Morning Staff at front desk were rude. The breakfast attendant was also very rude. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone when traveling to Little Rock.
- 3.5/5
Location next to highway and easy access. The base floor board at the corner of the room was peeling off. The bed head board had multiple scratches. I informed front staff members about the damages to avoid any incidental damage charges.

Cleaning staff and staff in charge of breakfast very good , Person at desk that check my daughter had issues person that check me in excellent able to help me with my request all the contrary with other person, stating that it was no possible to place in the same floor when rooms where available

It was great to see the hotel has been renovated. The restaurant/sports bar has always had good food. I had to call for a hair dryer. And got it, made me happy. My room was quiet and clean and the bed was perfect. I was never offered the complimentary snacks until I asked to purchase the next morning in my early check out. Everyone was very pleasant. I will stay again.

I really liked this Hotel along with the many nice people and employees around the area. The only thing that I did not like was that Bostons Restaurant was closed. I use to live in Little Rock and I would go there once a month. What confused me was that I saw people inside the old Restaurant but I was told by Apple Maps that is was closed. I wish there were some restaurants and food closer but besides that it was a great Hotel!

Ordinary, but service was good. I was surprised we were charged for it.
- 4/5
I thought the hotel was very nice. My only complaint was the tv because the channels were very hard to navigate and kept getting stuck when I tried to find my news channel. The restaurant was also very nice.
- 5/5
Had a great stay! The staff were very helpful, and check-in/check-out was super fast and easy. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!
- 4/5
Liked the clean room and it was quiet. Didn't like the air filtration in the rooms. No windows to change the stale air to fresh clean air.
- 3/5
Lamp shades stained. The staff was very helpful and a bonus shuttle service .
- 5/5
It was convenient and the hotel bar had the best chicken sandwich I ever had. Coming from someone who has traveled the world.
- 2/5
I usually don’t leave reviews, especially if they’re negative, but there wasBlack mold in the shower, and huge stain on furniture that looks like dried urine. For the price and the Wyndham expectation, this did not hold up. Definitely will not stay there again. Also was a little disappointed when I showed up to breakfast and they didn’t want to serve me because they said it wasn’t included in my room. They charged me an additional $30 for two adults to have breakfast, and the pancakes were not cooked even in the middle. If you want your guest to feel like family, don’t refuse to feed them! If you’re gonna have a breakfast buffet, that should be included with everybody’s room.
- 2/5
The hotel itself is decent and the receptionist was great. Went to our room and had to change due to a shirt being left in the closet and the room not clean at all. New room was much cleaner, but when we took our showers, we were in standing water the whole time. Which is not pleasant at all. Would not recommend this place. Definitely would be much better once it goes through some updates and cleaning
- 4/5

