Good breakfast. Nice rooms

Cons: sleeper sofa was not comfortable and there is no door from the bathroom sink area to the main bedroom, so it is not a great setup for a person planning on sleeping in the living room or someone trying to get ready while others are sleeping. Breakfast tables were not very clean as they didn’t seem to have the staff to bus the tables between guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.
- 4.5/5
The breakfast is very good. Berries, eggs, yogurt, waffles. All tasty! We used sofa bed and it was dirty. And the room is pretty small.

Hotel was clean and the staff was great. Their cocktail hour was great as well. I highly recommend staying here!
- 5/5
Great location South of Denver, Great west facing outdoor seating and fire pit space with views of the Rockies, same with West facing rooms. Very nice property we attended a wedding and this hotel is great, restaurant next door as well.
- 5/5
Room was just as advertised. Enjoyed my stay.
- 3.5/5
Sausage was undercooked. Otherwise pretty typical for hotel breakfast. Cook sausage fully. It was raw inside.

Bathtubs could use rubber traction strips for when using shower. They are very slippery
- 5/5
Super fresh breakfast. Lots to choose from. Extremely clean property and room. Has a dishwasher, mini stove top, full size fridge, dishes.
- 5/5
Have stayed here multiple times and very much enjoy it! My one critique would be the scent that they must pump through the hotel is quite strong so if you’re sensitive to that kind of thing, this might not be the best option for you. Love it otherwise though, good breakfast, beautiful outdoor area with killer views!

We needed a 2-bedroom accessible suite, as our son is a double amputee who uses a wheelchair. We were assutred that would be available so we prepaidfor our stay but, upon check-in, discovered the room was not accessible. We tried to make it work, but had a very distressing experience when our son could not get out of the bathroom at 2:30 AM on our first night. In adition, our room was adjacent to a sprinkler control room, and its noise kept my wife and I awake for another hour. A very helpful front desk person attempted to make our second night more comfortable, but was inhibited by company policy. As we had considered staying a third night, she was able to comp our son's room in a nearby facility for that 3rd night. In addition to being stuck in an non-accessible room, entry/exit doors throughout the facility had no push plates for accesibility. Also, the room itself had uncomfortable furniture with worn carpet, and the breakfast was nothing to write home about.

It was a nice hotel, for a reasonable price, and I got a Mountain View.

The size, location and cleanliness. Nothing
- 5/5
Breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean
- 3/5
The room had a decent amount of space, which was a plus, and the sheets were clean. However, the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired — the bed skirts, couch, and curtains were visibly stained, and the shower, while functional, felt grimy. A good deep clean would go a long way. Wouldn't rush back, but it wasn't a total loss.

I checked in at nearly 4 pm so plenty of rooms should have been ready. My first trip to the 4th floor I was met with stinky food smells, harsh chemical smells, and the room 100% had been smoked in. I asked for another room. The smell in the hall seeped into that room too, and whatever cleaning supplies they use are atrocious. You can’t open the windows to air it out - so you’re 100% stuck with the smells. I was in town to go to an event. I stay 4 or more nights a month in hotels every month. Deciding couldn’t risk smelling like ANYTHING in that hotel for the event, I literally left my keys on the counter and left. The room was prepaid and nonrefundable and it was so bad I looked for and found another place to stay. Do not book this hotel - plain and simple.

The hotel is very neat and clean. I really liked the room amenities, and the breakfast was great too. It’s very dog-friendly, which I appreciated. Even though the location is a bit secluded, I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Denver.

Great 3 day stay! Amazing views and breakfast options
- 5/5
Great place to stay, especially if your spouse snores. It's a little home away from home. The staff was very friendly and the place was nice and clean. The breakfast had many delicious, healthy options. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean room, but smelled like strong cleaner and old cigarettes.

