Everything was very clean.

Extremely clean and well-maintained. Would have liked toast and toaster at breakfast.

Staying in West Little Rock Wes’s convenient to our travel plans. Plus we found extra things to do in the area when we had free time. The staff gave good service, room was clean and we enjoyed our breakfast. Parking was good. We have received clean towels daily, when we were told only on the third day.

Quick overnight stay was pleasant. Easy check in and out. Comfortable beds . The vending machine was not working. The cable guide channel was not accessible.

I had been driving all day from Wichita Falls and arrived later than expected due to driving in the rain. Shawn is an angel, he helped me check in smoothly & understood I was very stressed out. I left to get food, and upon returning to the hotel Shawn saw me as I was going into the elevator. He found my credit card that I dropped after checking in and he returned it to me. I was very thankful Shawn found it because it could have been a problem. Shawn's customer service is welcoming & compassionate. I was so happy with my stay, and continued on with my travels.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful! The room was nice and clean, but in desperate need of updating. The breakfast was good, and the coffee was nice and hot! It was fine for a brief stay.

No one was there to check us in. Had to wait a fair bit before someone showed up. Signs everywhere telling you there are no public bathrooms. Made everything feel kind of sketchy. The breakfast was decent. The bed was comfortable. The room was tiny. For the price, I would choose to stay elsewhere. It wasn’t terrible, but there’s lots of better choices.

The hotel had a strange smell getting off the elevator. The room had wall and ceiling spots pealing off the walls. The beds are not comfortable. Breakfast was below par.....

Staff was very courteous. The room was quiet and clean.

The breakfast menu was lacking. For example, no orange juice, packaged sugar/flavored outmeal rather than regular unsweetened, pork only sausage, no toast. Also it was difficult to sleep bc of the very bright lights from the parking lot. The curtains did not fully cover the windows and there were no blinds.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, the room was clean and everything worked properly. They had a little brochure with information like restaurants nearby that was marked done in or fast food, laundry mat info, car wash, supermarket in case you forgot something or had a longer stay. We had a nice stay and it was worth the price. Bed and pillows were comfy.

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights while she was having tests ran at UAMS. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. We were warmly greeted at check inn. The staff were nice and helpful. Our room was very clean, the carpet looked new, beds and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast was good. I especially appreciated the bright white large towels in the bathroom! I plan to stay here again next month for a return trip to UAMS. Thanks for making a stressful time less stressful!

We had a good stay. Our room was clean. Our only issue with the room was the air freshener was too strong, and it caused a small allergic reaction and there was hardly any Kleenex in the room and we ran out. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed it. We would stay here again.

Clean and quiet. Air was cold, bed comfortable, and sheets nice and white. Plenty of soft pillows. Nice little sitting area. We arrived late and left early but rested well. Both desk clerks were friendly as well as cleaning staff.

Amazing pillows, comfy bed and the room was very spacious! For being right on the interstate it was very quiet. Breakfast was overall solid good selection of cereal, waffle makers, fresh fruit, yogurt, packaged pastries, oatmeal packs several tea varieties and original/decaf coffee.

The guy at check in was not very friendly but okay, he got the job done. What really made this review bad was the air conditioning. It never got cool in that room and I was hot all night. I had to be up at 4:45 so I didn’t call the front desk about it, just suffered through it.

I was skeptical because of the area. Having lived in LR for 10 years I still chose. I’m typically only a Hilton property customer. I was very satisfied with choosing this less expensive option. 10/10 IMOP

I selected this property on accident but was pleasantly surprised. The grounds and the rooms were very clean compared to what I’ve seen in some quality inns. I honestly have no complaints. If I had to find one it would be its closeness to the interstate, but most of the hotels in that area are as well.

Staff was friendly, hallways are a bit rundown. AC was off in the room when I arrived and it was a bit muggy, but cooled down quickly. Bed was comfortable. TV wasn't working, but Wifi worked well. Breakfast was limited, but good enough. Close to a lot of good restaurants and the highway, but no road noise.