- 5/5
The hotel was quiet and clean. They’re still doing renovations, but nothing noticeable. I only knew b/c of the signs posted. Bar/restaurant is nice. Staff very professional and courteous.
- 5/5
Even with the ongoing renovations the property was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
I didnt enjoy breakfast as it was not served yet when i left for Harrison AR
- 1/5
Upon arrival, walking to the elevator, then the walk thru the atrium made it seem like it would be very clean. There was the smell of brand new carpet and all looked really fresh there, until, we entered the room. There was an awful smell. Then looking at the desk it was obviously really old. My husband turned the air down to cool the room. We waited a couple minutes. It kicked on, was really loud, but not as LOUD as it would become. We called the front desk, they sent a maintenance guy He arrived quickly. He reset the thermostat and returned shortly to see if it worked. We went to dinner, the restaurant was good with great service. We returned and the thermostat was set low, at 68 but the room was still reading 77°, so we called the front desk again. We asked if we could get another room, she said the only other rooms they had were on the other side of the hotel and those elevators were out so we would have to access the room by the stairs. My husband is set up for knee surgery soon so that wasnt an option. She said she could send the maintenance man back. He returned quickly. He tried again to fix it but it wasnt going to cool down. He offered us a fan, and went to get it. We opened the window, but it smelled like Marijuana so we shut it. I went to take a shower and the water pressure was great but then the hair dryer was broke. The bed was sunk in the middle and the room was warm all night long! Terrible experience except for the staff, they were great.
- 3/5
Great General Manager - terrible property. Unclean rooms, torn headboard material, sticky tables. Moved rooms for the same exact problems. Left hotel for better stay elsewhere.
- 4/5
It appears that the hotel is getting a facelift, so says the signs. The elevator was out of commission, they put us on the 3rd floor which was ground level from the back.
- 5/5
It was a great stay. The room was perfect. Will definitely stay there again next time I have an early flight.
- 1/5
they are re modeling. check in was 3 showed up at 3:30 the room wasnt ready. set in the loby. checked at 4 4:30 and 5 each time no not ready. went next door to Holliday Inn
- 2/5
Doing renovations at the hotel. Elevator didn’t work so I had to get a lesser double room instead of the Executive Suite at the same price which was unfair. The water was scorching hot and didn’t have a tub stopper which made showers and bath for a toddler very unpleasant. The headboards were damaged. Not a good experience. Workouts not recommended.
- 1/5
Management is horrible opportunity to do the right thing does not exist customer service needs work training would be a big plus for this hotel if your power is out and I don’t agree with the treatment given if I did not stay at the room I should get a refund for not staying there
- 2/5
No Breakfast was included
- 5/5
They are remodeling and the elevator was out. I am still impressed! -Blue Moon Media!
- 3/5
They showed a complimentary breakfast on website then when we checked in they said it was for Wyndham rewards only.
- 3/5
The power went out I had no access to my room. I go to the front desk (no attitude only sincere concern)to ask what I needed to do about my belongings that weee still in my room and the lady tells me she doesn’t know what I need to do she doesn’t know what to tell me. I said really? She says this with a bad attitude repeatedly until I asked for a manager and he was very professional and let me into my room simple. Very rude and careless at front desk not all but this one knows who she is
- 3/5
Breakfast is advertised as free but is not! It is $14 dollars
- 3/5
Only stayed one night.
- 4/5
The desk night lady had no personality and seemed to be grumpy. She didn't correctly guide me to the right elevator. Im not sure if the attached sports bar falls under this review but they were severely understaffed with one bartender trying to manage large crowd. At night had difficulty getting a food order. It was chaotic. The waffle House across street was delivery only and few dining options nearby. However the 4 minutes to airport was convenient.
- 5/5
The room was clean, the staff was very nice and hotel was very quiet
- 5/5
Good breakfast
- 5/5
The hotel is under a renovation, but the staff went above and beyond, were so kind so helpful that any negative people was completely arrested by positive interaction
- 3/5
Old without repairs in room, nasty stains on chair in room, no hair dryer in room, evening staff person unfriendly, no breakfast included, no freezer in mini fridge. Bed was comfortable.
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 3/5
Bathroom shower curtain smelled like a gym locker the bed was flat warn out it was like sleeping in a bowl you sunk to the middle the hallway smelled like hydraulic oil the lady's at the desk would not smile or make chit chat with you overpriced
- 5/5
Everything about the stay was great
- 1/5
“Self-parking” is misleading—you’re directed to park near a nearby business (Boston Pizza) and carry your luggage yourself, often to upper floors. This should be clearly disclosed. My reservation included breakfast, yet I was denied it multiple times and told to pay extra. This is either poor coordination or misrepresentation. While the lobby looked fine, the rest of the property was in poor condition. Hallways had visible damage, including exposed walls and wiring. The room was dirty and poorly maintained: dusty bedsheets, dirty couch, cobwebs in the bathroom, loose light fixtures, and worn-out amenities. This goes beyond being outdated—it reflects a lack of basic cleanliness. The breakfast itself was also low quality. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I will be raising this with Expedia and expect a refund or compensation.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and efficient. Very close to airport but the shuttle still saves you $20-30 trip by taxi or uber. Buffet breakfast is okay, but lots of room for improvement, waitstaff there were great though.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Even though they are in the process of renovating the property was very clean and quiet. The room was spacious and in pristine condition. Comfy bed and assortment of pillows. Definitely recommend booking your stay here.
- 4/5
Yes shuttle was easy to find. The room was clean and spacious. The bartender at the sports bar was great.
- 3/5
The room was very clean but due to renovations certain amenities weren’t available. The staff was definitely accommodating and very helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent! Great staff. Clean.
- 5/5
"I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. It’s rare to find a place that feels this clean and well-maintained. I slept great and felt right at home."
- 5/5
Property is under construction but you wouldn’t know it. It still runs as if there is nothing going on.

