The property was well situated for a wedding at The Manor House. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful It was a little tired. I have a cows milk intolerance so breakfast was limited. It would have been nice to have some more dairy free options.

Pool and hot tub are old and could use repair and update, for sure, but temps were terrific in both! Staff was great. Breakfast just okay. Room was huge, very nice and clean but bathroom, especially, could definitely use an update. All this being said, would stay again.

We arrived late so didn’t get to use the pool sadly. We loved the breakfast, so many choices! The beds were so comfortable and the staff so sweet , they gave our dog a gift bag ! The only thing i would say is that they seem to cater to business guests ( which is nice) but there was a lady there on her phone talking loudly through our whole breakfast. It was very annoying. May a separate area to conduct business or encouragement to eat breakfast in your room if you are gonna be on the phone would be nice for other guests. It was a wonderful stay though !

If you are going to a concert at Red Rock Amphitheater perfect place to stay. Only a couple of miles away. Comfy rooms, Breakfast options were fantastic! Indoor pool and jacuzzi.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great experience . The breakfast was great every morning, hotel was clean and staff was awesome. Our kids enjoyed the pool at night, the beds were comfy and towels were soft. There’s several eating options close by which is a perk!

The location was perfect, our room was great,clean! Breakfast had great options. Pool was good sized and hot tub was good too!. All the staff were kind. My kids loved the free flavored water and they started to guess what the next days flavors would be. We will definitely stay again when we return!

The hottub should be adult only. There were a lot of kids playing in the hottub splashing water everywhere. I decided to not get in the hottub. I can expect that in the pool, but the hottub is for relaxing.

The rooms and the staff were lovely. You can walk to grocery and restaurants. It is in the middle of a business park, just off the highway. There isn't much to see without a drive.

EVERYTHING was GREAT during my stays. I don't give all a perfect score because there's ALWAYS room for improvement, and CONTINUOUS improvement is the key to great service overall. Bonus, I really enjoyed the westside view of the Rockies from our room. Nothing that I could think of during our short stay. Didn't really have much time to really experience the accommodation.

I had booked it Expedia 8:30 at night by then the date had changed so I ended up booking for the the night that I wasn't going to be staying there so I paid for two bookings ask for refund for one and you in the hotel said no so you suck and they suck

Our main reason for this nights stay was to enjoy the indoor pool and hot-tub, both weren’t heated as they have on going broiler issue and this needs to be stated on this site and hotel’s website/ this was a wast of my time and money

The beds were very uncomfortable and the room layout was substandard. The breakfast was excellent in terms of variety, quality, and service. Also it took a while for rooms to be ready but it was understandable that staffing was low. As long as cleanliness and breakfast is great I think it's a decent stay but otherwise changes need to be made.

Hampton Inn & Suites Denver Littleton was the best experience-no bs, all the basics: super clean, the front desk was kind and courtesy but not over the top(which was great). The room was spotless, tv set up super easy to use, no extra charges, microwave, mini fridge, bathtub easy free parking and less than ten minutes to south valley park which had the most beautiful views for a morning hike. Also the complimentary breakfast is no joke-since there was no fee I expected some lackluster coffee and stale oasterues at best but they actuaries a huge buffet: waffle making station, oatmeal, omelets, sausage, French toast, cereal, fruit, pastries. And excellent coffee. I needed a place to decompress on my way back from a longer road trip before getting on a plane the next day and this couldn’t have been a better spot 10/10 recommend!!!

i I thought that since I was in the pool that they could have took me some drinks for me and my company. but I was surprised to say that they don't do stuff like that. when you have a nice hotel and you asked for some drinks that sell behind your counter. I believe that they should take some effort out and brought us our coffees and our pops that we would have liked to enjoy. instead she just said oh you can pick him up at the desk when you get out of swimming. I thought it was pretty rude staff in the front seem that they're lazy

Our room was spacious quiet and clean. We were able to get a great nights sleep. The breakfast bar was perfect for people wanting to save time and a little $$. Our breakfast day was premade omlettes and sausage. They also had chicken and a waffle maker. There was a pool but we were on the go

Room was clean, sink in bathroom SLOW to drain water. (Room 310). The window was open when we came in the room and it was 39 degrees outside! When the heater/cooler kicked in the fan was VERY loud. Woke me up every time it went on. Doubt we will ever stay here again.

Good central location for our 4 days of activities while in Colorado. Room was clean, bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Couldn't get the AC to work the last night of our stay so opened the window to cool the room to a comfortable sleeping temperature. Staff was friendly.

This property seriously needs an upgrade. Room smelled musty, refrigerator did not work. Gym treadmill did not work. The check in staff was great and tried his best to accommodate the shortfall of the hotel. Will not recommend this property.

Towels were small and stained. Bed was ok, but it needed a better mattress cover and bedbug cover. Same with the tiny pillows. Plus need queen or king size pillows. No table to eat at, only a very dirty chair, an office chair and desk. Breakfast was the usual stuff. Nothing special. Very clean and the staff were very attentive/nice. Did not use pool or gym. Great location for Red Rocks concert.

The staff here is wonderful from the Manager Luke, the cleaning staff and certainly the breakfast area and options. This particular area is ALWAYS clean and inviting. The gentleman who is there has been for years and his work ethic is awesome.

