    Stayed here for 4 nights due to a wedding we had to attend nearby. Breakfast foods are the same everyday. Friendly staff (especially the Asian lady that works there. She needs a raise!) and professional. The swimming pool did its job for my 8 year old. The only hotel in May that had their pools open. The rest I've called and they told me theybopen after Memorial Day, and that's when we were leaving. My only complaint was the walls were too thin. Heard next door having s*x in the middle of the night. Luckily it jbky happened one of the four nights. Embassy Suites isn't what it used to be is what I was told.

    The first room we were given looked like it had blood in the corner and under the furniture. The second room, everything was broken. We ended up having to leave and find a new hotel and they didn’t offer to refund or anything.

    Room had leftover food on the ground and hair on the shower bottles which made it feel less than clean. Otherwise nice to have happy hour, clean pool for the kids to play and as always lots of room space. Gated paying $12 for parking in a regular hotel parking lot with no gate or extra security or lighting. It was clearly another way to make money and I could have for free and the same convenience parked at the next door shopping center.

    First time staying at an Embassy. Staff really gave the perfect first impression (Akia). Very impressed about the cleanliness. I really enjoyed having a pick on what floor I wanted to stay on. Once getting to the room, it was clean and comfortable. The bed was awesome. The couch in the room needed to be replaced because thread was coming out of it, but it still sat well. It was my first time eating at a restaurant inside the hotel and was hesitant at first. Oh, when I bit into those lemon pepper wings and fries, it was delicious. I am looking to book again soon.

    We love the added sitting areas in the rooms. Great breakfast. I had reservations for a king bed, but the room had 2 queens. Little disappointing. Pet friendly: I didn't have a pet but was giving a pet room. I don't like staying in rooms where there have been pets.

    breakfast was good - convention area was good - - never knew that they had a restaurant - room ok - NEED GRAB BARS IN SHOWERS and BATHS we had many older people at the convention, I am 79, wife 80. Very over priced - Booking.com price was $100 to $150 less than hotel pricing for the general room type I needed.

    I do have 2 complaints the WiFi wasn’t that great, it was slow. The AC broke when we were there and they didn’t tell us. It was warm in the room and it was only went I went down to tell them I found out. So glad I travel with a fan!

    The morning we did have breakfast, we didnt know the weekends opened an hour later than during the week, we had a baseball tournament this weekend. We got up for breakfast and found out it was an hour later than we thought because it was saturday, which i guess was a good thing because we were already downstairs when the huge line started to form or it would have taken the time we had left to eat, to get breakfast. The beds were comfortable. There was one male employee who even came up to the room to assist with the tvs not working. Also let me borrow scissors for a team gift when mine were dull. He was about the top 3 most pleasant things about the hotel. The pool was cold and so chemically that my children didnt even want to swim after 30 min. You can also smell the pool from the parking lot it was so dosed with chlorine. As soon as i checked in and went to grab my bags, drunk parents in the lobby had 2 children under 4 run out of the hotel and into the street. I yelled out of sheer parental reaction at the kids. We paid and stayed and needed breakfast before my child hit the field in cabot, but since the weekend is an hour later than the week day, he didnt have time for breakfast sunday. The elevator broke down and fire trucks came. Atleast it was quick and efficiently fixed The wifi didnt work to hook xbox or any other thing up and kept booting my sons phone off. No room service was rendered the day after check in while we were at the field, no new towels, not laundry pick up, not trash nor toilet paper refilled. Paying for parking for a place you already paid double the price of surrounding hotels to stay at and still having to park on the side of the street or the back far parkinglot with only one front entrance should be a literal crime. When we checked in the entrance was full of vehicles. i paid the money to park for 2 nights there and literally had to wait 30 min for a cart to grab my things and had to take them into the hotel through the rain, i left to get pizza for my kids since it was the only thing open around and come back and there a was nowhere to park but a back lot off behind the hotel which was about a 150 yard walk from my vehicle, which was ok for my physically but i couldnt see this being acceptable for everyone. I paid a deposit i only got half my money back for and we only were in the room to sleep and get ready for the ballfield. we checked in at 8pm friday night and checked out 7am sunday morning. werent back at the hotel on saturday but 3pm-4pm and back at 10:30pm and showered and slept. NO mess left except the trash in cans they hadnt picked up and all the dirty towels in shower.

