No A/C had to go buy one, food splashes on the walls, both(Entery & Restroom)doors had smugges all over them, housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail only had 4 stations to watch, you get hair towels instead of body towels to dry off with, bed is hard as hell couldn't even sleep, carpet was sticky when you walked on it, your shoes would stay behind. Last day I saw a roach crawling on the wall. I have work in the Motel/Hotel industry and I never left my property dirty & unkept. This place has gone to hell since the last time I stayed. I won't be going back.

Nothing really. Bad experience over all Room didn’t seem cleaned. Smelly! Even the check in office stunk. Bed was uncomfortable and the price for that motel is ridiculous!! I could have stayed at nicer hotels for that same amount of money. Only stayed at that place out of convenience since you could check in at 11 am versus 3-4 pm with other hotels.

A 1960's style motel with no amenities, not even in-room instant coffee, that doesn't appear to have been renovated since it was built.

Said pool. Pool was a weed garden. Said air condition,no air contdition,Said they would be on tomorrow! Room was an oven first room was filthy. Moved k room and went and got groceries came back to realize this room had no microwave and the fridge didn't work. Used the bathroom. Toilet didn't flush and was clogged. Turned on the sink and water started pouring out of the shower floor. It was disgusting. I don't even know how it isn't condemned.

What a dump.. dirty, it wouldnt take much to make this a nice place.. im sure adult movies are filmed there along with the occasional murder, looking at the cars in the lot tells you a lot.. the ONLY good thing.. awesome water pressure.

sheets and bed were clean and comfortable. No bad smell in room. guy at desk was very nice. liked the refrigerator 2 small roaches found in room, killed, did not find any more. floor was sticky to walk on by the front door. wi fi was very slow, finally gave up.

The rooms were very dingy and felt unclean. The bed mattresses were in such bad condition that I could not sleep whole night and the highway noise was so high that I finally checked out the next day. The towels were like rags and property is very dilapidated and felt unsafe though the front desk staff were very nice and helpful. This should be dubbed as a very low budget hotel

The room was utterly deplorable. Snot on the wall, sticky floor, filthy towels with hair & water only dribbled out of the shower head. Returned the key immediately & left. Asked for a full refund…. Not confident they will do the right thing and give a refund. Found 1000% better lodging for not much more $

I clicked online 2 beds but they put me in a king bed. I asked a paper of receipt for each nights. They didn’t give me. They NEED more work on English at night. When I checked out, no visible to see thru window to drop key off. Not friendly staff in office!

The location was excellent Some odor, and floor was sticky the first night but apparently it was cleaned up after the first night.

Nothing since I couldn’t stay there. They couldn’t take me in the night for my reservation so I had to find somewhere else to stay. They also didn’t give me a refund.

Great staff. Wonderful people. They are doing the best with what they're given and they have a beautiful garden. The price.

The rate Run down property. I didn't expect much thanks to the reviews, and it was even worse. The A/C did not work and was never fixed despite extremely high temperatures. I booked it for some poor guy, but felt bad about my decision. I had no choice because of lack of transportation. Stay away from this establishment.

no security latch on door just turn button knob, bugs in shower, light switch in bathroom had pieces of wall missing all around cigarette burns on sink top and furniture dried ketchup on nightstand, paint missing in splotches on all woodwork, tv did not work, next day woke up with bites on body---bedbugs? will never go there again

This motel was absolutely awful. Crack heads banging around outside all night. It was filty and run down to the point the whole place should be bulldosed. The only positive is that I didn't get bit by bedbugs.

This place is a dump not worth 35.00 per nite. Beds are old rooms dated and no necessarily as clean as one would expect from a hotel.

The room was nothing short of grim. It looked like a bomb shelter, minus the charm. The mattress was thin, noisy, and slanted up in the middle by a giant spring. Next to the bed was a lamp with no bulb. The door was very flimsy and only had one small lock. I didn't know towels that bad even existed. There were no amenities other than the world's smallest bar of soap, and very dried up packets of shampoo/lotion. The "tv" was a small computer monitor in the middle of a huge wall. The owner tried to collect a $5 cash deposit "for the key," which seemed like a sick joke, given the state of things. This was not worth anything close to the $80 we paid.

This motel is very economical and as a result bare bones with respect to amenities. It was clean and functional has not been refurbished in decades. Our nonsmoking room was filled with smoke so we had to get another. It took me many phone calls/emails to get my money back for 2 unused nights after we checked out (to there credit, we did get our money back in full).

Didn’t even get to stay there. They didn’t have a room available despite the fact that we booked it. Staff didn’t care at all about our inconvenience. They were so rude.

