Motel 6 Little Rock, AR - Airport

There was nothing to like about this property unless you enjoy bed bugs, filthy sheets and toilets with urine greeting you when you check in. Paid for two nights, but didn’t stay for ten minutes.

Room smelled like weed when we arrived. Duct tape holding the AC together. Holes in sheets on the bed. Holes in wall next to bathtub. We left as soon as we seen the condition of the room. Don’t recommend.

The hotel staff tried to do a good job but the place is a mess

I drove through the parking lot and as I did.... I got email from a staff member or someone at the property that I needed a certain form.of payment for a deposit that was more than the room.... no one wants your 8 year old tv's....I just needed a bed and a door that would lock... made it too complicated for the cost.

The first room smelled like smoke. The second one didn't have a fridge. The floors are dirty is an absolute disaster the whole property.

The room was filthy. There was dust standing on everything. The shower curtain was molded. The lamp shades were covered with dust webs on the outside of them. There were no towels or toilet tissue in the room. The compact refrigerator was nasty. We opened it, then closed it. No way were we using it. We didn't use the shower either because of the molded shower curtain. There was a homeless shelter behind it. The Waffle House beside it was delivery only because it had just been shot up a couple of weeks ago. I was afraid to even go to sleep. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. It's not safe.

Place is disgusting. Basically a trap hotel with a few rentable rooms. People hanging outside all the doors, the room smelled awful. Switched room, same thing. Don’t waste your time or money! Should shut this place down

Worst motel ever. They had washroom which doesn't lock in any of their room. Their room looks like a ghost haunted house. Staffs were not cooperative at all. It wasn't even 20 mins since i went to my room and found out that the washroom doesn't locks and I asked them to changed my room, they refused to change it. I even asked for extra towel and tissue they didn't even gave it to me. Worst experience ever.

Room was clean but required several trips to office to get towels & ice from office. No toilet paper either at least I had brought my own to save another trip from 2nd floor with nearby staircase totally out with just a caution tape to mark. Hit my head on one staircase when I turned around because that staircase closest to office & room was blocked off by caution tape as well. I only found one safe staircase to 2nd floor in middle of building. Several rooms looked like they had been broken into. Our room just needed faucets fixed (so I didn’t feel comfortable getting a bath), otherwise, actual room matched as booked on Expedia. Staff was great quickly helping with check-in, ice & towel needs. I will bypass stay here in future due to building banisters & staircases not safe actually sheer drop offs. Ps. This stay was my 30th wedding anniversary due to car rental delay & exchange required out airport so in tears from banging head & carrying items long distance to the room due to out of service stair cases.

Everything was not working no towels

There were no fresh towels when my finance I got there. The room said non-smoking but as soon as you open the door all you smell is cigarettes. Shower/tub faucets are super loose I thought it was going to fall out.

The rooms are always neat clean and organized perfectly. The property is very quiet and clean as well as convenient to most other businesses such as the little rock airport. Staff here always give such superb professional assistance when checking in and throughout my stay if needed. There is some current upgrading of this location sobe aware that you might come across some work being done to some of the stairs at the motel as well as needed improvements to some rooms at this location. Definitely nothing busy or noisy if you even here the guys working at all. They try to keep it as professional as possible bei g that there are others staying at the motel. If you haven't experienced any seriously great place to stay then by all means tell them I sent you there. The beds in the rooms especially the king sized beds are literally like laying on a cloud. I love it It's absolutely the best hands down place I've stayed at in a long time. Definitely my go to place when needing to get away from life's chaos at times.

Super friendly staff. They are doing a lot of new upgrades to the rooms so if you stay there you will come across quite a bit or repairing currently going on. Do not be alarmed by this. I think it's exactly what this motel needs for sure. Every company should do needed repairs, updates and upgrades to there property. The wifi works great the entire property itself is very quiet and is safe. If you haven't yet experienced this motel then you are surely missing out on some of the most amazing beds to sleep on. They are like sleeping on a cloud literally.