    This property would be nice. It needs to be completely renovated. The rooms are nice because they are big, breakfast is decent compared to other places. Wish the pool would have been clear not cloudy, very humid and a lot of chlorine. The AC in the bedroom had been leaking. They covered it with some paint but probably needs to fix that. Make sure there’s no mold and had a smell in the room. We had an alarm wake us up at 12 AM saying emergency and telling everyone to evacuate the building but it was a false alarm. Because of a faulty air filter, no staff addressed the situation to apologize. Would be nice to have some credit back. Messing up everyone’s sleep. Forced everyone to pack their stuff and go outside.

    Stayed in a Presidential Suite and expected more. The lamps were all unplugged, a couple did not work. Switches that did nothing. A freezer where something had clearly exploded/spilled significantly and not been cleaned up. The most annoying thing, though, were the drawers! OMG - sometimes they won't close, other times you have to really pull to get them open (but there are no handles on the dresser). The nightstands have handles that are seemingly there to mock you. Those are the hardest to open. The master bathroom could use a light in the little nook with the chair. The free breakfast was ok. The omelet not so much. I might stay here again. I'm not sure. It would require some thought.

    Love the omelets of course. The bar tenders during evening reception are great. Staff at breakfast are so polite, attentive and quick to assist. A small improvement is when the hotel has a lot of people to make sure the bowls stay full at evening reception. I know other locations constantly refill but it wasn’t done here. However , staff was friendly. Manager walked around and gave out assorted crackers. This staff is the best out of all the locations I’ve been too and I stay with Embassy in several cities and states.

    On par with all the Embassy Suites I have stayed at. Nicely appointed, but there seems to be some wear and tear on some furnishings in the lobby that screams deferred maintenance (torn up vinyl seating on a bench in the dining / lounge area easily spotted in any of the elevators).

    I checked into this hotel to spend the night with a minor surgery patient however there was no wheelchair to help me get my patient from the front lobby to the room and nobody would step up and help me. The Bill men were invisible never showed up to either get me in or out front desk. Staff was very helpful, but it seemed like that people around her were just not helpful or concerned at all.

    Parking should not cost if the hotel is not located downtown. We had air condition issues 3 out of 4 days of our stay. Housekeeping was missed on our last day. I had to request towels and trash removal at 3pm. Stains on walls and carpets, poor upkeep of the hotel. It’s not Hilton standards. Fire alarm went 4am of the morning we were leaving with no explanation. The in room coffee should be cleaned after every check out. I ran plain water the coffee maker and it was disgusting. I ran the coffee maker twice before it ran clear.

    First of all, I paid for the room upfront and the insurance plan. When I checked in, the room I had booked was not available. The check in clerk said that she would upgrade me to the presidential suite. When I got to the room, these are the things I noticed. The cocktail table in the living area, actually had noticeable clumps of dirt under the cocktail table, as if someone had work boots on and dried mud had fallen off the tread of the boot. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and I could tell it hadn’t been cleaned at all and there was a soap bottle cap in the jacuzzi tub. The sheets, especially the pillow cases, smelled as if an old person had slept on them. I actually had to lay a towel over the pillow to lay my head down. I was very dissatisfied to say the least. If it had not been an upgrade, there is no way I’d pay the asking price for such terrible accommodations. I sent a video to the hotel management. The air conditioning in the room also was very slow to cool. I was told by a staff member that it was being worked on earlier that day.

    We stayed for a quick overnight fun trip with 2 teenage boys and a young child. We booked a premium double queen suite. It had plenty of room for all 5 of us. The only dostintion i could see for the premium was the snacks provided in the room. Unfortunately we did not recieve those but contacted the front desk and they immediately corrected the problem. Customer service was excellent. The breakfast is always great compared to other hotels. The only drawbacks to this location is it is an older building so some updates could make it look cleaner. The pool area is quite small but it worked for us. Some more seating out there would be nice. Overall i give and 8-9 out of 10. We will be staying again.

    There was a blackout at 12am to which we received no communication about which was really scary. At around 3 am we were awakened to sirens blaring telling us to evacuate the hotel to which we received no explanation as to why. Being on the 8th floor this was one of the scariest things I’ve ever experienced.

