    We really enjoy staying here. This is our go to place. We are regular visitors. We have been given much respect, courtesy help and the rooms are very pleasant. We have stayed in many different rooms. But the jacuzzi room is our favorite. Thanks la quinta

    The good amenities are they have truck parking, as well as a nice big parking lot in general. It is in what I feel is a very safe well lit area. the property is well taken care of and has cool stuff like an indoor pool (I so wanted to try it but no time to do that). The room was very clean with the nice perks like blow dryer and ironing board etc in the room. They have good cable options as well! I also had an AMAZING breakfast with tons of options!! I had a really comfy bed and got restful sleep during my short stay. Unfortunately however I also had a few very not pleasant situations that came up in those limited hours. Upon arrival at 1 am the lady working I think a manager of sorts was beyond rude and unpleasant. She literally acted like we were below her, i even asked her if i had done anything bcz I felt like she hated me for some reason! With that said I will say the lady she was training was really nice! And then the first room we were given was a previously used and not yet cleaned room, after a long drama the manager gave us a new room and did give an upgrade, but by then it was well past 2 am. Also I would like the hotel to provide the branded shirts as it looks more professional and allows guests to easily locate staff. And would have been more professional than the sweats the manager was wearing. Ty

    This location has gone downhill. The only thing good about the room was a clean place to sleep for the night. The place is in dyer need for repair. The walls had holes that were patched but not painted. There was a smell and it just felt ratchet. I can understand if they are doing renovations but don't rent out the rooms that are being worked on.. It's not a good look.

    Location The hot tub was broken. Was looking forward to the relaxing soak. The toilet had a drop of pee in it. And the tub had hair and red streaks like someone colored their hair .

    March day at La Quintin hotel was OK Ish except for the pool not being heated which they said it was and the hot tub being broken for a month is what they told me and did not mention it on their website so I was very, very disappointed in that mattress and bed was uncomfortable. Very stiff. TV was just a standard TV no Netflix no Apple TV. Nothing just a standard TV and yeah, so so I was very disappointed.

    The room was clean, the breakfast was good, however, the pool was terrible and we came there for the pool. When our kids got out of the pool, they had rashy skin and said it was very painful. I told the staff that they need to check the pool water and left it at that.

    Really good breakfast. Room was very clean. Hallways not so much. I love how the hotel provides the soaps and shampoo in the shower, instead of those tiny packets that wash maybe one elf. Except the night I was there, the soap dispenser was almost empty. So staff just needs to check those better. But I still highly recommend this La Quinta. They even had an extra blanket in the closet. NO PLACE does that anymore.

    The location was convenient and the property was relatively quiet. Parking was also easy and accessible. The customer service was unacceptable. From the moment I checked in, I felt unwelcome due to the way I was looked at by the front desk staff. When I later requested clean towels, the housekeeping staff responded in a rude and dismissive manner. This treatment made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable during my stay. Staff should be trained to treat all guests with professionalism and courtesy.

    Breakfast was good. They upgraded me to a nicer room. The manager was nice and the older lady but the man boy and brunette female were not very hospitable or welcoming. The place was more run down than shown in pictures. Could not sleep due to a barking dog, they did put me in a new room but my bed was never made, I did not get towels and had to go ask for them on second night. My ten year old found a vape in the couch. I asked to leave a night early and they did not approve a refund.

    Too much chlorine in the Pool and hot tub . Also, mold was on floor under several air conditioners in pool area (the pool and hot tub are indoors). It was also a mold like substance on the concrete around the perimeter of hot tub. I suffered an asthma attack because of the high chlorine levels and I had to leave the pool area and I never came back although we were there 4days.

    There were some other things that weren't necessarily dealbreakers but still speak to the upkeep/care of this hotel, such as paint that had been a repair job that didnt match the walls, carpet coming up on the floor, long cords plugged in far away, outdated small television, the shower also was just a higher ridge on the floor with a curtain and drain. Avoid this place at all costs. They do not offer refunds, so you will be out of a place to stay and your money as well. Check out the other reviews and you will see that this is a common experience at this hotel.

