There's no microwave or refrigerator in the room. I can't even remember seeing an iron or ironing board. I called myself getting a little upgrade from Travel Inn, I'll be backing up to the TI for more comfort at a great price

The location close to stores No breakfast i had a big water bug in the bathroom there was a police chase 2 rooms down from me and the light went out in my room bathroom. We had to use the restroom in the dark all night and they wouldnt accomdated me

It was clean, the staff was pleasant, and the beds were comfortable. It was the perfect place to stay for our one night.

Plus they charged me a $50 deposit and It did not state that was a thing online either. I have been trying to reach them because all of my things are at the property and I had to leave for an emergency and I need to collect my clothing and bags left and I need to ensure they did not discard and did not charge my card because I also gave them $100 cash on Friday morning to cover the weekend, just in case.

The lady at morning checkout was very nice. The room wasn’t cleaned. It was a spider on my bed, room needed to be swept and that tub was black as all get out. Also they rent a room with no fridge or microwave and wanted to charge an extra 15 dollars.

Parking was ok. Staff was ok. Rooms are old, and very very dated. The tub had bad rust stains. I had to go purchase my own cleaning supplies to make sure it was really clean bc residue was so bad from aging. The bed linen smelled like old mop water.

Someone recommended David's Burgers 🍔 nearby.

When I am traveling for business all I am looking for is good value for the money. Clean bed, clean bathroom and I am good. This property easily met those requirements

It worked for what it was needed for. Remote didn't work they exchanged it for another that kind of worked , had to set up the tv to get any stations. Bathroom bathtub needs to just be resurfaced and curtain washed it looked gross. Bedding also could of been washed better and if stained just don't use them or replace them . Overall it worked in a pinch. Close to shopping.

I like how my apartment is in the same town around everything that I needed. I was able to find food gas everything within a mile or two of where I was staying. I have absolutely no complaints about this property

How rude they were

Staff are cold and rude. Guests always screaming and cussing each other from other rooms and most of all rooms unclean with beds being remade with dirty sheets. Also saw roaches.

Unsafe, nasty smell in room, dirty beds,mice, no security , less than 4 tiles, tub stained and dirty, old furniture worn and looks like it came from a curb pickup, tv is outdated and no Chanels , tv barely worked, bed so nasty and dirty and uncomfortable it sinks in so used up, housekeeping did not clean my room the next day, more like a prison cell room. Folks hanging out all times of night with doors wide open staring, Hotel Should be shut down by housing / health dept. please take your money and get a better hotel …it’s worth thr extra money. Pics on site are very deceiving. I will be filing a complaint with the housing and health deoartment. I booked 4 days and only stayed 2 it was so bad. Informed desk clerk and he didn’t care . Only wanted money. I voiced my concern! He didn’t care. Never and not recommended! Lobby is so bare with a cheap coffee 1 pot for coffee. Hotel owners should be reported and ashamed of themselves.

Nice solid solitude feeling. I have not yet received my "$50" deposit back that they charged me "$80" on yet. I really need all that back like promised.

The bath tubs are not dirty but they have stains from where bath mats were at one time but I carry a bath matt and use while I stay

The staff is kind and helpful. The room is clean with comfortable bedding and hot showers are always a plus which makes it easy to relax. It's a great stay in a good location close to shopping and restaurants.

Didn't get to stay because I got there at 1pm an they wanted 35 bucks for early fee and also wanted 50 for deposit,so I cancelled an Still haven't received my refund

The room had mold on the ceilings and bed skirt and roaches that weren’t out until overnight. The shower was dirty which I hope was just wear and tear. Unfortunately funds and the amount of time for the refund to return made it unable for us to look elsewhere. Will not be returning.

Motel is an unlivable motel all their reviews are a lie. The bottom of the tub is black, chairs broken, night stands look like a dog been chewing on it. I wouldn’t recommend this motel to no human being

Had the best night of my life

The room was clean and the staff was courteous and professional.

