Residence Inn Little Rock Downtown

The only bad thing is we turned our air down when we left for our concert so it would be cold to come into and sleep. Apparently it has some type of sensors that does not allow it to start cooling until you arrive back. Slept hot as hell. Never again

This is an older hotel but it is very clean. It’s also very quiet. Excellent staff and a great parking lot . The pool looked fine . It’s a great deal for the cost . I really do recommend this hotel . Not fancy but worth it !

I have never had a bad experience with Residence Inn. But this has been the best Hotel by far. I have made this my go to Hotel while traveling. I have stayed at several in different cities. So I am definitely satisfied. Thank you for keeping your Hotels immaculate.,

We were very disappointed to find out there was an issue with our 2 bedroom suite and we ended up with 2 rooms instead. That was not the experience we wanted as the room was much smaller than what we wanted. It would have been nice to know ahead of time and not the time of our arrival to find this out as we would have probably gone to another property that would have met our expectations.

We loved that is was so close to the market area. Jazmin was very nice and helpful. She came to our room to help fix the blinds that never worked. The breakfast was excellent.

Great, walkable location with parking. Several interesting places to visit within about five miles to the southeast including native mounds and an excellent museum of agriculture and cotton.

We were very happy with everything except the sofa in the room, which was significantly broken down in the middle, so broken down that when sitting on it, it caused you to lean to the center.

The fact that the availability of the seasonal pool is not communicated to guests prior to reservation. The fact that there is not any shopping options (grocery, sundry, clothes) in walking distance.

I like how close this hotel was to my daughter's dance competition event, I like how affordable it was to get such a nice king size suite that fits 3-4 people. I loved the breakfast, it was delicious, hot and fresh. The only things I didn't like was that there was hardly any parking for hotel residents and I didn't like how firm the bed was.

I was completely satisfied with my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was modern and efficient. The bed and sofa was comfortable. My room was the cleanest room I have stayed in. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I could not get in contact with the property. I tried every possible way. We had to change our check in date. I did not want a refund, I just wanted to ensure they did not give our room away. Since we could not confirm our reservation, we could not go.

I wish I could give them 100 stars. Absolute best hotel stay ever. Our room was SPOTLESS and ginormous. The breakfast was shocking at how many different options they had. We were so completely impressed and will be back. Other hotels could learn from you all. The whole property was so nice and spotless. Thank you!

I was hesitant at first because a few bad reviews but glad I went ahead and tried it it was really nice and quite very comfortable. Room and parking was better than I was expecting would definitely stay agin it was close to all everything downtown

Came to Little Rock for family plus it's nice to have your place to go to as opposed to staying with family. But overall, great stay and very relaxing and quiet. Breakfast was great because I still have to work. Will definitely stay there next year when I come for the holidays.

We love this place , in the past we’ve stayed at another me River Market hotel but have decided this will be our spot from now on . It’s in walking distance of everything you need and the rooms are set up in a way that’s easy to move around .

Residence Inn is is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. And that is a hotel about every 2 weeks. The only problem we had was with the Air Conditioner. We had to turn it down to 67 to get any cold air out. Turn to 68 or 69 it pumped out heat. So we had to stay in 65 degree air. Sitting was a problem but in the bed we could cover up and be comfortable. Our room number was 123 I think. It was the last room on the right on the ground floor. But we will be back maybe with sweaters.

Clean Modern

We completely enjoyed the pool! The room was also very clean and I loved that it had a kitchen where i could prepare meals and not have to spend money eating out for every meal. My grandson (age 7) and I did a fun weekend away before school started back. We were able to walk to the Museum of Discovery and the Inland Maritime Museum as well as explore the Riverfront Park and walking trail. We had a wonderful time.

Dirty pool, slide front door closed on my 10 year’s old son as he was walking out and hurted his shoulder. Breakfast was not good at all

Stayed there for 2 nights. Room was on the 5th floor. Nice, clean, quiet, and peaceful. Staff was friendly and helpful with local information. Within walking distance to the local restaurants, bars, and liquor store so I didn’t mind the parking fee.

Great location right on the trolley line in downtown Little Rock. Friendy and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms within walking distance to all attractions. Great onsite parking to store a vehicle overnight.

Paid parking very inconvient for handicap. Way n to far from front entrance. Back entrsnce where the parking was had steps with no ramp for handicap.

We stayed one night. The hotel is in a great location and near the river. There is a lot to do in the area. Although it’s a no-smoking hotel, we noticed considerable smoke smell around our room.

One of the best hotels my family of 4 has ever stayed at! Staff was WONDERFUL (front desk team is amazing and loved our bulldog too). Place was the perfect location for walking around downtown and shopping etc. And it was SO CLEAN all throughout the hotel. We will be back again for sure next time through Little Rock!

Very pleasant.

First, Jasmine at the front desk was a star, we asked for lemon and honey for a sore throat and she went above and beyond to help. Lobby was clean and fresh, our room with the kitchen was all in order and clean. The complementary breakfast was good for what they offered. We definitely would stay here again.

Celebrated my birthday! Hotel staff was understanding that I was going to have a lot of people in my room. Moved me to an area that I wouldn't have neighbors for noise purposes. Great experience!

