    Love the breakfast. Loved their version of a Suite. Comfortable bed The hotel was in the middle of construction so lots of noise, carpet issues, smells and the elevator was sketchy. I am sure those problems are addressed by now

    The elevator was broke and we were on the 4th floor, so had to load everything up and down 4 floors of stairs. The hallway temp was set on 81… again… it’s 90s outside and had played baseball all day in the heat to have the temps hot in the hotel. And, No one came in to clean or restock our towels and we were there 2 nights. If it was just one inconvenience, I wouldn’t be leaving a review… but the multiple inconveniences should be shared as a warning to others looking to reserve this hotel. There are several other hotels in this same area I would highly recommend looking into over this one. It was an extremely disappointing stay.

    I liked the size of the room. Beds were comfortable. Our rooms were not ready at check in time nor were we given rooms next or even close to each other. They tried to put us on two different floors which defeated the purpose. We had to go with just room which ended up being a handicap room. They put the payment on the wrong card and even had my address wrong on my receipt. The person at the desk got so much wrong but she was really nice and respectful.

    Bed was very comfortable. Very close to restaurants and convenient to walk there. The lobby breakfast area was disappointing. Furniture was dirty and stained-needs to be replaced. Breakfast staff did an amazing job keeping items stocked. Great tasting coffee! Lots of parking that was convenient for trailers or RVs.

    There were roaches in our room. When i called the front desk to inform her and ask to be moved to another room I was not accommodated at all. I was asked "Can you just kill the reaches?" I was also told that they didnt have any other rooms available in the whole hotel. We immediately got our belongings and left. I will not come here again.

    For a couple of reasons we had to change rooms. The front desk, Shawn, was outstanding and so very accommodating. Even helped us move our things to a much better room at no charge. There is major remodeling going on, but didn’t negatively affect us in any way. The beds and bedding were Excellent. We liked every thing about our stay.

    We stayed in a king studio suite. You can tell it has been recently renovated. We only stayed one night but the room was well equipped for extended stays. The room includes a very nice desk with casework, a smaller two-to-three-person sofa (including a modern styled foot rest), a comfortable king sized bed, plenty of head-level lamp lighting fixtures, a sufficient count of well-located electrical outlets, a large closet storage space (with an ironing board), full kitchenette (included a basic dish set and cookware, two-burner electric stove, seemingly new microwave, 10-12 cubic-foot refrigerator, kitchen water fixture, full sized dishwasher, etc.), a pretty new flat screen tv, and a clean bathroom. If I had to guess, the bathroom plumbing fixtures didn’t make the budget for renovation plans, but they were clean and problem-free (just not new).

    This kind of maintenance work should be completed before allowing guests to check in. It is not acceptable to have construction going on while rooms are occupied, as it seriously affects comfort and overall experience. Because of this, our stay was not as enjoyable as expected.

    The building looks fine from the outside, but the inside is in bad condition (old, broken chairs, peeling paint, and a strong smell of cigarettes in the hallways). The room was comfortable but poorly cleaned; the bathtub was dirty (with men's hair), and there were cockroaches everywhere—coming out of the sink, drawers, and on the floor! There was mold on the bathroom wall near the light switch.

    Up on first checkin the staff was very nice the evening/ night staff. But the room had roaches. And had a smell . I call front desk. She gave me options to move to another room and another floor. So when I got to the new room, none of the chest drawers work the would I had to use the phone cords to tie the doors shut. And when breakfast came the juice machine didn’t work so we had nothing to drink but coffee. I don’t drink coffee. There was no water offered and they did not go out and purchase juice to accommodate. Poor judgement . Then the morning staff was not friendly at all. I heed them talking about a guest . The second morning someone mess up the waffle machine. So I had to clean it best to my ability. The guy that works hospitality look and never offered to help . The waffle machine was sticking very much by the time you pull it out it was tore up. And yess I used the nonstick spray. After the second attempt to make another, I told the morning staff she said quickly, there nothing she can do about it. I ask for syrup . She said is it none ? Why would I ask if there were? She walks over said the other person use it up. Well that is what it’s for to use right? She put out a little more syrup. But was not happy yo do so . I rate this experience -0 . I also did not like the bathroom. The toilet looked dirty but after I cleaned it , it was old paint wear off and it was peeling. And the tube didn’t drain well. When shower your feet is submerged in water. Very un happy

People hanging out in hallways cursing loudly to others on speakerphone at all hours and the staff seem completely apathetic. Relatives?     Hotel was under renovations. This was the smallest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. Though furniture was new, bathtub was still old looking, tv didn’t work with cable, and room smelled musty. We had a late arrival so didn’t shower until next night and had no hot water and wasn’t told at check in that the heater was down. Wasn’t impressed with it being a Marriot.

