All around great experience. Staff was really helpful. Loved it.

Location and room was nice We had already unpacked and had to move to another room because the lights in the bathroom did not work. So we had to pack and move to another room. But in that room the TV did not work. Feel we should be compensated for the inconvenience.

Nice clean motel in a great location. Beds are good and room is spacious. The only miss we had with it, was no ice machine.

I have no idea how this hotel has so many high ratings. I chose this one after researching several hotels in the area and thought it would be great for our large family. We booked a 2 bedroom suite. My first impression with the front desk staff was fine. The woman helping me was friendly. Once we got to our room we quickly realized all the reviews boasting cleanliness were very wrong. We had to keep our children off the sofa because it looked like someone had either vomited or spilled food — either way it wasn’t cleaned properly. Our sheets had suspicious spots on them. We had to ask for new sheets because I couldn’t handle sleeping on what was there. The shower appeared to have mildew in the caulk lines. And the toilet looked dirty - something you’d expect in a public restroom and not a hotel. The furniture was in terrible condition, but I could have completely overlooked that if the actual room had been cleaned properly. We came very close to leaving, but after a long day of driving with 4 children, and not being familiar with the area, we made do the best we could and got out of there as quickly as possible the next morning. When checking out, the front desk staff asked how our stay was and I explained that it was horrible he went silent and then finished checking us out and said “have a nice day”, so it’s very obvious to me that staff doesn’t care about guest experience. I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was no USB port for me to charge cell phone with. Thankfully I kept a portable battery for backup. Other than that, everything was great.

The fact when I got there and I had already paid for the room through booking it took 2 hours for me to get into my room because they didn't know what to do by pulling my rsvp up. Then my key to the room it kept disconnecting. I never stayed some where that the bathroom was locked and claim they don't know how to get into the bathroom. My whole stay was horrible

Overall the property is very clean. The staff was very helpful with every concern I had. It started out with maintenance in the room when I checked in, then the a/c then updating my car information. Everything was easily taken care of. I thank you to everyone for their help. Overall my stay was really good. I will definitely book again.

The hotel itself was excellent, room was very clean and nice. But since they informed me that it is a pet friendly hotel there isn’t much you can do when your next door to a large dog barking very loudly that went on for hours. So upon talking to the desk clerk about why they don’t put pets basically on a floor to them selves he informed me they don’t. Did not offer to move us so we were stuck listening to a dog bark while the owners left them. So no I will not stay à staybridge in Little Rock Ark again.

I’m big on reviews… and honestly this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed… as a retired flight attendant… I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this gets 5 stars! Plus a wonderful staff … We had a suite. Comfortable bed very clean… I don’t have one complaint about this property.

Breakfast was very quickly put away so we didnt feel welcomed to attend. The ac in the room was inoperable and while it wasnt a hot night it still wasnt ideal. The room was great. We stayed in 4 hotels on our trip and this one was by far my favorite room. The price wasnt bad at all.

However, there was one very unfortunate surprise. While using the kitchenette, we opened a drawer and discovered a knife that had clearly not been cleaned and still had dried blood on it. It was definitely unsettling and something that should have been caught during housekeeping. Aside from that incident, our stay was otherwise pleasant. The location worked well for our event and the hotel had many positives, but it would be reassuring to see extra attention given to cleaning and checking the kitchen areas to ensure situations like that don’t happen again.

The staff was amazing!!! My only complaint is the shower door wouldn't stay closed so had to be extra cautious.

They properly welcomed pets, and it was a very overall great place to stay

Only one elevator and it's the SLOWEST elevator I've ever seen. It takes 30 seconds to open when you get to a floor. TV didn't swivel and dated room. Also it's been 5-6 days and my deposit for incidentals still is pending on my account. $100 charge for incidentals for a one night stay?

Fully furnished kitchen, comfortable, large rooms. Very clean. Bed was comfortable with really great pillows. Would definitely recommend.

Overall good but there was hair on the bedsheets when I flipped over the comforter and that made me feel disgusting!

