The hotel itself was presentable, the staff were kind and professional and the location was safe. The only negative thing I have to say is the odor. There was a strong musty urine smell in the hallway and only the hallway. The rooms did not have the smell.

The room was great but I noticed the smell of cannabis smoke coming from either one of the rooms or the outside...I couldn't sleep so I checked out early

The staff was very helpful and accommodating when we asked questions and when we couldn’t open the door and needed an extra blanket. The bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned. Our only concern is the bathroom towels are not very absorbent that when we wiped our hands and after taking a shower. Thank you !

The room was mostly clean except for the dead cockroach. The staff I reported to said they would speak to the manager and have the room sprayed, but nothing ever happened that I was informed about. The room was shabby... Holes and stains on the curtains, carpet was stained with something red (yuck),the bedskirt was torn and stained and stuck out on the floor and the cover/handle on the kitchen faucet kept coming off etc. Really needs some attention. It would also be nice to be informed of cleaning policies etc.. I never dreamed we would be emptying our own trash which was very unpleasant since the trash room was full of fruit flys/gnats.

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows very hard, no toiletries in the bathroom, smoke alarm went off due to another guest cooking . Breakfast was blueberry muffins and a granola bar. Neither of which were a preference to eat.

There was nothing in the room. Not plates, no silverware, no coffee cups not glasses. No coffee pot or coffee. Not even tea bags. No shampoo. I could not believe it. Will never stay there again. The carpets were very dirty and stink was horrible. The tv didn't even work. Had to keep taking the plug in and out to turn it on and off. Very very difficult to even change a channel. The clock was even still an hour off. What a dump. Not worth the money at all.

Room was clean, bathroom door didn’t close. The door didn’t go all the way to the floor all the light from the hallways came in the room all night.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located near the freeway.

Unfortunately, it seems to also be an alternate housing place for homeless perhaps on vouchers. Lots of sketchy folks camped in the parking lot smoking all day long and at every exit. But, they don’t actually even go outside. You can smell the stink of cigarette smoke walking down the hallways. My room stank of stale cigarettes the four days I stayed there. The best they could offer was a can of air freshener. Carpet was strangely damp for some reason. Didn’t really dry out. Left the windows open the whole time I was there. Loud trucks waking you up in the morning as people went off to work. Also it is in a very secluded area with only a Carl’s Jr. around. You’re going to have to drive a significant distance to get any kind of stores. An inconvenience for an extended stay where you might want to bring some groceries. This would be an OK hotel for $50-$75 a night. But for the prices they charge it is ridiculously poor quality.

Our first room was infested with ants all over the wall. I went to tell the receptionist and she was able to change our room with an upgrade. Even with the new room, I didnt sleep well.

Bring your owm breakfast. Complimentary breakfast was coffee filled with grounds, a small stale muffin, and a granola bar.

I booked my reservation online. Once I arrived had to pay add fee for dog. Also When I booked it showed several rooms left and upon arrival I was told it was the last room which was handicap and very old and dated. Keys don’t ever work upon re-entry. Very disappointing .

Cleanedt Extended Stay location I’ve been to. Right next to 24 Hour Fitness which is a plus.

There was a terrible odor in the room which made my closes smell. The shower and toilet were clogged. I wish I would have purchased a refundable room. I left with 2 nights left on stay and went to a different hotel near by.

Presents nicely when you arrive. Extremely limited "grab and go" breakfast options. Fire alarm went off for almost 4 hours the night we arrived. No one available at the desk to answer questions when we went downstairs. We were finally told that the maintenance staff had been called to address the issue; the alarm continued for another three hours (told the next day that management was looking for someone "local" to be available in the future). Beds fairly comfortable but with sunken areas. Spacious bathroom. Water in the shower never got truly hot, and the water pressure in the shower was very low. Would not stay again.

Check out was breeze then i had to use the bathroom although there was not a public restroom in the lobby. The front counter reprinted my room card and allowed me to use the restroom

Everything is old

The air conditioner would not work and the toilet ran continuously as did the shower ( constant drip) The door handle to the bathroom was broken and when these things were brought to front desk I got a shrug from the person manning the desk. Also saw a costumer wait for over 30 minutes to be assisted . The property itself was semi clean and it was quiet.

Outdated, but not dirty. The silver part on the bathroom faucet was peeling, and not all of the light fixtures worked. The door and table that should have been where I ate or worked from was sticky, so I did not use the table. The sheets were thin, but the bed was comfortable enough. The first night people were having a conversation in the parking lot at 2am and woke me up.

This place is not cool. On hotels.com it has a high rating, but on Yelp, it’s trash. Yelp is more accurate. It states breakfast, and you get the options of coffee, packaged instant oatmeal, granola bars, packaged pastries, all served in the lobby on a small table by the door. The refrigerator was not clean, the bathroom door handle came off. I asked for a late check-out, man asked until what time. Then he wanted to negotiate; why ask me? 10 min before the time we agreed, he comes knocking on the door, telling me check out was at 11. But I called and got a late check out. It wasn’t even time yet. Just rude. When I left I asked for a receipt, he told me Expedia would send me one. I’ve always gotten a receipt regardless how I booked. Then he all of a sudden wanted to give me a receipt. Nevermind. Never again.