    Kids running thru the hotel screaming at 1am. Power went out from midnight to 4 am making our room super hot and never really cooled down. Alarm going off overhead at 3am asking everyone to evacuate the hotel due to an unannounced emergency which resolved about the time we got to the stairwell.

    Our state was amazing. Every staff member we encountered was so courteous and professional. The staff was first class. They gave exceptional service the maid service. They were so clean and extremely pleasant. The front desk staff was a full of smiles and kindness, and very knowledgeable and helpful the concierge for the greeting hour the breakfast staff everyone was polite, kind generous I believe we have found our new home away from home.

    Once again, My wife and I recently stayed at Embassy Suites Little Rock for our anniversary, and we had an excellent time. The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff stood out and they were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We also appreciated the amenities, especially the complimentary breakfast and the spacious lounge areas. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Little Rock.

    My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. We were in town for a funeral and we arrived early in the morning the day of the funeral after driving 11 hours, they allowed us to check in early without penalties (early check in fee), they were very understanding to the fact that we had to get ready for the funeral.     Overall the hotel was decent. Breakfast was good. The omelette station was the highlight. The property needs to be updated. Rooms are old and carpet and furniture is stained. The rooms need to be cleaned a little better. Cleaners should be more detailed about the cleaning. It was okay for an overnight stay but if I had to stay longer, I would have stayed elsewhere.

    The room had a very stale order and it was obvious there had been pets prior to our stay. We have a dog we bathe him regularly. There were at least 500 tiny ants, crawling all over a bath towel when we awakened this morning. The rooms looked very worn, the carpets in the hallway and in the rooms were very worn. Our white comforter had brown stains on it and we did not discover it until this morning as it had been deliberately hidden/tucked in the foot of the bed. There was dust behind the television and the window, had a film on it. The refrigerator had been turned off and had a terrible odor when we opened it. The ice had melted, or it had been defrosted and water was pouring out at the bottom and we had to clean the floor before we unpacked we have stayed in Embassy Suites multiple times and this was by far the worst experience we had. The staff were very friendly, but that is about all I can say good about our stay.

    The staff made the difference. We had extremely loud neighbors until after midnight. It was wild. We don't like to complain, but after midnight was making it hard for us to sleep. We called the front desk and they took care of it. After that, they offered to make it right and went out of their way to do so. They reached out via text to make sure everything was perfect and lots of places don't do that, not respond as quickly as they did. If it wasn't for the staff, I would have rated a 3.5 to 4. Great job Wenyu and staff!

    I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Some of the staff were untrained and some were rude. The room was surface clean but the carpet had stains and the beds (double occupancy) were too close to the walls. The breakfast food was cold and don’t think the warmers on the food was working. The staff in the dining room (didn’t get her name) was rude and uncaring regarding our questions. Over all review, 1 through 10, would never stay here again!!

    Nice staff at the front desk. Restaurant was out of many things for dinner which was frustrating, I think we ordered 4 things- all of which were out. Breakfast was good- but out of ketchup, supposedly. Staff shrugged and said sorry we are out. Lobby is nice and clean, elevators are fast. Our room carpet was pretty worn and stained.

    We were also disapopinted to see that they are charging for parking. There has never been a shortage of parking in any of my history visiting this area. Even during conferences, there is always parking available. Why are we paying for this? There was also only one working Tesla charger upon arrival. Three others were out of commission, and appeared to just need to be provisioned again.

    It smelled like the linens were left a little too long in the washer. Our hotel room somehow felt moist & it smelled musty.     It’s expensive and dated…..I paid 147 for one night and it’s not on the website that they DEMAND a deposit of 250. The deposit was not only way more than the price it cost to stay for one night but it looked like the rooms were from 2001. No Roku tv everything looked out dated. And we paid 12 dollars for a bottle of tea and sprite. I could hear the people on top of us walking it was a disaster. There were also police in the front of the building arresting people they pulled over it was so tacky and unprofessional looking for this establishment…Oh…the deposit that would “hit my account the next morning” the 250 dollars it’s been 3 days and still nothing deposited back in my account. Terrible.