The place is run down not very kept up and clean. There were no amenities. The coffee in the morning was good. No breakfast or continental. The price was good.

Front desk personnel was not friendly and did not make me feel welcome. Was told after my card was run for the deposit that there was no microwave or refrigerator. Hotel was very noisy and even had garbage trucks waking us up at 4am.

Room was filthy and run down. Sheets were stained, blankets had burn holes, rust on the chairs, bathtub stained, and floors hadn't been swept or mopped in quite some time. My white socks were black after walking across the room so I wore shoes the rest of the stay. The hotel was mostly empty two days before Christmas and I see why. This place needs updated and a deep clean. The only good thing was the parking probably because there was no one there and convenience off the interstate.

Staff was amazing from the moment of check in and check out. Housekeeping was too tier. Only needed a trash taken and they were so kind to tidy the bathroom and leave fresh clean towels and a floor mat!!

Room was clean but it did smell as if someone had previously smoked in it, it was a non-smoking room. We stayed for less than 6 hours, just needed to sleep for a bit before heading back on the road. Room served it's purpose.

I paid 70 for a king room with no microwave or fridge plus a $50 deposit.

The room was clean enough. There was an issue with the TV, but the lady came up straight away & fixed the problem (someone unhooked it)

I've stayed at several Motel 6s on this trip. This room smelled of smoke, microwave was dirty, bed cover was stained.. I used their soap to wash my hands and we xled the room. We stayed at another hotel nearby. I should not be paying for this room!

I gave the 4 star because when we were checking in with a credit card, we were told they required an additional $50 deposit. We were also told that it could take 6 days to get it refunded. We had not been advised previously about this deposit and since we paid with credit card, feel it should have

The room was clean and well supplied. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The morel is within close proximity to Baptist North and several restaurants as well as being close to a Wal-Mart, all within walking distance.

Seems like lots of junkies staying here , people hanging out in lot, random people knocking on room door late at night. No bedbugs or roaches that i seen atleast.. staff is nice and it’s very cheap but not the best safety wise.

Worth the price

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. There should be zero stars and the health department should be called out immediately. They didn’t give a s%#t about cleaning these rooms. The bed spread was dirty, the floor was dirty, the walls were dirty, the tub had mold in it! I requested another room and that one had baby roaches in it. I left since I couldn’t sleep. Avoid this place like the plague!! These owners should be ashamed of themselves

Didn’t like that a microwave nor fridge wasn’t included. Right when I got there I saw a strange person sitting in the grass doing nothing then I saw some men loitering outside in a group which they’re allowed to do but considering it was late at night I didn’t feel fully safe. Harsh white light in the room and stained bathtub. Other than those things it was ok for just the night.

The room was pretty good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but the service was mediocre at best. I had requested a downstairs room in order to accommodate disabilities. I was put in an upstairs room with no elevator. The air conditioner was on and the room was comfortable and cool when I checked in at 1:00 but the refrigerator was not working properly. I had put in a soda to get cold that I had bought earlier from my lunch in order to have it for later on and it never got cold. I believe that the compressor was out on the refrigerator because I adjusted the temperature 2 or 3 times and it never got cold. The water in the shower was hot but there was not a lot of pressure to it but overall for the price that we paid it was a good deal. I would not stay again.

Very clean! They must have a water filter bc it was the softest I've had at any motel. Quick and friendly checkin. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Quiet!

I wouldn’t even feel comfortable letting my dog sleep on the bed we were given. Stains all over the sheet, broken bed, cigarette burns on the bath tub, obvious drug activity in the parking lot. Just an overall terrible experience. We did however receive a refund because we went in the room and walked right back out after seeing the condition. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Room was supposed to be non smoking and smelled of cigarettes. When this was brought up to the front desk staff, we were told it was “incense” that’s causing the smell. Bathroom was filthy, ice machine did not work.