It was okey but food /breakfast was horrible , how ever lady that serve us was very nice
- 5/5
Having an airport shuttle was a big plus.
- 3/5
The hotel is being renovated so it was difficult to get ice and food.
- 5/5
Our air-conditioning didn't work
- 2/5
I left 2 stars solely for the room only. The room was great. Updated and very clean. Everything else about the stay was horrible. It took over 30 minutes to get into our room. Our room was seriously a 5 minute walk from the front desk. When we got to the room neither of the keys would work. I walked back down to the front and waited over 20 minutes while they were trying to get the machine working to key the cards. Still only one of the cards worked. This continued the entire trip. We went to the desk at least 5 times in 2 days just to get new keys because we couldn’t get in the room. We walked into the restaurant at 7:45 where the server rudely informed us they were closing early for New Years Eve so we needed to order drinks and food right away or we wouldn’t get any. She then asked if we wanted our food in to go boxes. She left before we were done eating our meal. We had somewhere to be so it’s not like we were hanging out. We were in a hurry as well. When we were checking out the elevator was not coming up. A worker said they had it shut off for repairs. She radioed down to someone to see if they could cut it back on because we had all our luggage. They replied back that we would just have to take the stairs. So we had to take the stairs down five flights with all our luggage. Why would you work on the elevator right at prime check out time? The manager Sloane was at the desk when I checked out. She was not interested in hearing any of these complaints.
- 5/5
Cathy and Danny, in the kitchen area were phenomenal
- 4/5
They’re in the process of a much-needed renovation, but the bed was comfortable and the shower good.
- 2/5
The staff member who checked us in wasn’t interested in helping us. The hotel is being remodeled, things were a mess. Our room was very warm when we got there, we had a difficult time getting the temperature down.
- 2/5
I paid more than what Expedia posted. Called maintenance about TV and they couldn’t fix it. I paid $140 for wheelchair accessible room on the top floor and the very end of the floor that had no TV.
- 5/5
Guest Services staff was pleasant and the accommodations were great.
- 1/5
Not a very nice place restaurant wasn’t great.
- 5/5
The room was clean but can use some upgrades.
- 4/5
It was very convenient to have a restaurant (Bostons) attached to the building with easy access. We appreciated not driving to another location for dinner after a long day of driving. We would stay here again.
- 2/5
When we checked in we were advised to park around back and use the door around back to get to the elevators. Key card worked on the door but the door would not unlock. Had to walk all the way around to the front to get into the hotel. DirectTV would not work. There was a message on the screen that stated “In inclement weather service may be interrupted, if no inclement weather contact the front desk.” Contacted the front desk and they said we must not be connecting to the satellite. Sorry.