Only concern is no one was manning the front desk when we arrived at 4:00 p.m. It took about 10 minutes for an employee to show up to check us is.
- 4/5
I have to say that I was really impressed by how quickly the staff came to the desk as soon as I approached--no matter what time of day it was! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.
- 5/5
Clean room, fruendly staff, beautiful view while eating thier full complimentary breakfast.
- 5/5
Awesome staff. The room was comfortable and relaxing. Great view. Plus wonderful breakfasts and during the week dinner (appetizers)
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options rotated. Happy hour was a nice touch. Views were great. Free laundry facilities. Good location. Only thing missing was an indoor pool/hot tub.
- 5/5
Very pretty area and view, staff was friendly, very nice place I will come back
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
Room is very clean! Excellent for that. Food was meh at the evening social. (not very fresh). Staff wasn’t friendly and welcoming/warm when I arrived that evening, but was better the next day with a different person. Also, please have the breakfast end later - 9:30 is too early! Nice hotel if they are more consistent with staff friendliness and better food. Great room! Quiet and cleanliness is outstanding.
- 4/5
Nice and accommodating staff/front desk. Good, rotating breakfast options and nice views

Everything was great except the wifi. It was hard to get it to load. Then we kept losing contact and would have to restart the laptop and try again. Had to use our phone service. Very frustrating. Needed the internet for doctors appointment.

Pleasant staff and excellent breakfast. No dresser for clothing; strange for a long tem stay. Also, windows in rooms do not open for fresh air.

Because of the bad weather and living far away from work, I decided I was gonna stay here for the night so I didn’t have to make the long drive home and back five hours later. This was a very nice location. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly if I needed to do this again I’d be more than happy to come back.
- 4/5
Staff was pleasant, room was very nice and had areas for work, sleep, and cooking.
- 5/5
The location, the views, the service, the breakfast, everything was great!

Where it was and staff I am to have a night with my daughter to get in pool and it was closed and even though I checked in late had yo be out at 11am just wasn't what we wanted we wanted to have a mother daughter night wasn't that great boxes off trash in our hallway when got off elevator and what I paid not happy with this sorry but not sorry and I work close by and a lot of people wanted to know how that night went sorry guy I wasn't happy
- 5/5
Great staff
- 4/5
The room was tidy, but this hotel always uses too many chemicals. The entire place reeks of disinfectant and one’s shoes stick to the vinyl floors when one walks. The staff was somewhat disinterested in helping us. The overall condition of the hotel is very good and it’s comfortable; the rooms are large; and the location works for us. Otherwise, we would find somewhere else to stay.
- 5/5
Room was clean and the 24/7 laundry room was much appreciated. Lots of options at breakfast the scrambled eggs and bacon was the best breakfast out of the whole trip. We definitely will be back in the future. Great location too.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, fast check in, room spacious and clean.
- 5/5
Awesome service very clean too
- 5/5
Excellent room
- 2/5
The whole place reeked of bug spray. Staff was indifferent. Toilet wasn't firmly attached to the floor. Was not very clean..carpet was dirty, crumbs and sticky on the floors, box spring skirt dirty, stained. Ugh. Never again. Tried to leave a night early and was told I'd not get a refund for that night due to hotels.com booking and no cancellation policy.
- 4/5
Nice
- 5/5
This place had one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had in a while. I was there more than one night, and the menu actually changed between stays. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the entire hotel looked very nice. The only downside I can mention is their pool is currently being remodeled, and they don’t have a hot tub.
- 5/5
Every time we've stayed our room has exceeded expectations for comfort and amenities. Great value for our travel accommodations, and goodness, so much to do and see!
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend to others!