This property had an AC issue. Apparently for weeks they were not booking reservations. But they failed to notify me prior to my check in. Expedia, was not very helpful either. They let me know I would not have to pay for the room I didn’t get!

A few cockroaches....tub was dirty

Photos' of the facility have not been update for 20 years, nether have the appliances. Air conditioner only blows cool air and the carpet was spongy.

Motel was great in 1968, hasn’t been maintained. Curtains were pieces of shower curtains. No tissues provided, mold in the shower, only chair was a restaurant style, dresser drawer was broken, stains on tile floor, closet shelf was stained and dirty. For the price, I was robbed.

I knew this place was a mistake the first two seconds after entering the room. It smells like an old ashtray. It had no coffee maker. Our feet stuck to the floor. The live in tenants where partying and kept us up most of the time. This was both of our worst experience in renting a room anywhere. Shame on Hotels.com for not knowing who they put their name to.

Living area clean but not the kitchen shelves. Musty smell and no windows open but with an odor sachet I bought at the Dollar Store to absorb the smoker smell, in 4 days the room was much better. I would stay here again other than in summer due to no air conditioning. The owners are very nice and some guests were living there. Bicycles and big motorcycles were left outside with no locks etc. So it is a safe area and I was fine staying there alone. Being close to my car and on rhe first floor made hauling very easy. The place grew on me. A nice comfortable bed with clean sheets etc. No bed bugs as I saw others write.

The bed was dangerous as the metal frame sticks out at shin bone height and so very painful. The tv reception was next to no good and there was not any weather to effect the reception. No available power outlets for phone or watch and only 1 bedside table.

Made reservations on line. Drive all the way over there. The smell was awful. No one greeted us. I filed paperwork out then ring the bell. May came out and looked at us like we were bothering her. I explained we were there to check in. She said she had no rooms ready. They had no air conditioning. I explained she needs to update online so people don’t continue making reservations.

This is a low quality motel with minimal amenities. During a heat wave, daily temps over 95, the air conditioning was not working and had not been working for more than a week. Inside the rooms the temp was about 85. There is no ice machine, the fridge in the room might work. The TV did not work. Overall I would have been better off sleeping outside

The room was bad smelling and very dark. Bathroom fixtures were old and in shabby condition and didn’t look very clean. Perhaps the most unpleasant commercial accommodation in my experience.

Not a place for a family. Had lots of love in tenants that pry never went to bed. No window or ac so we roasted and couldn't sleep. Was cleaner room than expected and beds were acceptable. Served it's purpose of cheap and easy. I know many people who would have never stayed there.

They didn't have a working AC, therefore I didn't keep my reservation. As a result I had no place to stay. Why would I pay full price for a room that doesn't have the amenities your website promised. Then when I went to Hotels.com and their app for help, they basically said nobody was available to help me. This app is a waste of time.

Broken and unlabeled hvac- check. People yelling at 11pm nextdoor- check. Room in general disrepair- check. Dirty linens on both beds- check. Doors do not have hard security, no deadbolts. Cigarette butts behind bed despite being a non-smoking room Unknown smokey smell periodically entering room- check They charge rates at the same level as clean, quiet, secure, and safe hotels. Spend the extra 5-10 bucks for something else unless you're a drug addict and don't care. Also there were baby cockroaches in the bathroom.

Exactly what I wanted. Clean, quiet and comfortable. I will stay there again.

First room they gave us wasnt even cleaned after the last people. Bed was a mess, bathroom eas filthy, and there was hair in the freezer for some reason. Second room they gave us was better but their attitude about it was poor at best. Never going here again.

I was in situation to check in late but front desk never replied to my call. Also no one was there at office when I reached. I had to spend a night in car.

It was close to where I needed to be but was dirty, smelled of smoke, and had a sign indicating I had 5 minutes to change my mind about staying there if I wanted a refund.

Things to be aware of: -When you're showering, someone else turning on the sink or flushing a toilet causes a momentary cold burst or heat burst in the shower water, even if that other person is in another hotel room it seems. Just take your shower a bit less warm than you usually do. -Their last check in time is midnight. If no one is in the actual office, try looking behind the office and asking for help. -Shower has a tall lip (about as tall as a bathtub would be) so only an issue if you have impaired mobility. Pros: -Very friendly staff -Spacious room with a king bed (King is what we use at home) -Nice and cool temperature -Fridge and microwave (though the microwave was unplugged. We didn't worry about that because we didn't need it) -The table lamps were warm relaxing lights as opposed to harsh fluorescent lights -Big shower Cons: -A little old, run down, and slightly dirty here and there. Not so much that it was concerning.