Staff: okay but manager could be more flexible in understanding customer's needs. We requested to check if there is a room available in first floor. While she was checking, her manager who was standing next to her, just said plain no without even checking availability. She was kind of rude. Amenities- Top class Breakfast- Top class. Breakfast area can have more tables to sit. during peak hours , there was heavy crowd with no place to sit. Parking- Plenty Location: Great

Sad and possibly illegal? /Against codes…to have breakfast / lounge areas and no public restroom…you have to return to your room…staff member said it was due to vagrants using facilities

You should be aware of the $250 hold for incidentals that won't be refunded for 72 hours. Also, the cable didn't work. They must be in the scetch part of town as the only working elevator uses your key card to operate.

Since I booked through a third party they had to place a hold on my debit card for $250! I understand it is just a hold but what if that was all the money I had? After I had already paid for my room in full it was a total inconvenience to have to have that much on hold with my one debit card.

This was my first visit to Little Rock and I could not be more impressed by this hotel and the staff. We really enjoyed the social hour with the free drinks and appetizers and the breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and clean and has every minute you could want I highly recommend you stay here.Nakia up front desk was so sweet and helpful.

Our room was very clean and nice. It had a few ladybugs in the window. Odd for being on the 2nd floor, but we found them cute. This was our first time staying here and WE LOVED IT! Clean and spacious restroom, spotless kitchen and very comfortable beds. We will definitely be back! I'm a patient at UAMS and loved finding 2 other couples dealing with the same issues I am. We sat around the fire pit and enjoyed a wonderful night of getting to know each other.

Room had things that didn’t work- tv and WiFi was not good. Outlets in kitchen area didn’t work and coffee pot was broken. Check in was supposed to be at 3 and we had to wait to get into our room.

Got this room for my parents and they were treated poorly. My mom needed late check out for her appt the next day at UAMS. They asked for late check out the night they arrived and was told the next day that they had to get out or be charged another night. They did not investigate the situation. I will not be suggesting this hotel for anyone. Poor customer service towards my parents.

Initially, I was uncertain about choosing this accommodation due to pre-existing reviews. However, I am pleased to report that my experience exceeded expectations. The day before my arrival, I contacted the hotel to confirm the availability of my selected room type and spoke with an exceedingly helpful staff member named Chester. On the day of my journey from Missouri, I encountered a mechanical failure with my vehicle, resulting in my niece arriving at the hotel ahead of me. Chester demonstrated exemplary customer service by providing assistance beyond the typical scope of duty. Upon my arrival, I found our room clean and spacious, with meticulous maintenance evident throughout the space. The breakfast service offered a variety of hot, well-prepared items that enhanced our overall experience. Our stay was delightful, and I appreciated the attention to detail provided by the staff.

The property is nice. The surrounding area was not desirable. There was a bad odor in the halls and rooms that did not really make sense with the quality of the property. The breakfast food items were ok, but the plates and utensils were so cheap it made eating difficult. The dining area was poorly designed and almost unusable. On a very not busy morning there were not enough tables to eat at. I am not sure how well the staff is trained and how good the management of the property is. For the price, this really should have been a much better experience.

The night staff was abrupt on check in, not friendly at all and unfortunately the first impression of the property. The rooms have great space, but are dirty (chairs, desk area, dishes are not clean although in the cabinets) lots of potential to be great, but not anywhere near- at least on this visit.

We were booked on the third floor and the elevator was out. I called Expedia and they helped cancel my reservation while I was in the phone and got me a refund. We were able to locate another hotel and enjoyed our stay. I am glad I booked through Expedia because I am not sure the hotel would have done the same.

This place is very clean and in great condition. The breakfast is very good. It’s easy to park and lots of dining options nearby. Nice area in the back for dogs. My only complaint is the traffic noise. It’s loud if you are facing the highway.

Room was spacious and comfortable. We just stopped in overnight on a cross-country trip. Everyone slept well and there was plenty of space for our family of 7 and our dog.

The property is near the mall and close to the I-630 freeway. The hotel has a new look and feel. The hotel is a great place to stop overnight or for extended stays.

