Reviews
The hotel staff is generally friendly and helpful, with clean rooms being a common positive. However, the hotel is undergoing renovations, leading to some inconveniences such as closed amenities and construction noise. Some guests have reported issues with air conditioning, bathroom size, and lack of microwaves in rooms.

Customer service was excellent! The hotel is under some construction. Bathroom is outdated. No ice machine available on any of the guest room floors. Unfortunately there was a roach inside of the refrigerator inside of my room, the front desk switched my room with no hesitation! Hotel has a bar onsite, service was great at bar, too!

Was great for the three rooms we used overall. Only issue was they gave the same room by accident to the other two rooms but fixed that quickly
- 5/5
Parking was safe. Did not make it to breakfast. Room was clean, but could tell it was a room that had not been used in awhile.
- 1/5
Had to move rooms twice because of AC not working and toilet not flushing. They did finally end up moving us the following night to a better room with a functioning toilet and AC.
- 2/5
Bed linen was not changed obviously in the second room. Third room manager accompanied me to ensure air was working and linen changed. Offered me late check out for the many problems. Did not do breakfast and parking was fine. Only one elevator working for entire hotel.

Nothing liked honestly. From the moment I walked in and checked in. The front desk was completely unfriendly and was not helpful at all. I paid for breakfast in my booking and asked him about it so not to be told there was no breakfast that coming morning. Moving into the room , immediately met by a smell of mildew and wet. I’m guessing from the lack of air movement in the room and the apparent mold on the ceiling as well as the shower curtain. The bed smelled awful to the point I couldn’t even sleep well at all I had to lather my nose with perfume.

Not much Was given wrong room when we booked, was given another room that was covered in hair and stains on blankets and sheets, then given another room that there was black stuff coming out of the drain when the neighbor turned their shower on. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel at 10 pm

Location If I could give NEGATIVE FIVE stars, I would. So much is wrong with this place. My husband and I came to Little Rock for our honeymoon and this place ruined it all, and that is NOT an exaggeration. 1. First. The older guy at the front desk is a complete jerk. (I never got his name, but he's the older white guy.) He is rude, dismissive, and talks down on people. I PAID for the "free breakfast", but he told me I didn't do so and refused to give me the vouchers for the breakfast I PAID FOR. I showed him where I paid for it on my reciept and he rolled his eyes at me. He reluctantly gave me the voucher. 2. Second. For a breakfast I paid for, we got ONE voucher for two people, which meant ONE plate of food for two people. The food is pathetic too. You have to stand at the bar and wait for the waiter, who is in the back laughing with his coworkers. When I had been waiting over 20 minutes, I asked the same grumpy old man at the front desk why nobody had come to help. So he went to get the waiter. Turns out the voucher ONLY gets you 2 eggs, a choice of meat, some bread, and potatoes. You can ONLY choose how your eggs are cooked and the meat; the rest you just get thrown some stuff. 3. Third. They charged my card TWICE for the payment. One charge for over $480 and one charge for 200-and-some-odd dollars. Neither of these prices reflected the price I paid and what is on my reciepts from booking . com (which is $393). Now I'm having to dispute charges with my bank. (Keep in mind, my reciepts from booking . com also show where I paid for the breakfast.) 4. Fourth. The AC will not cool below 70. Even if you set the thermostat to 65, which is the lowest it goes, it will NOT cool down at ALL. You're stuck sweating the entire time in the hotel when its FORTY degrees outside. And I mean it gets HOT in these rooms. Husband and I had to sleep without any blankets. Stepping outside was a relief to us after sleeping in the room here. 5. Fifth.

This hotel was clean and relatively quite. The air conditioning did not work- the system would turn on for 10-15 min blow air through the one small vent in the room then completely turn off. Front desk was called to the room and came up but couldn’t help. My room was 72°F and humid when the thermostat was set to 65°F and it was 38°F outside- horrible night of sleep!
- 3.5/5
There isn't even a mini fridge in the rooms. That's surprising since this is a Marriott hotel. It was also disappoing as we hD drinks we would have preferred to be cold instead of room temperature. Closet space is almost none existent and open. I had a dress to hang and my husband had a uniform, it was tight.
- 4/5
I was disappointed that my room didn't have a microwave. It did have a fridge which was helpful. Ice machine wasn't working on my floor.I was a little bothered with housekeeping having checked into my room after midnight and crashed, around 10am they were knocking vigorously persistently even though my stay was on the 1st night of a 3 night reservation. I didn't noticed there was a do not disturb sign to hang. I was definitely disturbed. Overall it was an ok stay. I'd consider other accommodations prior to returning but would would stay again. Hope that helps.
- 1/5
The hotel called and canceled my reservation and said they would notify Expedia. As you can see from my account, I had to book a different stay across town. I need to be refunded, please.
- 1/5
The air conditioning wasn't working in the guest rooms. I requested a late check-out due to sitting in meetings til 4:00 in the afternoon. The front desk told me i could check out at 4:00 but at 12:30 when i went up to the room during lunch break, my key would no longer work. Our convention was told that we would be comped for both nights stay, but because i was booked thru hotels.com, i was told at the front desk that i would only be comped for the 1st night. Terrible experience.
- 1/5
I did not have any air condition because the air was out in the whole hotel. Because it was paid for already i had to stay.
- 4/5
The first room the AC was not working and was 78 degrees, went back and asked for another room, no problem. All in all the hote lwas nice and clean.