    What ever you do … don’t sleep in Room 104. The elevator is on the other side of the wall. It’s very ignoring. Didn’t have a restful sleep. The room was clean. I wasn’t impressed with our check in. Then we were eating breakfast with other visitors watching Good Morning America. All of a sudden the receptionist changed the TV to Fox News. No consideration for us. I don’t think I will return here. Also, could smell marijuana down the hallway.

    We rented two rooms to attend a wedding. We checked in, got ready and left to the wedding right away. We got back late and immediately went to sleep. Upon waking, we saw a cockroach on our lamp shade. My daughter was staying in the room across the hall and she also saw a cockroach in her room. My husband had gone to get us coffee and saw a cockroach in their breakfast area. He notified the front desk immediately. There wasn’t a manager on site, so he was advised to contact Expedia since we booked through them. Ultimately, they advised that we couldn’t get a refund because they had already paid the hotel!? We were offered a $25 per room credit. I don’t believe that we’ll use Expedia again if they can’t even get you a refund for a cockroach infested hotel.

    Room was fairly clean but hallways had trash bags on the floor and smelled like multiple types of stale food. Walls of elevator were dirty. When I came back to the property from an errand there were six police cars around the front of the building. Very sketchy! Apparently there was a domestic violence event! Not something you want to see when yo are a lone female!

    The stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Upon entering the room, there was a sharp and overwhelming smell of ammonia that made it difficult to feel comfortable. Furthermore, the noise levels were disruptive throughout the entire night. The soundproofing is inadequate, as every door opening and closing in the hallway was clearly audible. Due to the persistent noise and the unpleasant odor, getting a restful night's sleep was impossible. It is advisable to consider other options.

    Rooms were fine but hot tub was very, very dirty. When you turned the jets on huge foam bubbles would inundate the entire tub. It looked like the nasty foam that sometimes you find on the shore at the beach but this was like a foot high throughout the whole tub...... almost like somene added kid's bubbles to it but they were discolored and dirty. When we stopped the jets, you would see all kinds of debris floating around in the water. The pool looked nice and the hottub felt great.... it just grossed us out. I'd stay there again though.

The smoke detectors were rigged up with bags and strings around them I def didn’t feel safe looked like previous guest smoked crack or something in it the way the detector was

    Room was okay but satisfied enough. Shower head wasn't adjustable and water temperature was a little challenge. The sliding door is on the right side for this specific room I checked in so idk if they are the same in design. You have to get wet with cold water when reaching the valve on the other side. I recommend bringing any streaming device that plugs with HDMI and a universal remote so you can enjoy your stay.

    yes, all in all the room are nice...clean linen that sits on the table for days it's kind of smell musky. the knob for the shower is little bit loose and to turn the dial it doesn't have an arrow where to turn. For this type of hotel/motel it should be cheaper old wooden building office with a freight elevator the area is close to the freeway, and the breakfast is enough.

    Staff not friendly or helpful at all- hallways and rooms smell- sketchy people look like maybe living there long term - shampoo and body wash inside shower were empty - all gem equipment is broken down .     Scuffed walls and threadbare carpets in the hall, dirty drips all over the elevator door, drapes were not attached to the rod and the TV didn’t work. For a working TV I had to move across the hall and then I turned down the sheets and the bottom sheet was covered with stains. I swapped sheets with the room across the hall, but they were only slightly better. I slept in my clothes on the top sheet. The heater stopped working during the night and I couldn’t get any heat out of it so eventually I had to use the comforter. There is a trucking hub down the street and the hotel is on a corner with a traffic signal so I had to listen to trucks running through their gears most of the night. I’m not a young man and I have never seen so many problems with one room. I will never use this hotel chain again.

    From the webpage, everything looked fine and well kept but on arrival the lobby was very clean. Staff was nice getting to the elevator. That’s where the problem started. Elevator was extremely slow opening up made a terrible screeching sound as it closed room was decent size but all furniture bad refrigerator were all damaged. There was small cockroaches in bathroom, I guess only stay here if you absolutely have nowhere else to go too bad we will not be staying here again. Go next-door to the new hotel Fairfield pay the extra for Piece of mine.

    Room curtains were filthy had stuff all on them look almost like dried blood. Stayed one night, next morning woke up and opened curtains for light and there was a bedbug laying on the seal. Made it feel so uncomfortable after that. I left asap. Won’t stay there again.