The drawers in bedside table had poured out tobacco in them. The bathroom tub faucet would not shut off. There was no towels in the room when we got there. I believe they were short handed extremely.

Dead bug in the bedding, bathroom door frame had been kicked in and destroyed, floor reeked of bleach and was somehow sticky, mattress had a large and concerning indentation, bathtub was covered in stains, plumbing was loud enough to hear through the walls. Front desk staff was nice though.

This was my second night in a row to stay here and I still love it all staff are super helpful and the rooms are neet and tidy. The beds are amazing like sleeping on a cloud. The location is very quiet and safe and convenient to everything. Including the airport

It's a very quiet motel and convenient to the airport in little rock also there's a waffle house and gas station within walking distance so you literally have to go no where once your checked in! Tay is absolutely fabulous so if you stay here tell him I sent you😊 Tiffany Isom

Pet friendly hotel and the guy at the desk is absolutely amazing my apologies I can not remember your name I'm bad with names but he was absolutely wonderful the room was super clean I enjoyed the stay more than you know. And the best part was the huge king size bed omg you just sink in the bed and the pillows it was like laying on a dang cloud in the sky very quiet location very secure and very clean very pleased

The room here was absolutely amazing. I was seriously surprised and this will definitely not be my last trip to that location. Requested a non- smoking room and found burns from a cigarette on the bed sheets and what was left of the cigarette in the toilet. Facility was notified and said they would make a note. You could tell that hadn't vacuumed either. There was soap in the bathroom and when i turned the shower on a SCREW fell out of the handle which barely worked to begin with.

Room was overall in poor condition. Bathroom door and toilet seat needed replacement. No soap or towels were there upon arrival. Staff was courteous, provided the soap and towels.

The room was disgusting. The hotel seems abandoned. No tissue, no towels. Sheets on the bed without a bedskirt or a blanket. There was a hole where the doorknob would be in the adjoining room. Pool in front of the room with muddy stinky water. Many of the rooms didn’t have curtains. You could see that they were filled with trash and old dusty furniture parts. Television didn’t work.

But the thing that truly stood out and was totally unexpected, the kindness, compassion, and overall welcoming attitudes of every staff member we had contact with!! They all made our stay far more pleasant than expected! Instead of feeling like an unwanted guest, they made us feel like we were at home! Motel 6 needs to take this fabulous hotel manager on a tour so he can show the other motel 6's how it's done!!!

I booked 2 rooms for my groups overnight stay. Terrible mistake!! The rooms were very filthy. Dead roaches and bugs. The bedding had hair and stains all over like they never changed the bedding out from the previous person. Half of the light bulbs were broken. The AC/heater made awful noises and could not sleep whatsoever. The bathroom was disgusting and not clean. The room next to us was very rowdy and banging on doors and walls throughout the night. Overall I would never stay at this location again.

This is the absolute WORST hotel I've ever stayed in, and this is not a dramatic exaggeration! There was no headboard, no remote, no comforter on the bed, (thank God the heater worked since it was about 10 degrees outside.), and the roaches!!!!! The front office staff said they couldn't give me a comforter because I had a thin blanket between the sheets but they'd come and change them out, which they never did. They did have another resident deliver a remote to the TV that didn't work. We ended up lying awake with the lights on, and kept everything we owned in Ziploc bags to prevent bug contamination. I did look under the mattress and didn't see any bedbugs, so I guess that's a plus. If it wasn't so late and we didn't have to get up to fly super early, we would have left but decided to just stay in a warm place until our flight. Please do not stay here! It is absolutely horrendous! You have been warned!

I didn’t even stay at the hotel. It was cockroach infested and “under remodel” which I’m certain was an excuse for the unkept property. Trash everywhere and a horrrible smell outside and inside. I did not feel safe and made accommodations elsewhere.

It was filthy and unkept.

