Reviews
The hotel staff is consistently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, the hotel's facilities, particularly the rooms, are frequently criticized for being outdated and in need of maintenance.

- Maintenance issues in rooms

It was clean and could park close to the door. A/C didn’t work in my room. Guest WiFi didn’t work at all.
- 4/5
The staff was fantastic. We had a problem with the AC in our room and they moved us to another room very quickly. The hotel went through recent renovations and it looks great. Breakfast was also good. Pricing is very reasonable. Totally will recommend it.
- 3/5
I arrived and was told they had an airport shuttle so I scheduled a ride. I double checked before going to bed and in the morning at 4:25am was told they don’t have a shuttle and whoever I spoke to was incorrect. I had to scramble and pay for an uber. If you want budget friendly this is nice but definitely don’t recommend and won’t be staying again

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The night staff was friendly, and as helpful as they could be with the poor hotel conditions. No A.C and the repair man told us there has been no working AC since December (so they had plenty of time to address this issue, before spring!). The pool is not working, the hotel is under construction and should not be open while they are doing this. They wanted to put the kids pn a different floor than the adults, did not give us rooms close together or connecting as the manager replied saying they would. Many smoke detectors were not in working order, the hotel was not up to fire codes! Manager was "unavailable", and the morning receptionist was very rude and impatient.
- 2/5
We were given a room on the sixth floor. When got up to the room we found the A/C wasn’t working , the headboard on the bed looked like it had been sprayed with something and torn . There were no wash cloths, we had towels and hand towels. We were so exhausted from our drive up we decided to address in the morning. We addressed it the next morning and were given a different room on the third floor . The A/C worked great but was a portable one setup to be a long term usage. Walls in the halls had just been painted, some of the wall paper was peeling off , the cove base was missing . In general it appeared that hotel was going through some very low cost renovation and wasn’t finished yet. I will not utilize any hotels in this chain in the future .
- 1/5
Definitely not expecting what was provided for the price point. The hotel is in renovations but the rooms should not be rented. We had portable air con and beds which we booked not available. The breakfast was not enjoyable as felt uneasy about the entire experience.
- 0.5/5
The price, but I guess you get what you pay for. Our first room we had to move because the locks didn’t work on the door. When we moved to new room someone left their nasty dirty underwear in the bathroom.

- No hot water - Shower floods - Friend & I both broke out in hives after shower - Mold growing in bathroom - Bed bugs - Room Dirty

The one good thing is that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check in was awful took 40 min to be helped , the room we booked was taken. When we got up to our floor the door wouldn’t open. They had to give us a housekeepers key to get in the room. There was a Huge blood stain in the corner on the carpet…. No tv remote. And trash all over the elevators and lobby

The location was brightly lit and very large I paid for a King room online and when I got to the hotel less than 30 minutes later I was told that it was not available but I could have 2 queen beds and would not be charged the higher rate. I still havent gotten the $100 for incentidentals back yet. The smoke detectors battery was going off for an hour then it finally died before the shuttle driver/maintenance man came up and changed it. The door wouldnt shut unless you turned the inside handle and outside handle at the same time. There was no hand soap to wash my hands after going to the bathroom. And the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Also there was a sewer valve under the sink.

The pool and fitness center was down due to maintenance. The breakfast was way better then what I've expierenced so far for free. Not only do they provided normal breakfast things like toast and bagel you can make your own waffles and they serve eggs sausage and potatoes for you to eat. Cereal, oatmeal, mini muffins. Wouldn't mind staying there again then it is a pretty hotel. I did find 1 roach in my room but that was it after I killed it I didnt see nothing else. I can tell they was a hotel that was brought out and they just revamping it. I seen previous bad reviews but I still gave them a try and didnt mind it at all.

Pet fee was extremely high, almost the price of what I paid for the room anyway. Pool was not available for use. Room a/c was not functional, we were hot all night long. Breakfast was average but was nice to have. Would be a nice place to stay if these issues were addressed.

There was hair still left in my tub. The hall ways were full of paint and wood debris from construction. My allergies were going nuts the entire night because of it. It looked like the floors hadn’t been vacuumed in days. I was extremely disappointed.

Everything went well! To be honest. Whenever I get a hotel now, I’m quick to see if they’ve got rooms open before I check anywhere else now. I had a small issue with hot water one day and went down to say something. By the time I arrived back up to my room there was a custodian waiting outside my room asking to take a look. Very quick and responding if there’s ever an issue! Water was fixed asap! Not very expensive/nice view/ nice workers. Worth the say and I will be going back
- 2/5
The room was fairly clean but lacked a TV remote , refrigerator and the lamp next to the beds didn't work, no switch. They had portable heating/cooling systems in the rooms, i guess because they where working on the hotel itself. The cleaning staff where very good. The breakfast was OK, but the coffee was terrible, couldn't drink it!
- 4/5
The hotel and our room were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. What we did not like is that I called on 3 different occasions and spoke with 3 different women at the front desk and emphasized how important it was that we have a refrigerator. The first woman told me she had written down our request. The second woman told me it was entered in our information, and the third woman told me the same and assured me we would have a refrigerator and a microwave upon arrival. We arrived and had neither. We called the front desk and they told us one would be brought up promptly. We had food that needed to be refrigerated and called the desk again 25 min. later. Ten minutes after that a very friendly and helpful maintenance worker brought them both up and connected them. Although this was inconvenient, the staff was always courteous and helpful. It was Syracuse University Graduation Weekend so they were particularly busy which might be why the problem occurred. Mentioning this so someone else might be spared this inconvenience in the future. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Inside my room there was an object hanging from the wall resembling a camera. Feeling extremely uncomfortable by doing so I put a rag over just incase. After a complaint was submitted the hotel refused my refund stating it was a “sensor” they install to tell the difference between someone staying and house keeping. Ive been traveling for work the past 10 years and I have NEVER experienced anything like this let alone “a sensor” being directly placed by the door facing the beds. ONTOP of the room not being properly cleaned
- 3.5/5
The baggage carts were only good for large luggage. Laptops, backpack, etc fall out the bottom due to the large opening in the design.