    The locks on our door were broken & we had to keep a chair against the door until it could be fixed in the morning. There were food wrappers on the floor, the bathroom was not clean & had urine on the outside of the toilet. The issues were addressed when we brought them up but there should have been no issues in the first place. Especially the broken locks on the door.

    Booked this place last minute since I had a migraine while I was traveling through Livermore. I always go to Expedia automatically. The first room they gave me, there were three cockroaches standing there greeting me. I couldn’t believe it. Headache and all went back down to tell them and show them a picture and the young man at the desk said “well no one else has reported it” as I’m showing him evidence. I asked him if I could get my money back as I was very uncomfortable he said since I went through a third party and that I got such a cheap rate he couldn’t give me my money back. Kinda felt like they gave me this room since I got the cheap rate As my headache worsened and I said I guess I have to try another room so up the stairs I went again this time I walk into a sauna the room was so hot and the thermostat had a low battery and wasn’t turning on and found black marks on the bedspread so back down the stairs I go again I told him I don’t even know what to say at this point. He ended up giving me another room. Fan worked, looked all over for bugs luckily didn’t find any, didn’t mean there weren’t any. Tried to get some rest without feeling like something was crawling on me. But this left me wondering if I should still go through third party anymore. And I felt like La Quinta inn didn’t take the roaches in the room very seriously

    I’m not too mad with my experience. The property was clean, the staff was super nice and you can tell they try to update the property by painting the rooms. If you or your family enjoy swimming pools, they have a nice indoor set up. I think they also do a pretty decent continental breakfast. I went in there to get some utensils for my dinner, but left too early in the morning to partake.I gotta admit, it’s a little overpriced for what and where it is. This place should definitely be $100 a night, the night that I stayed. More than half the rooms were vacant and there was nothing going on this weekend. The only thing that bothered me were the guests that were on the third floor. They do not stop walking around till about 11:30 at night. Then, did I finally get to sleep. If you’re gonna stay here, definitely stay on the third floor if you want some sleep.

    A little worn down. First room on the first floor had stains on the carpet and there was a beetle in the room so they moved our room to the second floor and it was much cleaner. Indoor Pool and hot tub was nice, they provide towels. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options, plus on the weekends it was served until 10. Plenty parking with a gas station next door. Very quite just wish they would take more pride in the cleaning. The elevator needed a little TLC. But overall it was budget friendly and I would stay again if I had to.

    I checked in around 11 PM after a long travel day and immediately had the worst hotel experience of my life. The front desk woman was beyond rude — no greeting, just threw her hand at me and said “ID?!” with attitude. I had done pre-check-in to make things smoother, and she only perked up once she realized it meant less work for her. First key didn’t work. When I went back, she blamed me for “holding my phone and the key together,” which apparently deactivates it. (Spoiler: I didn’t.) When I finally got into my room… it was INFESTED with flying roaches. I screamed and called the front desk. She answered just to say she was “off the clock” and someone would help me soon. I waited downstairs for over an hour — exhausted, needing rest for a wedding job the next morning — and no one helped me. Meanwhile, other guests were checked in without issue. Turns out she never told anyone I needed help. When I finally spoke with a different employee, he handed me multiple room keys to check out new options — ALL of which were also disgusting. One had roaches under the sink eating old Cheez-Its. Another had a roach crawl up my leg. The last one didn’t have visible bugs but had dry vomit next to the nightstand, brown stains on the walls and sheets, and used towels with mascara still on them. It was horrific. I barely slept 3 hours before my client’s wedding. I asked for a refund at checkout and was told I needed a manager override. Unsaf

    The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned, there was food on the floor and the window seal. The next room was cleaner but they hadn’t restocked anything so we had to ask the front desk staff for toilet paper. There was salt or sugar in a pile by the nightstand and wall, the drawers for the night stand and dresser were full of crumbs and what looked like a spilled drink, and cobwebs in our room and the hallways. The front desk and breakfast area are probably the only clean spaces.

