The breakfast was very plentiful and free! We stayed at nearby hotel, the last time we were in town and that hotel charged $15 per person. Their breakfast was not worth the extra charge. Recommend this hotel!

Highly recommend!! The hotel was clean, our room was clean and the kitchen was fantastic. It was stocked with good quality utensils, plates, mugs for coffee and glass cups! Great touch and absolutely appreciated! Now let me tell you about the breakfast! WHAT IS GOING ON HERE! This is the best hotel breakfast I have ever had while traveling! They have real eggs, sausage patties that are not grease bombs and really good waffle mix! The only thing missing was gravy for the biscuits! So good! Over all our stay was great!

THE NOT SO GOOD: The hot water system is very dated. It takes a good 3-5 minutes running water to get a hot shower and the water pressure is pretty weak. The hotel was not packed, so this was a surprise. Horrid breakfast of dollar store frozen crap. I realize some utilize the kitchen and cook their own, but I've had way better continental breakfasts at other Home2Suites. Summary, great for a nights sleep and dining out or cooking your own meals. Brush your teeth while the water gets hot in the morning. Skip the breakfast.

Our room was just a queen with a pullout couch. The curtain was a nice touch since I was the only female. Chose this place for the full size fridge as we always order too much pizza and need larger than a mini fridge. Also to store the cakes and 2 liters! The lady at the help desk was very responsive to questions and sweet. I didn't like that anyone pulling up into the parking lot could see in the glass to the pool and to the workout room. Loved being right next door to a supercenter and Chucky cheese if you are into that.

It was a good visit the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was just fine although I'd suggest anyone bring a pillow from home unless you like yours very flat. I was only there for one night but i did not encounter any issues. I recommend this hotel as it is in a great location and meets all basic needs.

Good location - lots of restaurants and shopping around. Convenient location. I traveled back and forth to Hot Springs daily and it was an easy commute.

The overall stay was great. It was clean, free of smells and i felt safe. The negarive side was the house keeping staff barely spoke English and I had to ask for soap and towels. They broight me a box of kleenex! The manager on duty was constantly on her personal phone. During breakfast, if something ran out, they didnt replenish anything until they were asked despite them standing around witnessing the it neong out.

Clean and comfy spaciousness. Older woman at check in and out not friendly. At check in was talking to her coworker and didn't even acknowledge us standing there. At check out, she didn't ask how stay was or thank us.

This was a very convenient hotel. The kitchen in the Suite was very nice. Hotel seemed very clean and well maintained. Only issue we had was the breakfast was not very good. Same options every days. Instead typical sausage, bacon, and egg, they only had overcooked canadian bacon and over cooked eggs. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

I booked this in advance and by the time we got there with 3 little kids, they had overbooked the room we selected and then tried to give us a room with 1 full bed and act like nothing happened. Absolutely ridiculous! Do not stay here.

It was a great experience, my family had a blast in the heated swimming pool.

Overall good experience. I believe the breakfast options can be better especially I can't eat beef, so I was very limited on food options for the morning.

Was pleasantly surprised by this gem of a hotel! We come to Little Rock several times a year. We wanted suite type rooms and an indoor pool! This hotel checked all the boxes. Walked into the lobby to a friendly clerk. Lobby was designed well and was very clean. Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable(the entire hotel was very clean) Breakfast had a really nice spread. 10/10 will stay again!

Amazing hotel in a wonderful location in west LR. Updated, clean, spacious rooms. I really liked the couch area and kitchen in the room. Friendly staff and decent hotel breakfast. The only negative was the exorbitant pet fee of $75. Ridiculous.

Our toilet ran for some time after flushing and the pool's floor could use some repair. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

The loudest hotel Ive booked. 3 hours of sleep because of the upstairs guests. I will say I tried to like this hotel and booked this because it looked like a great place to stay. However the tiny roaches that came out in the morning under the sink and in the bathroom. Well need I say more, BOOK ELSEWHERE

I stayed here for 3 nights. The insulation is thin and you can hear everything from walking in the hall to in my case a screaming baby 2 of the 3 nights i was staying there. The third night there was a drinking party until 130am. After night 2 i asked to be moved but unfortunately this could not be done as i asked after 12pm.