- 4/5
the property and facilities were okay. The construction going on in the hotel was inconvenient.
- 5/5
Easy check in, but the room was in an under construction floor and was a real pain to get there.
- 3/5
The beds were unusually hard sorry
- 5/5

Clean room, and the size of hotel.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff was very courteous.
- 4/5
The bathroom outlet did not work I had to dry my hair in the bedroom. And also use my curling iron in the bedroom. There was a light in the bathroom that was going out it kept flickering. I slept fine but trying to get ready in the morning before my 8:00 flight was difficult.
- 5/5
The hospitality was top notch. Parking and convenience to airport was appreciated. Also the restaurant and bar on site was very convenient.
- 4/5
Great restaurant food ,airport shuttle & room was nice
- 4/5
Broken coffee pot, outlets not working in bathroom. Good for an early flight out of LIT
- 4/5
It was fair for the price. The hotel is old. The receptionist was not very helpful when we arrived. We had booked two rooms and they said we only had booked one. There was that problem checking in. If the receptionist had looked at my itinerary I was trying to show him he would had seen that one room was under my son’s name not mine. But he didn’t even do that. He just kept saying that hotels.com only sent him the booking for one room. Luckily there as another room available that we booked. But hotels.com was able to cancel the extra room and take care of my concerns.
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
The outside area was deserted looking when we were directed to the back side of the hotel to go to our room. The desk in our room was sticky. Not in just a small area but over the entire desktop.
- 5/5
Very clean . We looked for hair dryer but couldn’t find it so called front desk and said they don’t have them. Finally found it hanging on back of door.
- 3/5
The room was nice, however the hairdryer was broken and we didnt have time to get a new one before we left for our flight.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable and spacious.
- 5/5
always very clean and convenient to the airport

- 5/5
Very clean. Staff was super nice.
- 2/5
The property was under renovations and looked like a war zone. Also the lock on my door was broken off and I had to go to the lengths of barricading the door with the ironing board as a safety measure.
- 5/5
The lady at the front desk was very nice. Cool hotel layout
- 4/5
The restaurant and bar was closed when we arrived forcing us to drive around unfamiliar area searching for food.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly. Hotelbitself in poor condition
- 3/5
Front desk lady very friendly and another guy very helpful. Building outside grounds- very run down restaurant shut down.building I guess is going to be remodel. However, they haven't started. Rooms just old.
- 1/5
Up baseboards and just leave them laying there with nails exposed. At least fully remove them
- 4/5
it was close to the airport
- 5/5
I felt very calm and comfortable staying here leading up to a flight I was taking. I appreciated the restaurant in the lobby so that I didn’t even have to leave for dinner. I will be using the airport shuttle as well.
- 4/5
not easy to find the room. quiet an comfortable.
- 3/5
Bed was awful
- 3/5
People in the restaurant chewing bacon while answering questions. Customer service in general no best quality.
- 4/5
Ok
- 4/5
There was a little odor in room as if someone had smoked. But not sure. Left to early for breakfast. Easy access to airport.
- 3/5
There are NO food options anywhere close when the hotel restaurant is closed as it was during our recent Saturday night stay. The rooms have windows that look out on the interior hallways, so there is no natural light. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. We would not stay there again.
- 4/5
They are renovating so strange smell and so on but they kept things clean.

Horrible stay. The first room they gave me was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned from the last person. The front desk personnel were rude and unprofessional.workers hanging out in the parking lots around the cars.

Breaking is amazing if you're on a regular diet! Pool is small yet nice. Seating areas throughout make for a nice place to read a book. Restaurant on site is very convenient unless your hungry past 10lm/11pm. Food is good.
- 3/5
It was a large and unique holiday inn for sure.
- 2/5
Bed is like a rock. Wasn’t the cleanest place inside or out. Had to call the front desk to check in while a staff member was just on the other side of the front desk wall.
- 3/5