Staff was very informative and courteous. Very comfy bed and pillows.

We have visited this hotel several times over the last year and everytime the ice makers on floor are not working and its a 50/50 as to whether or not the one on the 1st floor is working. We also did not get the accessible room that was requested but we had already unpacked by the time we realized. Lucky my partner was available to help me in and out of the tub shower. Other than that our stay was fine.
- 5/5
It was great
- 3/5
The second floor hall smelled like sewage. The bar is closed. Starbucks is closed. The restaurant was open for breakfast and dinner but the wait staff was basically non-existent. This used to be one of the nicer hotels in Little Rock but the lack of advertised amenities was a major turn off.
- 5/5
Lovely, clean stay with very kind and friendly staff! Loved how central the location was; easily walkable to the main highlights of Hot Springs. Wish the rooftop was open to guests more than it was (very specific hours unfortunately); wasn't accessible outside of rooftop bar hours which was disappointing. Also the "valet parking-only" stuff was silly -- first of all, there's free public parking within walking distance during the day, you just have to look, and second, we were there for one night, so it was WAY cheaper and more convenient to pay for hourly street parking in the morning than pay $30/day only to 1) not have easy access to our car 2) have someone park our car literally less than a few hundred feet down the road. If this were NYC or a busy city, I'd understand and even appreciate the valet-only option, but I really wish this property would consider allowing self-parking in their lot as an alternative to valet. Especially for Hilton Diamond members! Hilton hotels typically provide complimentary or VIP parking for loyalty members, but that was not available at this location (would be an easy thing to incorporate in the future!). Also more convenient because we had constant access to our vehicle, which was important to us to be able to go visit different parts of the national park. However, we really loved our stay at this hotel, especially how unique it was and friendly the people were. Yes, the parking situation was a little silly, but I definitely do recommend! :)