Several things seemed aged/worn like the lobby furniture and some of the moldings on the walls were removed, but there were also signs explaining that they are renovating and there seemed to be fresh paint on the walls so it like they are working on correcting many of the cosmetic issues I’ve noticed.     Overall it was a good stay. The only small complaints was the room wouldn’t cool off as much as we would have liked. We all slept with a sheet only. However, it wasn’t unbearable. Second was the refrigerator door. The layout doesn’t allow for the door to open wide enough to pull the shelves out and rearrange the height of them to accommodate for taller things. Example: the 32oz tumbler with drink in it. But over all the room was clean and beds were comfortable.

    this hotel was over grown out front with grass. the building was very outdated (which is fine, when it is kept up, but this is not) and then to top it off we get to our room and there is a mini camera on the bottom of our tv stand. a Camera.. at first i was like no, no way and so i just covered it up and went on with my stay. well come to the last day i moved what I had covered it up with and I took a picture of the mini camera and was able to find the exact same one online... and then to top it off, i was loading our stuff up to leave, i decided to look under the bed to make sure my 3 year old hadn't put anything under there. Thats when i found the old fake rose pedals. YUCK!! so not only was there a camera but now i had the rose pedals to go with the scene from last guest. lovely and i just had my 3 year old in there. i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!!

    Room was not available when we arrived after 5pm due to short staffed housekeeping. Tub still had hair in it. TV in living room suite did not work. We were given the toll free number to handle ourselves. Grounds had not had proper lawn care in sometime. Grass was high. Stayed here multiple times. This property in not being managed well.     Bad!! Main TV didn’t work ask to have someone look at it and was told no one was available. We requested for 5 guest and had 2 wash cloths. Went to front desk to ask for more and she gave me 3 so I asked only one per guest was told that was all they had. We had about 1/2 roll of toilet paper so at 5:00 am when we could not find more anywhere in the room goad to go to front desk. The check in attendant was not friendly. I would NOT recommend at all!!!!

    First, I want to rave about the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and kind. They make you feel at home from check-in to check-out. The hotel, including the rooms, is clean and spacious. The refrigerator and mini kitchen were perfect for our one-week stay because we made dinner there since my husband was recuperating from surgery. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The choices vary a few times a week, which I liked. The food was good, better than most hotel breakfasts. I strongly recommend the hotel.

    The room was clean and very nice but my bed was hard. Matter of fact both beds were hard and I spent a lot of time tossing and turning. I wanted to catch breakfast but it didn’t start til 6 I think. I left the hotel at 5 am and there was a lady there preparing the breakfast and the coffee was already made but it was coffee was cold, that really made the rest of my day trashy.

    Check in was great - room looked pretty good could use updating a bit. Opened the dishwasher and a touch was crawling across the inside. I flushed it along with a paper towel. For the most part it was a very good stay. Slightly disappointed with the 2 burner cook top. The stove eyes never really got hot using the large skillet.

    Staff is great : place needs better maintenance: general areas seems not serviced well : I had a chair with foot rest in my room : chair seems dusty and foot rest full of stains ( wouldn’t go near it ).

    The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast. We were very frustrated though upon arrival. Check-in was at 3pm and we arrived at 4:00pm. The lady at the front was having trouble with their system which was no big deal. But then got on the phone and called someone and asked if they even had any more doubles available. Which they should because that is what we booked. Then she proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have any rooms available yet and that it would be about 20 mins. This was frustrating because we had somewhere to be and we were already arriving one hour last check in time. It took longer than 20 mins to get the room ready and during this time, at least 4 housekeepers dropped off their badges and signed out. Wasn’t sure why so many were leaving if rooms were not finished being cleaned or were not even ready for guests checking in past checkin time. I understand things happen but it was extremely frustrating as we had somewhere we needed to be and I had a cake that I didn’t want to keep in my car with me.

    This property was well situated to the things in LR that we needed to access. The beds were clean and comfy and kitchens well appointed. The staff, especially Shawn, were amazing. However, we saw a few small cockroaches in our room while there.

    We checked in in and the lady at 1st was very short with me about my check in questions and concerns. I brused it off. We got our room. Got settled, and when I went to secure the door, I saw a new latch above where there was a previous latch, but that had been removed and hastly repainted. I went to take a shower and there was black mold all over the corner of the floor and trim molding. The bathroom door also looked like there was a dog in there previously that tried to scratch at the door and there were also burn holes in the floor by the bed. I took pictures of everything and went to talk to the front desk and the person immediately moved us to a different room. Then later as my family and I were trying to sleep, it was so hot in the room that I went to try and turn the a/c unit from heat and it would not change until I repeatedly attempted to changed it. Even then, I still had to open a window to cool the room off. The next morning we went yo breakfast and the eggs were overdone to the point it was like a hard omelet and pork sausage had several pieces thar were crunchy and overcooked and sadly, they did not have biscuits and gravy this time. Overall, our 1st time there was such a great experience, and that is why we stayed at the same location a second time during out travels. After this second night of experiences, I question if we will try a 3rd night in the upcoming months.

    This hotel was the perfect place for a quick trip to visit family in Little Rock Arkansas. The pet fee was worth to pay, because I didn’t have to worry to leave my dog back home. We were comfortable and have peace of mind that she was staying with us. Even we couldn’t go out and eat, the kitchen and small dining table was helpful to eat at our room.

    Comfortable bed. The front desk was helpful. The TV mount was wonky as if the screen was too big to move to the appropriate angle for viewing from sofa to bed. Bathroom wall ciuld have been cleaner.