My family and I stayed one night on our way to Boston. Having been used to staying at a Holiday Inn & Suites or a Residence Inn by Marriot, staying at this Randolph Hotel in Liverpool a complete disappointment. The facility was worn down looking and the staff were far from accommodating. I would not recommend anyone staying at this location.
- 4/5
I’ll start by saying room was clean and bed very comfortable. I slept well. It had a mini fridge which I appreciate. The window opened and allowed me to get fresh air. Priced great! However, the remote for the tv didn’t work. I had to use the side of tv and it was the longest check in I have ever experienced. The staff was friendly. Overall I was happy with my stay.
- 2/5
A smoking hotel turned into a non smoking hotel with wall paper peeling off the hallway walls. The bed was actually comfortable, but after checking inside the pillow cases, we had to put one off the bed. Needs updating to say the least. The front desk girl was nice, the cc machine didn’t work, so we were waiting for about 15 min at midnight to check in. It was closer to the SYR airport, we only needed a few hours of sleep after traveling from CO, so it is what it is. Would never stay there again. You get what you pay for in this case.
- 2/5
The staff was very helpful and courteous, but the rooms felt rundown. My wife was not able to take a shower because the tub would not drain.
- 4/5
Comfortable and great price range.
- 3/5
Check in went great, Taylor was very professional, helpful and kind. He also helped us when the key stopped working and he happened to be on our floor, opened the door for us an brought back 2 new keys, that was going above and beyond and the reason I'm writing this review. The hotel have seen better days, not sure if its going thru a remodel. The breakfast, very poor, the hot food was cold and the toaster didn't toast. The coffee was ok. They dont clean your room unless you request it, which surprised me. We stayed there for a whole week and our room was cleaned after 4 days because I asked a maid on our floor and she explained they dont do it unless it is requested. They still have the old fashion tini soap bottles, not the shower soap dispenser, so we had to request more soap on day 2, since they dont clean your rooms daily, another hassle. Overall, I gave a 3 star rating.
- 2/5
This is my second time staying at this property. I will not go back unless it's my absolute last option. Seriously. The place is run down and marginally clean. The first room I was given was handicapped. That needed to be changed. The next room was dirty (hair in the sink, food in the micro). That had to be changed. Finally got a "decent" room with a dirty chair from the dining room at the desk and no micro. The breakfast was unremarkable, tasteless and cold. There was fun though, when the fire alarm went off at 12:30 a.m. Saturday night. This was a legitimate alarm because as I exited my room I met with a polluted haze of weed smoke. Yeah, good times. Unfortunately, exiting for the alarm left that smell in my room for the night leaving me nauseous and unable to sleep. There was no explanation from staff, no apology. In fact, I was the one who informed the desk clerk (a very nice man) about what happened as he missed all the excitement. In fact, all the people at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. I just feel sorry they have to work in that run down place. There are better options. Find them.
- 3/5
El personal fue muy atento y agradable.
- 2/5
They never cleaned our room and we were there for 4 days. They didn’t bring us clean towels.
- 4/5
The hotel needs upgrades. Wallpaper is pealing in halls, carpets are old, bathrooms are small
- 4/5
They are currently in the process of updating the property obviously. But having said that, the staff were very helpful and corrected any issues. Would definitely stay there again!
- 2/5
Bathroom drain is clogged big time, both tub and sink. Water up to ankel when shower. The hotel seems run down a bit. May be they're planning to do renovation. Overall great price, but you'll need to deal with some issues.
- 1/5
Horrible hotel. Old and dirty. Disgusting. Portable air conditioners in all the rooms. Gross bathrooms. Old cable tv. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
- 1/5
Smelled. Dirty. Garbage on floors. Mildew and mold and peeling wall paper. Water damage.
- 5/5
We had a very complicated check in with 6 reservations spread out over 4 days and Clive streamlined the process making it seem less for our family. Thanks so much for making something complicated very easy for us.
- 4/5
The hotel is undergoing renovations, and it shows. The staff was friendly and helpful. They found a light for the room when it had only one. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable. I would light to see it back up to speed.
- 2/5
Hotel needs to refurbish or finish refurbishing.
- 5/5
Pleased with the extra clean room and lotions and soaps are nice quality. The pool is closed for a renovation. Breakfast could be better. Lobby's Water/Coffee/Teas supply needed attention. Friendly Front Desk Staff.
- 4/5
OK for an overnight stay on the road
- 3/5
First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me.
- 1/5
Just pick somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.
- 4/5
The parking was secure. Everything was well lit.. The the hotel definitely showed its age. A lot of the base molding, especially on the 5th floor was gone. Also, the wallpaper definitely needs to be replaced. On the positive side, our room was clean and spacious and the bed was super soft. That was right up our alley. Air conditioning worked perfectly. We will definitely stay again. The morning breakfast was a little rough, we had an everything bagel. It would have been nice to have cream cheese. There was no tea available for my wife. She definitely would have enjoyed that.
- 5/5
Very good i will stay there again.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
I’m very happy excellent service I really recommend
- 3/5
Everything was fine but the hallways looked like they had water damage all along the floor.
- 4/5
It is a really good property now; the changes and upgrading that are underway now will make all the difference in the world. We had a good stay.
- 4/5
The hotel could use some updating.
- 2/5
Room felt real dirty and smelled foul. The smoke detector was not connected and tv did not work. Hotel seemed very run down and needed some maintenance.
- 2/5
Unclean room, unfriendly staff . The whole vibe was just unwelcoming
- 5/5
Parking was easy and secure and air conditioning was wonderful
- 4/5
Hospitable staff. And clean room.
- 5/5
Okey
- 1/5
Parking was easy. Breakfast was horrible - stale bagels and jam. Waffles were disgusting. Orange and apple juice were left out all night. Smoke alarm in the room was beeping all night so we slept terribly. Bathtub was dirty and clogged with hair.
- 5/5
Good morning, it was an honor staying there staff very courteous and wonderful parking no issues rooms were clean I can’t complain about anything front desk you guys are amazing! 8 min airport ride can't beat that and I like that a lot of amenities are close by…5 star I'll definitely stay again!
- 5/5
My recent stay at the Randolph Hotel was a very good experience overall. As someone traveling through the Syracuse area, the location was unbeatable—situated right off the Thruway and only about a 10-minute drive from Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR).
- 1/5
The room was dirty, felt unsafe, we did not even last 20 minutes and we left and booked another hotel. There were teenagers running up and down the hallway banging on the doors as well as you could hear them slam the doors
- 3/5
It was ok
- 1/5
I found a hotel approximately an hour before I got there telling them that we were coming with my 13-year-old niece to celebrate her birthday and that we would appreciate having a room on the upper floor that which we got and in that phone call I told the gentleman that we were coming to go swimming OK fine I showed up checked in all checked in going to my room and noticed the pool is closed, not understanding why the gentleman couldn’t have told me that on the telephone because I would’ve changed my reservation to somewhere else. What do you do with 2 13-year-old girls at night in a hotel with no pool during the evening we had someone try our room try to enter our room we’re four females in that room. We got up in the morning to have coffee, and went to the lobby for coffee there were no coffee cups. There were no employees there was a guy standing at the front desk waiting to check out before we came downstairs. She finally got helped after about 10 minutes if not longer. Then the young lady that came down to put in coffee cups was dressed like she walked in off the street slippers on sweatpants on winter coat hair and absolute mess. When we were checking in, the gentleman was busy paying attention to some sporting event on his phone. I understand your renovating because you just took over the hotel, but maybe some signs of explaining that or telling people that we were not the only guest discussing the fact that the hotel was a mess. We will not stay there again.
- 5/5
Yes parking was great
- 4/5
The exercise room was under renovation, it's a big disappointment for me.
- 5/5
Everything was good, staff was amazing and helpful