- 4/5
Nice large rooms
- 4/5
The stay over all was good, disappointed that the room was extremely dusty… But they got that cleaned up fast. The pool was not available unfortunately and the fire pit was also not working. The room was spacious and comfortable. Well supplied as well. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Very clean comfortable hotel, close to many restaurants. Friendly staff
- 4/5
It was great for a night of passing through Denver
- 3/5
The facilities were great. The people were nice and I really was looking forward to being there, but my rating for this stay is at three stars because the facility uses such highly scented cleaners that I could barely breath. It was the floor cleaner because I had to go rinse off the floor with water and paper towels in order to reduce the smell. The windows do not open so that floor cleaner scent was just strong and stuck. It permeated into the hallway. We were there for the night only as we were driving across country to the get another state. I'm just happy my wife and I did not get a migraine from that.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable bed
- 5/5
The place I will stay when I come to Denver. It’s safe, quiet, and clean.
- 5/5
Super clean upon checking in- a little strong on the deodorizer, but other than that very impressed with bedding comfort, quiet with an amazing view
- 5/5
Perfect location for our travel
- 5/5
All amazing
- 5/5
This was our home base while staying in Denver. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The shower door was a little squeaky but the rest of the room and kitchen was wonderful. Breakfast was very nice. We would book a stay here again.
- 1/5
There was no warning—even by the front desk—that the pool was closed. Sucked because we had planned the room for the pool. A small sign on the door to pool (while standing in our suits) said construction.
- 5/5
Breakfast was top notch with healthy but tasteful options. Not much to walk to for dinner, but grub hub makes it even easier.
- 4/5
My stay was fine, staff was great, the room was great, but the shelf in the shower was full of razor hairs, and the water had a faint sewage smell to it.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
Nice, large room. Good breakfast and happy hour. Great views.
- 5/5
Really nice breakfast, very clean facility, friendly and efficient staff.
- 3/5
The odor of the cleaning supplies was overwhelming. (That said, the room was clean but we had to prop the door open and turn the fan on.). No maid service on Sundays. Breakfast bar was poorly attended on Sunday, fine on Monday.
- 5/5
Convenient for my purposes. Great check out time of noon!!
- 5/5
Stayed for a wedding across the street. Area clean and safe.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
I was bitten by a spider while in bed one night. Not your average spider bite. Kind of tainted the visit.
- 5/5
Very clean hotel with modern furnishings, clean and modern bathrooms, excellent breakfast bar. I will be staying again in the future!
- 5/5
This hotel was just what we needed. We had a suite with a kitchen and it was great. I was impressed the kitchen had utensils and other small essentials for cooking.
- 1/5
The bad: EVERY room animal friendly- not advertised; general animal smell; torn carpet; gum on chair & ottoman; outdated furnishings; rusty shower; looks like same dirty cloth used to clean mirrors, TV's and fridge; dirty; sticky floor in bathroom and kitchenette; wife fell and broke her hip at hotel; staff reaction was, "oh".
- 5/5
Need more than one
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Gracious, great breakfast!
- 5/5
Always a pleasure staying at this hotel
- 2/5
Super mediocre. Room was musty. The breakfast has a good selection but the Gen Z person allegedly in charge couldn’t be bothered to take her earphones out to refresh the coffee urns, the yogurt and fruit buffet or to even clean the dishes and utensils. Convenient location but needs TLC or staff that cares even a little bit. Guy at the front desk was helpful…on the plus side.
- 5/5
This place is super clean! The breakfast area was fantastic with lots of fresh fruit along with hot options. The back porch area was really cool with lots of seating options and a beautiful view of the mountains. Highly recommend.
- 4/5
The pool is currently under construction which was disappointing. The patio, however, is beautiful and was nice to sit on. The fitness facility was also nice for a hotel. I felt the bed was a little stiff, but my husband slept fine.
- 4/5
Breakfast was phenomenal each day! Room could have been cleaner--carpets worn & need a deep clean, floors in bathroom vanity area needed deep clean, bed skirt had stains on it. The mattresses are pretty soft & worn, probably time for new ones.
- 5/5
This property was centrally located for all the things we wanted... Red Rocks, hiking, brewery, waterfalls. The happy hour was fantastic! The bed was really uncomfortable, but is over looked bc of the 5 stars in every category.
- 4/5
I’ve always liked this hotel mainly due to its location and proximity to some of our plans, but it’s worth noting that the housekeeping service always uses waaaaay too many chemicals in cleaning the room. (I’m talking about burning nostrils, throat and eyes…) The front desk attendants are usually well-trained but somewhat indifferent to our presence. The breakfast is not particularly healthy but is serviceable (if you don’t care what you’re putting into your body). They were doing construction when we were there, apparently adding on a pool. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were clean, but there were crumbs under and around the couch in the sitting area that our dog unfortunately and easily discovered.
