The facility and the room was very clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were offered a first floor room, which we appreciated, as senior citizens. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that. The only thing that I noticed was that there were popcorn ceilings in our room, which didn't matter, we just noticed it. Everything was perfect.

It was clean & close to where we needed to be. The night staff was unfriendly & unhelpful. We couldn’t get our tv to work one night. He was no help at all just told us we would have to wait until the morning. He never smiled or anything. One day our room didn’t get cleaned. So we went to get clean towels. He never said a word, didn’t apologize or anything.

Idid not eat breakfast we had other plans . But everything else that you would want in a good motel it offered it. I have stayed there before and will stay again. One thing would be nicer if it had two chairs in a double room instead of one.

The property and staff were all very good. But there were parties going on, and kids were knocking on doors and running off. We were woken up ravers day by kids knocking on our door. Where’s the parents?

We checked in and our room wasn’t ready until 4:30. We requested and needed a roll in shower and we were given a tub. The staff were generally apathetic to the fact that we were waiting for a room and then didn’t get the room we needed. There was no one there to check us out in the morning so we left I hope we don’t get a late fee for because we had to be somewhere.

Disappointed that the king bedrooms only had stand up showers. Was there for a sporting tournament and having a bath was preferable. When asked upon arrival, told the hotel was sold out. I checked in about 3:30 so not sure why a room change wasn’t available-check in didn’t start until 3. Wi-Fi would not connect - no pop up for the password. Breakfast was nice but chicken sausage was not-offer regular as well.

I booked a room for my 5 year old son and I for my birthday last weekend to just be able to enjoy the pool for him. We’ve been through a lot lately and I just wanted to be able to relax, swim and enjoy time not having to do anything-and that is just what we did! We ordered Door Dash in, we swam (the pool is SO CLEAN but not heated, so be prepared!), the breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the room we were in (a king bed) had a microwave and a small refrigerator (vital for a picky 5 year old who loves his strawberry milk and protein yogurts). We enjoyed our stay, because the hotel gave us the feel of being gone on a trip with a quality stay. Thank you!

The hotel and the room were very clean, staff was very courteous, breakfast was great! The only complaint is you could hear people in the hallway talking, which shouldn’t be a problem you wouldn’t think, however, we were the 1st room in the hallway so everyone had to walk past.

We stayed one night while passing through Little Rock, Arkansas. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and inviting. Lots of dining options nearby. The hotel breakfast was nice, lots of choices. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Filthy! Eyelashes and hair in the bed, pee stains on the sheets, dirt, mold, and hair in the bathroom floor, the room smells like pee, vomit, and beer. AC smells like mold. Just don’t stay here!

The property could use an update it had a leak on the 5th floor and furniture in the room was outdated as well. The staff was friendly and nice and was attentive to out needs.

I was going to stay at Hampton Inn in downtown but it showed that I picked a different hotel in west of Little Rock. It was misrepresented by Expedia online.

This was a great stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating.

We were in Little Rock for testing at UAMS. Hampton Inn was very close to Interstate 630 which made it a fast and easy drive to UAMS. The room had been recently updated and was very nice. The mattress was very comfortable and we slept quite nicely. The breakfast in the morning was first rate! Breakfast potatoes, chicken sausage, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, 2 flavors of waffle mix along with a multitude of bakery options and cereal. Assorted coffees, teas, cocoa, juices and milks as well. All of the staff members were so kind and welcoming as well. Thank you for an amazing experience! We will definitely stay here again for our next medical appointment!

The room was beautiful, had an odor. Went to dinner, came back odor is still strong. Pulled back bed cover to find soils sheets with feces and strong smell of urine. Was moved to a suit down the hall 75 degrees never got under 71 no sleep horrible night. Has to be at the hospital at 5 am for a procedure.

This is a great hotel for families. Wish the breakfast we had was better but other than that ths pool was on point and pur family suite was amazing.

Property is very clean and kid friendly, rooms are kept up and smell very clean. Parking was easy and a lot of it, there is a burger & chicken diner next door that was really good as well and walkable. Staff was very nice and had us checked in well within 2 minutes. It's quiet about about 6 miles away from the interstate, so we got out of the traveler crowd.

It was the people next to me. They were in a fight, yelling and screaming it made for a very nervous night.

Hotel staff was so rude and I’m a Hilton honors member and this isn’t my first time staying at this location but these two were people last night were not helpful at all and even had the nerve to tell me I can’t use my credit card. Never again

This has become our go-to stop on our Texas to Tennessee road trips. They welcome our dog, have very decent looking rooms with fridge and microwave, breakfast, indoor pool, and the front desk staff is so nice and friendly.

This is one of the hotels that I stay at when I travel. I really feel the service desk person Betty does not care for African American people and I also feel that she needs more training to better serve customers. I know that everyone needs a job but maybe customer service is not for everyone. All the other staff was very kind as always.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and close to shopping and the interstate. The bed was comfy, good shower pressure, nice layout. For the guests that were there, we were spread out in the hotel it seemed. I didnt hear a peep. Highly recommend if you just need to stop for a night or stay for shopping. There are many malls and stores within a few miles. It's about 8-10 mins from downtown, also, which was convenient but kept you out of the busy noise.

I would totally recommend this hotel.Lets start by saying as a previous corporate travel agent I always insured my clients the best and when I travel I also wish for the best type of rooms.Im a little ocd on clearness so normally when travel I have to take my small dog who is also clean how ever most hotels that allow dogs from my experience tend to put you in a crappie room and must think dog owners are dirty I find it impossible to sleep in a crappy room .I must say this hotel lives up to its expectations. I was very impressed with the clearness of my room .I was very pleased with my stay and will be back on my way back ti upstate NY

Stayed for two nights with my sisters. Comfortable and clean. Nice pool but didn’t have time to use it this trip. Very satisfied overall.

Water had to be purchased in order to use the in room coffee maker. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t on par with other hotels. Very limited breakfast items

I think the 9am cut off time for breakfast is a little early. I know the staff is very busy and have things to do, but maybe 9:30. Everything else was good.

The vent in the bedroom didn't work, so it was very uncomfortable. Also had to ask for additional towels. The pool was closed, and some guests were very loud on my floor. I ordered food, and the front desk gave the delivery person a hard time. If they don't allow deliveries to rooms, they should make that clear. The free coffee was good and a nice gesture.

The beds were incredible. I was so surprised, but that was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on.

The atmosphere in this hotel was very quiet and pleasant. The staff was very friendly, but what I appreciate the most is the cleanliness of the entire hotel, not just the room which were very nice. We will stay here again for my husband's next appointment at UAMS.

This room was perfect for our stop on the way home for our family of 5 adults and one 3 year old. Both couples had a bed and the single young adult did as well. Clean, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, and price very good for our room.