The hotel was amazing. Clean, great service, comfortable, convenient room with full fridge and cooking service. We did travel durning severe weather however and the hotel did lose power ( no fault of their own). second day and they refunded our money for that evening. The volleyball tournament was canceled so we traveled back home. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect property! Super clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, roomy 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, large living area & big kitchen. More than I could have asked for! And the price was outstanding! Came for my aunt’s funeral. The 2 bedrooms worked great for us, since I hadn’t seen my male cousin in 10 years. Loved the desk for my legal work & living room to reminisce about my sweet aunt. Good shopping& restaurants close by. Easy airport access and quick jaunt to Conway & Maumelle. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Arkansas. Truly can’t say enough good things about this fantastic property.

This was a family outing so the suite was perfect for 4 adults and 3 children. The furniture in our living room had seen better days, but the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect. The complimentary breakfast was a nice added perk.

I've really liked this property in the past, but it has gone down quite a bit since we last stayed here. The heat wasn't working in the first room we got, and it was slow to heat up in the second as well. We had to wait for clean towels to take a shower one day as well. It's okay. Next visit, we'll stay somewhere else.

It was amazing!

We stayed here because it is close to UAMS. The property was clean and staff very friendly. It is the only extended stay I've ever stayed in that had a happy hour and free hot breakfast. We were very impressed with the hotel and would def stay again. The only downside is the proximity to the freeway means you hear sirens quite frequently, but it didn't keep me from getting a good night's sleep.

This hotel is located close to the medical center of Little Rock. Right off I-630. The room we stayed was the One bedroom king suite. Everything was kept very clean in all areas of the hotel. The breakfast was hot and had great variety for every taste. They have social nights Monday Wednesday in the hotel dining/social areas. The staff was friendly and very attentive. This will be the our hotel of choice when we stay in Little Rock.

Very spacious and comfy beds and super clean. The two bedroom suite was beyond lovely!! Felt like an upscale apartment with high ceilings. Breakfast was great. The overall experience was above expectations. A birthday treat and New Years experience I'll never forget. Starting the New Year travelling in style was the goal and Staybridge helped me achieve this!!

We unexpectedly found ourselves in Little Rock for an indefinite amount of time due to a hospital stay for my Mom. Staybridge was literally 5 min from UAMS. My husband and I could easily take turns tending to her from the University location. The breakfast and evening Appetizers were so very helpful as well as the stocked kitchen in our room. We utilized it all. Bed was very comfortable and blackout curtains helped us catch up on much needed sleep during the day. They understood our one day at a time reservations and even gave us extra time to check out on the last day. Everyone was nice and friendly. They made a rough week a little nicer. Bravo 👏

I always love staying here. Unfortunately this past stay was disappointing because the housekeeper took it upon themselves to throw away my covered food that I was not done with.

Also, the company has a strange policy of blocking $250 per one-day stay for incidentals, and they differentiate if the customer is from Arkansas or out-of-state (the locals are blocked 100 $ per one-day stay, versus $250$ for out-of-state). Such amounts are expected in 5-star hotels, not regular 3-star hotels.

Traveled to visit family for Thanksgiving. Staff was attenentive and friendly.

Everything was good about our stay. We gave it 5 stars. Only complaint is the location made for lots of road noise. Into the night late, but these things are hard to avoid sometimes.

Loved our stay at Staybridge Suites in Little Rock. It was like having our own little apartment. So relaxing after a day of test at UAMS. Slept better than my bed at home.

Just want to say loved our room, and the kitchen was an added bonus especially if you're traveling with family and pets. We will book another room on the next trip.

The area itself seemed a little run down, and not the safest, the hotel however made us feel safe. They have you use key cards to enter the building after 8 pm. Loved that additional safety feature.

The room we received was not in a good location. When we were getting ready for bed we noticed a constant buzzing sound followed by a thumping every 10 seconds. This was very annoying. We told the hotel worker in the front but she did not get back to us or help in any way. The maintenance employee saw us and asked if we had an issue. We explained the situation and he informed us that right above that room the AC unit is placed for the hotel. We then went to the front hotel representative and asked her why we were not notified about that room or sound that comes with it. She had no clue and there was no solution on helping us. This hotel needs employees that can help with issues like this. They need to communicate better with hotel guests and help with issues like this.