- 5/5
The pool wasnt up and running til late yesterday but ovet had a nice stay
- 5/5
thank you
- 5/5
Absolutely nicest staff at a hotel that we have experienced. The hotel is older, but the staff makes up for it 10 fold. Clean and comfortable rooms. Having two food options on site helps greatly as we ate the breakfast buffet and Boston’s for dinner.
- 4/5
On check in I was told my room would not have a king size or even queen size bed like I had reserved through expedia. I was told for additional cost I could get a room with a king size bed. When I expressed that neither option was acceptable...we were given a room with a king size bed. I did not enjoy the hassle after a very long drive.
- 4/5
Extremely quick check in. Easy parking. Clean room. Only negative is they permanently installed the DirecTV receiver behind the TV stand so that the remote doesn't work from the bed or chairs. You have to stand against the wall next to the TV and hold the remote over the TV for the receiver to see the IR signal from the remote. This was not a malfunction or technical difficulty. The hotel chose to mount it behind the TV stand causing this inconvenience. I asked why they did this and have not received a response. Simple issue to fix... place the receiver on top of the TV stand so it can receive signal from the remote.
- 1/5
Hotel was spooky and hard to navigate, we got in an elevator only to find out it didn't go to our floor, figured we would go up as high as we could but the floors it could take us to were under construction. The staff were all perfectly nice but seemed overworked and ill-informed. The fanchin
- 2/5
One front desk staff and couldn’t log into the computer to check in. Didn’t get the room I paid Expedia for, no help from Expedia customer service. Will not book hotel with Expedia again.
- 3/5
Paid extra for 2 premium rooms on Top Floor. At check in, only available.
- 4/5
Breakfast was not included. We didn't mind paying since the rate was good, but the quality of the breakfast did not meet the cost. I would recommend eating breakfast somewhere else.
- 4/5
Undergoing renovations. Breakfast is not free.
- 3/5
We were sent to enter around the back of the facility. The entry was dimly lit. Our key card caused the green light to appear, but the door could not be opened. I had to leave my wife with luggage, etc. at the darkly lit area and walk around the building. I attempted to use the key on two more entries to no avail. I walked in and through the lobby, and after trying one door found my wife still waiting and opened the door so we could bring our things in. I had trouble getting the tv set to display anything other than the floating Direct TV image. We called the front desk, and were told to hit the reset button on the receiver. I tucked in a difficult location to reach. After waiting for the receiver to rest in ten minutes, the picture came on. However, there was a large box covering a good portion of the screen. We made multiple efforts to remove it, but finally gave up and prepared to go to sleep. The hotel is older and for the price its not unfair at all. Just some frustrating things going on.
- 2/5
Just one thing went wrong after another- and that after a long drive. Staff were super nice and kind. That was the plus.
- 5/5
Very close to the airport, quiet and large rooms. Great restaurant on the premises and convenient gas station across the road for our of hours snacks
- 2/5
Upon arrival we learned that we couldn’t use the pool, which was one of the main reasons we chose Holiday Inn. Next, the fire alarm goes off around 11:30 pm, jolting us out of a deep sleep, and I injured myself getting to the door. The fire alarm continues to go off as the fire department tries to figure out the problem. Some people were checking out at 12am, and I came close. Needless to say, we lost a lot of sleep that night 6/27/25. To top it off, the breakfast left a lot to be desired, thankfully there was fresh fruit. Gotta say, this was my worst hotel experience.
- 3/5
The room was musty, the AC was loud and never got cold (as in we sweat through the night). The restaurant, Bostons, was surprisingly good.
- 5/5
Very clean and will stay there again!
- 5/5
Our stay wasca comfortable one
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Clean, quiet location that was very convenient to the event we were in town for. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I am in the area.
- 5/5
Great room, nice buffet breakfast.
- 4/5
Alot of smokers
- 1/5
First of all I used my credits for a friend and then they didn't let her even stay cause
- 3/5
Tired hotel. Broken lamp shades. Stained carpet. Leaking sink plumbing requiring us to mop up water with towels when using the sink. When reported no action taken. Would not recommend.
- 5/5
Location close to the airport. Shuttle service was excellent. Restaurant food and service were excellent.
- 4/5
They charge you extra for breakfast which would be ok if it was worth paying for .. but it isn’t anything special or extra. $12.95 a piece if you pay there. The workers were really nice. Wish I had seen the sign when I showed up super late at night that if I didn’t return the luggage dolly and kept it overnight, that they’d charge you $100 .. it was a relatively tiny sign and again, I’ve never done it before but just was so tired and knew I was leaving early in the morning that I figured it shouldn’t be a major inconvenience that I kept it .. boy was I wrong 😪
- 5/5
Easy access
- 5/5
Greta stay!
- 5/5
Staff and hotel was amazing
- 4/5
great location , very friendly employees ,there breakfast was very good , sad they had to shut down the pool and i was on the 5th floor an the elevator went down , if you walk across the street there is a waffle house if you don't try it even if just for the experience talk about old school it was great really good food loved the people all and all i am happy i stayed there thank you
- 2/5
Will not recommend. I have stayed at many holiday inn properties and they have mostly been very nice. This was a surprising disappointment for the cleanlinesss and service.
- 4/5
Nice hotel with a pleasant on site bar and grill.
- 1/5
I am pretty disappointed considering I bought the nine dollar insurance and tried to cancel my trip when I found out that Little Rock Arkansas is a terrible place for solo mothers and children especially a single mother with her two little daughters, so when I tried to cancel, I didn’t even get a response from Expedia or the hotel and I left several messages so I was out $135 mind you I don’t get child support and I’m a teacher so that was a big hit on me personally financially they should’ve honored the insurance plan that I bought or at least acknowledge me. They just took my money and ran…. literally, thieves!
- 5/5

