breakfast was pretty good, staff was nice. missing remote for tv, and ac not working so well.

The shower didn’t work cause the head was loose . The phone to call front desk or even use for an emergency didn’t work . Just made a buzzing sound . And they were short staffed so don’t offer late check out . Smelled like dog pee on carpets. Asked for bottom floor and received the second .

Never seen a harder working staff and landscaping crew. Every day — they truly have pride in their job and are so wonderful. The entire staff here have made a time where we needed extended stay with my family and stress levels at maximum — they created a wonderful temporary environment to call “home”.

Location to convenience store. Next to freeway. Morning breakfast and coffee. Wifi, was horrendous often unusable. Had to use phone many times in place of "wifi". Fitness center has 70% of machines were broken.

Bathrooms need updating...exhaust timer in the bathroom keeps running out. Broken bathtub, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. TV channels were limited and remotes were very hard to navigate. Location was nice. Rooms are nice and clean. Quiet but staff was absolutely garbage. The manager kept my deposit because I checked out 5 minutes late. I disputed it with my credit card company and they wouldn't not give it back to me. As far as I'm concerned she stole from me manager. There is very disrespectful and rude and she smelled like alcohol early in the morning I did not like the manager of the place at all. She's very rude. Disrespectful. She smelled like alcohol in the morning and on top of that she kept my deposit because I checked out 5 minutes late. Doesn't say anywhere in their policy. They can keep your deposit for a late checkout but she did and then thought it was funny

No maids came to check on any service for room

Mattress was extremely comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with utensils, glasses/cups, plates etc. Nice to have a quiet place to unwind after visiting my grandchildren nearby. TV channel selection was limited. I usually read or play games on my Kindle Fire, so that wasn't a deal breaker. Took awhile to get warm water for a shower.

Front desk staff.is alittle incompetant.worried about $50 deposits on paid reservations.and they over charged a guest thousands of dollars on his credit card.

Maids and maintance great people.staff is office can be a little overbearing.on prepaid reservation on stay over.they get soo...worried about their next fifty_ $ deposit a little to much.check out time 12pm on the dot.if you staying over and go to office past 12p they trippen to hard.

It was checkout time while I was still packing up and getting ready to come out to check out further. I went down to the lobby to check out. I thought everything was okay. I checked out couple days later. I did not receive my deposit back. They ripped me off for $100 and then when I went back out there to ask them about my deposit they told me it was for a late checkout. I did not know that they were capable of keeping my deposit for a late checkout. That was only 5 minutes. I believe that the deposit was for incidentals any damage or lost materials in the broom which there were none. Then I asked the receptionist or desk girl for a receipt or an email receipt stating that my deposit had been given and not returned. She could not furnish that for me. She told me she emailed it to me which was a lie and then I asked her for a hard copy. She told me she could not provide that that they all went to corporate. The manager was a complete snob very snotty with me and rude

Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and spacious, and as an apartment-style hotel, it had comprehensive amenities, making it suitable for medium to long-term stays. The front desk staff were friendly and communication was smooth. The location was relatively quiet, parking was convenient, and driving around the area was easy. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was sufficient for basic daily needs, and the taste was acceptable. The hotel's billing and payment processes are somewhat complex, involving segmented charges and pre-authorization, which can be confusing at first glance.

Clean room. Used the hot tub by the pool. It was slow to start, but worked well. The breakfast was basic but decent: scrambled eggs and bacon, along with waffles, muffins, toast and juices, fruits, etc.

The pool and hot tub were clean and my kids enjoyed it. Breakfast is served daily, choices were ok for a quick grab n go every day. I would definitely stay here again.

The place looks more like a studio apartment with full kitchen, living room,etc. It's homey feeling. They have swimming pool with bbq grill. The staff are really nice but i wish they have more knowledge of where to go eat etc coz that would have been helpful.

