Dirty, room not cleaned, environment was awful

It had beds, albeit they weren't the most comfortable. I had to move rooms a couple times bc my first room didn't have any electricity to it, and my second room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke I couldn't breathe.

Location was convenient Room stank of mold and cigarettes, even though it was a “non smoking “ room. Bed sheets had cigarette burns and stains. Air conditioning didn’t work particularly well. Room directly across from a loud and busy convenience store.

The room smelled like mold, the tv did not work, and the front desk staff was VERY rude. When I told him the smelled like mold he told me to open my door for a few minutes and let the smell out. When I asked for another room because of the smell he yelled at me and told me the smell wasn’t that bad and did not want to give me another room.

The room was clean but there was no hot water, no water pressure in the sink or shower, and “breakfast included” consisted of some mini muffins and milk.

Nothing They didn’t provide the very important details of their policy to the age of a person who can receive a room key is 21 upon the first conversation with them over the phone, nor the 2nd or 3rd time. So my family that travelled 3 hours one way was turned away and not allowed access to the 2 rooms I had booked for them.

We did not like anything.. We did not like anything.. There were holes in the walls, the picture from website isn't accurate. The lights didn't work and one was hanging. Ask the front desk for help, he said he doesn't know anything about it. We traveled for graduation, if the was another hotel open we would have left.

WiFi code was clearly written on the key card envelope. They had a list of TV stations so you didn't have to waste time searching. We couldn't get into the main lobby for breakfast (6 am), and there was nothing indicating breakfast hours. We took a wrong turn out of the parking lot and the neighborhood was a little sketchy.

Upon arrival the desk chair was broken and the microwave was missing buttons. The staff changed out the desk chair when they were notified. When we came back from son’s surgery we found a dead cockroach in the room-when we notified staff they said it’s ok we just had the hotel treated for insects, I tried to explain it’s not ok-my son needs a clean room for healing. Nothing was done to help us nor was any portion of a refund given. I’m very glad we didn’t eat breakfast there and definitely do not recommend. Would not stay again.

The bathroom sink was cracked, the furniture was in very bad shape, no valve handle on the shower. But the bedding appeared clean. The bed was more comfortable than we expected. I believe I observed a prostitute going into a room with some men, but once we were inside the room we were never disturbed.

The hosts were nice and helpful. The room 162 was very run down. There were ROACHES EVERYWHERE. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The bed was hard as a rock with body impressions like it was very old. The shower has a bolt for a knob. The Air conditioner worked good though.

The mini fridge in the room had open drinks left in it from previous tenants. The bathroom ceiling in the shower looked like it had mold and the bathroom door barely latches and then got stuck shut. The toilet barely flushed properly.

Easy access to 630 and minutes away from hospitals. Room was nice enough but neither electric outlet worked in the bathroom and the ice machine is out of order. There's an ice machine in the lobby but no access to it after hours. Sign says go around to red door and use room key but our room key would not open the door. Other than that the room was clean and staff was very friendly and fast checking in

When I first entered I had to wait for the attendant to come. Thankfully, check in was quick and easy, but the directions to my room was unclear. The room smelled old, the shower drained slowly, and there were roaches.

First 5 minutes in my room I saw at least 10 roaches.they were crawling all over the walls and floor. I went to front desk all he did was offed us a different roach infested room and told me refund. This is the worst room. Never rent from this place

I mean I don't know if it's just old and it needs upgraded but every single thing was nasty just dirty looking. They're literally was roaches on the ceiling and in the bed I kid you not. I mean the staff and the stay was fine except for the dirtiness and literally bugs

The room was cold, musty, with a dead roach on the floor of the bathroom, a hand towel with lipstick on it, and peeling paint everywhere. The bases of the two mattresses had stains peeking out from the linens. I slept there one night, and chose to depart early, and find a cleaner, more comfortable room for my second night.

Staff accommodate one room but the rooms are dirty, smells like people been smoking in rooms. Can't breath in it, went to store and bought airfreshners. Roaches in room and bed sheets & beds weren't comfortable. The area is scary as well.

Very disgusting and repulsive to walk into a urine filled ashtray when I selected a non smoking room, let alone the cockroaches and ceiling falling apart LITERALLY above our heads over the bed! The ceiling has water damaged spots with mold and the shelf in the closet was falling down. I’ve asked for my money back and was told “they don’t do refunds”. I think there should be an exception please. I have pictures for proof! I gave the key back after 10 minutes of checking into it.