The room was shabby, there were bed bugs. The pool hasn’t had water in it no telling how long. I didn’t stay it was that bad and I cannot get ahold of “management” about a refund. I’m disappointed in the hotel and in hotels.com for not getting me a refund, since it was deplorable and nothing as advertised. I lost $104.00, plus had to pay higher last minute prices to book elsewhere. I will probably never use this site again to book. The “savings” cost me much more in the long run

MAJOR roach infestation! I was in the room less than 5 minutes and immediately went to the front desk and asked for a refund, which they refused. I couldn’t stay here after seeing so many. Extremely disappointed in the lack of respect they have for their customers and the facility. If you have to stay here, PLEASE ask to see your room before checking in.

The staff and the manager there are very sweet and they also know how to treat people as they need to be treated.

It was your basic clean hotel. Really good water pressure in showers and a big, clean, comfortable bed. It did what it needed to do for my overnight stay.

This property is just gross and in poor condition. Holes in the walls and carpet. The safety latch on the door was inoperable. The room didn’t even have a chair. No kleenex in the room and only one partial roll of TP. No fire extinguishers in the safety station. Garbage and cigarette butts outside rooms. The TV was so glitchy that it was unwatchable. No ice machine, no laundry.

The Woman at the check in was wonderful and helpful, the room was very rundown entrance door would barely close and lock bed was clean and comfortable bathroom was filthy mold in tub bathroom door was broken in several places, once the party of hispanic men started in the parking lot in front of my room, I felt unsafe and checked out to go elsewhere. my total stay was less than 5 hours. with no refund.

The facility no longer offeres 2 bed rooms even though was an option when booked thru expedia. I was not able to stay there. I required 2 beds.

The property is being remodeled But the rooms were in terrible shape and there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom with an open hole in the ceiling. The tile was cracking to the point to where when you walk across it it would move and potentially cut somebody's foot. There's no ice machine.The bed was comfortable and there was no bed bugs that I could find.

Nasty property. Had to go to the office 3x to get a key card. It never dis work, had to get room opened by security. Dirty, stinky room with cockroaches, had to sleep,with the lights on to prevent them from swarming.The other tenants drugs must have worn off at 4:30, because that's when all hell broke loose!

Front desk was kind and transparent about the no water issue. Homeless and addicts hanging around property. This hotel needs MAJOR renovation. The rooms were so nasty, I left immediately after walking in the room. Floors were dirty, bedding had cigarette holes in them. I took the $50 loss and across the street to holiday inn.

unfortunately, it was so disgustingly dirty. I only stayed for about 14 minutes total. I grabbed the remote and a roach was crawling all over it. I couldn’t get out of there quick enough. I actually ended up leaving my phone charger.

My room could not be entered without Security using a key. There were bugs throughout the room. A motel employee entered the room with his key without knocking, and seemed surprised I was staying there, then ran off without explaining why he barged in. Area is unsafe, that’s why it’s cheap.

Now for the not so good, every outlet in my room was to loose to hold anything secure, the floor could have used a decent vacuuming, and the room didn't have any towels or spare toiletries. Also the door was questionably secure.

Woke up in the middle of the night with a roach crawling across my face. Killed two others that morning. Smell was awful, couldn’t get any towels until the morning. I know enough to not have high expectations with this motel chain, but it has gotten a lot worse than it used to be.

Literally there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. Shower curtain was missing. Place felt unsafe. Staff were unhelpful and rude.

There was smashed cockroches on the walls, mold everywhere, the faucet in the shower had a steady stream making a lot of noise, there were burn holes in the bedding, the floor and furniture. I was told it was a none smoking room but it smelled horrible and the smoke detector was falling off the ceiling and covered with plastic. And they had no other rooms as there was no house keeping that day. The parking lot had trash everywhere and there was vehicle battery on the 2nd floor walkway. Ive stayed there before a few years back and it was never like this.

Very low end and place needs lots of repairs. Main room light could not be shut off so maintenance had to remove the lightbulbs. It had clean sheets, but no pillowcases. The electronic card lock did not work so I had to get management to let me in with the key every time I came in and went out. Bad stains on the carpet. Lots of loud guests.

It need alot of work staff was ok but did not have no towels,pillow case on pillows,no tissue or soap after my third attempt to get help 2 hours later it was done. Their was about 5 roaches I killed and no ice the machine down she saod at the front no not cool.

