We had a great stay and the staff was very helpful with transitioning from the stay that I booked over to the stay that my mom booked so we didn't have to switch rooms. 10 out of 10.

The breakfast was good. I did not like that was no cover from the garage to the hotel. It rained and a cover would have helped shi3ld us from the rain

Check in was welcoming and seamless. Although the facilities experiencing an upgrade, our room was on a newly renovated floor away from the noise. We had a peaceful night and enjoyed a lovely breakfast. We will return because they offer value, excellent location and ease with parking.

Good location in downtown close to the river, bars and restaurants. Free street parking on the weekends!

Great location. Some areas are within an easy walking distance. The free trolley car, certainly is. Rooms were large and clean. Great choices at the breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay here again.

The Breakfast was excellent changed the meat and omelet up a little each day. Hot gravy and biscuits with a waffle maker, muffins , oatmeal, juice milk, yogurt .. there was something for everyone …Parking was in a safe secure parking garage right behind the Motel gated and secure …

I did not give them a 5 star ONLY because they were remodeling and it was a little on the messy side due to the remodeling BUT not their fault. That’s on the remodeling workers. It was a nice stay and huge rooms! We will definitely stop to stay there again!

Parking is horrible, no accommodations for handicapped people unless you pay $15/night to park in their hidden garage. We parked on the street about a block away from the entrance. Also, the breakfast was out of eggs and bacon for over a half hour and the juices were empty.

Elevator was grinding and banging all night long and there was about 30 people in 809 across from me and was yelling and slamming doors all night long

There was ongoing construction that made the environment feel chaotic and less enjoyable. In addition, there were guests partying at the end of the hall for most of the night, making it difficult to unwind. Unfortunately, the noise didn’t stop there—our neighboring room woke us up around 4:30 a.m. due to very loud, personal activity. By the end of the stay, I felt more exhausted than when I arrived, which defeats the purpose of a getaway. While the hotel has potential, the noise and lack of a peaceful atmosphere made it hard to enjoy.

This is a 5 star Hampton Inn without question. Spotless room, great location downtown, friendly staff, yummy breakfast.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Parking is in a garage behind the hotel, but there you exit the garage and enter the hotel through a gated courtyard. Amazing downtown location. The Riverfront is a short walk away.

Only significant complaint is that we requested that our room be cleaned each day and were assured it would be but in each day we had to catch the housekeeper and ask her to attend to our room. Front desk failed to put us on the list despite promises to do so.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. The staff was welcoming and helpful as they took the time to answer our questions about where to go for dinner as we checked in. (Special shout out to the front desk clerk, Deon). The strawberry lemon water in the lobby was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with the make your own waffles, and muffins and we enjoyed the variety of breakfast foods we could choose from. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. The gym had great equipment. We also took advantage of the fire pit when we returned to the hotel at night. It was very romantic.

The hotel was adequate, nothing special. We stayed in a newly renovated room but we were not very impressed with the bathroom area. Small countertop, weak shower spray, and the door to the water closet was too big for the space so it did not open fully. Property is under remodeling and the elevators were often used for moving crews, dusty and busy. On the plus side, the bed and bedding were comfortable and breakfast had a good selection.

Wonderful people. And the newly renovated room was almost awkwardly big, clean & nice.. well done. I checked in late (after 10pm) & had been driving from Santa Monica (via Albuquerque) to Nashville & they were awesome. Skylar let me have a late checkout & Deon was a pleasure in the morning. They’re a class-act operation.

FYI Outside in the back of the hotel there was an attractive pool area.

I’m currently here and struggling with all the noise. The staff were nice and helpful. They moved me from my first room where there were some noisy neighbors. Unfortunately, they moved me to the second floor where there’s all kinds of renovations and drilling going on above me. I checked in for 3 days for some down time and relaxation. I did not get that. If you want that in your stay at a hotel, don’t book at Hampden Inn until the remodeling is done.

At 3am we heard all these construction or trash truck dumping the dumpster. It lasted for more than a full hour. No way we could sleep.

The room was nice however as soon as we walked in there was a roach. Only one but still not a comfy feel after seeing one. The breakfast is average stuff but good variety and the covered parking is good and safe. The staff was the best part of the stay.

Pool wasn't open when I visited at the start of March and the hotel was still under construction from renovations, but I was in one of the updated rooms. It was spacious, clean, and modern, plenty of food for breakfast and a little shop behind the front desk with toiletries and snacks. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the utility of the new furnishings.

The breakfast was good the small refrigerator in the room keep making a noise all night long and I’m glad that I was checking out because maintenance had started working in the room right above me but otherwise I was very pleased with my stay

Only complaint is it's loud. Walls are paper thin...I could hear every door slam, the elevator, and the neighbor's conversation over the tv.