The pool is out of service and the room has bedbugs. I didn’t stay, I left and requested a refund
- 4/5
My overall stay was good.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The staff treated me like family. If I ever have to come back to Syracuse again, I would definitely stay here.
- 3/5
There was no hot water in my room
- 5/5
I would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
The hotel could use an upgrade, the wall paper was peeling on the 4th floor ( unless its under construction and just no sign posted), not sure on the others. The room was clean, smelled fine as well. The bathroom stocked and beds neat, although the mattresses could use an upgrade, very dented in the middle. The HVAC unitnin the room is VERY noisy and did keep me up all night as it kicked on and off. The television worked but also could be upgraded to a smart tv. The big problem was the door lock was extremely difficult to get to work. I almost broke my hand trying to get it to lock. In general it got the job done and if i needed a low cost place to stay again I would.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel

Will one day be a great hotel. Hope to return soon and often.
- 5/5
THANK YOU

I wish I could give this place a negative star review. Please listen to me when I tell you do not give this place your money (especially your credit card). When you arrive you are told to give your credit card information for a $100 “incidental fee” that is “refundable”. Keep this in mind. Right off the bat we were placed in the wrong room. At first I thought it was no big deal, these things happen. But when we were placed in the correct room, there was no heat and no hot water and it was single digits outside. We were cold. We booked a room for just one night (literally just slept there). I handed my room keys to the lady at the counter the next morning and left the hotel. The morning after that I was charged not only the $100 “incidental fee”, but an additional $25. Then the NEXT morning I was charged an additional $65! I called the hotel MULTIPLE times a day since then looking for an explanation and a refund. Each time I called I was told the manager was busy and they’ll get back to me. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t heard anything from them.
- 5/5
Large comfortable bed with a nice quiet night!
- 2/5
Hotel appears to be in the middle of rennovations: hallways had all baseboards removed, pool was drained and not available, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER in room, and heat for room was provided by a portable heat unit. The hotel may be better in future, but at least for 2026 we recommend avoiding it.
- 1/5
Heater was incredibly loud. Had to turn off. Needed to use business center but computer was not able to be used. No one offered to help. Then there was a couple in the room next door who were too loud with their excitement in each other for well over an hour. My dog was with me and she could not calm with all the commotion. I went to the desk at 1:30 and they wouldn't let me check out early. Charged for both days anyway.
- 4/5
The breakfast, staff and stay.
- 4/5
The room was fine
- 3/5
Room was in good condition. Hotel condition overall with shaky. 24 hour shuttle did not pick me up at the airport stated there was a shift change and they could not send the shuttle.
- 2/5
Occupied. My tv did not work. The second room the tv did not work and the heat did not work. The technician came and fixed both tv’s. The second room did not have heat but it wasn’t realized until the middle Of the night. So we do not call anyone. There was no phone to call Anyone as well. The third room the bathtub did not drain. Did not realize until the following morning. The lobby was amazing but deceiving as the rest of the hotel is outdated and needs major updates. There are no Locks on the doors. Some of the rooms had no fire detectors. I would not recommend.
- 3/5
The breakfast is there but it is mainly waffles no eggs or anything that you cannot do yourself. Was it worth the money. No not in my opinion. Will it be in the future yes. This hotel will be worth it especially if they keep the staff they currently have.
- 3/5
There were some small issues with the room -- missing soap and shampoo, wonky TV remote, disconnected bedside lamp. The front desk took care of the missing supplies; I took care of the remote and lamp. Otherwise, the room was quiet and comfortable, and a good value.
- 5/5
Very good stay
- 3/5
Amenities
- 2/5
The entire hotel is under renovation. No amenities available. Room was cold although heat was on, took shower 1/2 hour to get hot, and I had to listen to an annoying beeping sound from a malfunctioning smoke alarm the entirety of my stay. Breakfast was stale. Room was dated but clean. Staff was friendly. Did not enjoy stay.
- 2/5
Check your card all the time. They took money from my card 2 days after I left the hotel. I called them explaining the situation and they returned one charge and I still waiting for the second charge that they did without my consent. I went to the hotel to claim for the issue and they told me that the money will go back in one day, I have 2 days waiting😡
- 5/5
Exactly what I needed for my overnight stay.
- 3/5
No breakfast as it was offered
- 2/5
Staff was unprofessional, when we arrived no one had a name tag. They were not prepared for check in, we wanted a deluxe sweet and were bumped down a room because it wasn't clean for us. There was no refrigerator in our room, they did end up delivering one but after an hour and we had to call twice. The pool was under maintenence which was not posted on their site. Portable heater needed to heat the room. No shuttle service available. When checking out the staff was more concerned about their popcorn machine than anything else. Buttons missing on the phone in the room. We were also charged on the wrong card without being asked which payment we would like to use. I would not recommend staying here.
- 1/5
They shut water off without giving us a heads up or warning.
- 4/5
Good room! Everything is clean. but a little cold. the aircondition didn't work well.
- 2/5
The room was in okay condition. But the entire hotel seemed to be in disrepair—exposed flooring and plumbing throughout. The heating system was a major issue. The central unit was out of order and so there was a very loud and obnoxious space heater in its stead. Overall, probably would not choose to stay here again, but you get what you pay for. Silver lining, the staff was nice and accommodating.
- 5/5
The was spotless and the staff was great
- 5/5
Clean and peaceful
- 5/5
Clean room and staff was courteous
- 5/5
Rooms are spotless and the area and view are very nice. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
- 2/5
Check in took for ever there was a line out the door for people checking in. Got to the room portable heat/ac unit was set at 92 degrees. The hallway was cold, stains on the bedsheets, when washing the shower was not draining the water. Parking lot to come in was not shovel and welcome to people bringing in bags. This was a horrible stay.
- 5/5
Yes and yes
- 2/5
Room needed a lot of updating! Hotel shuttle was not working and we had to uber to and from hotel. Breakfast was very limited.
- 3/5
Decent for the price
- 3/5
Bedroom was OK, but bedside table didn't work and bathtub plug didn't work so we were up to our ankles in water. The hallways and elevators were really dirty.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice people, good breakfast, right price.
- 4/5
Room was clean but outdated, hallways were dirty (although it was not filthy, they just needed a vacuum), no hot breakfast was offered, and the staff were very kind and let us check in early with no fee. Would return!

t4 panel t3 panel and thyroid panel I loved this place. The architecture just made me happy and felt like a classic hotel of the past with beautiful warm woods and lux styling. It was easy to picture the lobby dining room and conferences rooms bustling with folks have a great time. The employees had also decorated for the holidays in a super wonderful way. The bed was very comfortable and room very spacious with a fantastic ac/heating unit. However, I'd also have to agree with giving it a 3-4 star rating. It was lacking the details - clearly from age and being well loved over the years. Every single surface was scuffed from the walls, to doors, black marks all over the elevator doors, the carpet coming up in many places, and it felt like every crevice had some kind of gross dirt. The worst part however was the tables in the room. Every table felt like a toddler had spilled an entire case of soda and jello across the surface. And it looked like it. Finger prints and cup rings were stuck in the weird stickiness. Best we can figure is the wrong product is being used to clean these wooden surfaces and it's ruined the varnish - but it was icky. The bathroom was also very small, and our room was missing its intended fridge. But I would 100% stay here again. Little details don't take away from the sheer amount of peace and quiet we experienced. They say the rooms are sound proof and seem to mean it! Stepping into the hallway for ice we realized three rooms aroun
- 3/5
Room was clean, large, decent condition, comfy bed & pillows. Remote didn't work. Halls smelled heavily of MJ smoke (in non smoking area). Appeared people may be living at hotel, perhaps a government program of some sort. Convenient and decent price for night before flight out.
- 5/5
It was so amazing, the peace and quiet. I was so relaxed and so was my guest that came to visit. Overall this will be my little getaway spot for a peace of mind.
- 5/5
Good