Tried this hotel out and enjoyed it so much we've stayed three more times. Being in a wheelchair, the doors are all wide enough, there is ample space to navigate through room, large bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast has a good array of items; hit and cold. The check in process is easy and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend this property. Just a block from the river market.

The location is perfect. Right off the interstate but not so close you can hear it. There’s a nice pub across the street called Dizzy’s that really good. You can walk to the River Market. There are lots of restaurants in walking distance. There is also free parking on the lot but it isn’t gated. Now…the bad stuff: The furniture and cabinets in the bathroom are all banged up and need to be refinished or replaced. The vent for the heat and air rattled constantly. I would highly encourage a white noise machine. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and really hurt our lower backs. The hairdryer had someone’s long blonde hair in it which was kind of gross. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain well which was disgusting. The place just REALLY needs so be refinished/updated. We’ve stayed here several times over the years but this time these things were really noticeable. We stayed for a week and liked having the kitchenette. It had a fridge, cooktop, and dishwasher and was fully furnished.

The mattress wasn't great, but everything else was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

I loved this hotel ,the cleanliness is my priority that our studio was clean and comfy ,but I wish we had safety box but I couldn’t find that in the closet and I didn’t ask about it from front desk maybe the safety box is in another place in the room and I didn’t know! I was robbed and my vehicle was vandalized on the designated hotel parking lot. The security camera was not dependable enough to record the whole parking lot. It was like someone knew where the blindspots were.

The stay was nice. I loved the spacious room. A light fixture was broken in the room and one of the snacks I purchased was expired. The front desk was attentive to my concerns and resolved them with ease.

The bathroom cabinets were a bit beat up; but everything else was great!!!

This hotel was in a great location, parking was easy and dining options around the hotel were plentiful. The room was spacious and quiet which I appreciated. I had to call twice to have the room made up which was a bummer since I was there four days, three nights. When the maid came, she was wonderful and my room was very clean.

Our room was clean except for a can of beer left in the fridge and a packet of coffee hanging from our light fixture. Not sure what was going on there. The beds were super firm. The pullout mattress had no padding. We had to put a comforter on it but it was still straight springs. Customer service was good. The employees were polite.

The room was a great size and we loved having the extra space. But that's why we booked the room in the first place. The bed was not comfortable. We travel quite a bit and these days, most hotels have pretty comfortable mattresses. All in all, this hotel seemed tired and in great need of updating. Your location was amazing and we would love to stay with you again but we recommend taking better care of the facility.

The property is in a great location and is easily walkable to many of the places you would want to be downtown. It was clean and updated and the room was large and spacious.

Second stay at this location and it was just as pleasant as the first. Parking is easy and convenient and the staff is very helpful and kind. Within walking distance of our destination and made for a great trip. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is s bit shop- worn. Frayed fsbrics, cabinets that had been slammed shut once too often. While it was nice to have an adjacent parking lot, at check-in and out, you had wheel your luggage around the property, as the lot was only reached by outside stairs. And little things, like a very limited selection of teas (tea drinkers are regularly discriminated against. )

I only stayed one night to attend a concert; about a five minute ride or twenty minute walk to Simmons Bank Arena. This is a well kept Residence Inn (although seemed somewhat older) in a great location. The room was in immaculate condition when I checked in, as you would expect from a Marriott owned facility. If in Little Rock for an extended stay or business my room had a workable kitchenette, a couch area to relax and watch TV and a sizeable desk to get some work done. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size and I really appreciated the large walk-in shower. The only two downsides (at least for me), (a) I was not expecting to be charged for parking. I have stayed at other hotels in this area where parking was included. And (b) my room faced one of the major streets so the street noise was a nuisance until the early morning hours. If you are a light sleeper, like I am, I’d ask for a room not facing the street.

Didn’t like that you charged for parking. Think that would come with stay. Find a way to eliminate that or work into price so it seems that way. Parking is not easy downtown.

Nice play to stay in Little Rock, we just hit it on a holiday weekend, surprisingly closed down.

Clean, spacious, comfortable room. The included breakfast was rather dismal - eggs and waffle OK, practically no fresh fruit or pastries.

This hotel helped change my perception about Little Rock. What a great place to visit. The property was great, spacious and well appointed.

Comfortable place to stay. Good location. Nice to have a kitchen in the room!

Property was nice. Got there late and was greeted promptly. Parking lot was small and we almost couldn't find a spot. They don't really have a good place to walk dogs at night. Also a $75 cleaning fee for pets is extremely expensive. That's not very pet friendly!!! We were there less than 10 hrs. Breakfast wasn't served until 7am which is a bit later than most hotels.

This hotel was excellent. All of the staff were super helpful especially Ayana. We will return.

Perfect place to stop in Little Rock! Hotel was close to lots of restaurants. Took an Uber scooter to eat at Lost 40 Brewery. Breakfast was good for kids. Staff was friendly. And room was huge for the price!

Very nicely appointed suite with kitchenette and spacious room. Stayed only 1 night but this would be amazing for a longer stay.

Had some trouble with our access cards but the was awesome and made the best of it.
