Love the room darkening blinds and awesome breakfast.

Everything was very clean, and smelled amazing!

Room is clean, staff are friendly. Don't follow Google map, it kept lead us to the building next to the hotel.

Everything was really nice. I travel constantly for both work and leisure and that room had the absolute best shower that I have ever used. The water pressure was amazing, the temperature was perfect, and the hotel had water softeners. My hair was so smooth and shinney, like a professional blow out.

Clean and good location with plenty of parking. My check in experience was excellent. At the time of checkout, I asked why $100 was charged to my card, when there was $50 fee for my dog. I was told the dog fee was $75 and not $50. No explanation was given for the $100 charge. I didn’t push it because others needed assistance, but I’m still confused.

The property was in a nice neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. Very clean inside and out. The room was just right for our family. The breakfast was continental due to the holiday, but still a great variety. Would recommend to others.

Everything was very nice. The staff was great! Pillows could've been better. They were flat. Pancake maker was out of order but breakfast options were not bad. Location was the best!

The location was excellent, situated directly across from the outlet mall, next to a movie theater—one of the best I have visited—and conveniently close to gas stations and a wide variety of dining options. I have stayed at this property twice. My first stay was excellent, rated 10/10. My second stay was an 8.5/10; however, this was mainly due to being assigned to a floor that was still undergoing painting, which caused a strong odor that gave me a headache. Additionally, early morning construction noise disrupted my sleep and woke my baby.

Breakfast was lacking. Huge problem with booking.com & ended up being billed twice for room.

Other than the noisy guests and our phone not working, the property was great. I did not realize that they only clean every other day. But we adjusted nicely. I would recommend.

Breakfast was good. Parking was safe. Bed and shower were good. No sitting area in huge room. One desk chair, not comfortable ,no other seating area with plenty of empty space to fill. Several pieces of seating in lobby. I should have asked to pull a couple of those into room. Staff was real nice and courteous.

Also the tv wasn’t working at first and the guy at the front desk came quickly to get it working for me! Super nice!

The breakfast choices were good and the parking area was clean and well lite.

Staff was great, breakfast was great and the place was clean. The beds are hard and the pillows are pretty flat. But it is the only place I would ever stay in that immediate area.

Didn't use gym. Parking was fine, breakfast poor.

In the span of three days our room was never cleaned or fresh towels delivered. When we talked to the front desk, they checked the housekeeper log. The housekeepers had checked off that they cleaned the room but did not. The front desk would not assist because it “wasn’t their job”. On the second night someone did bring up a fresh towel but didn’t take the used ones. We will never stay there again and wonder why we paid $500 for no service and dishonest workers?

Unfortunately, the blankets on the bed were extremely thin and because they had a large group of people that had checked out when we arrived, they did not have any "clean" extra blankets for the beds, so they provide us with two bedskirts, which I thought was odd. So, we had to drive to a nearby Walmart and purchase two comforters. When checking out, the staff did not appear to sympathize with the inconvenience of us having to provide our own blankets.

We got in to the hotel later around 10pm on 2/27 upon entry to check in I was not greeted, I had to asked the associate if I could check in. After giving my name he took awhile to look on the computer then asked (not so kindly) if I still needed the two queen beds I booked for because the hotel was over booked and he might have trouble getting me a room. I booked the room days ago and had already paid for room. I said yes the reservation I made is what I need…. He then say ok (sarcastically) then proceeds to tell me he has no keys to give me to my room, then ask if I have the Hilton app because I can use a digital key if not I won’t have a key… I said no I don’t have the app. He then not so kindly tells me to go get my stuff and come back because he will have to take me to my room and let me in the door because I won’t have a key unless I get the Hilton app. I’ve not ever been treated so rudely at check in before. He neither asked my for my ID to confirm it was me nor did he provide me my room number or the WiFi password. We had a long drive in and I had a sick child. This treatment was very poor. Not to mention we were given room 210 and the TV was leaning against the wall due to being broken. I do not recommend this location.

Room was Clean. Front desk was nice. We stayed in room 306. We notified the front desk of the constant stomping and running up above us. Front desk said he TRIED to contact the room and wasn’t able too, but said he never knocked on the door. We had to get up out of bed, get dressed and go down to front desk 2 hours later, at 11:50 pm. The loud noise above our room persisted and was even louder. Front deck gave us another room, although it was annoying that we had to move our stuff from one floor to another at midnight after driving for 9 hours. All we wanted was to sleep. My husband and I feel like the staff should have and could have done more to control the other guest.

Our room was great. Had plugs for cell phones and tablets. I liked the window shades. Much better than curtains. Our bed was very nice and comfortable. I enjoyed our room being cheerful. Very nice breakfast also. I was surprised about the WiFi they offered. To get it at no cost, you filled out a lot of personal information. If you choose not to fill out the form and still want WiFi, you are charged $4.99.

