Courtyard by Marriott Denver Southwest/Littleton

The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice.

Only one person on staff, had to wait a while for them to come to the front desk. If it was just that it wouldn’t be a big deal, but the rooms were terrible as far as noise from outside in the hallway. Could hear everything. Needed an ada shower and ended up with a 1st floor room next to the ice machine. 5-6am Early morning half the hotel was using that thing and we could hear it all. Our fault for sticking with a 1st floor room but I don’t know how anyone could sleep comfortably unless they were already planning on waking up at 5am. For the price it was not worth it.

Bartender needs some work with manners and knowing how to make the drinks they have on the menu. 25 min for him to make a margarita that was not drinkable. Other than that the place was amazing. Very nice and clean. Excellent front desk staff.

The receptionist at the counter was very helpful, allowing me to check in well before the check-in time without an extra charge. I was having a vehicle serviced at a nearby dealership and was basically stuck with not much to do. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The outdoor fireplace would have been great, but Denver was in the middle of a rare snowstorm during the 2025-2026 season. It is very disappointing that Courtyard did not offer a free breakfast. It is getting frustrating that so many are starting to charge for everything. There was no free coffee available in the lobby in the morning. I thought the bar prices were a bit excessive, about 7.00 for a domestic beer. A hotel is not a sporting or music venue.

Location was perfect - visiting family in Highlands Ranch. Bed/ bedding, desk option, lots of hangers, refrigerator. Really enjoyed our stay! We would have liked liquid hand soap —as the bars are messy. The crowd/ party in the lobby area -got a bit loud for us and went on long after 10:00.

Clean room, quiet, great location on the south end. Con housekeeping every other day and in a single room only one bath towel

Pool was closed, never was made aware at check in, another guest told us we could walk across the street to the neighboring hotel and use theirs. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. I found several hairs in the tub. The tub, shower walls and caulking were gross. Fingerprints were visible on stainless surfaces and that’s just a major sign surfaces are not wiped clean. The TV channels were basic, at least Netflix is available if you have an account. Hotels really need to step up their game, with so many options now, unsatisfactory cleanliness and basic amenities need to be in working order. No where on the website was there any notification about the pool being closed. If I knew this, I would have booked elsewhere. When we checked in, the employee took a phone call the entire time and ignored me completely besides asking me my last name. I definitely would not stay here again. The location was fine, Starbucks, Target and restaurants nearby. I did appreciate the noon check out time though.

I were assigned to a room that was very cold, the HVAC unit was not working, we addressed the issue with the front desk. He moved us to another room after he made sure it weverything was heating properly. He was very apologetic and was so kind.

Room was very clean, but the walls are very thin and so is the ceiling so you hear anyone walking around above you or noise in the room beside you. One of our beds broke it took two days to fix it. We were there for eight days. It broke on the third day. Staff was nice and friendly. Maintenance guys were nice. Conveniently located

Felt very safe and beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Comfortable. Loved the outdoors sitting area with fire atmosphere.

Bed was very comfortable as was the entire room. Breakfast was our only meal but it was very good.

This Courtyard Marriott was clean and located in a safe, quiet location. The only suggestion I have would be to have a small refrigerator in each room. This would help clients have cold water in the room etc.

It was disappointing to have a $18 salad that had mediocre lettuce, the waiter at the restaurant was barely involved and on his phone a lot.

Beautiful clean room, relaxing peaceful decor. Expedia mistakenly allowed me to add breakfast buffet for an additional $17 but facility does not have buffet. Tara at Courtyard customer service was very nice and took care of this charge though. Did not receive wake up call that was ordered. Overall, very nice place and would stay again and recommend.

Room had taped off window so now view and loud construction noise in early AM. Absolutely no sleep and dreary due to windows all covered up. Why did you place us in this room when not even that busy?

We were hopeful for a complementary breakfast, which there wasn’t. And the restaurant was quite expensive. We had an egg, sausage biscuit and it was over $12 for each one. It was very good, but that is pretty expensive! Overall, very nice facility.

There is a cafe in the lobby with a great small menu that we found very good and a great fit for our style. It's a bit of a pity it's only open for breakfast and dinner, but that's the reality these days with staff shortages. The property was recently remodeled, so everything seems new. There are a variety of room types. One has a kind of open shower that seemed to let water get all over, but we changed to a more conventional one. So many things depend on personal preference. I'll surely stay here when visiting the Littleton again.

Rooms walls are paper thin. Could hear the neighboring rooms TV all night and their entire conversation, and they were not being overally loud either.

Absolutely fantastic! They are renovated but doing so in a way that doesn’t impact your stay. The room was updated and fantastic!

Marriott has reliably comfy beds. This is a newer Marriott, squeaky clean with a fresh new layout. Staff was very welcoming. Liked being able to order an egg and fresh fruit for breakfast. The location was ideal, as I was visiting friends who had moved to the Wind Gate community, which was a "stone's throw" away. No complaints.

Very clean nice bed, blankets and pillows. Nice little coffee station. Excellent couch and very large room. The shower has no door and was very cold. Shower floor more slippery than most. As always, room heaters are noisy. Could not stream anything or watch movie on TV due to slowwwww connection. No closet or hooks for coats during a snowstorm in Colorado.

The fourth floor was being renovated so it was noisy. Food was expensive! Wasn't horrible but would never stay again or recommend.

This is a very convenient property. This is our third time staying here. Almost always excellent but this time we had very loud neighbors next to us that were up and making noise until 1 AM. Then the fourth floor construction. (Being remodeled) started at 8am above our room and over about 2 rooms. We would definitely stay here again and feel like the noisy neighbors was an isolated incident.