There were roaches in our bathroom and the floors in the bathroom were dirty. The pictures that you have for this particular property give false advertisement. This property looks NOTHING LIKE YOUR PICTURES! The air was fine, but that was about it. I was there for medical reasons, and I wasn't very comfortable at all. The breakfast looked old and horrible. Did not eat anything from there. The complete hotel needs to be updated.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and that says a lot the only thing that was even close to good was the bed and location and the staff was pretty down to earth and good to get along with. Don’t think I will recommend this place to anybody ever and will never be back sorry but Windam needs to do better and take a look at this hotel to bring it back up to even par standards

Kind of what you expect for the price you pay.. staff was friendly, room was okay. We did find a dead bug upon entering but still a decent place to rest your head for the night.

The customer service was excellent, and the rooms were clean. Water pressure in the shower was not the best. Unfortunately, during my stay, there was a heavy police presence in the parking lot throughout the night due to an issue with a neighbor two doors down. An ambulance also arrived at one point, which made the stay feel unsettling. The motel itself was fine, but for a quieter experience, I would recommend requesting a room in the front rather than the back.

Homeless guy came begging before I got out of my car, a lady tried it on day 2. Lot of oriental roaches outside. Outside steps concrete is crumbling, kind of unsafe.

The room stunk. Old moldy carpet.the whole room needed a good deep cleaning.

Made an already scary and worrisome trip a little worse... I was there because my father was in a head on collision and was in ICU.. this hotel was the closest... Definitely would drive farther from the hospital for a better place... Breakfast and hospitality SUCKED

There was no pool and to top of that it said on before i rented it it was a 5 minute walk.but it was really a hour walk to the hospital.But clean and friendly!!!

A nice place that is clean a comfortable. The only issue is that it is too close to the highway. The entrance and exit from the hotel is hard around rush hours.

For a Wyndham hotel, it is the very low end of there hotels. Open plugs, no covers on the plugs. Floor was dirty, over all not a place I would recommend.

The room smelled of mildew. The bathroom sink did not drain and backed halfway up and didn’t drain all night. The upholster chair was so dirty. We didn’t sit in it. We were there so my daughter could go to the doctor the next day and had to runoff some idiots in the parking lot. I’m 70 years old. All I wanted to do was go to bed all that mess. I won’t go back. I did feel very safe with the nighttime staff they helped with the problem.

I have been in Law Enforcement for over 30 years. This hotel was what I call a crack motel. If I thought I could have found another place at the last minute I would have. The staff was arguing with its employees in a foreign language and the place was run down and dirty and smelled very musky. Evan after buying some household spray the smell was still terrible. I do not recommend this hotel. It needs a complete demolition and rebuild. Not happy with the reviews I read on Expedia.

The overhead bathroom light didn't work, the knob was coming off of the closet door and at 1 am, we found someone passed out face down in the parking lot. Had to call the front desk. They called the police and they were very apologetic.

When calling ahead of arrival to double check my reservation staff answered and asked me to hold then sat the phone down, I waited for 30 minutes, and still nothing so I just hung up. But the room and bathroom was nice and clean.

Very dated accomodations. One of the bed mattresses was too bowed for supportive sleeping. Sheets and towels were clean, floor was dirty enough to darken socks walking within the room. Ok value for the price.

First thing I noticed was the terrible smell in the room. The A/c was not working properly and then there was a bug on one of the beds. Later I went in the bathroom and there sat a small cockroach. I instantly felt like. Bugs were crawling on me. Next morning a large red cockroach ran across the floor and my sister screamed. Could not get out of there fast enough. Dont even want to take photos wanted to leave fasT. Also a100.00 deposit to assure no damages. How funny to make us pay one when the rooms were already trash. Never again will I go there.

There was no moisturizer available. The water flow was very weak. The toilet flush was not working properly.

Was just staying for a night. But when we took our kids the pool. There were 2 different couples in the pool all over each other and made the comment of they thought they would have the pool to themselves. And when we didn’t leave the pool; they decided to start smoking weed so we have no choice but to leave. Then at check out thing to get $100 cash deposit back was nightmare.