- 5/5
Great spot.
- 5/5
Very clean. Room was well equipped and the breakfast was awesome. Would stay here in every city I visit if it were an option
- 3/5
I thought it was in a great location, and the staff was really nice. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the rooms.
- 5/5
I was surprised how good this place was. My only regret was that we stayed only one night. Great view towards the mountains during breakfast.
- 1/5
The hotel and room smelled like chemicals trying to mask dog/pet odors. The pullout bed had pee stains on it. I mentioned it to the front desk and he said, ‘yeah, I’ve been trying to get my manager to buy new ones’… one of the towels had a blood stain on it. The shower had disgusting and dangerous mold all around the base of the shower. The only thing my children were looking forward to was the pool and it ended up being closed.
- 5/5
It had a great view of the mountains and was a good distance from everything we had in our itinerary.
- 5/5
The room was huge, the bed was very comfy, and close to some fishing spots.
- 5/5
Hotel is very clean including the breakfast and reception area. Staff were friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Check in was great/ The room was great too. The people sharing the rooms near me were pretty loud and slamming doors in the early morning hours.I know you can't control people. When I left the oriental person at the front desk was sound asleep. I left my door cards and left. I didn't need a receipt.
- 5/5
One of the reasons i love staying here is that the suites have a bedroom door, which keeps the bedroom area pretty isolated from noise in the hallway when youre trying to sleep. It's a comfy space, and the porch has a firepit with stunning views.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 5/5
The property was well looked after and amenities superb.
- 5/5
Our first time at this property and we will book again!
- 5/5
Safe, comfortable and conveniently located.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. It is immaculate inside and outside. Spacious, comfortable rooms. The breakfast is similar to the offerings on a cruise ship! They even have a social gathering Mon-Wed from 5:30-7:00 pm. They provide wine, beer and different snack items each night. We had meatballs and delicious homemade bread.
- 4/5
Overall a good stay.
- 2/5
Upon check in clerk wasnt nicest. Fridge was poor quality. Ice maker did not work. Asked where we could get ice and was told, "in your room, in your freezer." Fire dept was called as elevators broke down twice with people in them. Used stairs from 4th floor with all luggage. Finally, received bill to CC after date of check out. When called they said for pantry purchase. Not us. Was told to call back next week to handle it. Think twice before reserving!
- 5/5
Checking in was super easy. The room was what I wanted. The kitchen was a bit dirty and plates seemed to have a residue. I prefer hand washing to the dishwasher. Both sitting areas has a television. Pull out sofa bed was decently comfortable. Plenty of towels and more for the pool if needed. Good enough fitness room to work up a sweat. Staff very pleasant and courteous. I am liking the Stay Bridge brand across the country so far! Will be looking for more when traveling, thank you Stay Bridge!
- 5/5
Would stay again. Nice place and no negative issues.
- 3/5
The front desk was super nice and breakfast was excellent! But the cleaning team used a chemical that was not diluted and inhaling the air in the room they gave us resulted in chemical burns that we are still feeling the effects of more than a week later. It was an unfortunate experience and I don’t know if we will try this hotel again.
- 5/5
The staff was amazingly accommodating to guest needs and the facility was clean and welcoming.
- 5/5
Everything was great, clean, and staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Convenience
- 1/5
We chose this hotel because it had a kitchen and a pool for the kids. When we arrived, after putting on our bathingsuits and walking to the pool we found out that the pool was under construction for the next couple of years!! I told the front desk that we were not informed of this, and he said it was on the website. I went back and searched the entire website and nowhere did it say that the pool was out of order! We ended up checking out and going to a different hotel. I'm still waiting for my refund!
- 4/5
Liked having a suite for 4 nights. Very quiet.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 2/5
I have stayed at this property a number of times and always had a good experience until this time. Someone had written something in the snow that was offensive. I asked the front desk manager if he could have someone go out and shovel it up. After more than an hour, I just went out and did it myself. i’m planning another trip and I’ve decided I’m not going to stay at Staybridge anymore.
- 5/5
Just a great place to stay. Clean and convenient. Comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for.
- 5/5
I enjoy the layout of the room
- 5/5
Just a very nice clean facility
- 1/5