Easy to get to

The property is really nice however the upkeep in the rooms should meet the same expectations. The bathroom was dirty and full of the previous tenants hair shavings in the shower, sink and toilet. The first level windows did not lock and we had to put something to prevent it from being opened.

I had a great stay at Courtyard by Marriott Denver Southwest/Littleton during my recent work trip. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety of options to start the day. Our room smelt bad like a chemical perm for a woman's hair or gas like due to the room being behind the kitchen.

This property is easily accessible from a major intersection. Condition was new and clean. You are somewhat isolated from restaurants etc . Hospitality from staff was not 5 star.

Spacious room, more like a studio apt if it had a kitchen. Bed comfortable and no street noise. Open shower stal while large enough for several people if into it was too drafty for consideration in home. Stay was for about 10 hours for $200 so unpleasantly surprised to find no continental breakfast but rather$10 and change for yogurt an berries. Can’t imagine how much a usual breakfast would cost.

My stay was comfortable and very clean with all the accommodations I needed, staff was pleasant.

Nice and modern but didn’t like that I had to pay for coffee Not enough staff. Housekeeping did not clean our room and or knock on the door to come in until the last day before we are checking out. Called down to front desk and asked if housekeeping could come and clean our room. Front desk person said there was no housekeeping staff anymore today and that they would have to do it themselves and don’t have time for it. All I expected was my bed to be made. Next time I will choose a different hotel. Not impressed with the customer service.

The hotel itself was Spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only thing lacking was some housekeeping services which were at times subpar. Overall, the value at courtyard Marriott was well worth it even with some lacking housekeeping services. I also believe they need a day manager to ensure that everything is picked up and looks neat all the time. Example, they have a very nice outdoor fire pit with surrounding chairs, but after each evening when people have gathered around there eating and drinking, the next morning, the chairs are still in disarray there was food left on the patio area this went on for approximately two days, before things were put back in order and cleaned. I was tempted to clean up the area myself Since it took away from the surrounding area and ambience.

My stay was amazing, i wish i would have called the hotel direct because booking through Expedia i was charged $200 more dollars. Live and learn..no more Expedia!!!

We stayed here after our wedding, and the room was clean and quiet.

Also scheduled a room refresh for midweek, and while they went in and changed the sheets, and took out the trash, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned (though I did get new towels) and the kitchenette where the coffee machine had gone on and spilled some water, wasn’t cleaned either. Also the complementary coffee on the room wasn’t replenished after the ‘refresh’. I’d also add that there are no food options in the area, aside from Nono’s cafe, which aside from not being that good, turns out to be right next to The Hamptons Inn. Overall, a place to stay when in need, but I was in the area for a week on a business trip, and found it quite inconvenient for anything after 5.

3rd time staying here, easy comfortable and clean. I had a minor problem at midnight. I called the front desk who took care of it immediately. I was impressed.

Checkin was simple and the lady was so nice even though we arrived late at 12:30am due to delay at airport. She even gave us complimentary water which Emma’s appreciated after a long trip. Room was real nice and clean and the coffee shop food was fast and convenient. They even allowed me an hour late checkout which was much appreciated.

The hotel is very new & has excellent technology. The bed was comfortable & the staff at the front desk very responsive. I did want to order room service & they don’t deliver food, but overall it’s a clean, new property that was very affordable.

In our room we moved the chair and a bottle of whiskey was under it so apparently there not cleaning well and a smug of something on the sheet of one bed to tired to complain

Brown water No internet service

It was a nice hotel. You would think they would offer a free continental breakfast for guests at the price you pay, but no such luck. Instead they have an overpriced Starbucks and a snack bar of equally gouging priced items.

I made a reservation for a suite and paid the suite price but got a regular room and was told the suite was no longer available

We were in town for a 2-night stay for a wedding. Very comfortable and welcoming. The entire hotel is super clean and inviting. We ate breakfast at the hotel’s bistro one of the days during our stay, and there was a good amount of choices from a healthy frittata to a Starbucks latte to French toast for my daughter. Everything was delicious and the staff was very pleasant.

Newer, with amazing views of the mountains. Very convenient off the highway but also just minutes to downtown Littleton and all that area has to offer. Staff was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! We enjoyed the Starbucks coffee machine for our super early mornings. And the staff at the cafe were happy and helpful too. We will stay here again!

In my first room, I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the external building doors. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave me a different room, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, the second room just reeked of marijuana. I wasn't about to ask for a second room change, so I suffered through it, but my stay overall wasn't great.

The room was clean and well designed. The shower was great, very roomy and easy to get in and out of. Bedding was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect if you are in south Denver (Littleton, Highlands Ranch etc) Easy road access back to airport.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting our 3 year old grand twins who live nearby. WHY? Because no other hotel can beat their staff. Juliana, Constance etc. are always helpful, kind and professional. Our room is always spotless, beds are very comfortable, shower has pressure and very quiet. It's our home away from home and will be for a long time! Thanks!

I like staying here when I come to town

More toe nail clipping than a nail salon surrounding bed. After seeing those on either side of bed, noticed more crumbs strewn about. They sent housekeeping to vaccine. Went to the bathroom, and could not help but notice many black hairs. Essentially a dirty room. Could not get management to give clear decision on what to do. It was too late in evening to switch rooms and Emmy sons had hockey games to attend. The next morning a nice front desk personal offered a 20 dollar voucher for breakfast. It did not cover two Children’s meals. Does not really make up for not offered points or another night in a cleaner room. Complimentary coffee not provided in hotel. Kiosk stoped serving breakfast and Starbucks at 9:30 am. If one is paying for coffee and meals in a hotel, why not be open till at least 11:00 am. Very strange.
