. The orange juice was orange water.

Never again will i stay at this hotel. I booked a king suite a month in advance, however upon check-in i was informed that the only room available was a totally handicapped accessible room. On of the lamps did not work. I found a roach in the bathroom. On of the lamp covers was cracked. The shower had no water pressure. When i asked for a refund or discount they told me there was nothing they could do since i booked with a third party!! Angry to say the least!!