THE PROPERTY WAS CONVENT AS TO WHERE I NEEDED TO CONDUCT BUSNESS. OUT SIDE WAS CLEAN AND WELL KELPTED. INSIDE WAS CLEAN AND FRESH. CLEAN ROOM, CLEAN BEDS AND COMFY BEDS.STAFT WAS HELPFULL.
- 5/5
Room and staff where all exceptional
- 4/5
The second room was clean and quiet, bed was very comfortable. This may be TMI but as an FYI the toilets is very low to the floor. So if you have any mobility issue just FYI. O n-site restaurant is also currently only serving breakfast and lunch. So if you had planned on having dinner there you will have to go elsewhere or I ordered doordash. And the doordash was allowed to bring it right to my room so that was nice. The staff was very polite and apologetic right away for the room Snafu. I would stay again if I was ever in the area
- 5/5
Booked for a family party worked out well
- 5/5
Awesome per usual
- 2/5
I was quite disappointed. The whole was Dirrty, which was the whole reason I booked this hotel. The bathroom sink was flooding after we brush our teeth. We had to empty the sink with cups of water in the toilet for privacy was broke couldn’t shut the curtains, even though the front desk lady was very nice. They definitely need to Upgrade. There’s no hairdryers no plug for the tub.
- 2/5
Hotel did not have air in the bar/lounge area. No air in the hallway as well. Stayed on the 3rd floor and it reek of odor, like a strong, unpleasant smell of an over flowing toilet. Room smell like wet carpet.
- 5/5
Great place to relax. Convenient for going places to eat, gas, etc and the pricing is inexpensive
- 5/5
Awesome stay! I’ve been 3 times already
- 2/5
Hotel staff incompetent, water in shower quit working, temp in hallways and lobby 82 degrees. Pool down and under construction 98 degrees outside. Not my expectation for a Marriott property!
- 1/5
The hotel was service was terrible for the ceiling was leaking can in my room while I was gone didn't have any towels and couldn't use the I would like money back if possible
- 1/5
Staff was unbelievably unprofessional and rude. I stood in a silent stare down with the guy behind the counter for a full 20 seconds upon checking in. I didn't even know if he worked there. He was unkept, wearing a plain red shirt with no insignia or name tag. After the prolonged silence got too uncomfortable for him, he finally said "What?" to which I replied, "Well, I was waiting on a greeting..." his response was "Oh...what can I do for you?". Mind you, this was my FIRST impression of the property so that was a huge (literal) red flag from the start. No one would bring us fresh towels. We had to call the front desk 4 times before we even got an answer and when we did, we were told we had to come get them ourselves because, quote "the person who does that" wasn't there. No one explained how the breakfast (not included with the stay) ordering process worked. There was no buffet or menu, just a man SITTING in a distant corner who guests had to approach and tell our order to. In the room there was an *incredibly* loud and outdated AC system built into the wall that completely drowned out the TV which conveniently had a volume restrictor. There was URINE on the rear/base of our toilet that we unfortunately didn't notice until just before checking out and at check-out the woman at the front desk didn't even look up from her screen or ask about our stay. Her only greeting and farewell was "Room number?" and "Ok." Horrible experience. 0 stars. Avoid this place at all costs.
- 5/5
Will stay again
- 5/5
Awesome stay! Loved my room! My second time staying and will be returning!
- 4/5
Very clean.
- 4/5
Great stay, only issues were the only water in the restroom was hot, really hot. Showering was tuff, lol. And the tub drain was very slow. Other than that, great staff and stay.
- 5/5
Always clean, friendly staff, and very comfy beds
- 3/5
They need better AC
- 1/5
The room we checked into wasn't cleaned and I took the manager upstairs to see the room. She changed us to a new room but i waa charged a room change fee that was later removed. The gym was 80 degrees even though it was ser to 62. The very worst part was the pool. It was dirty, full of hair and had a slime on the surface. It smelled horrific.
- 1/5
The ac was out itwas hot as fire
- 3/5
Would five 5 stars, but the hotel needs much improvements! Staff was very kind and accommodating! Rooms were very clean and modernized. Unfortunately when we checked in their air-conditioning system was out and they were trying their best to fix it. Stairwell was extremely moldy and had really bad mildew. Definitely a health issue! Hotel is nice overall, but needs serious maintenance issues fixed!
- 4/5
Nice clean hotel
- 5/5
staff was excellent, expecially the woman who checked me in. she got the cart to help me, as I had a number of items. Also, the maintenance man, Hector, was very helpful and the smile never left his face!
- 4/5
The hotel itself outside the room, gross. There's black colored mold in the stairwell. I used it because the ice machine was broken and my room is by the door to stairwell. You can see some spots it's been wiped (I feel for whomever had to do that) other spots, very apparent. This is a health hazard. The hotel is very hot, I feel bad for staff. Thermostat in hall was 83 degrees. The restaurant was closed on a Saturday, not sure why. I wish I could separate the room from the actual hotel for review. I expect a marriott to be nice, all around. Rooms and staff were great. Service dog only hotel. Which we appreciated. And quiet, for how busy it was.
- 4/5
It's a nice property, convenient to the freeway. The bed was comfortable. I do wish there was is the microwave in the room.
- 5/5
Free Starbucks coffee and a great shower topped the list of things I like about this property. I will come back on my next trip to Little Rock.
- 3/5
