Good breakfast but utensils ( plastic fork and knife ) were flimsy that it literally bend while cutting pancakes. They should use good quality plastic spoon and knife. Same on mgmt and best western chain to allow such inferior quality.

The floors were not carpet so the room did not smell like many hotel rooms do from old carpet smell. The hotel had front, and back doors with parking all the way around the building. So no long walks around the building. There were also side doors. Very easy to get in and out. Access to the freeway was close to the hotel and easy to use. Would definitely stay here again. And would recommend it to others in a heartbeat.

The staff has always been nothing but excellent. Parking is ample the rooms have always been clean and breakfast that is provided. Complementary has always been quite good. I will be going back there again for my next stay in six weeks.

This was my very first time staying here and i was absolutely in love with the property! The staff were all amazing and made me feel super comfortable. I stayed alone so it was a big deal that i felt super comfortable. I even extended my stay. Room was clean and the cleaning staff were on top of it. I even had an interaction with maintenance and he was amazing!

Spacious room. Bed is comfortable but pillows are way too soft and airy. Breakfast is typical continental with hot waffle. Not that great but not that bad.

I stayed here 3 nights i had originally only was supposed to stay one night but extended my stay. I was also alone and felt super safe and secure. I love how clean and welcoming front desk were including the cleaning ladies and maintenance guy. I will definitely be staying here again.

Convenient freeway access and easy to find. Clean, plus for hardwood floors. Bathroom feels older but was fine. Check in was quick and easy, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not too crowded and had many basic options including scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns.

Everything worked well for me. From the location, the parking, the staff, the room, to the cleanliness of the place, I loved it. The online checking is a little bit unnecessary since you go over it again at the desk.

Despite asking for a king bed on a ground floor thru Expedia, my reservation turned into 2 queen beds on the third floor. As an older person who has mobility issues I was upset, especially as I learned the first floor rooms were all booked. Seeing my reaction, the front desk attendant went above and beyond to arrange for my desired room. All I had to do was wait in the lounge for 20 minutes while housekeeping got involved. Great room, even greater helpful staff.

Some things are just non negotiable though. We got checked-in to an occupied room. Our towels had blemishes like someone cleaned their face on it. The shower floor had some white residue. We were not sure if that was from the tile’s grout or heavy soap. Very thin walls…. Had terrible sleep because my neighbor had the tv on all night. Not really the Hotel’s fault. Just letting you know what to expect. My review is so that you can improve. Not here to get anyone in trouble. The room was clean - employees were kind and helpful.

Parking was easy but the hotel is in a sort of "hotel/business complex/ industrial area" right beside the freeway and is not well lit..It was quiet at night but sort of creepy but i had no problems

Quick check in. Tiny room. Reserved room for 4 people. Only 3 towels. They didn’t have anyone extra. Had to go downstairs to get it myself. No hot tub but nice pool. Breakfast average. Good selection but soggy. Luggage trolley had flat tire. I have always thought Best Western Plus’ were nicer but this was not the case here. But it was clean and fine for one quick night stay.

Car was parked in Handicap sport in front of the doors right side of building. Sprinkler sprayed water on my truck leaving spots all over my paint. Also having the ice machine only on the 2nd floor, it was a hassle to get to.

The breakfast was good. Rooms need to be updated. We couldn't find our room because we didn't see the blue tape above the door with the room number on it.

Checked in at 10 PM for a one night stay. The gal at the front desk was friendly. My family and I stayed on the third floor which was in the middle of them remodeling. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The room and bathroom were updated. The bathroom was clean enough. It was quiet so we good a good nights sleep. Complimentary breakfast was fine- they had eggs, sausages, cereals, muffins, bagels, bread and English muffins to toast and waffles that you make. Breakfast area and dining area were clean as there was a lady that was consistently cleaning up the area. Overall, hotel a decent place to stay.

housekeeping on request they dont tell you that at check in .when you ask about it they show you a little sign thats behind a plant. Breakfast link or patty french toast wedges. The only changes to breakfast i had anything to do with.

Wonderful stay with girlfriends for the weekend. All accommodations were perfect, bed quality, room size, towels& sheets, breakfast, front desk help, cleanliness, quietness, pretty much all of it. Maybe just one little thing is the elevator seems to be slow, but not many floors and we went in a hurry on vacation time.

I have stayed at this location a couple of times and it's been a great experience each time. The rooms are always very clean and the continental breakfast area is always really nice and tidy.

The staffs were friendly and professional. The room was very clean for the most part. I stayed there for a few days and their breakfast selections seem to always change. One morning it was omelette with cheese, bacon, home fries. The next morning it was scrambled eggs with sausage and home fries. The last morning it was sunny side up with sausage no home fries.

The lobby and elevator smelled like pot and there were multiple vents hanging and about to fall out of the ceiling. But the rooms were comfortable and clean.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to amenities in Livermore, and easy access to the freeway. The facility inside is well maintained and clean. The room itself was average. The bed was clean, but the floors weren't vacuumed very well. The bathroom had a fairly strong moldy smell, and the sink's water pressure was very low. Overall, I think the hotel is good for its price and location, and I wouldn't mind staying here again if needed.

The property was decent but there was foul sewer smells inside the room as well as musky moldy smells.

Noticed a faint odor the first couple of nights. Must request for rooms to be cleaned, they forgot the first time. No convenient walkable restaurant/dining options, if you don't have a car, Doordash or other services a must.

The only thing that was missing was that in the breakfast the toaster oven was not working and the milk was sour but I told the staff member and she exchanged it!

The hotel was nice, it took a little longer to check in but thats ok, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean. I put a 4/10 overall because while the room is clean and modern there is basically no place to put stuff in the bathroom when you are getting ready. I get the minimalist design but it seems flawed in this situation