Wonderful breakfast

We stayed here during the Little Rock Marathon weekend. It was a short walk to the convention center where the Expo and start/finish line was. Check in was easy and so friendly. The goodie bag was such a nice touch, too. We stayed 2 nights in one of the renovated rooms. Very clean and modern. Quiet. The breakfast was great! Good choices of fresh foods. We parked onsite and it felt very safe. Although we didn’t utilize the outside courtyard, it included a nice fire pit with ample seating and a well-kept pool. I liked how the staff checked in with us twice during our visit to be sure our stay was going well. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

When I was first assigned a room I went up to it to find it still trashed from the previous guest. I asked for a new room and was promptly given the last one available. If you are staying on the upper floors you will be met with construction noises due to the on going renovations. Additionally, my water was turned off in the middle of the day without any warning or notice, once the water was turns back on I didn’t have any hot water, and the thermostat in the room did not hold a consistent temperature. If I slightly increased the temperature the heat would continue until it was stifling and when I would turn it down slightly the temperature would continue to decrease until it was unbearably cold. Staff was very nice and breakfast was good.

The hotel was under renovations which was evident in repair areas throughout, but overall it was lovely and such a convenient spot in the heart of downtown Little Rock. The hotel staff were so friendly and actually took the time to highlight restaurants, bars and places where we could hear music when we arrived on New Years Eve. We were able to visit several spots they recommended and had a great night ringing in the new year in Little Rock! Parking was conveniently located in a safe garage right outside the hotel! Delicious breakfast the next day as well!

The room was good - very clean and comfortable though needing a little rehabbing. The location is great for getting to places in downtown Little Rock.

We thought the rooms and hotel altogether were superb but it wasn’t near as awesome as the staff. Night employees as well as day employees were probably the nicest, friendliest, most accommodating and eager to help in anyway possible staff I’ve ever met. 2 different times I went downstairs for something and ended up standing in the lobby visiting with different staff at the desk. That talk to you like they’ve known you forever. Staff like this would’ve made the stay worth it even if it had been a crappy room (but wasn’t, the room was perfect) you seriously need to give the 2 front desk employees that were working during my stay a substantial raise. You couldn’t have employees any better than them. Thank you for making our first time to Little Rock awesome and memorable and wanting to come back very soon. And don’t forget, they deserve a raise!!!!

I had issues with the heating and air. When I got to my room it was cold, so I adjusted the thermostat from 68 to 72. It doesn't give you the option to change from cool to heat. The temperature never changed and around 1am I raised it up to 80 degrees and it was still cold. The thermostat said it was 67 degrees but the thermostat was on 80. Around 4am I called the front desk because I couldn't take it anymore. When I called she told me that the maintenance crew wouldn't be in until tomorrow and gave me the option of changing rooms or getting extra blankets. I stated that it's 4am and I'm in the bed that I wasn't changing rooms. And I said that I would take the extra blankets. She told me to come to the front desk to get the blankets and I told her that I was in my pajamas and I wasn't coming down like that. She ended up bringing the blankets to my room. The air and heating unit needs to be fixed.

It was great. They brought us a play pen and i am in a wheelchair right now and had no problem with the space of anything it was all plenty wide enough the only thing is they didn't make the shower accessible.

Checked in late evening. Went to brush my teeth and wash my face. Turned hot water to find dark brown water, looked like coffee. Tried cold tap with same results. Eventually turned a light tan rust color but pressure at a trickle. Call front desk 7 times, in house and outside line, would never pick up. Called Expedia customer service, they had same experience. Notified front desk of all issues but refused to discount or comp room because it was a non refundable room. So keep this in mind before you book anywhere. Wish I had. Terrible customer service from facility manager.

We loved our stay here!! We are a bit spoiled, so at the beginning it was a bit "outdated" however the hotel is working on renovations to update it. We didn't know we had to pay $15 per day to park in the parking garage - bummer and the pool was closed (which we didn't know either till we got there). The staff is incredible and we were always treated with kindness. We got extra water every day and room cleanings too. The location is amazing and located nearby coffee shops, restaurants etc. We would recommend going to SoMa, it's about a 15min walk, the downtown there is so cute. Thank you for making our stay easy!

The room was spacious and had everyhing we needed. I especially appreciated the bathroom having a traditional door rather than a slider like a barn - more privacy.

Was told on arrival all rooms were sold out. Had to urge the desk to make some calls, informing our rooms were already paid for. Once in the room, the bathroom was not pleasant at all. The shower and fixtures were in terrible condition, there was mold, and the trip was peeling on every corner.

The room was very outdated and dingy. There was mold above the shower and brown stains through the bathroom. The curtain was tattered and the carpet torn. Was not worth the money at all. The only redeeming was the location.

The front desk attendant was wonderful. However, this property is old and in need of renovation. The room was fairly clean, although the furnishings were dated. However, the bathroom was awful. There was mold and a huge stain in the tub. The toilet didn't flush properly. If it weren't so late, we would have gone to another hotel.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, paid parking in a secured parking garage, must use room key to access elevators and outdoor pool!