From the beginning it was awful. The room they built planned for me stunk so they had to put me on the second floor. The lady at the desk was great. She got my stuff upstairs. Unfortunately the next room stayed on the walkway and talked till 3 AM. I called on the hotel phone and someone answered that there is nobody in the office. I called the hotel number, but nobody ever answered. I felt exhausted and trapped. I considered calling the police to stop the noise. The TV remote didn’t work. They have only one working ice machine and it is in the back area. The woman let me have some ice. The sink drains slowly. There were a lot of people walking around. I got to sleep after 3 and they were back outside talking by nine.

This is the nastiest Motel I have ever stayed in. Everyrhing about this property is filthy. The parking lot, the stairwells, the rooms are just filthy. The bed linens have holes in them. The shower is filthy. I will not be staying in a Motel 6 property ever again, nor will i use Expedia wver again.

I’ve stayed in the hotel for a while now. Off and on over the years and now recently the last Past 10 times I’ve stayed here every room smells like dogs. And urine this is unbelievable that all the rooms smell like this hotel.com you should take this property off your site

Creepy.....that is all. We wanted somewhere close by the airport to stay for an early morning departure. The other hotels were sold out. We decided to stay because it was getting late. The front desk gal was very sweet and accommodating, so that is the one positive. The bed was comfortable, and sheets were clean so we endured the stay. The bathroom sink appeared to be fairly new, however the shower had black in the grout. it was very old and disgusting. The mini fridge needed to be replaced in a bad way. it was white with stains all over it. The parking lot adjoins a 24-hour Dennys. Between Denny's and the hotel, there were young kids asking for money and going through the dumpster there. I was worried my car would get broken into. I did not feel safe and would not stay here ever again.

The property and grounds are terrible! The rooms are full of roaches, and carpet soiled. The smell is awful!!! The housekeeper is a complete pervert that opened our door without allowing us any time to even come to the door! There was no overnight staff! The 2nd shift employee admitted to them closing at 11. So after I checked in around 10:45, there was no way for me to switch rooms. When I parked my vehicle, there was 2 drug related situation taking place. This place is very unsafe! I’m calling Little Rock code enforcement! This place should be shut down FOR GOOD!

They were accommodating to me coming after midnight. But the room itself was horrible. I asked for nonsmoking room and I was given one that REEKED of smoke and had several ash trays and burns through the blankets and sheets on the bed. I automatically saw several bugs as well as soon as I entered. And there were flys all over the room as well. 10/10 would not recommend this hotel. There was suspicious activity outside as well. I did not stay the night and drove over 30 min away to find another hotel for the night.

The third night the room was infested with bed bugs we killed two we have pictures of the room it smelled awful plus it had roaches they never cleaned or came to the room to clean until I found bed bugs the carpet was torn from the floor which my 70 yr old mother almost tripped plus she got sick an still is today I would like a full refund I’m turning them in to the better bureau and the city inspection code I wil get a lawyer or 7 on my side it’s awful and customer service is too plus they over charged me the first night and had to refund that also I want my full refund now

I didn't like it because the room had water on the floor bed bugs and roaches and fleas so the bad part is that expida wouldn't even refund my money or transfer the room to another motel 6 by the way It's the motel 6 at the airport all they wanted to do was give me a 25 credit and I spent 118 dollars and I'm on a fixed income

On the last day the room above had water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. Wasn't a big deal. Whoever had the room above probably let the sink, etc overflow. All but one of the staff were very helpful and professional. The location was fine though the only place nearby was a Waffle House. The surroundings were a bit run down, but I had no problems with anyone breaking into the car or damage, etc. I stayed for about 7 days and had no serious concerns. It was fair for the price and I'd stay again. Some older reviews were more critical, but it is obvious that whoever is now running the place is turning it around.