The property is well suited for pets, ground floor particularly. I requested accessible accommodations, but the room was not mobility friendly and had a tub/shower that I could not use. Had to clean cobwebs from some of the furniture. Hotel is definitely showing its age. Bed was comfortable enough, couch was not.

When we arrived the Tv didnt work also the toilet handle had waster dripping from it...over all was not exspected to experience this!

Staff was awesome! Gave us an upgrade. We loved the pool, hot tub and outdoor firepit. Will definitely stay again!

Nice rooms for a great price!

The outdoor pool and jacuzzi was clean and perfect temperature, with pool towels in a hamper nearby. Laundry room was efficient, clean and very affordable (supplies avail for purchase at front desk). Breakfast was very good, with hot eggs, sausage/bacon, oatmeal & DIY waffles. Also cereals, granola, yogurt, and a very nice selection of cereal toppings and bread/pastrie choices. Coffee & tea (inc decaf) 24/7; and juice machine at breakfast. Fresh oranges bananas, apple too. CONS: The low-rider toilet in the room was very hard on elderly knees. Shower & toilet needs a grab bar for safety & elderly. We were ver comfy & happy and would definitely stay there again when in the area!

cooking utensils need to be replaced. curtains have food/drink spills need washing. no where to hang towels. its a room for 6 people and only one towel hook. Above all guests in another room were allowed to yell, clap, hold loud conversation, basically hold a party or meeting outside their room or in the areas outside our own room door, keeping everyone awake from 10:30pm to 2:30 am. I let the front desk know at 10:30pm which was responded to but the guests did not comply. after much intermittent disruption I informed the front desk again at 2:30 am, after that I do recall noise. Awful. will not stay here again

Hi we stayed for 3nights nice hotel near all groceries and San francisco outlet ..looking forward to stay again .. hopefully next time all toiletries are complete ...

Room was of good size and well kept. Staff was great. But hot water took forever to arrive when showering. Breakfast was subpar but did have good coffee

There’s a reason they have such a low rating. While I didn’t experience the rodent infestation, the customer service from the MANAGER was absolutely heartless. I requested an “accessible” room, 2 queen beds. Each room is stated have a FULL kitchen (pictures shows a full stove 4 burners), oven, full size fridge. What’s not clear is not all accessible rooms have the same full kitchen. When I checked in, I stated to the receptionist that I was cooking (she asked my plans for the stay). She failed to tell me I wasn’t getting a full stove w/oven. Then let’s talk about the bathroom, that had a bathtub! Umm, accessible usually has a roll-in shower. My 81-yr old mother could NOT climb into that tub, even with bars! I called myself being compromising, and asked to be moved on my second day of stay, instead of right after getting to the room. When I expressed my concerns, day 1 receptionist said the room I needed was “out of service,” but she didn’t know why. She would look into it and see if it could be back in service (weird). Day 2 is when all hell broke loose. So not only did I have to forgo an accessible room, to get 2 queen beds & a full stove w/oven, but the manager was NOT accommodating AT ALL. No compensation, no points, nothing, & left me in tears,on THANKSGIVING. I had to move my 81 yr old mom alone, after 2pm! He had no compassion!!

I try to book known hotel brands for the consistence of experience. One of the negatives with this hotel is very skimpy breakfast. There was no meat option. The hot food was just eggs from the box and biscuits and gravy. The rest was all unhealthy carbs. Some items in the rooms are very old and have stains on them, like chairs. We also had an unfortunate situation with a German cockroach on my son's bed. We got moved to a different room because of that. Pool and hot tub are awesome!

The only knock I have against the hotel is the rooms need to be cleaned better the last few times I have stayed there the rooms have gotten musty, we had ceiling drywall on the floor as it did not appear the room had been vacuumed the amenities to the room are great but the rooms could use some updating we had a sliding glass window that you could not close unless you picked the sliding glass window up as the bottom runner on the frame was bent some guest had broken off a 2 foot section of the kitchen counter top and someone glued it back on. It is a good hotel but needs to have some attention when cleaning in the rooms and air them out more so they are not so musty

The location is suitable for those who come to Livermore for business. The maintenance is poor. There was no hot running water in my room until I complained. My TV remote did not work, and the desk lamp could not maintain a steady light. It is below the standard expected from Best Western.

