Very welcoming staff right on entrance. The entire hotel smelled really nice inside. We were on the 2nd floor and there’s only one elevator I believe for the entire place . This was a little annoying cause you had to wait a while. We ordered room service and the food was actually really good . Shower was nice but hated the sink. The towels were like sandpaper so they might want to invest in some fabric softener. Overall for only 1 night it was an ok stay.

Overall, an overpriced average hotel. The front desk staff needs to be more helpful and polite. If you book through Expedia, they will charge a $65 resort fee per night, per person. I will not return to this property again. Expedia should disclose all fees, including the resort fee, upfront.

This location is a hidin Gem in Little Rock Arkansas my husband and I really enjoyed this hotel for our anniversary weekend. Great Location Parking rooms excellent!

The bathtub and kitchen sink had drainage issues. The bathtub also had standing water after use. I wish staff had checked the obvious issues before letting room on rent.

We did not eat breakfast. We did eat at Table 28. Very good. There needs to be more lighting. We stayed in a suite. There was NO lighting at bar area. I had to move a lamp. We were told there was a stocked bar. It was not. The fridge was barely cold. Bathroom was showing age. Bed was fine. I couldn't figure how to turn bedside lamp on. I also had difficulty getting WIFI to work . When you stay in a suite you expect everything to be correct, working and perfect. There also was only 2 coffee pods of regular coffee. With 2 guests you should have at least 2 per guest and more creamer than 1. Not stocked very well.

Very nice staff overall! They did their best to accommodate us. However, after sleeping on those mattresses and paper thin pillows....our bodies hurt so bad the next day. Had we needed to stay in town longer, it would have been elsewhere. We won't be back again due to this.

The Burgundy Hotel is in desperate need of a top to bottom overhaul.

The hotel staff are lovely and very helpful. The restaurant is decent but overpriced for the quality of the food. You can get much better downtown for the same price. Great bartenders though! Rooms are big and comfortable. The updates made are ok, but the paint is kind of chipping, carpet is starting to lift in places, etc. My only real issue is that the entire place is full of cheap, artificial air freshener and scented cleaning products and it’s truly awful.

The Burgundy Hotel is modern and everything works. The rooms are spacious and well.layed out. Parking is convenient. Price was good.

Size and comfort of room…. Separate sitting area was awesome. On-site restaurant was excellent. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Great location.Clarence at the front desk was so helpful and personable. The room was spacious, clean, and beyond comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The food and service were exceptional and they had an impressive wine list. Overall our experience was top quality and the staff went out of their way to make our stay a 5 star experience.

The room was large with a nice view of the pool. The restaurant there has a nice bar. It’s also in walking distance of other nice restaurants.

The room was so clean.

Very Classy Property !!!

Our room wasn’t ready on time which is understandable given staffing issues these days but the staff made no effort to provide any sort of hospitality while we waited. A bottle of water, an invite or discount on a drink in the hotel restaurant or something along those lines would have been a very nice touch. Room was ok, loved the fireplace but the couch in the living area was not comfy at all. One wall of plug ins didn’t work. For the money we spent on a “presidential suite”, I expected more.

A really nice and quiet boutique hotel. The staff is pleasant and accommodating.

Parking very convenient. Front desk very friendly. Room and linens were very nice but mattress felt cheap. Stayed in an accessible room but the spray on the hose I’m pretty sure wasn’t connected. Couldn’t find a diverter. Food in the restaurant was far above average hotel food. Brussels sprouts amazing. Service was the next to worst I’ve ever had making even the very good food not worth it.

A beautiful property with friendly on-site staff. Only problem was a re-roofing started the third day of a four day stay shutting down the pool, some access points, and noise. No notice was provided to guests! A written notice in the room would have been nice.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and have stayed here many, many times. We love the quaintness of it. We have always enjoyed it and had great experiences. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone!

Stayed a Friday and Saturday night. Breakfast was below average, seemed like precooked product that was heated up. Air conditioner in the room very noisy. Pool area locked during normal hours. Staff courteous and friendly, room clean and comfortable.