The staff was super nice, but the hotel is disgusting. My room was clean, but there was no comforter, and I saw a roach crawling on the bathroom wall in the morning. There are people living at the hotel who were kind of scary, but I don't know if I would have minded them so much if they would fix the hotel--update it, clean the outside, clean up the parking lot. If you are reading this, PLEASE heed my warning and don't stay here. It's not worth the cheap price.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. The reason we chose to stay there was for the pool. At no time did anyone from the booking place or at the motel inform us they were renovating the place and there was no pool until I went to my room and saw it for myself. Then the first room has food on the sheets on the bed.No microwave,no refrigerator. Then we were moved to a cleaner room but there were roaches. All in all it was an awful experience that I don't want to repeat.

The staff is super friendly and customer service was great

Expedia was terrible to go through. They were so complicated calling the hotel when something was wrong. The staff at the hotel were amazing and very helpful

Smelled horrible, roaches when we first entered, and horrible staff.

Property is in need of alot of maintenance and repairs. The ice machine was not working and had not been for quite some time. Several outlets in room did not work. The bed had several issues including cigarette burn marks in blanket and black stains on the mattress. The mattress appeared to be off the frame and twice I banged my shin on part of frame sticking out. The smoke detector was falling off the ceiling and floors were very dirty. I could go on and on. Although a bargain price hotel super close to airport it’s not worth a penny to stay here.

This location is abhorrent. Every room smells like smoke, we had burn marks on our blankets, there are stray cats and trash everywhere. It's a horrible place.

I arrived early and the desk clerk told me I could sit in the pool area while waiting for check-in. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, the gate was locked, and there was nowhere to sit. No WiFi password… very sketchy. No airport shuttle (and the the hotel is at the airport). Beware of the bed frames, which are too large for the mattresses. I busted my shin wide open on a four-inch piece of steel sticking out of the bedframe. No shampoo. But I’ve come to expect that at Motel 6. I always come prepared. TV remote… wow. Batteries held in with a piece of tape. On the plus side, it’s only 100 feet from a Waffle House. Yes, you definitely get what you pay for. They didn’t even leave the porchlight on for me. And I can’t wait to hear these automated words… "Hi Traveler, After reading your review, we’re disappointed to learn that we fell short of your expectations. We’re constantly trying to improve in order to provide the best guest experience possible, so we appreciate your honesty. In the meantime, we’ll look into these issues and do our best to address them. Thanks again for your time, and we hope to see you again soon." No, you won’t. One and done.

I enjoyed my stay.

First of all, the lady at the front desk said she was new and just learning her job, which is totally fine and I have all the patience and understanding in the world for that, but she cursed multiple times as she made mistakes trying to get me checked in, and I'm not a fan of profanity and I don't find it very professional. I got a room with two beds and I only needed one and that was good because one of the beds was VERY broken, as in one side of the bed was literally on the floor. The place smelled horrible. There was a pile of hair in the parking lot right next to my car like someone had shaved a dog there. The whole place smelled like marijuana. Dogs were barking from many of the rooms. Several of the electrical outlets in the room didn't work, including the one by the bed so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The ice machine was not working. It was one of the worst places I've ever stayed, but it was $55 a night, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Well i guess our main problem was we didn't get the room we reserved and ebbed up with something smaller with no amenities. They did find out about it and tried to make it right as best they could. Not fancy. Not expensive.

The bed comforter had burns and it was a non smoking room. The stitching was coming out of the comforter, it had strings hanging everywhere. Ice machine was broken and had a roach laying in it. One of the light bulbs was broken off in the light socket and was hanging out of the fixture.

I mean it’s called motel 6..

Gross and dirty.

They put us in a room that hadn't been cleaned yet and we had to get a new room. Even in the clean room though, the floor was halfway ripped up and the floorboards were showing. When we checked out they said all the rooms were getting new carpet this next week. So I don't want to hold that against them too much. The sinks were cute.

The first lady at the front desk was very rude. The room was ok but you get what you pay for. And with it being by a airport you can hear some of the plains go up.

The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

the air filters in air conditioner were terrible, ill send pics..i always check that because its about health..the hotels condition were awful all together but for the price it makes sense