Location Room wasn’t very clean. Blood on the comforter, long black hair on the sheets, and the bathroom sink was dirty.

This is our go to hotel when traveling between central Virginia and North Texas. We've stayed here 4 or 5 times. It is convenient to the interstate, close to great shopping and restaurants, clean and comfortable.

Toilet plugged up and they didn't have anyone to fix it or even a plunger in the hotel! What hotel doesn't even own a plunger?!!! Was told we could use the dirty bathroom next door some people just checked out of and hadn't been cleaned!!! I said no, then was told could use toilet in a new room and was given keys to it that didn't work! Wound up using public restroom on main floor! Now I see two $25 charges on my CC from them which make no sense. Breakfast was crummy too!

Everything was good. Curious that sometimes I am given a water and popcorn in a bag, sometimes just popcorn and sometimes nothing when checking in. It should be consistent. I would always like water.

The hotel is located near an outlet mall but not a very popular area. Getting Ubers were a little difficult and expensive because it wasn’t the most popular part of the city. Recommend renting a car. Easy and safe parking right at the hotel.

Clean quiet hotel

Easy check-in. Nice area.

Incredibly safe. Our small family took a walk around the sidewalk to wear the kids out before bed. We played downstairs in the recreation area for a while and there was free tea and coffee all night long while I had to work till 2 in the morning off my laptop on the back patio.

We appreciated the location and ease to get to off the freeway. Check in was a breeze and the room was comfortable. Only critique would be that it could use firmer pillows. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The location and the staff. Everything else. I’ve never been so uncomfortable in a hotel stay. None absolutely none of the furniture was comfortable and the bed was hard as a rock. The pillows on the bed didn’t support my head one bit. This is just a a glammed up cheap hotel. Shame on you Hilton.

Last time I came to Ark I stay at there sister hotel in North Little Rock so this time I wanted to stay in Little Rock so I came to this one…. Big mistake!! it’s nothing like the other one. Now I will say the staff was great but the amenities were lacking. Our room didn’t have a microwave like the other the bathroom was so small and awkward it had no hooks or bars to hang towels. The ironing board was broke so I ironed on the bed. We tried to find a way to login into our Netflix to watch a movie but nope no access on the TV. Now we pick this hotel because of the free breakfast after what I saw I was willing to go buy my own. First off there is NO variety.There was cereal, yogurt bagels,eggs over cooked sausage,and a pancake machine that didn’t work and oatmeal we had to make priceless.. not to mention no where to seat there was like 3 tables to eat. The last hotel had pancakes,waffles, eggs, cheese egg omelettes,potatoes, sausage links already made oatmeal and a ton of seating that extend all the way to the back.. needless to stay I won’t be back I will just make the drive next time because it was worth it

Staff was very helpful and friendly The beds were awful. They very hard. We stayed at a Tru in Knoxville and had a wonderful experience and the beds were very comfortable however the tru in Little Rock had very uncomfortable beds

Nice clean and new hotel with a spacious room. Area felt safe and hotel included a free breakfast that was better than most hotels I've stayed at.

The lady at the front was amazing and a great host. There were some more fine details (bathroom floor was uneven so door caught, light switch had sparks come from the back, etc.) Our friemds room ac didnt work but the lady at the desk was quick to help get them moved. There was a gentleman in the lobby when we arrived and was still in the lobby with his bag during the evening. Early the next morning he was sleeping in a chair in the lobby and spent the morning hourse eatting multiple breakfast meals. He was not rude and even played pool with us but it was clear he didn't have a room card (had to walk around building to go in through the front) and he just kind kf lingered around. Our room did have a spot of some redish liquid (that was not dry) on the floor. Bed wasn't the worst but not the best. Shower pressure was amazing however the door didn't close right so the floor got soaked. Overall not bad just not the best.

The stay was ok, hotel was clean room was clean the shower door would not close properly and water was all over the floor after and with only enough towels for the 2 of us made it difficult to clean up! The 75.00 dollar dog fee is extremely expensive I can see 25.00 or so but no way 75.00

I travel a lot and visit many hotels. The staff was great and parking was excellent. I was not impressed with the hot breakfast options. The walls and doors around the hotel were also dirty which gives the hotel a dirty vibe. There was a large dog barking at all hours of the night and someone kept opening/closing a door next to us. I didn’t get much rest for sure.

People were lying saying we were noisy. We were in the bed watching tv. What noise could you possibly hear if we are in the bed only watching tv?? We got kicked out because of it. We had to find a last minute hotel on a budget! Nobody spoke to you in the morning in the lobby eating breakfast or at the front desk. I DO NOT recommend. They funny acting up there for sure!