Fabulous service. The pool was fine, but the filter I think was overworked. Public areas were clean, but the rooms had a couple small issues. Temp was hard to control in the rooms, but still comfy. There were a lot of people staying and not many staff handling it, but they did a great job.
- 4/5
It was quiet and clean. I wish the pool was open a little later at night.
- 4/5
You have to buy breakfast for 17 dollars, you can hear all the noise happening and my room smelled heavily of air freshener and dog urine. Check in had a line. She was working fast and hard, but the computer had to catch up. Bed was comfy, excellent pillows (the long ones), a restaurant in the hotel and a working elevator made it a pretty decent place to stay. I would stay here again if I didn’t have such a sensitive nose to smell.
- 1/5
They didn’t give me back my deposit
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay. Wendy's restaurant is a walkable distance. At the in-house restaurant, the server also delivers room service, so that mat slow down ordering and service.
- 5/5
We only stayed overnight, price was good and staff were nice and quick at check in.
- 5/5
Beautifully hotel, very clean and staff was accommodating
- 1/5
I couldn’t check in because the property sold my room to another guest. Leaving me with no other option. Horrible experience
- 5/5
Great property. Checkin process was smooth and fast. Very comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Respectful staff, helpful front desk, very friendly
- 5/5
Clean, quiet and very comfortable.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. For the most part the hotel was quiet through my whole stay and it is one of the CLEANEST places I have ever stayed 10/10 would stay here again. Hard to beat with the price too.
- 2/5
Breakfast is listed as an amenity, it was not. AC unit made the whole room shake every time it kicked on. Found a false eye lash on the toilet roll and the bathroom counter was covered in something pink and a bit sticky. Staff was very polite and helpful.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean the ad says their is a bar but bar under construction and rooms need air freshener but clean
- 5/5
Great hotels
- 5/5
Ease of getting into building and room
- 5/5
Great location! Comfortable beds. Other than the AC not working properly this time around, everything else was great!
- 3/5
The hotel seemed to be clean and nice upon arrival, but when we walked in there roaches dead in the bathroom, and crawling up the walls. Also the tub would not drain so we took showers with water up to oyur ankles.
- 4/5
All was great but the restaurant was closed and that’s why I booked the hotel to have a restaurant on site.
- 5/5
There is no free breakfast and ghost lobby ! Starbucks is not operate on weekend ! Overall is good
- 5/5
Everything was nice except the breakfast deal.
- 2/5
Breakfast was totally inadequate as the coffee was ice cold, the kitchen employees did not care. Only one lady was doing the work after we asked her. I would not recommend this property.
- 5/5
Steep incline to property
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and professional.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
It was a easy check in. Staff was friendly and kind. Room was nice and clean. Great location.
- 3/5
The tub was dirty. Very dirty and drain was clogged.
- 3/5
Okay for a quick stay. Ve aware they close the restaurant and bar when they want not when the actual time of closing is other than that it was pretty good
- 5/5
Good price and convenient located. Bed was very comfortable!
- 4/5
Hotel is fine but service orientation of front office staff needs work.
- 5/5
Nice big place
- 3/5
My rooms tv seemed like the only one no working, and was told the internet was down, but other rooms had it, pools heater was off due to summer months, but later was told it was because it wasn’t working. Never told I didn’t have continental breakfast wasn’t included unless I had added the package.
- 5/5
Nia Gray was very friendly at my check in and very knowledgeable of hotel and surrounding area!
- 5/5
This hotel has always been a favorite of mine and my wife’s, very clean and comfortable to stay at!
- 1/5
Not so good had roaches in the bathroom. Wallpaper was peeling from the wall. Couldn't here the tv from the bed. Paid over 300 dollars for 2 nights.
- 4/5
The property never answers their phone calls. I tried at several different times over a period of 3 days trying to get ahold of someone and not one single time was the phone answered. Very poor customer service.
- 2/5
It took 3 try’s to find a good room for me to stay in for the night!
- 4/5
Great bed, but pillows were awful! Additionally woke up to some apparent verbal altercation in the hallway at 0130. Two women going at it. Luckily did not last too terribly long, prior to this, it had been quiet.
- 4/5
The staff was very nice and helpful
- 3/5
The hotel was clean and everything was good . The night shift girl WAS very rude , and had an attitude when I asked a question
- 4/5
Breakfast and bar service was not satisfactory. Inedible breakfast and over priced. Bar did not have very common liquors and over charged for what they did have.
- 4/5
We spent 1 night on trip home from vacation. Our 1st room TV was not working and the tub drain plug had matted hair around it. The front desk had us moved to a new room with clean bathroom and working TV but shower converter wouldnt work. For just one night we took baths and crashed. Beds were comfy and otherwise a quiet night in a comfortable room.
- 4/5
Good stay
- 3/5
Hotel room was nice and spacious. The main reason for my review was the pool was in bad shape. There was a very strong chemical smell, cracks in the edges and chipping paint. We made the most of it, but the pool definitely needs work.
- 5/5
This was my first time staying here and it was a great experience. Loved the room and everyone was nice.