Clerk had to call for help with computer check in
- 2/5
First the rug at the entrance was worn and dirty second there was no bar as advertised or restaurant pool was closed no security camera's in the hallway or elevator the bathroom was so small you could barely close the door for privacy, we spent 2 nights at the place they never serviced the room and to top it off there was a space heater in the room for heat the heaters never in the room didn't work . this is hard to believe this falls under Wyndham totally surprised this place should be closed. my wife and I checked in to another hotel.
- 5/5
Yes very clean
- 3/5
Although the staff were super nice, the room had a loud air conditioner, the hot water never really got hot, and the bathtub drained really slowly.
- 4/5
The pool was closed for maintenance and the breakfast wasn’t good. On the other hand the room was clean and the staff were friendly.
- 3/5
Staff is super nice!! Hotel has the makings to be a great hotel!! They need to have their hot water fixed and heat. As we had neither. Otherwise staff was super nice, room was clean.
- 4/5
Cool
- 2/5
In addition, we spotted an empty car with its light on in the parking lot, and reported it to the front desk. They simply said “thank you and we will notify the owner”. Didn’t bother asking the plate number and the model and color of the car. When we finished dinner and came back, still the same situation with that poor car.
- 3/5
Clean room, comfy bed. Breakfast not so good. Often waiting for food and coffee.
- 3/5
It's a warm clean place to sleep. There was okay internet, and no hot water.
- 2/5
2. They didn’t have proper heat in the room and refused to give me anything else other than the space heater 3. I had stink bugs and lady bugs crawling on the walls and ceiling 4. I called the front desk 10 times (literally) and ultimately had to come downstairs just to see 2 agents standing there while the phone was ringing
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 3/5
Sketchy place
- 1/5
The front desk was nice. Management was horrible. Almost everything about the room was wrong. I would suggest you find someplace to pay a little bit more for this is the third time of stayed here and they haven’t got it right anytime I asked for a refund and I was told because I booked through hotels.com that I couldn’t get a refund but little did I know because I did the pay at the hotel part. I did actually pay through the hotel not one bit of management is ever called me back to ask about how horrible my state was or anything to give me a refund.
- 5/5
Easy parking , clean room and staff are friendly
- 5/5
Nice!
- 4/5
The rooms were nice but there was no microwave or refridgerator. It looks like they are still addingthem to the rooms as I saw a lot of them stacked up. Maybe it is still a work in progress. The staff was good, breakfast better than most places, and in general a good place to stay. I would stay there again.
- 2/5
There was no heat in the room I stayed in. I had to bring a personal heater. I also asked for the sheets on the bed to be changed because I have a toddler who makes messes. They told me that couldn't be done. So the whole rest of my stay I had dirty sheets that I basically begged them to change.
- 1/5
Nothing went well. First room didn't have heat, just space heaters, 2nd room same thing, third room same thing. Wake up the next morning and no hot water in the entire hotel. We checked out and found a new hotel. Ridiculous!!!
- 4/5
It was ok for the price
- 1/5
There was no heat in the rooms
- 1/5
Room was totally outdated , the headboard was ripped and ran down . Wasn’t the cleanest , they don’t answer the phone at the front desk at all . Dogs barking all night next room over .

Easy parking

it was just what I needed for a one night stay. Clean, easy place to get to from off the thruway. Would definitely recommend to others