Our stay was overall great. Very comfortable and has a home vibe. Good price for what you get. Breakfast was eggs, bacon, and waffles. Fruit, cereal, muffins/donut. Pool had a lot of bugs in it. I guess that would be the only negative thing in my experience. Other than that, would recommend.

The place was ok. The room smelled like urine the moment I stepped in. The size was decent. AC worked so so. The property had more of an apartment feel with an 80’s vibe to it. It was really dark at night with the limited lighting lights. The hot tub and pool were great. This place ok, except for the urine smell.

I got a promotion and on vacation so it was a celebration.

Room lock was broken, took 2 hours to repair and then check in. Jacuzzi was broken. Breakfast was poor and the OJ was sour.

I usually have good stays here. This one stay was not so good. The kitchen was missing a lot of things, and I do utilize it to the fullest. I had to make several trips to the office to get essentials that should have been there.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! it is OLD, MUSTY smell, UNclean, greasy counter top, UNclean oven, cheapest brand appliances fridge greasy to touch with broken door-does NOT close well you have to force-push shut, microwave flimsy, greasy and cheap needing replacement, toilet papers-papertowels are so ROUGH to the skin I had to buy my own brand, the shampoo conditioner and soap are the CHEAPEST most DISGUSTING and contains SUPER TOXIC ingredients and the interior, VERY DIS-appointing, the interior feels like you are in a casket, very gloomy, DARK, drapes grimy stains with bad odor, the carpet smells in this room 813 is so GROSS and has stains all over, very depressing unit to stay in. I would NOT ever, NEVER recommend anyone to stay here, continental breakfast is GROSS, scrambled "eggs" come out of a box, NOT real eggs, which is so toxic and dangerous to your health, thank goodness Whole Foods was close! Smoking area NOT well designated, smokers were in the next unit to me and I had reserved an ABSOLUTELY NO smoking building, smokers were outside smelling second-hand cigarette smoking and I reported this to the front desk and they did nothing! UNCARING staff, very DISGUSTING property and the highway noise was so LOUD! Very GROSS bathroom with grimy curtain showers, toilet NOT working well backing up, a GHETTO roach smoking motel! I'm a travel writer so warning reviews will be posted everywhere! This was a rushed travel so I did not have enough time for proper research, BEWARE!

I really loved this stay its one to remember gonna have to do this stay again for sure. I love the workers from check in to check out.

Just terrible The air conditioning didn’t work and the TV didn’t work so I’ve been transferred to a second room upon being transferred the upstairs bathroom flooded

The room was perfect for our girls weekend! The 5 of us had plenty of room to put our things down and get some rest! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to do a late checkout and they were very nice about extending our time! Would stay again!

Only complaint is that the shower didn’t get warmer than lukewarm. We asked management to check it, but no change after checking. Otherwise pleasantly surprised at how quiet and comfortable the stay was. Might be helpful to renovate the exterior as it looks rather old.

Bad: A/C was not working properly. Room was dirty and old. Had to ask for pool towels and received bath mats. Had to go to the front desk to get bedding for our pull out. Had to get new keys because first ones didn’t work. Pool furniture cushions in desperate need of replacement. No coffee in lobby after 10am.

The facility was tucked away behind a gas station, but the property itself is nicely maintained. The room was very clean and well appointed. The included breakfast was excellent.

Overall it was nice. It’s a little older and although the room is decent in size the furniture and tv arrangement made it feel smaller. The tv reception was not good and cut out often. I ended up watching on my computer.

my daughter just had a baby and so I came out from Hawaii to meet my new grandchild. I booked three nights at the Sens and it was perfect. Quiet enough for us and the baby and also well insulated so as not to disturb anyone else nearby will come back and recommend thank you!