We needed a place to stop and rest for the night on our way to our final destination. The Tru was a good choice. I wish we had been able to arrive earlier to take advantage of the fact that the hotel is adjacent to a nice outlet mall. The hotel was decorated in a fun colorful motif. Very clean. The rooms were nice. Loved the shower in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortably hard. I have a bad back and this is an important factor for me. Breakfast was free and offered sufficient variety. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything in the room was in good condition, clean, and well-taken care of. My only complaint is the comfort (or lack thereof). The beds are very, very firm, which led to back pain throughout every night and for a few hours the following day during my entire stay. If you like or are used to a firm mattress, though, this won't be an issue, however, if firm mattresses cause you pain or discomfort, it's worth mentioning. The room had one additional chair that I was able to sit in to relieve my back from time to time, but I couldn't sleep in it. Again, though, as bad as the bed was, the cleanliness of the property, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and convenient location bring it up to four stars.

The top floor 4 hallway was so cold last night not comfortable to walk in the hallway it so cold...

This is the second time I book at this hotel. I enjoyed my stay. Place is clean, people are super nice, food is hot, bed is so comfortable! Location was the selling point for me. This area is safe, nothing to worry about when traveling alone.

Room was more spartan that I was expecting and I suspect was designed for younger, more 'hip' occupants. One bed, one office chair and one small roll-around desk left a lot of empty floor space. Also, no coffee pot was a negative for me.

It was new, clean, Spartan by design. All that is fine. Cleaning staff appeared to be hard working all diligent. The three front staff personnel front were on their phones constantly. They were not that welcoming. I asked for a late check out and the morning desk worker said that would be fine. When I came to check out at the designated time, the front desk worker implied that I was supposed to be checked out an hour earlier and no one had told her that I had arranged a later check out. She was not friendly about it; and she went back onto her phone when we were done talking. Poor front desk customer service. Otherwise stay was fine.

We can usually count on Tru for travel. This Tru the staff weren’t as friendly. Upon checking in we were told breakfast was 6-10. Next morning At 9:00 they turned lights off as I was getting food. I asked what was going on and was told time to close. Another person staying agreed and we were told no, that’s not true. I didn’t even get a chance to get what food I wanted.

The staff at the front desk were outstanding and were happy to help us when the water in our bathroom was not hot. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hot water issue was the only problem. We liked the toiletries. the breakfast was tasteless, the pancake machine produced raw in the middle pancakes. A lot of the food was wrapped in plastic. I would go and get breakfast elsewhere if I stayed there again.

Nice stay. We’ll be back.

This is a beautiful place. Checking in was easy and staff was very friendly.

Our stay was not bad, however the walls are very thin. The people next door seemed to be rolling rocks against the wall. It was after 10pm and they were extremely loud. The hallway seemed to echo noise in the hall, which only added to the noise coming from the people in the next room. The rooms are not carpeted which makes for a colder room in the winter (also does not help to dampen sound). A very large crack in the wall of the shower had attempted to be repaired with silicone over it; the shower door did not seal at the bottom, so water was in a huge puddle outside the door when you stepped out of the shower. No microwave but did have a small fridge. Very few breakfast items available on the included breakfast downstairs. Little to no amenities at this property.

Very clean property, front desk Chasity was nice, and knew what she was doing. Rooms are very nice and clean. If I come back to Arkansas I would stay here.

The property is pet friendly. The staff was very helpful with suggestions for vegan dining. There are lots of snack options available for purchase so you don't have to leave the property. I really appreciated the convenience after a long day of driving.

Amazing. Basic but very functional. Staff was excellent especially front desk from 4-11 pm on the day we checked in. Had a problem with a loud hum in our room about 10:30 and she graciously got us another room quickly. Everything was good after that.

Personable staff. Food wasn’t the best. Property was clean and fun. Good gym.

The bed sheets were horribly thin and the fridge barely held two bottles of water.

Easy access

We loved staying at Tru by Hilton. The atmosphere inside was so fun and colorful. There were games and a pool table in the lobby for a fun time and lots of room to sit and chill. The room we stayed in was adorable with all its color and decorations. The bed was soooo comfortable and the shower was also wonderful. The desk employees were inviting from the moment we walked in. They were also friendly, courteous, and professional. We would definitely stay at other Tru by Hilton hotels in our future trips!

I feel it was a great property to stay at very clean and easy to get to. If you like to shop it’s also great spot to stay.

Then my husband and I couldn't be on wifi at same time. Lastly it is hard to get to property from interstate because there is a required left turn and then immediate right turn (hard to do at 5 PM!). In short, we will look for another option the next time in Little Rock.

Great hotel for a weekend away. Close to shopping, and several restaurants along with the lounge theater! We’ve stayed several times, and will definitely be going back.