But property as well. Kept up, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was always accommodating. The rooms were always cleaned and cleaned early, so you would enjoy the rest of your day.

We had a good stay here. This was a well-treated Quality Inn. I would stay here again.

Clean and a newer facility

I would have given a much better rating if the television was in working order. Desk clerk had to come to reset the TV, as it would not come on. The guide on TV was not working, and there was no way of knowing what channel you were watching. I should have asked for a room with working TV, but I had already settled in.

Everyone was nice and it was really a quiet hotel, which I liked.

We checked and the gentleman at front desk was attentive and processed our check in promptly. We were traveling with our daughter and three children for soccer. The lady (CeCe) who checked us out was so sweet and helpful with questions about areas to visit. Hotel was very clean. I've machine not working on 3rd floor ( had a sign), just a little inconvenient. Carpet in hall on third floor damaged. However, rooms were clean and had everything needed. Parking close and plenty. We did not go down for breakfast but daughter & grandchildren did. They got there at 9:15am & not much left (eggs & sausage not replenished). Disappointing.

Clean and spacious room. Up to date building construction and furniture. Good breakfast. What I didn't like: At the front desk during the check-in, we kindly asked the front desk clerk about the breakfast hours and replied us with a rude tone and loud voice that he was about to start giving us that information, he seemed upset as if we were interrupting his routine check-in process. We felt very surprised about this attitude but let him do his stuff and moved on to get to the room since we were very tired. I think that it takes some patience and better attitude when giving a simple service like this. For the records, that was the only question we asked during the check-in. During check-out everything was perfect with the new front desk clerk, the lady was completely different. It's a pity this has happened, otherwise it would have been a neat experience.

My friend broke her foot the day before our trip and we called to ask for a handicap room. The man on the phone was compassionate and caring and remembered us when we were checking in. As it turned out, he was the general manager! A customer service! Thank you very much for the stay!

Checkin was super fast. Staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal. Especially appreciated how good the lobby, 3rd floor and our room smelled. Sometimes hotel rooms can smell musty. We also found this location convenient to other places we were visiting with easy access to the highway. We stay there again for our next trip to Little Rock.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. We requested a ground floor room and they made sure it was. Nreakfast was also good. We will stay again when we have to stay in Little Rock

Property was conveniently located near main road but within easy walking distance of some restaurants. The bedroom was not too noisy during the night so it presented no issues with sleeping. Breakfast was plentiful and standard fare.

Check-in was fine. The front desk person was nice. When I got to my room and opened the door, there was an unpleasant smell, either a wet carpet smell, a dead animal smell or something bad. It was mainly focused right around the door. The room & bed were clean but seemed a little shabby. The mattress was comfortable and the pillows were good. I did stay the night (late check-in and very tired) but would NOT stay here again. It is just too shabby and loud. The hotel needs updating and installation of sound-proof windows.

we were disappointed/"pissed off' because we had reserved a room on the first floor since I can't walk well and called at 3pm to set up a late check in at midnight as we were delayed in Tennessee. The room they had for us was at the far end of the third floor which couldn't be worse. It was the same kind of room but had a desk and coffee table but no table with 2 chairs for eating, We will not be staying there again, There are 4 similar motels on Marcham Center Drive,

The room smells like smoke all night really couldn’t sleep

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean and big and the first ever hotel that I’ve stayed in that had a jacuzzi tub. The view was of the parking lot so I can see my vehicle. The continental breakfast was good. All the employees were friendly and welcoming.

I checked in late but the front desk was prompt and fast. The first room had an awful smell of urine but we were quickly moved to the next one over. It clearly had some sort of issue because the next day it had maintenance being done. I would definitely stay here again because of the outstanding customer service, pricing, location, cleanliness and breakfast options. Thank you so much!