This is the second year we stay at this property. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the venue where our gymnastic competition was rooms are oversized and comfortable. I will definitely recommend.

Was a little outdated as far as carpet paint and tv etc… could definitely be upgraded to more current had a funny smell in room

Staff was wonderful. Accommodations were nice. Although the living area was a bit cramped the way furniture is situated. And logs were not available for fireplace. Overall nice room.

Quiet spot for an overnight stay! The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and fairly comfortable as well. There were some small stains on the carpet but other than that the suite was spotless. I didn't end up using it but the kitchen was nice and well stocked!

Nicole was amazing and so was Daniel at the front desk. Their customer service was on point much appreciated.

The hotel is also very dated. The toilet in our room in Bldg #4 took nearly five minutes to flush and fill. Directions for long distance calls are still on the telephone. But most importantly to us, the Internet connection for this room was atrocious. Using SpeedTest, i never saw anything over 10Mbs. Ten. It’s why the digital television stations constantly drop to black. No bandwidth. Yikes, SenS, this is the area of the Silicon Valley! Upgrade! It took 20 minutes to download a movie!

If you're looking for a reasonably priced All Suite Hotel then SenS is the place for you. My wife and I have stayed there twice and each time everyone treated us outstanding.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fine as such breakfasts go. The location is quite convenient too.

I would definitely stay here again.

Service was OK. Pool was clean. Room was very dated. Peeling paint on the ceilings in the room from water damage. Room had spiders and webs in corners. Very dated and worn. Beds were meh. Not awful but nothing about the rooms were particularly comfortable. Television was not a smart tv and the screen was broken. Only showed the show on 3/4 of the screen.

Love this hotel, quiet, spacious and nice staff

Very nice place with large rooms, well equipped kitchen and a nice breakfast. Downsides were extremely firm beds (I couldn’t sleep!), a broken hot tub (one of the main reasons I chose this location!) and no electric vehicle charging on site.

Definitely overall property needs a facelift but the biggest issue is the cheap and uncomfortable beds and the tv that has only about 5 channels that are watchable. Carpet and sofa had stains. The check in staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, so a plus there. Overall i wouldn’t book her again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our two bedroom two bath unit was clean on the surface but definitely in need of updating. Carpet had spots and rips, furniture was kind of old. Slider door very hard to open and in need of a new screen. Beds were just ok, pillows not so great. The dining area, pool area were all clean and pleasant spots. Location is definitely a plus. Costco gas station right next door, breakfast was good for a quick meal before heading out. It was good enough for a one night stop before the second leg of our trip but wouldn’t want to stay again unless property was updated.

The room was quiet and comfortable for a week’s stay. The breakfast wasn’t great for a vegetarian. Only two days offered more than just apples for fruit, only two days had yogurt. One day the only cereal was fruit loops. But overall it was fine, especially with the large refrigerator and kitchen in the room. The pool is very cold and they fill it with hose water each morning, which might be why, but that made it impossible to have an early morning swim before heading out for the day and one morning there were no clean towels at the pool, just a hamper full of soggy towels. My microwave didn’t work for five days and they didn’t fix it the day they said they would so that made dinner that night convert to cold sandwiches since I had brought a microwaveable dinner with me and leftovers that I didn’t want to use the stove for after a very long day. Air conditioner output was weak, but eventually did cool the room. One person often had their unattended very large dog outside. It wasn’t friendly and growled and barked. Luckily it didn’t attack. Sometimes there were piles of trash on the ground by the exterior trash cans. Overall it was a comfortable stay, with a few minor inconveniences. Quiet and comfortable and very spacious. Lots of closet space. Wish the exercise room had been open. I will probably stay here again.

The one-night stay was fine. It was about what we paid for. The room was clean. The beds were a bit too firm. The breakfast was not bad.

Very friendly front desk personnel. Property is well kept and we will plan to stay here again when traveling through the area.