- 2/5
We were checked into a room that already had guests in it. We literally walked in on a ton of stuff everywhere...then when we walked back downstairs there was no one at the desk. He came promptly when called but it was a huge inconvenience to have to stand there and be checked again after carrying all of our stuff up once and back down again. We were in a big hurry to get to a show so we really didn't have time to waste where this was concerned. When I stated that we were in a rush, he offered us access to the 5th floor pantry but it was not exactly impressive in terms of selection or being well-stocked. When we returned later that night, employees were chasing a rat around through the lobby. I wasn't disgusted that there was a rat in the hotel, but it isn't a good look...especially after the check-in debacle. The room was wonderful, clean, comfortable.
- 2/5
Poor service, air conditioning did not work, homeless outside
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 1/5
I didn’t stay. After reserving a room, I was told they didn’t have it. And that that’s what I get for using a 3rd party. Ie you.
- 2/5
No one was at the check in station and I had to wait 35 min for a key and then had someone try to enter my room because they were assigned the same room.
- 5/5
Clean, simple, easy
- 2/5
The hotel had a heating system that returned the cold air directly on my bed. I was uncomfortable because it was cold seasonally and inside of the bedroom. The room also smelled like a wet pet. It is a pet friendly place however it needs more intricate cleaning.
- 5/5
I liked the decor of the room and bathroom! Dining and Meeting rooms were all updated!
- 5/5
The property had some structural damage due to the weather which was fine after I actually spoke to the front desk clerk. It was crazy because there was yellow caution tape in the front and because I checked in late and it was dark I didn't know what was going on. Also, there was a big structure of some kind blocking the entrance that had propane tanks on it. Not sure what that was about. Overall, the room was clean and spacious. The hotel was nice but for the price point, Marriott could have provided some type of continental breakfast.
- 4/5
Nice look
- 5/5
Really nice place and room. Comfortable
- 5/5
It was very relaxing....quiet and great
- 5/5
Awesome:)
- 5/5
Nice hotel and location
- 5/5
Recently renovated, modern property with all facilities close by, complimented by good front desk staff
- 5/5
Excellent stay!! Overall 10/10
- 1/5
I didn't like that they put 2 holds on my card, 1 for $182 wasn't authorized and not even the general manager knows why! It's been a week and I still haven't received my funds back. The tub was dirty so I couldn't take a shower. The design of the bed with the wood sticking out of the footboard is a hazard. I banged my leg three times against it, in which a knot came on my leg. The only good thing, was that the bed was comfortable. Having said all that, I won't ever stay at the Delta Marriott.
- 4/5
A lot of homeless and drug addicts nearby
- 4/5
Stayed for one night as I was in town to visit family. Excellent staff. No hair dryer in the room but they brought one to the room quickly when I asked for one. Bed was a little lumpy.
- 5/5
The staff where friendly beyond any hotel I have stayed at in the last few years it’s nice to have people that seem to enjoy there job and greet there guest with a smile and ready and willing to help
- 1/5
Ok, it use to be the Crown Plaza ( great hotel ) It's under new ownership, and whoever is doing the hiring, should be fired asap! Girl at the desk was clueless beyond belief! With a thank me just because I showed up for attitude which is so common now with the younger generation. There's so much wrong I'm not wasting to much more time on this, just a few. 1. Indoor pool now so always hot and humid in walkways and especially elevators 2. Do not order room service even if your starving! Took hour and half to get a simple pot of coofee ( un-drinkable ) $20.29 Breakfast from the door card poached eggs and think it was suppose to be a ham and cheese omelette $50.59 In short this use to be a very nice hotel with great food and service, for $150.00 night it's $100.00 to high for what you endure. DON'T STAY HERE!
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and super nice.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful with one exception and im not even upset about it. But worth mentioning: the a/c in our room was a little glitchy, kept needing to be reset. But over all the stay, the room and the wonderful people that worked there.. everyone was so very nice and helpful!!!
- 3/5
The TV doesn’t turn “off-off”. It had a glare all night that bothered me since I want things pitch black. Also the air conditioning was not working properly. I turned it down to 65 all night and the coolest it felt was maybe 72 degrees. I’m a cool sleeper so it wasn’t the most comfortable. It was clean though. 3/5 stars
- 5/5
Location and very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Nice rooms
- 4/5
Clean, very peaceful environment. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
- 5/5
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an immaculately clean hotel & impeccable service!!
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Fast check in, front desk were friendly and efficient. Rooms are clean and bed was very comfortable.
- 3/5
My say was fine, when I went to take my shower, there was not a knob to turn on the shower, but other then that everything was fine
- 5/5
The hotel has been remodeled and open about 2 weeks. Parking was easy and close. The lobby is open and airy. There is minimalist, clean feel about the property. I fell to sleep easily in the bed, enjoyed having a mini fridge to keep my snacks cold and absolutely loved the Samsung TV!