When we first went in our rooms the beds looked like someone threw the comforters on without finishing making the beds. The bathroom smelled strongly of mold and you could actually see mold around the fan. The bathroom floor had water on it even though no one used it yet. There was old cigarette buds in the bathroom vents. The towels looked dirty. There were smoke alarms sitting on the shelf, they weren’t hooked up and had no batteries in them. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat. Fortunately I did not see bedbugs. Also, the door did not have a deadbolt. On top of this experience I got charged for 2 nights and had to do a whole thing to get my money back.

Only one towel in the room which was dirty and an abundance of noise all day and night.

This motel was ok. The condition of the room and bathroom are a bit rough but nothing to worry about. What I didn't like about this place is the price per night at about $100. In my opinion we should of have paid around $40 to $60 max, way overpriced for this ok rundowned motel. I would rate it 5 out of 10.

Property owners idea of "AC comfort" was about 10 degrees warmer than mine. Says into was working, I couldn't agree. Did bring me a table fan and that made it bearable. Fridge was dirty. Dried milk on shelf, bin. Hair on inside door. When I mentioned that reply was "cleaning person doesn't speak English". Then how do you communicate with them??? Won't go back there.

Stay away unless this is the only option. The room is completely not up to current standards, the bed linens were threadbare and looked like somebody had just used them.

Had to wait because they were remodeling the room. It took about 1 hour for us to check in The internet was good and the shower and bed were fine.

The price was right and the front desk was open for my late night arrival. The room was comfortable enough. It a very basic, bare bones hotel.

The motel is weird, the pool has been turned into a garden of some sort. It's actually kind of hilarious. It's a cheap motel, it's whatever. You get what you'd expect. The people who run the place were really nice. It seems to be family run. We had no problems or anything. Cleanliness was as to be expected. It wasn't luxurious or fancy in any way but it was fine.

Lovely little place for a couple of days. Would stay again.

The door didnt clise all the way, though thankfully the doorknob locked. No deadbolt. Room smelled heavily of weed and cigarrettes. The area had a general sense of lack of safety (a guy "high as a kite" tried to get into our room at 1:30am). Though it is a bed, i would've slept better in my car in a walmart parking lot, mainly because it would feel safer. Though the owners seem nice, its not enough for me to ever endorse anyone staying here.

This place is dirty, outdated and run down. There were gnats in the bathroom, the door to our room wouldn’t latch, there were signs in the dirty office that gave you five minutes to get a refund once you check in. Just terrible.

Well it wasn’t terrible but the water pressure in the shower was non existent. Also, they only come very early to clean the rooms so if your still sleeping because you’re on vacation, your room doesn’t get cleaned. Two people were arguing next door so bad it was scary. I kind of got the idea that a lot of users stay in this place to be honest. However there are a few restaurants right across the drive way, which was pretty awesome. It’s also bright yellow so that’s cool.

Employees, rude. The "pool" advertised on the websites is full of dirt and a garden. It looks like at one time this was probably a nice place, but poor quality repairs and shoddy maintenance has made it pretty questionable today.

When theres a sign at the counter that says: you have 5 minutes to check your room and cancel if you want a refund, that says it all. Didnt even shower this morning. I'm cleaner for it.

A very open community, not too many food places around

At $100.00 per night LESS than anything else I could find for a last-minute trip to Denver, I was understandably leery of what I would find when I arrived late on a Tuesday night, but Sayid ( I hope I chose the right spelling for your name, Brother) was very pleasant and helpful, even though it was obvious that he was weary from turning away late arrivals who didn't have reservations. As for the accommodations, the room was quite large but rather spartan. One of the lights didn't work and the TV signal (HD) cut out, never to return (I was able to find the same channel in low-def which worked okay). The bed and bathroom were clean and free of any sign of bugs, but the carpet was dirty to the point of my not being able to walk around barefoot without the soles of my feet showing dirt. The shower in my room was so HUGE that I found myself regretting that I wasn't accompanied by a Playboy Bunny or three. It reminded me of shower rooms at the gym, but the floor was rather slick when wet. There was no option to deny housekeeping which I never need on a 2-day stay. It appears that this is a family-run establishment and it's a bit quirky: the pool has been filled in with dirt to make a garden, while the deck sported weight-lifting equipment and punching bags. It kind of had a prison-yard feel to it. The place was easy to find. Overall, I'd say that if you just need a bed and a bath this establishment will fill the bill. But if you seek luxury of any sort, better save your pennies...

Old and musty, but everything worked fine. A/c was great, the room was clean, and it was a decent price. The shower pressure wasn’t great and there were burn holes on the carpet and comforter. However, for the price, it wasn’t bad. The staff were friendly, although a bit odd.