I have never had a worse experience staying in a hotel. I am very allergic to mold, and the entire hotel was filled with it. I was supposed to stay for 7 days...in that span I had to switch rooms multiple times, and stayed in three separate rooms. Each one of the rooms has black mold in the room or in the air conditioning unit. As well there was mold in the 3rd floor hallway and possibly in the building's central air conditioning system. In one of the rooms, any time the air conditioning/heater was on, I suffered terrible headaches and nausea. In two of the other rooms there was visible mold in the bathrooms, which I captured photos of. One bathroom had pink mold/mildew all over the toilet, part of the tub, and baseboard tiles. While the first floor hallway was better, I immediately got headaches stepping out of the elevator on the third floor and could smell mold. The second room I was moved to had black mold so bad it was literally hanging from the rim on the inside of the toilet bowl (see photos). After vomiting, having one of the worst headaches of my life, and overpaying for Benadryl, I was forced to check out early after 4 nights. Hotels.com only refunded me the nights I did not stay (200 of 700 dollars), so I essentially paid 500 dollars to become incredibly ill. It took 4 days for me to recover and start to feel normal. I nearly had to go to urgent care. Unacceptable service from both the hotel and hotels.com really should have refunded the whole trip. Terrible.
- 3/5
Hair on the floors in bathroom; I had to request toilet paper; obviously no one cleaned the room, however Carlos left notes like he did! NOT. Carpet needs cleaning, slippers were dirty from walking on the floors. Yuck!
- 5/5
Clean, new facility. Great breakfast . Everything needed for a comfortable stay
- 5/5
Clean, up-to-date, nice fitness center, breakfast with a view, and helpful staff.
- 5/5
We arrived before check in and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a room quickly! Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Best free breakfast super clean.
- 5/5
Honestly THE BEST hotel I’ve stayed at by far. The room had everything you could ever want and need; fridge, stove, utensils, sink, dishwasher. i dont usually write reviews but this one definitely deserved it
- 5/5
My only complaint is they need grab bars in the bathtub /shower. Otherwise a great place to stay especially if you have someone in the hospital.
- 4/5
Nice property. Great staff. Do need to walk a little ways to access stores
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and I liked that the doors got locked late at night. I was staying there alone with my baby so I felt safer. Breakfast was great and convenient.
- 2/5
The customer service was very poor. Be careful they will charge you for damage you did not cause.
- 5/5
Great breakfast choices. Enjoyed the extra space of a suite
- 5/5
It was very comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Lots of room. The kitchen was great with full size fridge. It was quiet
- 4/5
Upon arrival the front desk attendant was unbelievably rude and uncooperative to any requests. Blatantly expressed his unintentional attitude at attempting to accommodate our 5 day stay. The housekeeper was extremely polite and helpful and her going above and beyond made our stay comfortable.
- 5/5
The staff and quality of breakfast and happy hour snacks.
- 5/5
Would recommend it.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
It was the best hotel experience we have had in years. Great room, Pam at the front desk was fabulous, good price. We felt very welcome.
- 5/5
Very nice and reasonable hotel. Great location. Friendly staff and they even have a "social hour," maybe two hours with beer & wine, plus snacks. I would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Room was clean cozy quiet The restaurant within walking distances was great The only thing I can consider complaining about was the bed was too soft for me but that is a personal issue. the others in the family that stayed with me Said they slept GREAT. I would definitely go back and probably will next time in in the area
- 4/5
Liked the free laundry
- 1/5
Stayed for 5 nights Had hip surgery and needed both!! Had to pay and use a gym.
- 5/5
Very nice staff property was well maintained
- 3/5
The front desk staff was rude, his costumer service skills were horrible. The bathroom outlets didn’t work, either did the TV remote.
- 2/5
Very uncomfortable check in process; employee was crude and unwelcoming.
- 4/5
Conveniently located
- 4/5
Lovely hotel, great staff and location.
- 5/5
Beautiful West view of the mountains from the lobby and breakfast area.
- 4/5
Although the view was amazing, looking down onto people looking up at you at the fire pit forced you to close the blinds in the evenings. An alternative would be to install roller blinds that pull up 1/2 way for privacy still allowing for views of the mountain ranges.
- 5/5
Close to a great club
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
THis was a great hotel. So good we decided to stay an extra night.
- 2/5
The facility and rooms had a terrible odor! Seriously bad. Like stale fish/ garlic /bacon. The smell was in the hallways and the suite. I would not stay there again based on the terrible smell.
- 5/5
We walked in to the Queen rm with a little kitchen and sofa and immediately booked a second night. The staff was the best I’ve ever seen. Will be looking for more IGH hotels.
- 5/5
Great experience, pleasant stay, hot water, tasty breakfast. Good parking
- 5/5
Decent quiet hotel.
- 5/5
Felt like we were in a mountain lodge with the views. Easily access to restaurants, shopping, etc.
- 5/5
The suite worked well for our family of 4. Kids loved the breakfast buffet. No pool - no notice, very disappointing.
- 5/5
I appreciated the clean, comfortable facility. Also, since I checked in on a Wednesday, I appreciated the afternoon snack and glass of wine. The breakfast was good, better than what most hotels offer. Also enjoyed the large, comfortable outdoor patio with a view of the mountains.