I had to be at a hotel close to UAMS for a medical test. On check in the gentleman was very rude although I had already registered and paid online. He was unclear on where the room was. The room was in horrible maintenance shape. At breakfast they allowed 2 breakfast vouchers for 3 guests. I never received a thank you have a great stay or thank you for staying with us. We will never be back

Had someone banging on our door in the middle of the night. Begging for handouts. Our friends in room 125 had door blown open twice by the wind. Wasn’t latching correctly. Had cob webs on lights. Just did not feel clean.

The sheets on the bed was dirty. I had to ask for a set of clean sheets. It was very noisy around the hotel room. Someone knocked on the door after sun set. Two women trying to get inside the room. They asked to come in and look for earrings.

Easy access from Interstate. Don't appreciate the $100 deposit they take out that day but to get it back takes 3-5 business days. Not very happy about that.

The bed was comfortable and clean. I did however find a pair of shorts in the room that had been left by a previous patron. The front desk clerk said they must have been ‘missed’ during cleaning.

The bathroom sink had a hairline fracture in it; but the water didn't leak thru to the floor. I reported it upon my checkout.

The stay itself was good. The building and rooms were nice and clean. The issues that I had with this place are as follows: 1: when I arrived and checked in I was asked for a $100 deposit that was not mentioned at the time of reservation on line. 2: my reservation price was not what I was charged. I was charged more for the room than I was told I would be charged when I reserved the room. 3: the toilet was very little and I am a larger man and that made it hard for me to use. 4: the parking was a little difficult to navigate and there was no clear directions as to how to get to the rooms on the bottom back of the hotel. Other than that, as I said the overall stay was good with only a few things that could be handles or renovated to become more accommodating.

The room was odiferous, and not in a good way. There were 2 dead cockroaches in the bath room. The bathtub was stained. The sink faucet had no hot water. The walls were discolored. The carpet was torn in spots. I could on an on but I hoped I made my point... what a dive. Very disappointed.

The hotel clerk was annoyed at check in it seemed. We booked a non smoking room which smelled terribly smoky upon entering. Before we could even move the sheets back multiple roaches ran across the sheets. The hotel clerk did cancel our reservation very quickly which was appreciated.

Cons: Our bathroom had dead bugs behind the door, a stained tub, and in general it felt dirty. The room smelled like a mixture of animals and smoke. We honestly felt kinda unsafe here as well. This is not a great place to stay and I wouldn’t recommend it. I feel bad because the desk guys were so kind…but it’s just not clean enough.

Area was super sketchy. Last night the cops were called because some guy was tweaking out in the parking lot and trying to break in the cars. Some guy kept rolling up on me in the parking lot last night trying to sell me drugs. The room was fine, except there was a lot of mosquitoes that I had to keep killing. Staff wasn’t the friendliest. Yesterday they watched me like a hawk when I was eating to make sure I didn’t even take a cup of coffee to go, but today some guy had three stacked up plates in front of me and cleaned out all the eggs and sausage and just left out the front. Didn’t get charged the extra fee or anything. Then I asked if there was gonna be more food and they said it would be over 30 minutes and at that time breakfast was gonna be over so I just ate toast. overall I would stay elsewhere. Rundown and not safe.

My flight arrived late at about midnight. The lobby was locked and the attendant was behind a bullet proof glass. There was a random man that was looking for coffee at midnight and followed me to my room because he heard the attendant yell my room number through the glass window. It was dirty and the room smelled horrible.

He screamed at me over n over. His workers could not speak English. I said to owner his worker told us to pack our stuff and leave at 11 I tried to explain that we already paid for our room but they could not understand me. He then called me. A liar and screamed at me. Told me I was not an American disrespectful . My uncle is ICU dying a marine soilder. And we got kicked out then had to drive home 80 miles just to have somewhere to rest. Worst experience in my life needs investigation I believe they are not citizens I will not tolerate disrespect to my family. I paid lots of money for these rooms and then got treated like I was scum. Owner screamed and flipped out on me went crazy physco there is proof on video

The property for the price was nice. Chosen for its location close to the hospital. Being accosted by the smell of weed everytime I stepped outside the door was not so great. The rooms could use some freshening to help with the musty odor as well as a secondary lock besides the top latch, a deadbolt, do that anyone who comes across a key cannot just storm in.