We chose to stay here while visiting P. Allen Smith’s Moss Mountain Farm in nearby Roland. The hotel was very good, clean, comfortable, and centrally located for what we wanted to do. The front desk staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating.

Nice stay, great restaurant, phenomenal bar tender. I was drinking bourbon neat, but I enjoyed watching Billy’s skills as she made a myriad of complex cocktails from memory.

The staff were so helpful - pointed out the best car wash to clean 800 miles of bugs off the car, good places to eat, and what’s great in the restaurant on-site. Really, can’t say enough about this place.

Hotel located a 10 minute drive from downtown Little Rock in an okay if not exactly vibrant neighborhood. Hotel was modern and clean and reasonably priced. Check in could have been a little more efficient but overall was a good stay. The bar restaurant were very good with attentive staff. Would happily stay there again if in town.

Great hotel, especially for the price. The rooms are very spacious. The hotel restaurant is overpriced for the quality of food being served. The only complaint I have about the hotel was the restaurant- and I doubt they are affiliated. The hotel staff was extremely friendly.

When we checked in we found out the room had been advertised incorrectly and did not have the number of beds listed. But the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The manager text me after check in to ask about how I liked the room and multiple times throughout my stay! Service was amazingly. Staff was friendly and eager to help. We went on a girls trip and this was the perfect place! We felt safe and it was beautiful and roomy.

Have stayed here a handful of times over the past 5 years; always very comfy and clean. Pool area is great, and the hotel location is centralized to all of Little Rock so nothing is too far away

From check-in to room condition to breakfast the next morning, our stay was pleasant, comfortable and beyond our expectations. The front desk staff both evening and morning, as well as the restaurant staff were engaging, friendly and completely accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again if passing through town.

Great stay at The Burgundy. Only complaint is the placement of the ac unit was uncomfortable. Maybe 7 inches from the bed blowing straight to our faces. But everything else was great. Check in was easy, kids loved the tv, got to charge our tesla overnight and be on our way just as easy in the morning.

I love the suites in this hotel, so spacious and generously appointed! The food at the attached restaurant, Table 28, is superb . I love the accessibility of everything. The pool is wonderful, and even had a chair for disabled people to enter and exit the pool! The only problem was that the chair lift was not working for my disabled companion. However, the manager felt so bad about this that he comped us a night! That was much appreciated! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful.

There were 9 of us. Three rooms. Everyone had a great stay! We all want to stay again! The sooner the better!! Thank you for your hospitality and comfort. The cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in as well!! Thank you!!!

I paid for and did not receive 2 rooms with 2 king beds, the Hotel blamed it on Hotel.com, either way i did not get what I paid for. The Hotel is clean and has a lot of potential, it just needs a little work, the room lay out is great, really nice but needs a little work. The convenance of the restaurant is a real plus and the food was good. All and all just not good enough to be a Tapestry Collection Hotel (What is up with the huge gapping holes around the fire sprinklers....need to clean or replace carpet...

We stayed at the Burgundy a few years ago when it was under different management. A large wedding party was staying in the hotel, and it was among the worst experiences my wife and I have had in a hotel. After repeated calls to the front desk about the noise, we gave up around 4:30 and left. Hilton bought the property, refurbished it, but it is an old open atrium design and the lobby noise drifts up the rooms. The room was ok but grossly overpriced. The breakfast menu is reasonable. We won't be staying again.

Staff was super friendly and the accommodations were great. Super convenient to lots of local dining options. The hotel restaurant looked great, but we did not take advantage of it. The room was super spacious and comfortable. They make it super easy to connect your own computer to the TVs with easy to access HDMI connections which we greatly appreciated. Internet speeds were also fast. I would highly recommend and stay here again if we are ever back in Little Rock

Only complaint I had was that neither tv was working the first night we were there, and there was only cold water in the sink. I would definitely stay again. It is a nice option if one wants to stay in West Little Rock.