I had a good time besides noisy upstairs neighbors but it's kids. What can ya do. Also the washing machines need to be replaced. Half my clothes were wet because they got stuck on a loose door seal

My family and I stayed in this hotel for 2 days as we were visiting family in the area. We love this location as there are so many shopping options nearby. The area is absolutely beautiful and surrounded by so many trees. All of the staff at this location were so kind and helpful from the moment we stepped into this location to the time we left. The breakfast was really nice and there were some nice options to choose from. The hotel was just like the photos and beautifully decorated. The only complaint that I have is that the hotel needs some updating. There were many things that were in the rooms that need to be fixed. When we first arrived in our room, I could see small items that needed updating. The door to the restroom was scuffed on the bottom, the same door wouldn't shut all of the way, there were marks all over the doors and wall, and none of the doors in the room locked. The next morning as we were getting ready to leave for breakfast, I grabbed my clothes from under the sink only to find them wet. I noticed the sink had a leak and the cabinet under it was wet and breaking. We were given a new room that was larger and near the pool. This room was great with no complaints. So even though the place needs updating, the staff will do their best to accommodate everyone. I would recommend staying here and I would stay with my family again.

Great hotel. Very clean and great staff. Room was very spacious with a soft bed, sofa, and kitchen with a full-sized fridge, dishes, sink, and dishwasher. Quiet street with a Wal-mart and several restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The 2nd room had hair in the towels and they had the audacity to think I wanted to steal their towels because I asked for new ones to replace those. I’ve stayed here several times over the past 5 years and this is the WORST experience I’ve ever had here. Will not be returning.

The only complaint was they were real strange about pulling the curtain and not letting people to get any more food at exactly 9am weekday and 10am weekends. It gave all the guests the feeling of being “kicked out” of their own residence.😳😬🙄. It made some hotel guests feel uncomfortable😢. Otherwise the rooms and property was great! Extremely nice rooms and accommodations.

We stay here pretty often since our son attends UALR. The staff is always lovely. It's clean, modern, safe and quiet.

BEWARE OF THE POOL! The property and rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and even the pull out bed was cozy! Staff was kind and so helpful. BUT…The only reason we chose not to give 5 stars is because the pool was rather disgusting. It was heated and it was salt water however the water was very cloudy and you couldn’t see the bottom. The main reason we booked here was for the pool due to our kids. The kids had goggles and kept diving to the bottom and pulling out trash even used bandaids! While in the pool we kept pulling long hairs off of us and after about the sixth hair that didn’t match any of our hair color we decided it was time to get out. So if you are booking for pool reasons this is not your spot! Not sure if filter was broke or vacuum hadn’t been ran but it was gross.

We were in town for a medical procedure so we stayed 2 nights. The gentleman at front desk was very nice and check in was quick with no problems. Room was very clean and had everything we needed for a longer stay. The kitchenette,bathroom and sitting area was great. The bed was comfortable with good pillows and comfy bedding. The area had great dining options to chose from, that we could've walk to, if we had wanted to,but we drove due to medical procedure. We felt very safe in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect & clean.My experience was peace & quiet the whole stay which was unbelievable to be in a hotel NO NOISE PERIODT. I so enjoy staying at a Home2 Suites. Unfortunately, was approached this time while I was in the parking lot by a man attempting to sell me some medications. Luckily nothing happened after I told the man I didn't have any money. But, left me uneasy by the surroundings.

Maude was awesome. My granddaughter was in the hospital and Maude helped make out stay easier.

This was wonderful stay! Home 2 always has great service and a wonderful breakfast. Anytime we travel we always look to stay at a Home 2.
