    I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. The desk attendant was carrying on a personal conversation the entire time she was checking us and others in. She wasn't exactly rude but she was curt and and not very friendly. The room was the bare minimum, not even a phone book.

    When I first walked into the property, you could smell the cleaning supplies from where they were. They had been cleaning most of the hotel rooms I’ve ever been to you can never smell the cleaning supplies so it feels like it’s been 20 years since they cleaned. staff did an amazing job when my key messed up. They were more than willing to take the time to help me get it fixed. There was a new gentleman who is being trained at the time and he did a wonderful job. He’s I feel like he’s doing great on his training. I liked that the property was like put off by itself. There may be businesses back there, but it’s not on a main strip to where all you hear is noise.

    They don't accept cash as a form of payment. There were no towels in our room. No remote to the TV. AC took over an hour to cool the room down. Staff was not friendly. Zero stars 🌟

    Its in a really nice area. Away from traffic and people. Almost secluded 1. 1st thing I notice were TWO "signed" reserved parking spaces for POLICE VEHICLES. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED. 2. Handwritten signs everywhere. $250 fee for smoking in rooms. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR VEHICLE THEFT OR VANDALISM 3. Heavy chlorine bleach smell throughout 4. Attendant seemed rushed, flustered 5. People in and out (a lot of commotion, almost like an apartment building for transients) 6. $100 incidental fee deposit (refundable at checkout...if all checks out) 7. $2 service charge fee (what?) 8. Very spartan room 9. Checkout that morning @ 7am had no front desk employee. A sign apologized and mentioned the employee was sick. My key malfunctioned. Luckily, I didn't lock my door and a different guest let me back in the building.

    My stay was for two weeks, I never saw housekeeping. After I got there to check in, then they start to tell you about the extras. A $100 deposit, and a charge per day for utilities. There is usually no one at the front desk. I checked out three days ago and still haven't received my deposit back. Would I never stay here again.

    When my finance and I first got there a roach crawled out of the fridge when we opened it. None of the channels worked on the TV. The remote only worked for maybe two minutes then quit. The buttons on the TV didn’t work either. The turn disc inside the microwave was broken so the whole time you’re warming up your food all you hear is clanking.

    I mean if you don’t mind roaches, no hot water and the fire alarm going off randomly, then you will probably like this place. Also a good place to get a good contact high and going sliding across the wet floor. Dozen people probably loitering outside at any given time. I was supposed to stay the whole weekend. On our second night, after in 5 minutes time I found roaches, realized we had no hot water and then the fire alarm went off, I decided to just check out at 10:30pm and figure out other accommodations. Apparently the fire alarm must go off regularly bc no one really seemed to care to go outside except a few people with pets. Staff seemed pretty nice though.

    I couldnt check in due to the gm saying she could not takd my reservation no explanation i srill have my belongings in my current room my meds my clothes basicallt everything couldnt get in my room after a long day of work. Keep in mind i paied thru expedia and never stayed in the room. Its confusing no communication very inconvenient as well.the manager sucks and is to emotional and doesn't handle business well. The employees there are a joke nobody communicate at all.

    Kate at the front desk was absolutely amazing, get got in extremely late and were marked as a no show, but she was able to get us situated and did a great job. The rest of our time here was not the best experience. For a non smoking area, the smell of Mary Jane was OVERPOWERING. There were large holes in the drywall in our room, but I realized you get what you pay for.

    7 years ago it was good location clean friendly reasonable price that lead me to stay for over a year. I didn’t think that I would come back but I did 7 years later due to me moving out my home looking for apartment to save money this was the best place for me to come and save money and feel at peace. I really like staying here due to staff and the way they go above to make sure ur stay comfortable. I really appreciate Steven and naylan currently on my second week after stay at a free hotels in the area

    The room was dirty with paper on the floor when I cam in. The bathroom soap was missing, however the front desk provided me with what I needed. The furniture was very uncomfortable with hard plastic chairs and the bed was hard and lumpy. The one bright spot was the front desk being courteous and helpful.

    Staff are topnotch. Always available when needed. Roach problem but staff did what they could with the limited powers they have over the infestation. Most guests were cool but it was the construction workers and a few drunks staying there that have no respect as they littered the property with beer cans, trash and cig butts. Without extra staff there's no way mgmt can keep up with such filth.

    Pros: *I loved the shower: good water pressure, plenty of hot water *The hotel was full but quiet for the most part *Comfortable mattress *Respectful and accommodating staff Cons: *Dirty! The stovetop burners, walls, and under the bed looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. I didn't want to cook because there was so much caked on food on the stove. *Found a cockroach in the bathroom the first night, fortunately didn't find more *Found someone else's underwear left in the bathroom *TV remote and phone didn't work *Bed frame was so dirty that we felt uncomfortable sleeping on it, we used our own sheets *Found a pill on the floor near the night stand *Elevator only worked about half the time (not ADA compliant) This was one of the worst hotels I've ever seen, I was appalled by the lack of care with cleaning the room.

    Check in went very well. The clerk was extremely nice and made sure our key was working. That's when we were stunned! Upon entering the room, there were roaches running to hide. My daughter refused to even go into the bathroom until the 15 or so roaches were killed and washed down the drain. The shower was nice, but the curtains was too small, allowing the floor to get wet. The towels were sized well and appeared clean. The door trim was halfway gone, from a dog chewing it. The corners of the floor had gunk caked in the corners, layers of dust covered the exhaust fan. The bed was comfortable, although the sheets had light staining all over. The oven fan was disgusting. All covered in grease and the light didn't work. The burners were caked with burnt on food.     I don’t like the universal remote they have in the rooms. The TV is a LG, but the remote is a RCA remote. It’s like you have to sit or stand in a certain spot, which takes forever to find, just to cut the volume up or down. It’s very frustrating.