Liked access to transportation corridors, yet far enough away from freeway to deminish road noise. Recliner was broken, shower head spray was almost a dribble or maybe a fog is a better description.

Very few amenities, no in room coffee no shampoo only bar soap. No hair dryer and the breakfast was minimal muffins packaged oatmeal and coffee. Don't think we will stay at these properties again.

Our 3-night stay was very affordable but we got what we paid for. Front desk was friendly but rooms are outdated, some visible damage to hanging racks and room furniture. The carpet was dirty and felt sticky.

They call the breakfast a grab and go breakfast. We were able to grab a muffin (a tiny one) and coffee. No fruit; I asked about fruit, my reply was "no fruit." Hotels.com rated this place an 8! Not even

The man who checked us in had no personality. Never acknowledged us not friendly. Hotels.com said breakfast included. That should be changed to “muffins” we left early so uncomfortable. Halls smelled like cannabis. Never again! I really feel I deserve a refund!

The hotel was nice and the staff was very courteous. The only issue was that the price charged at the location did not match the price charged on the website and I ended up paying more money. The lady at the front desk did not know how to resolve the discrepancy and I needed to check in. Other than that it was a good stay but I wish I could have kept what was offered online

Brought my ps5 to have activity’s during my stay. Wasn’t able to log onto the WiFi with the ps5 due to router restrictions. That was the worse part.

The room smelled like dog. The heater was not working and it was loud that I had to unplug. Could hear very loud noises from outside room. Will not stay here again.

Extended Livermore is super convenient given the fact that you have restaurants and access to last minute supplies. parking is awesome, now I can see why it's always full. The staff there is friendly and they are always very helpful with accommodating to their customers needs and wants.

Frequently there was no one at the front desk. It appeared there we some people living full time in the hotel. Breakfast was very limited. Room was pretty clean and pretty quiet.

We appreciated the value for a last minute stay. The room was clean however I didn’t notice until much later when we went to bed that the sheets had a bit of a sour smell. Not the fresh, I know they’ve been bleached smell. So made for a restless night. Everything else was clean though.

The wife and I enjoyed our stay but the only disappointment was we were told there wasn't any ice????

It was a quick overnight stop. Location was close to the Premium outlets. Breakfast service was not good due to lack of selection. The early birds take all the best items, and then nothing left for others. I also did not like the fact that the room is equipped with nothing, and you need to take inventory of what you need and ask for it (shampoo; body wash; plates; glasses; etc..) - very inconvenient.

Easy to get to and clean. Downside...found the beds too firm...the free "breakfast" is too minimal. Would have been nice if cinnamin rolls etc were offered in stead of just tiny muffins or nutrigrain bars, oatmeal packs and maybe orange juice

Conveniently located by freeway but this is an older hotel that has hard beds, pillows not comfortable, no closet, no amenities in room or bathroom, kitchenette not furnished, and almost non existent breakfast items.

Just made a review of the other one in chabot. I should have come here and ate the higher cost for a peace of mind instead. My overall 2 experiences in this place was great! Front desk was kind enough to set the expectation of bugs being common in places like this but so far theirs is one of the cleanest I've been to! Only downside is electric stove doesn't run hot enough for most cooking. Took me an hour almost 2 to sear a steak.

Room comes with ƙitchen wirh no supplies. Asked for plates and cups and they said they ran out. No soaps or lotion dish soap or sponge. had to go buy my own!

I only stayed for one night but the staff was friendly and accommodating. They don’t stock the room with everything (shampoo, dish soap, etc), you have to request it up front. But they were prompt about getting me the things I needed

My room was very basic in an older property. It was fine for what I needed, just to sleep and take showers. There was an odd smell in the room.

There seem to be a lot of shady people in the hotel. Some of the staff was very friendly, while others were extremely rude. The “free breakfast” consisted of coffee, low quality muffins, and do it yourself oatmeal. Worst though, the bathroom was disgusting. The showerhead was coming out of a wall that was completely rotted. Water from the showerhead was dripping down into the drywall and there was black mold on the walls. Just horrible.

Heat could not get set to comfort level! Blew too hot or too cold constantly! Breakfast was a joke! Grab and go was coffee, one brand of tea, two types of muffins, powered oatmeal. Yuck! Never staying there again!

Hotel was clean, and quiet. the only thing they should upgrade is the grab and go breakfast. Add more variety example add milk, juices, fruits, nuts. Etc…

I like the staff, the lady who checked us in was very friendly. I like that the room has a kitchenette with a full size fridge, stove and microve. The room was looking nice and clean with no weird smell, but as soon as we layed down we seen a cockroach going up the wall.