This property had decent reviews. Not sure how. This is a hotel that the Holiday Inn built in the 90s and it has been forgot about. It turkey needs a complete redo on the interior and rooms.

Our stay was awesome thank you again

Staff was friendly, but the property could use some serious updating.

Lady at the desk Mary operations director wouldn't let us black people check in at 1 but i watced her check in two white men. When i finally checked in my room was dirty stains on the bedding still hair all over the bathroom floor after a 10 hour drive i just wanted to relax but i couldnt due to waiting an hour to check in just to have to wait another hour for them to get the room a little clean... i bought lysol spray to kill germs because you could see the room was half assed cleaned. Only good side was my son and i enjoyed the karate tournament.

For an older hotel, it is nicely maintained

I didn't stay. Change of plans

Old property, but well maintained. Excellent location for early morning flights or late arrivals.

Reasonable, close to the airport, has food.

The room was clean and the hotel staff were very helpful.

My doors would not open. I went down to the desk three times and got the card rekeyed. Someone finally had to go up and let me in. Also, the coffee maker was broken.

No issues, love the restaurant!

I loved my stay and I would stay there again

nice hotel the only problem the keys never worked every time I left the room I had to get the key coded again. No breakfast if you go through Hotel.Com unless you pay 12.99 for the breakfast.

Air-condition in our room was loud but it was for one night.

The rug in the room was dirty, the tub in the bathroom was stained, the walls in the room were dirty in some areas. The room needs a thorough deep cleaning. Surface cleaning strategy is not sufficient.

I wouldn’t recommend this property

I will never go back.

The heater air conditioner in room is very noisy.

Horrible Service

Room wasn’t clean, guests slamming doors after 10 pm through 1 am, guests allowing children to play on the elevators, food products in the commissary expired, some as much as February 2025.

The card key stopped working for a little while. My wife and I had to walk back and forth from our room to the front desk a couple of times. The bar and grill was understaffed. Only one server on a Saturday night so my wife and I waited 20 minutes and still weren’t helped from the bar tender. We just went back to the room. Very nice staff though. There was a roach in our bathroom.

Never got the wake up call I requested. AC in room sounded like a freight train.

Couldn't get into back door even with key. Room carpet torn and should be removed. Bathrooms were updated and wonderful. TV was impossible to manage. Thermostat wouldnt work properly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast and cost for breakfast didn't match in value.

Nice place. Need tv updates

excellent. Room clean and bed very comfortable.

Should be more clear about the fact not all get the complimentary breakfast.

Musky smell in the corridors, my door was crooked ( 1” gap on the bottom and 1/8” on top), coffee maker didn’t work and the “filter” while selecting the hotel doesn’t work: it says‘breakfast included’ but then it’s an EXTRA $12.95?!?!?!?