I stayed here due to the proximity to Red Rocks. I attended a concert there and the drive was very easy. There are plenty of dining opportunities close by and a Walmart for those little things that one always forgets when packing,

Window does not close all the way in room 422. Pillows are tiny for a king size bed and do not have pillow protectors, ugh. Mattress should have bedbug protector on them. Towels are also very small and stained. Breakfast area was always spotless, and well stocked. Staff very nice. Many choices also. Front desk staff very friendly and help full. Not thrilled with maid service every other day. Shouldnt the room rate reflect that? This room had only a very dingy chair in the corner, no table to eat at. Washer/dryers on property, nice. $1.75-$2.00. Located within walking distance to grocery store/restaurants. Easy on/off to highway.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient. This hotel is always a little higher priced than our comfort zone, but we always end up very satisfied. The rooms are clean, comfy, and spacious. Property is conveniently located for adventures south/west of Denver proper, and the hot tub, pool, and hot breakfast make this the best choice.

The hotel is well maintained in an area that seems fairly new - early 2000s probably. I walk and you could walk around the hotel. Went to the Safeway across the way and a couple of local restaurants just a couple minutes away by foot. The front desk staff friendly and helpful. First night, our toilet wouldn't flush and nobody attempted #2 at that point. We told the desk on the way out to dinner and for the rest of the stay had no problem. The breakfast was OK - unremarkable. We ate their the first morning and walked to a nearby McDonald's the other mornings. The last day they had premade egg and cheese omelets - no other egg option. And no breakfast meat at all. I prefer patty sausage. They offered cut rope sausage the first morning - the kind typically used for dinner. It's your typical free hotel breakfast. Drury and Embassy Suites do it better, IMO. Staff very nice. I'd stay there again. It was $40 a night cheaper than the Hilton Garden Inn across the street which was the determining factor - the main reason we stayed there is it's just 6-7 miles south of Red Rocks Amphitheater where we were going for 7/4 concert. We also went down to Monument and downtown Denver - the hotel is a good base camp while in Denver. I'd stay again. Oh yeah, good cookies in the early evening!

Stay was great. The staff we checked in with didn't seem friendly. Sometimes a bit kurt, I think they could've used another person. However, the morning sraff were friendly and our checkout was smooth.

My husband and I stayed here again for the Hampton Inn for another hockey tournament. Upon arrival everyone was so nice and friendly. Lobby, hallways, elevator and rooms were all clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh, and delicious! Check out was easy.

Our stay was just a small part of a longer trip. We went to concert at Red Rocks so we stayed for convenience. Check in was easy and quick. One elevator was broke or not in service so that was kind of sucky. The hot tub wasnt that hot and foamy and maintenance guy started working on it while i was in there. Thought that was kind of rude. Bed wasnt the greatest but it was doable for our one night stay. Breakfast was very nice spread though! My favorite part of staying at hotel. Overall great place to stay.

Ok, we where there for a week and breakfast was in need of a goid change in menus. The sofa not very comfortable and office chair just ok. Bed could use some comfortable mattress.

They accommodated our pet (1 medium size, very chill dog) charging an extra $50 fee - and I get that. AS for the room - pillows had that haircare products smell. Handle on hair dryer was dirty. Bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Due to time crunch - we did not shower so no idea how that was. Waste baskets are SOOO small - hardly any trash has a place to go. After setting it all up and plugging it in, the room 'pod-type' coffee maker did not work, but breakfast coffee was good. Breakfast was nicely presented - and clean, food was normal, not many people were there - so it was a nice uncrowded 'breakfast get'. However, woman and man service people were arguing the entire time out in the open while I was dishing my food. And - as usual, when ON, the room heating/AC was so loud and whenever it came on in the sleep time, it woke us up. If we didn't have the AC on, even in February, it was stuffy in the room - it needed regular air circulation. We stay at Hampton Inn, almost always when we travel, we might think awhile - about using this one again.

Hotel was very dated and needs remodeling. There was also hair and dirt on the floor beside the bathroom vanity.

The Hampton Inn is in a good location, close to shopping and major roads, yet far enough away to be quiet, not subject to hiway noise. Bed was very comfortable with nice quality bedding. Room was large and quiet, bathroom was a bit dated and not too clean, should have higher comfort-height toilet. Room would be better, or functional with a wall separating sleeping area from bathroom, kitchenette and couch/lounging area.. nicer if earlier risers could use the other side of room to work, meal prep and not disturb people sleeping with noise and room lights on.

When checking in, the employee was very pleasant and courteous. Only gave 4 stars for cleanliness due to there were rags laying in the elevator for quite some time. Overall a great experience.

We stayed 3 nights for a Red Rocks show. Overall we we're impressed with this hotel. Very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly everytime we needed them. The king bed room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and felt it offered good variety. Several cold and hot options. The biggest compliment we had was how quiet the rooms were. We never heard guests above us and rarely from the hall even though this hotel seemed to be very full. Highly recommended for a quick trip or even a week. We will certainly be back when in the Denver area.

The staff were very courteous and accommodating. They lent me a steamer for a dress I had and a hair curler. The free hot breakfast was great and the coffee was good. The stay was a very pleasant experience.

The only thing that comes to mind is the elevators were not consistently running. One went out of service and the other would start at the 3rd floor, go down to the first, and then return to the 3rd floor making no sense.

I think you need a sign saying property name on both sides of building.

Hampton Inn is affordable but still provides good quality without being overdone. They always have everything I need, it’s simple and efficient and conveniently located. I seek them out everywhere I go.

Wonderful stay for a 3 night run at Red Rocks! We usually stay at a different hotel near this one but it was unavailable. This will be our go to spot for Red Rocks shows now! Super clean, super quiet, good breakfast choices and all the staff were really friendly and helpful.