I booked a room as I was participating in an event being held in the ballroom. Check-in was fine and nothing out of ordinary. I booked a king room, it did not have a mini fridge or microwave which are pretty standard for hotels these days, but rather just a Keurig. My husband and I needed to shower the next day and my husband had hot water for all of two minutes! He shut the water off to see if more hot water would come up in a minute for it to be ice cold. I called the front desk to make them aware that we don't have hot water and asked if we could use another room, maybe on a lower floor if hot water is having a hard time reaching the top floor which we were on. That was a no. Whomever was attending the front desk on Sunday 10/26 mentioned they would notify maintenance about the boiler and wouldn't have an idea when hot water would be made available, even after asking to use a different room to shower. The breakfast that was provided was close to empty by 9am when breakfast is being served until 10am. The main dining area had filthy tables including clear indications that some of the tables haven't been cleaned in quite some time because there was a layer of dust on them. People after us were not able to eat by the time they came down. Additionally, other guests were not happy they didn't have working heat in their rooms and had to use a space heater. I've stayed at way nicer places and didn't have a $100 security deposit being held. Should the owners of this hotel invest m
- 3/5
It did the job for a hotel stay. If you want luxury, spend luxury. I would book again.
- 5/5
Our room was perfect small issue I could’ve T room cooler The other room was good however the phone didn’t work and unfortunately the tub drain was very slow to drain and water came from under the tub but hotel staff came immediately. I would stay here again as these issues can happen anywhere and staff were very good
- 1/5
No heat in room. No hot water. Sheets on bed would not stay in place as if using queen sheets on a king. No amenities in room. Breakfast not staffed and hardly any hot food available. Breakfast presentation looked like it was just thrown together. Didn't look safe to eat. We won't be back.
- 1/5
Bathroom was very dirty. Dirty water coming out of tub. We didn’t use it
- 1/5
This was the worst experience ive ever had at a hotel. The first night we check in about 6:30pm. Got the "Deluxe King". Get off tge elevator on the 6th floor and was immediately greeted with an overwhelming smell of pot. The smell got worse as we walked down the hall to our room. Went down stairs to report the issue and the front desk; attendant seemed genuinely suprised. She said a manager should be in about 8:30pm, would check on it and get back to us. We never heard a thing from any managers. Now, the "Deluxe Room" was far from Deluxe, the room didnt even have a mini fridge to keep drinks cool or coffee maker for a fresh cup in the morning. Speaking of morning, we woke up the next morning trying to make the best of it, maybe a warm breakfast and hot cup of coffee would be good. Step outside the room to again be greeted by an potent stench of pot! Head downstairs to the lounge to get breakfast to discover they were out of EVERYTHING. 5 pump thremoses of coffee, all empty. Bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, sausage... all gone. Orange juice, apple juice, and milk...gone. the only thing you could make was toast or beagle... maybe dry cereal if you want cereal with no milk. Now Im super annoyed. So we eat our beagle and head back up stairs to get ready for the day. Go to jump in the shower... you guessed it COLD water! Not warm, cold! Try to discuss with a mangar and are told one will be in about 8:30 pm.
- 3/5
Breakfast was bad
- 2/5
Hallways intidy
- 4/5
It was okay
- 3/5
Well the king bed dipped in the middle a good six inches!! We literally rolled onto each other and had to climb out. We arrived late both nights and I did not complain the first night and was busy the next day and forgot to ask for a different room and was so tired I did not want to move. It seemed the bed was even worse the second night. Also the smallest bathroom I have ever seen
- 3/5
This is a very basic hotel regardless of the Wyndham name. 3-star is a stretch. It is in a very isolated area and I did not see much in terms of restaurant/shopping in the area. Breakfast was pretty lame with inadequate staff and onle one poor staffer trying to meet everyone's needs. CHeck in staff was very indifferent and first time in my life (after thousands of nights of hotel stays) saw the front desk staff keeping a dog who was a bit jumpy. So all in all, I would avoid this hotel next time. It is fine for a low cost overnight stay as the room and hotel is clean. Bathroom and shower were clean and functional, not much to look at.
- 1/5
the shower drain was clogged and took forever for the water to go down, the tv is so old and needs to be updated. There was over 10 horse flies in my room. No a/c only had fan to 65.it was hot and muggy. Definitely would not go back.
- 1/5
Was put in room with someone else in it after checking in with two children under the age of five. After being transferred to another room after this mishap, that room's key card didn't work after getting to the fifth floor after shuffling back and forth twice now with toddlers. After getting to the room, surfaces were unreasonably sticky with a film, dead bugs on towels although I will say towels were clean and bathtub was considerably clean however did not drain at all and immediately had backup from the drain filling the tub when trying to run the shower. Lamp shades were cracked, lights blinking, overall just not clean or secure. Door did not latch to the room either without force. Thankfully our only purpose was sleep and we had bedding in the car...
- 4/5
The surfaces of both nightstands was sticky. The hallway reeked of marijuana
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay! Staff was friendly, very clean, very affordable, we recommend it! Over all 10!!!
- 4/5
We were in Syracuse for a day and went to the Destiny USA mall for shopping. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, however it could have been a bit hotter. Easy check in and out
- 1/5
Staff disorganized when you check in, they were putting heater in room and had portable AC in rooms, very dark and old fashion room. Definitely not friendly
- 4/5
Lots of parking: Quiet area; Breakfast did not have healthier options;
- 4/5
The hotel has a bad smell.
- 3/5
Overall the stay was okay. Front desk staff were friendly and polite. It’s undergoing renovations so some amenities were not available such as the pool and fitness area. This leads me to believe the hotel was recently taken over by a different owner. No coffee maker in the room and no usb charging available. The continental breakfast was okay. It could be much better with upgrades to food quality and variety. There were strong smells of pot in the elevator and on our floor there was a very strong perfume odour that seemed intentional to mask other odours.
- 2/5
The hotel and room itself was clean and was pet friendly. The staff was nice but got overwhelmed at 3 pm check in since there was a line out the door. There was 1 person behind the desk when everyone started to arrive. Housekeeping were still working on cleaning all of the rooms due to the influx of people staying that day. There was a game that day and everyone was there to attend it. Most of the rooms weren’t ready so we were given our key cards and were told to wait. We didn’t mind since we were going to do things around the city in the mean time. We arrived back at 8 pm, hoping the room would be ready by now, and went to the room assigned to the keycards we received earlier. I opened the door to find someone else’s belongings inside. We left immediately and went back downstairs and told them. They said they meant to tell us they had to move us to a new room but did not mention it when we came back at 8 pm. We were given a new room afterwards. The 2nd room door did not open with the key card. The door itself looked concerning with the peep hole being broken and the door plaque missing from the door but not the wall. The door also looked like it was left ajar and was only being kept shut with the inner latch on the inside. We went back and told the person at the desk that info and he said “that room is out of commission.” So the 3rd room we received was successful. The lamp next to the bed had a dead bulb so we switched the bulbs from a working lamp so we could see…
- 2/5
I called to check the hours on the continental breakfast and was told 10:30. We arrived at 9:50 they were out of everything.
- 3/5
This was a definite no frills hotel. Our room appeared clean but I also think it was old and the elevator smelled like weed which was a turnoff. There is not much food nearby so plan ahead!
- 4/5
Super comfortable bed, clean rooms, friendly service.
- 3/5
Parking was a bit janky but it was fine overall
- 5/5
Clean n safe!!
- 1/5
room bathtub had poop and sewage coming out
- 2/5
The room was fine. The bed was very comfortable. Some staff were friendly while others appeared irritated. Our key did not work. Had to switch rooms. Found out the first room's key hadn't worked for some time but they kept listing it as an option anyway. Some rooms, not mine, did not have hot water. The breakfast did not have enough food only 30 minutes into breakfast time slot. Food was not good. Unfortunately I would not recommend this establishment.
- 5/5
good
- 2/5
I checked in ahead of time online. I’m not sure why because when they finally let me check in it took forever. I get to my room and the hallway smells like weed despite all the rooms being nonsmoking. When I took a shower at night I had to wait 15 minutes for warm water. By then, there was a pool of cold water in the tub that wasn’t draining, so I had to stand in that. Awesome. There was no trash can in the room, no fridge, no microwave. And no blackout curtains, so I was awoken by the sunrise. Always fun when you’re hoping to get some sleep. This place sucks. I won’t be back.
- 1/5
The first night . No hot water no hot air . Incests . Dirty filthy . The help disk is nice. I got sick cold I spent money for medication and I could not work n do anything .I’m gonna sue if they don’t return my money.
- 3/5
This property has several issues and should be check carefully before committing to a purchase. They try to make up for their issues with the price so manage your expectations and you should be okay. Consider it low risk camping. I think eventually this could be a nice property once again but it will take a significant investment. The location is perfect! Easy on easy off the turnpike and there are quite a few food venues in the area and not far from downtown Syracuse if that’s your thing. The pool area looked nice but it was closed. The room had portable heater and ac which worked but it was weird. The amenities are scarce but the room was clean which is most important. Almost got stuck in the elevator but overall I had low expectations from the reviews so I was prepared. I think if they keep making improvements they’ll get there but check to see how it’s going first.
- 2/5
Strange fake smell, bathroom dirty, coffee area in lobby filthy and no coffee