    Hotel: 8 de 10 es un hotel antiguo pero debo reconocer qur han hecho un esfuerzo por mantenerlo en condiciones adecuadas, algunos desgastes normales. Limpieza: 8 de 10 la habitación tenía un poco de lugares sucios, pero en términos generales nada de que asustarse. Los baños tenían Shampoo y Jabón Dove sin embargo para mi mala suerte los de mi baño se habían acabado y no los rellenaron, tampoco yo fui a solicitar que lo hicieran. Staff: 8 de 10 no habia nadie en recepción y tuve que esperar que salieran de un cuarto donde estaban viendo TV o escuchando radio, sin embargo cuando me atendieron fueron amables. Desayuno: 10 de 10 quizá lo mejor del hotel, un excelente desayuno súper completo que incluye huevos, salchicha, panqueques, frutas, yogurt, cereal con leche, pan Amenidades: 10 de 10 tienen piscina techada (no la utilice) pero si se veía en optimas condiciones de limpieza, también tenían un gimnasio. Ubicación: 10 de 10 excelente localidad, yo la utilice de punto intermedio ya que venía de San Diego y descansamos allí para partir al día siguiente a San Francisco. En general es un lugar al que yo si regresaría y recomendaría como ideal para pasar una estadía.

    Overall, this hotel was a good value for the price we paid. We had a room with a king bed and the room was large and comfortable with adequate amenities. The only issues we had with the room was it had a bad smell when we first walked in that kind of smelled like sewer gas but it quickly dissipated and the bathroom did not have a working exhaust fan. The indoor pool and hot tub area was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. There was garbage on the pool deck that was not touched during our entire 4-night stay and you could tell nothing was wiped down in a long time. The pool water was really cold but the hot tub water was perfectly hot and the jets were pretty powerful. The hot breakfast was really good and there were a good amount of choices. The coffee was surprisingly delicious! If they step up their cleaning game, especially in the pool area, we would definitely consider staying there again.

    This used to be my favorite hotel in Livermore. I have stayed here many times for work. This was my final visit as the quality has seriously degraded over time. It is clear that the owner is not investing in keeping this place going. It started minor with the front desk running out of key card slips so I got a post it with my room number on it. How do you run out? Then it was clear my toilet hadn’t been cleaned and the last guest had a bad day. Then the elevator had a strong marijuana odor. Kids played loud rap music in the halls at night. The air conditioner sound like it was on the verge of breaking. The eggs at breakfast were so disgusting I couldn’t swallow them and spit them in the trash. I will be finding a more professional hotel. This place has degraded to budget motel status.

    Overall this is an older property that is in decent condition. However, things like the shower main control handle falls off, the fan in the bathroom ( which comes on with the light) sounds like it is ready to explode and very noisy, the excersize bike and elliptical need service, makes you wonder who is managing this property or what low standards do they have. My primary issue was the check-in was just poorly recieved. The young lady really needs to be trained on basic customer service, like greeting, welcoming, and covering anything about the hotel (wifi, breakfast hours, where to park, where are the elevators) because in this area she scores a zero. Again, this is just a total reflection on the management and really does not take much to turn around. Of course, caring is the most important aspect.

    The water in the spa was cold, there were kids there playing and unattended, the parents were there but not taking care of their children (3) they were turning on and off the spa repeatedly. I thought kids were not allowed to the spa pool. Additionally in room 218 there was a dog that kept barking non stop. Even thought I respolect animals and their owners if a dog is uncontrollable other guests should not be victims of these annoyance. I called the reception to complained about the dog but the receptionist (who was really kind) said she couldn't do anything, i suggested to call animal control or the police. Sad that other abuse the hotel when is pet friendly.

    I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience. Our room had a strong, unpleasant odor that resembled a sewer, and we found trash underneath the bed. Despite requesting a crib in advance for my baby, none was provided. The room was also not soundproof, making it very difficult to rest, and to top it all off, there were long hairs scattered across the bathroom floor. My family and I considered leaving to find another hotel, but it was very late and most nearby options were fully booked. I plan to escalate this issue to management, as the condition of the room and overall service were completely unacceptable.

    The coffee was good too! Our check in was made awkward by the clerk. As I got to the counter, I was giving him my name. He kept saying that he didn’t know what I was talking about. I had to start all over saying that I was checking in. Then he seemed to get it. A strange check-in!

    The hotel was great, but there were people screaming in the hallways after midnight for about 30 minutes, phone in room didn't work so no way to alert management.