    When we first walked in we noticed the bed was made but looked like someone had been laying on top of the bed. The pillows were propped up as if someone had been laying down watching tv. The sheets were not clean. We had to go and buy our own cover and pillows for the bed. It was a non smoking room. The toilet had not been cleaned. There were ashes on the back of the toilet. we had booked for 2 nights and the room was non refundable. We went out for the day, came back and there were no towels. My husband went down to ask for extra towels and was told that they were not that kind of motel and they were short staffed and closed at 8pm. It was 9pm.

    Staff was not friendly. One night a staff member banged on the door telling us to not leave our trash outside the door. Husband had sat it out so he could take it down when he went to smoke. My husband would not open the door because he did not have on a uniform or a badge. He was screaming it was 200 dollar fine for the trash. We tried to call tue front desk but no answer. It was after 9 at night when this happened. He came back up banging on the door saying " you see my badge now?" He was do irate we still didnt open the door. He repeatedly screamed he was going to charge us 200 dollars. The place smelled like weed 24/7. People wondering in and out at all hours. Hanging out in the parking lot. Drug deals in parking lot. Plus we had roaches in our room and it smelled moldy. Had we not done a non refundable stay we would have left. Elevator went out and we were on the third floor. Horrible and unsafe place to stay.

    Horrible experience with checking in. It took an hour! My key didnt work for the room , I had to call hotels.com to call the front desk to come let me in after i had been to front desk and after I had called the front desk , he acted and treated me like I was stupid and couldn't unlock the door . There was no coffee pot in room and there were bugs, bed was very uncomfortable . I was glad I only booked 1 night .

    I called the hotel 6 hours before checking in and they confirmed me that I am good to check in late as long as I arrive on the day. I arrived at hotel around 3 in the morning after a long trip, and I found no one in the premise. After calling around and waiting for 30 minutes, I found someone to talk and found out that my booking was canceled. They could not answer who canceled my bookings. I was surprised and they did not even gave me an explanation. I am not booking ever again Woodspring!!! Worst experience and nor recommended.

    Our rooms a/c didn’t work hardly at all, was hot and sweaty The whole time. There was no shower curtain. I was told that there were no more vacancies so getting a different room was not going to happen. The pictures look a lot better than the room is. Pet friendly is a plus but it was full of dog poop all over the place so nobody actually cleans it. Glass rose meth pipe laying outside as well so that’s a crappy sign. Was able to refund us for the nights we canceled but I had to pay more for one night than I had been told by Expedia. Worker at front desk was super nice and cool and he did his job well.

    I had asked for a diabled access on the 1st floor but i got put in 330 at the end of hallway by the stairwell.I had to unload all my things and bring them up and down as i left.The room was ok until i realized my Atlanta Falcons Scarf was stolen out of my luggage.I also noticed my coffee was stolen out of my car.Every hotel i book with Hotels.com something is being stolen or my car is beong damaged.My credit card was stolen off by Expedia 6317.American Express account they keepback dooring false reservations and steing from me????????

    This was a terrible place. Due to the stains, broken a/c, and roaches. I had to leave. The only good thing i can say is my funds were refunded within 3 days.

    The floor felt like there was film on the floor from a dirty mop. Our room wasn’t fully stocked with the hotel amenities thAt draw you in to a listing. And we did not feel comfortable or secure here. I’m highly disappointed with my recent stay and don’t think I’ll have plans to come back. Thank you so much!

    Couple of bugs in the tub, and the front desk closes at inconvenient times. We were traveling a long distance, and we got there after the front desk closed, and then it took nearly an hour to just get a room card. Then the room was not very clean and the beds were hard as a rock.. I will not be staying at a woodspring suites ever again.

    Horrible experience. Fire alarms went off at 2 am. Guest next door banging on everything for hours end. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Room was dirty. Dirty sheets, horrible smell. Overall horrible and disturbing experience

    Then kept being awakened by what sounded as if a family of 5 was moving furniture in upstairs above us at 2:30 am. I'm not one to complain...but this was by far the worst experience at a hotel...ever. And if no roaches were there and no moving furniture at night...then no hairdryer or iron..which maybe the type of place doesn't have those amenities but this is first place I've stayed without.

    I got exactly what i paid for. My only issue was the bed was incredibly hard. Some issues with them checking fire alarms and smoke detectors in the mornings when i was working very late nights.

    well everybody that works those amazing except for this one African American gentleman that works up front is kind of rude and short and Truth people a type of way if they're friends with other people that work there that he doesn't like... Fat guy beard bad attitude cant miss him!

    I liked self parking. I did not like how staff greeted me. I did not like the uncleared room. I did not like the dirty face towels. I did not like that the room A/C was broke. I did not like that the sheets was dirty.

    We arrived at 9 pm there was no staff at the front desk everything was all closed up. There was phone in the hall way to call to reach an on-call staff that we had to wait to come open the office and check us in. She was very pleasant and helpful. But never heard of a hotel closing it's office with no staff before 9 pm. Hotel was shabby my room tolerable but not very clean. It had a kitchenette but no plates, cups, utensils to use. There was dirt on the floor room could have cleaner.