Terrible breakfast
- 1/5
Yes
- 3/5
Staff was friendly. Cleanliness was not the best but not horrible. Bathrooms were not as clean as I would have liked w/ small hairs on toilet/shower and mattress cover had a stain on the side.
- 2/5
Biohazard "fitness center" with giant blood or rust stains. Air quality hazard unfit for living and an attempt to sell rooms while this hazard was still present. 4th floor and up are unsafe. Shut down pool. Ripoff drinks fridge. No room service. Very limited staff doing the best they can while management and shareholders screw over their workers. Building should be condemned. Shame on the owners. Shut it down for the winter to renovate and get working ventilation, sanitation, services, and new cleaning staff. 2/5 simply because of 2 people at the desk making up for the others who are dead inside or scalping the company for all it's worth.
- 3/5
Rooms very clean all staff were polite and well meaning. Maintenance to building seemed inadequate. 1st room had no heat. Staff cheerfully changed it for us. Then hot water was non existent in second room. Breakfast wasn’t stocked fully. Desk person did her best to help but missing important items. Butter, cream chs, eggs, utensils etc.
- 1/5
I expected better service and cooperation from the hotel staff, especially in cold weather conditions. This lack of attention made the stay uncomfortable.
- 2/5
Needs updating badly
- 1/5
No heat wasnt working, tub was not going down and the bathroom sink water was pouring out the bottom straight ti the floor instead of the drain they couldn't move us to another room because the manager wasn't there it was horrible never ever again also no discounts or refund.
- 1/5
The hotel is in need of upgrades and repairs. Dirty carpet throughout the establishment. Front desk and managerial staff were incompetent and dismissive, borderline rude. Cleaning staff did not clean my room. Ran out of towels and toilet paper. Very bad stay.
- 1/5
We arrived around the check-in time, but our room was not ready until almost an hour later (around 4:00 PM). The receptionist just kept saying they were waiting for a colleague to check which rooms were available. When we finally got to the room, we discovered that the bathroom faucet was broken and leaking, and we couldn’t even wash our hands. We reported it immediately, and after a long wait, someone came to “check” it, then said another person would come to repair it. We explained that we had a small child and needed water and rest, but they refused to move us, saying no rooms were available — even though we could clearly see the next room was empty. After about an hour, the maintenance person admitted it couldn’t be fixed. Only then did they call us (after another 30 minutes) to say another room was ready. They didn’t even bother to bring the new key card upstairs or apologize — we had to go down and get it ourselves. The new room wasn’t much better: The bathtub wouldn’t drain properly, and water stayed there after each use. The iron was rusted and damaged our clothes. The next morning, we found that the door didn’t even lock properly — the key card was useless, and the door could be opened just by turning the handle! Overall, this place felt completely mismanaged and unsafe. I would never recommend it, especially for families with children.
- 1/5
For the price we paid - very disappointing and zero refund or discount for our troubles. Save your money and stress level- not worth it!
- 2/5
Nasty
- 1/5
There was no heat in the hotel for both nights. The outside temperature was in the low 40s. TV remotes weren't working. I paid full price for five rooms $1,585 two nights and am waiting for the deposit credit of $500 to be processed on my bank account.
- 2/5
At breakfast, there was only bread and jam. They were out of eggs when we got there. They were out of waffles at 8:20 am. The staff was very very nice though, they tried to help as much as they could. The AC in the room was set at 16 Celsius and we froze all night long.
- 2/5
After checking in online we arrived at 4:30 pm and waited 35 minutes for them to check to see if they had a room clean for us. There was no communication to let us know what was happening or any idea how long it would be. I will say our room was clean although the scent of the cleaning materials was overwhelming so we opened the windows and left for a few hours. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The A/C was portable and tubing fell out and had to be reinserted. I would not have wanted to rely on it if it had been during the summertime heat. There was some kind of misunderstanding in the morning because the cleaner attempted to enter our room without knocking and was only stopped by the door lever piece I had secured before bed. He was very apologetic but it was shocking as it was 8 am and we were still in bed. I won’t comment in detail about the ‘breakfast’ but it was a total disappointment. I had totally trusted the other reviews online when booking but I guess the moral of the story is still “ you get what you pay for”… lesson learned.
- 2/5
Staff was nice. Room for the price was ok. Place is very outdated, needs major updates

Was not happy, the AC did not work in our room, reported it to mgt and didn’t do anything, seemed bothered that I told them. The room got up to 75, way too hot for me
- 2/5
This place is in need of serious management changes and housekeeping staffing
- 5/5
The parking was safe and secure
- 2/5
This place had a lot of potential, however the thirst room had some stuff sprayed on the headboard of the bed and the ac didn’t work. I was able to switch to another room that was cleaner but that ac did not work either. The staff was unresponsive.
- 4/5
Good overall
- 4/5
Nothing fancy, but the staff was nice and the atmosphere was calm
- 2/5
Our stay was ok except it was supposed to include breakfast, however there was no breakfast when we went down to eat. They are understaffed and were out of everything. We ended up going out to get breakfast.
- 1/5
There was one person working at the front with an almost full hotel on a Saturday night. There were people in from t of us at check in having problems with their booking. When it came to my turn, we got our room key no problem. Went to our room, only to walk into other people in the room, in bed. Went back down to front desk. Waited an hour as she was seeing with another issue with another guest before we got another room with 1 bed for 3 of us.
- 5/5
I love the location n staff is always helpful
- 5/5

- 4/5
It was ok
- 5/5
Breakfast lacking.
- 3/5
Wi-fi was listed but it did not work in the room number 640. Registration clerk told me that nothing can be done about it, that this room is far and the wi-fi signal is poor., He refused to switch the room.
- 2/5
The beds are small and there was hair on the bathroom floor.
- 4/5
Overall, the stay was outstanding. The minuses would be: no refrig or microwave in room, it was difficult to see signage for the hotel from the road.
- 2/5
The desk clerk didn't seem to be very infomed. I did the online check-in but had to do it again when we got there. She said she didn't see it - although it didn't appear that she actually looked. My husband asked about the "free bottled water " and she said she didn't know anything about that. The breakfast was mostly very cold including the eggs. However, the bacon was warm. It was extremely underwhelming. This is the first time I've written a negative review for a hotel. And we've stayed in many over the years and never as disappointing as this.
- 4/5
It’s a nostalgic property, a little out dated but still an excellent value. The employees were very nice.
- 1/5
No hot water. Awful
- 3/5
Parking was fine and I did not go to the gym.

We had the best room they offered, 6th floor, kind bed... No refrigerator in the room, coffee maker with no coffee or condiments. Only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth in the bathroom. Only 4 pillows on a kind size bed! Coffee downstairs tasted like jail coffee, awful. They sheets, blankets, towels all smelled like county jail, so if you want to know what an inmate smells, come here lol.. I'm not joking.