I did not like the property

Booked a room through Expedia and was still charged a $50 deposit plus room cost. I did get the deposit back at checkout. Had to change rooms twice. First room, tv didn't work. Second room, ac didn't work. Stayed in the third room even though the air barely worked and the tv came on but couldn't change channels. Had to watch what was on that channel. Ice machine didn't work. As I kept changing rooms, the guy that checked us in ran down and watched us so that we didn't take anything out of the room. I was was informed at check-in that I would not get my $50 deposit back for as little as a stain on a washcloth. I would not recommend anyone stay there.

Very nice place with a convenient location near many restaurants and shopping centers. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus!

I was very disappointed in the room. I understood it was a good price and a smoking room but there were cigarette holes in the bedding, stains all over the bedspread, the bathtub was disgusting and had cigarette burns everywhere and the mattress had the nastiest stains all over the side of it. I should have been refunded for this stay! When I checked out the gentleman said not one word. Never again!

And, the desk staff was exceptional - she was personable, efficient, and overall a great help. This is not a choice for amenities and perks, but for the price and convenience I would stay again.

The only negative issue I had was that the shower/tub SHOULD HAVE a no slip mat in it. I did slip and fall while taking a shower.

Motel was next to Hooters with easy access to I40. Basic room without any amenities; microwave, hairdryer nor coffeemaker. Just soap. Room showed signs of needing an update,BADLY. Morning coffee available in the lobby. Huge deposit needed in order to return room card key.

It was a pleasant stay the staff was real friendly and when I needed service in my room they came promptly….it was quiet…I had enough towels for my stay….my bed was clean and smelled cleaned….i was able to watch my shows the tv worked just fine I had enough Chanel’s to keep me satisfied…I will be coming back in march or April to stay for a week…

We literally walked into room and flies were everywhere. Burn holes in bed and sheets were stained. We walked right back out and got a room at another hotel

WORST front desk ever. No extra pillows, had to beg for an extra towel. Mistakingly booked it online vs the NICE motel 6 a few miles north. GO NORTH! Got here in a thunderstorm so didn't hear, trying to sleep now and hearing the breaks from the train yard. Other guest told me I'll hear them all night. Highway intersection isnt quiet and the latin party next door doesn't help. Room isnt terrible, a little below average but no big deal. The lack of hot water IS! NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN. May check out in the middle of the night (its 12:30) and pay for another room elsewhere its THAT BAD. and I'm CHEAP!

Next to hottors felt unsafe

I arrived at the property a day earlier and I asked to see the rooms and they refused which was a red flag. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned in town and we went to the room and grass was on the floor. I went to the front desk and asked him to come and look and he said someone was blowing grass and it got into the room. The rooms come with nothing but a bed. If you want a table, refrigerator and chair you have to pay more. The rooms do not look like the advertised rooms. A construction crew or a group was living there. They had chairs sitting outside there door and at night trucks were raising there engines. I went cheap and I got cheap. I would not recommend anyone with a family or single lady to stay at a motel 6.

It’s very clean, and they are very nice and accommodating

Good place to stay for an overnight during a long trip. Reasonable price. No refrigerator or microwave as advertised. No breakfast as advertised, but did offer coffee. Problem with TV, but manager came immediately and quickly found and fixed the problem. The car noise from the Hooters next door was fairly loud since we were on the side facing it.

It was very convenient for our stay close to family, no charge for the dogs. The only complaint I have is the air conditioner/ heater made terrible noises the 3 days we were there every time it kicked on.

Upon checkout, was told they were short on cleaning staff. Was offered another room, but it was worse... Only had coffee set out from 5-9 am. Mold in tub. Sink sprayed water all over... stains and stuck old dog poop on floor. I'm not picky, and stay in a lot of hotels, but this one was by far one of the worst.

Check in was smooth. The room was ok for the price. It smelled like mold and we had to air it out. Bathroom shower area had the mold on the ceiling. Otherwise a good stay!

The overnight front desk manager was rude , and watched people on camera as if someone was doing something wrong.