This Hampton inn is the best one I’ve stayed at in a long long time. EVERY staff member has been extremely nice and it’s been a great end to my week vacation. Where do you go nowadays and every staff member is extremely nice and accommodating? It’s rare. The place is extremely clean and the breakfast is good. This is my new permanent choice of lodging in Little Rock

I love the property great place and also convenient. The thing is I paid for a week and never stayed. 2,856$ a week wasn’t bad but at least u guys could have let me stay at least 1 night. Nice,but I think it’s time for new staff. Those young Blk girls robbed me for everything but my Cadillac and my medications. I have received my receipts. If I could receive at least 20% of my founds we can call it a night 👍✌

The front desk staff was amazing

This is clearly the worst Haptonn Inn I ever stayed in my entire life! And the issues are all related to the facilities, to the confort, the bedroom, the building, the lift, furniture, lack of investment to maintain and modernize the building and rooms. Pillows and mattress of bad quality, the bed is creaking, room was 713 (go there and check it!). Absolutely not a Hampton Inn and the feedback goes to the management of the hoteal chain, not specifically to any of the employees over there. the chairs around the outdoor fire pit have the fabrics burned by smokers and are dirty and old.

When I headed to the parking garage, there were some homeless people standing around. Luckily the garage was secure.

This is an older property taken over by Hampton. There is parking, but it's in a parking garage behind the hotel. There is fairly easy access, but getting more things back up to our car in the morning is going to be interesting. Not your typical Hampton but still pretty good.

Not impressed…Stuff was unprofessional and a bit rude… room was ok, but breakfast was quite disappointing - small selection, tasteless eggs, old fruit… would not come back..

Overall the property was satisfactory, 1/2 of the staff was incredibly hospitable the other half was incredibly rude. Breakfast was sub par at best, and the entire buildings interior is in need of new flooring.

We got in late. The staff was awesome. Room was great. Slept like a baby. Special shout out to Beverly. She was so nice. My sister and I got separated. She helped my sister find me. Great place, great people great memories

Great location with parking so you can get in and out of downtown easily. Clean comfortable rooms and friendly service.

I was a little skeptical being downtown I assumed it would be loud, I was pleasantly suprised. From the moment we walked in to check in I knew it would be a great stay, the secure parking was a huge perk and the walk through the garden from the parking garage was beautiful. Everyone was so nice but I have 1 tiny recommendation, Room 503 needs some non slip strips in the shower, very slippery. Will stay there again for sure, walking distance to many restaurants.

Kind and friendly staff. Very helpful and accommodating to our daily changes due to repairs to our motorhome.

There was coffee in the room but no coffee maker. That’s never happened before. Also the parking garage situation is cumbersome in that it’s like going through a maze (multiple doors and gates, going via pool area. ). Whew. Exhausted just thinking about it!

The stuff didn’t help with some things

Had to go to Little Rock to take our toddler to Arkansas Children’s Hospital for a surgery the next morning. We reserved a king sized bed so we could all sleep together. We got a double queen room stuck back in the corner.

I was upgraded to a new room,404. It was cleaner but very noisy. The satellite still flickered but not as much.

The hotel was nice and clean. The Staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The bed was too firm for me.

Our stay was okay. Check in was fine, nothing special but was friendly. Parking was horrible. You had to find a parking spot to check in then they sent us to parking garage once we checked in. The parking garage was so small our vehicle barely fit in a parking spot and barely could turn around (we don’t have a big truck either). We rented and paid for a suite online and once we got there they tried to charge again. I was not very happy with the room. The beds had no mattress covers, an orange stain on the floor, the lotion bottle was ripped off the wall sitting on the bathroom counter and our door looked like it was ripped of the hinge and barely fixed. The tv barely would work kept skipping and cutting in and out. On top of everything else was woke up at 7:15 in morning with the fire alarm. Probably would not stay at that location again.

Close to Presidential Library. Enjoyed quiet fire pit area for reading and relaxing after long driving day.

Noise from the streets woke me up. Bathroom kind of outdated but not bad. Comfortable beds! Close to the river and walking path; close to restaurants.

This is a very average, very basic hotel. While located conveniently near the River Market district, the hotel itself left a bit to be desired. The room we stayed in had an old, uncomfortable, springy mattress and the carpet was almost absurdly threadbare with stains all over it. I feel like a minimal investment on the part of ownership could make an immediate positive impact. Until then, it's best to expect a very basic, average stay.

The room was run down and the carpet was stained-definitely needs a refresh. Wouldn’t give Hilton Honors points since I booked through Expedia. Good breakfast

I stayed one night and found the property to be very comfortable. I appreciated the bench in the bathtub; however, I found the tub to be too slippery.