- 3/5
Staff pleasant. Just needs some updating.
- 2/5
Overall the state of the hotel was ok. They’re under construction, so I can get past the debris in the hallways. But the overnight construction noise made sleep difficult. They were doing something with the water so there wasn’t any hot water at the hotel for 24 hours. There was hair in the bathtub (not that I could use it without hot water anyway). The room was freezing cold. There was a portable heat unit in the room. I turned it on and the temp up to 84 degrees (max setting). It continuously blew out ice cold air. I let it run for over an hour hoping it would heat up with time. I finally had to turn it off. Thankfully I was just there for a quick overnight and left before the sun the next morning.
- 5/5
Everything was nice
- 1/5
Dirty sheets in the room, no response from the hotel upon request to take care of it. Horrible experience
- 3/5
Old carpeting. Odd set up for toilet. Staff and goodies received on our check in was nice
- 4/5
Great room and staff , but shower was cold
- 4/5
I liked it
- 2/5
Pillow case had a red stain, comforter was dingy looking with water stains, bathroom ceiling was peeling and there was hair. Not the best experience.
- 2/5
Staff was amazing however the first room they put me in stunk like cigarettes. They tried to accommodate me and put me in another room but that too smelled like cigarettes. Overall I needed a place to sleep for the night and it did the job. Just wish that the cleanliness would have been better.
- 2/5
Uh, do yourself a favor and pass.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
- 3/5
The bacon and sausage were highly salty. They ran out of orange juice. There was no microwave or ice machine on the floor. No blackout curtains to keep the sunlight out when sleeping.
- 3/5
The room was not the cleanest and is veryyyy outdated. Carpet was dirty
- 2/5
The staff was very nice as well as the lobby. However the elevator had a terrible smell and the hallways smelled like mold. The rooms were not overly clean and we had to go to a different floor for ice and then down to desk to get more towels because we only had 2 when we booked for 4. There is no mini fridge, no coffee maker and we had no WiFi. We were not told this ahead of time and when we asked at the desk they said they would be working on the internet over the next few weeks.
- 3/5
Staff were very friendly but did not have hot water in our room and one morning all breakfast was cold
- 2/5
I want to make sure to give thanks the amazing staff. Front desk and food area. Appreciate them for the great hospitality
- 4/5
Safe area, close enough to the University.
- 2/5
So it was a joy to find a place that was clean and not price gouging for parents weekend. That said, it feels like a remodel is kinda underway but they ran out of money. From the portable AC in our room, to the no shower curtain and the WiFi being free but no signal…. But the beds were decent. The rooms were clean enough.
- 1/5
This property should not be operational. We were told we would have a renovated room, and while it may have been painted, & possibly had some work done (evidenced by sheetrock dust on surfaces), it certainly was not nearly completed. Sat in the lobby several times during my 2 night stay & the continuous number of complaints coming to the front desk was almost unbelievable. The entire hotel was in poor condition & laden with all different issues (card key doesn’t work, shower leaking, no hot water, no AC available, filthy bathrooms, stained bedding & walls, no one at the front desk, etc.). The hotel was sorely understaffed & the owners should be ashamed at how they are operating it. We will not stay at this or any other Randolph House Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham ever again.
- 1/5
The overall feel of the hotel was old.
- 2/5
No hot water in the morning. Property is run down and needs a major refresh.
- 1/5
Should be shut down to upgrade first

All checked outstanding. Breakfast was delicious!
- 1/5
Awful hotel not even sure how this place is still operating, portable a/c that didn't keep room cool sink was clogged so was bathtub room smelled disgusting NEVER stay here
- 3/5
The property was not as nice as online lead me to belive. Pictured courtyard was not for guest use. Exercise room had 1 machine and nithing else. Online picture showed a liquor bar in the lobby which did not exist. Not whatbi expected with Wyndham in the name. Disappointed but live and learn.
- 5/5
We're traveling with family needed a place for the night. Overall very nice for the money, still needs some updating but nothing earth shattering.
- 2/5
- the first room we were given had a hole, about the size of an orange, in the door adjoining the room next to ours… meaning if they opened their door they could peep in on us. The hotel had simply put the chair in front which did nothing since the hole sat above the back of the chair. we requested a new room and this one had -a damp smell -no cold water for the bathroom sink - the tub drain did not drain properly you’d shower and the water would accumulate to your ankles - the AC unit took up half the space between the bed and wall, it also leaked all over the carpet which we realized once we got back, we hadn’t even touched the unit - a few of the towels were dirty Also the listing claims the amenities include a pool and breakfast. The pool was completely drained (it’s an indoor pool) and the breakfast only provided hot meals “sometimes” which is unfortunate as breakfast included was a big factor in booking. Ultimately I was very disappointed in my experience. The hotel lobby and rooms are clean and the staff is friendly but this listing fell super short in expectation. We only stayed one night and that was enough.
- 2/5
No hot water
- 1/5
This property is extremely out of date. They have portable air conditioner in the rooms. The bathrooms are very small and very old. Cracks in walls and ceilings. Carpets old. The customer service was horrible. The front desk kids were very sweet but they were not knowledgeable of their position.
- 4/5
Practically the only people there. Staff was helpful when you could find them. I had to walk down my wakeup call request since nobody was there to answer the phone.
- 5/5
Great stay with 24 hr coffee
- 1/5
My daughter forgot her treasured blanket in the room. We travelled home to Canada before we noticed so I called and ask for them to ship it. I paid $20 postage and now they won’t respond to my emails about tracking info or anything. I’m so upset. I called and they say they’ll return my call and never do. My daughter had that blanket since a baby and sleeps with it every night.
- 2/5
Check in wasn’t ideal as they were initially unable to find our reservation, then the two staff at the front desk seemed confused about the reservation once found. They initially put our family of four into a room unable to accommodate us, then applied my credit card to the wrong room and had to start over. Despite us having the privacy sign hanging on the door, housekeeping tried 4-5 times to enter our room around 8:30am. We’re had already confirmed we were checking out at 11am. It would be helpful to have it listed somewhere that the pool is not available for the next several weeks. The air conditioners are standalone units worth venting out the window that run nonstop in order to maintain a comfortable temperature
- 2/5
The properly needs some TLC
- 2/5
The bath room floor in the room was tacky. The staff were very nice especially a young man named Russ. Parking was good. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. No hot breakfast but trays set up. Coffee the first morning was cold. Selections very limited. Don’t know that we would stay with you again.
- 3/5
Overall I enjoyed my stay
- 4/5
Still in process of remodeling
- 5/5
This was a great room. I was hesitant because of bad reviews, but it was great. Every staff member I came across was helpful and friendly. Stella, the puppy was adorable and no bother at all. The room/bathroom was clean and nice. I did remove the comforter from the bed as it was stained, but obviously had been cleaned. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Perfect hotel for a quick trip to Syracuse!
- 2/5
The front desk issued a key to one of my team members to a room on the 4th floor that is under renovation - they had to return to the front desk for another room and key. The surfaces in another room was sticky, there were no cups or even a tv remote available. Please take care of your customers and reconsider being open at this juncture.
- 4/5
A work in progress
- 3/5
Still under renovation!
- 3/5
Bathtub drain nearly completely clogged. While taking a shower, (normal amount of time), water depth raised to mid-calf & drained extremely slowly.
- 2/5
I have no idea how this hotel received high mark reviews. This is at best a 2 star hotel. Check in is at 3PM. They did not have my room ready at 3:30 PM. I waited until 4PM and they still did not have a room available. When I returned at 9:30 PM the room provided was in very poor shape and they had to give us another room. The front desk staff were actually very good. Doing the best they could with what they had.

We were placed in the 6th floor, both nights it smelled like something was burning in the hall way, we had a very loud portable air conditioner as the room one was broken, the furniture felt sticky, the bed sank in the middle, room was outdated, missing hair dryer from the wall, we asked for one at the front desk but that one didn’t work oh and the best part the bath room sink leaked all over the floor when used. I’m a very laid back person and I don’t like to complain , which I didn’t at the hotel. We were there for two nights out of town for a funeral. Will never stay there again.

Decent place to stay. Breakfast was meh coffee awful. Staff was nice and place was clean and quiet. Close to airport and transportation hub

WiFi was weak, had to change rooms as a result
- 2/5
I was switched rooms due to my first room tv not working. The second room I would say was even worse because there was someone else’s food and drink in our fridge, and the counters were not wiped down at all as the dresser beside the counter was covered with something sticky. Couldn’t place anything on it.

It looks like a beautiful hotel but the pool was empty. No fitness center. The beds were small. Hardly any towels. The computer chair was all peeled. The front desk was very helpful and nice. This is a nice looking hotel that needs some TLC

First of all, I had called earlier before my day and requested an early check-in. It was approved over the phone when we arrived at our room was still not ready for at least another 45 minutes. I also paid for late check out so that we could sleep in, but we’re awoken from housekeeping knocking on the door. The air conditioner/heat did not work at all. We also had to wait about 20 minutes for hot water. When it was time to go get the continental breakfast, there was no coffee whatsoever or creamer for the coffee. There was also no cream cheese for the bagels. Went to use the bathroom near the lobby and it was unkempt with paper towels strewn about. The rooms was also very outdated.

It was a good value and definitely worth the price. The hotel seems to be undergoing some renovations. Staff are super nice.

Indoor AC was very loud couldn’t sleep Bathroom curtain was torn.

I got what I paid for. There was a problem with the hot water & I never got a warm shower over 2 days. The rooms need some updating and so does the lobby. They are working on the pool & the elevator. However, the staff were great and the breakfast was fine.

I didn't really have too much to complain about with he property. I read some reviews that were extremely negative, and that worried me prior to check in, but my room was clean, the hotel was pretty quiet, and the neighborhood it was in seemed nice, and close to other activities. I would like to see the property fix the pool so people can use it, and I believe that it is also in need of a major facelift. if they can renovate this place with new flooring, and furnishings it has the potential to do very well.

Pros: The staff are nice & the outside of the hotel is nice. Suggestions: this is a Wyndham property and really shouldn’t be. For Wyndham to include this in their portfolio, the property needs extensive renovations.

The room is excellent and very clean and quiet. Staff is uber friendly. The parking lot had garbage all over the place, so perhaps that needs attention. I was also a bit frustrated that I spent an entire day waiting to speak to the manager who never returned my call. I wanted to book 36 non-consecutive nights which I feel makes me a valuable customer. I called the front desk three times and waited all day for him to call me back, but I never received a courtesy call. As someone who has been a host in hospitalty, I would never ignore a guest's request to speak to a manager especially when they are on the premises. So I'll take my numerous bookings elsewhere.

No heat, missing drawers, damage, headboard, jerryrigged, portable AC unit, barely available Wi-Fi

Nice and quiet. Not a lot of people visiting at this time. Bed was super soft and comfy. Not a huge fan of the conditioner but no big deal!

My bathroom was logged and I even didn’t receive any fresh towels on second day

Everything was good at the property

My over experience was excellent..

I like that it was in walking distant to drug store that had grocery items. The room had a refrigerator but no microwave. Breakfast was not serve on Saturday when it is a busy day for families and adults. Was told no breakfast on Wednesday or Saturday.

to another room portable ac condensation soaked carpet around it turned off. thermostat batteries were dead could not turn on heat over night. spring loaded room doors made doors slam every time other guest exit or enter their rooms at night

The room was dirty. Something smudged all across the TV. The counter tops were sticky. There was hair on bathroom floor. The TV did not work. We asked the front desk. They said unplug and plug back in. Obviously don’t work. The phone didn’t work so couldn’t even call for assistance. The alarm clock didn’t work. There was no hot water to shower in the morning. This was hands down the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

The room was gross and the breakfast was gross.

Plenty of suspicious activities by other guests Smell cannabis everywhere

Service was not as expected. We were told that breakfast would be served until 10am. When we got there at 9am they only had like 5 bagels and no staff around to help.
- 3/5
This hotel was a convenient short distance for our visit. The check in and out were fast. The beds are comfortable, altho the bed skirts were ripped and worn down. The floor was not well vacuumed. The pool was not open. There is no ice on the floors at all, but an employee could get some from the convention center next door, if you’re lucky.

Overall facility is old type. Bathroom could have been renovated but they are not. Feel likr 1960s room. Breakfast area was not clean. Breakfast quality is poor. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone. Its embarrassing to even mention.

People were super nice though!! If you’re on a budget it’s not bad Came w a breakfast but I didn’t try it bc I had to go.

The bathroom was designed in a most inconvenient manner, with the toilet angled to make room for the door to open and close. This is not an ideal situation for someone with a larger stature. The air conditioner in the room was not working, there was a portable ac unit in leu. One of the reasons for choosing to stay was the pool. It was not updated in their website they were undergoing renovations and the pool is closed. Our room was not tuned down which left us without toilet paper. Granted any requests from the front desk were dealt with expeditiously, however, the garbage was needing to be emptied. The map in the room did not display locations for the ice machine, fitness center, or pool. The hot breakfast seemed to be only Available during the weekdays. Breakfast ran from 7a-10am. The options were quite nice, scrambled eggs, bacon, skillet potatoes, pancakes, along with bagels, toast, cereals, pop tarts, and fruit. Refilling the hot breakfast buffet was not efficient. Leaving people coming down after 8:30 with mostly cold breakfast options. Three out of the four were refilled past 9:30 and the bacon was not refilled at all. The weekends, there are not hot breakfast option.

I stayed for one night, bed was comfortable, it was quite. I would stay again.
- 3/5
Paid for 2 queen beds, given 2 full/double beds. Poor WiFi and cell service. Poor breakfast presentation and food supply - not enough for all guests
- 2/5
Place is very old…Lobby is nice, goes down hill from there…rooms are old, tv doesn’t get local channels, door doesn’t close unless you slam it hard, heat does not work, bathtub drain did not drain properly so had to be quick if you take a shower…bathroom is small and cramped…in summary if you can afford to stay elsewhere…do it

When we arrived, we discovered there was no hot water. It wasn’t restored until the following day after 4 p.m., which made things very uncomfortable for my family. Later during our stay, the building lost power overnight, leaving us without air conditioning and making it hard to sleep. On top of that, the internet service was extremely poor — we had to rely on our own mobile hotspot because the hotel Wi-Fi was unusable. Even basic service was lacking: when we needed towels, we couldn’t reach anyone by phone and I had to go down to the lobby and wait just to get some. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard. Reliable hot water, working AC, functioning internet, and timely guest service are the bare minimum. Sadly, this stay fell well below those expectations, and it was disappointing to put my family through such an experience.

Lobby was not cleaned from previous day, very messy
- 2/5
The sink was clogged and leaked underneath. Did not get the room cleaned once. Why we were there when we asked why they said we needed to ask for it never heard of that as long as the sign that says, Do Not Disturb is not on the door you're supposed to clean the room, and there's a sign that says, could you do a service to the room? They didn't read the sign obviously. Because they still didn't clean the room. We had three rooms booked with this hotel.Me and my family and all of us had a terrible stay

I am hoping it will be resolved but I was doubled charged. Very nosey in the second floor and overhead another customer wanting to see the rooms and the front desk stated the issues was only on the 2nd and 4th floor.
