Breakfast was great. They did a good job.

Pool was freezing, ac in room was terrible, for 4 adults, only 2 towel set. Young lady who checked us in was amazing. The other older woman was not.

There were 2 people at check in- 1 in training (she was lovely- just inexperienced) the second who was training her? He didn’t want to be there or to be training someone. Get to room- towels for 1 for a reservation of 3- zero bedding for the pull out couch. Easy fix…unhappy trainer acted as if we were a bother. Got towels and sheets but there was no pillows available in a hotel probably 1/2 full. Internet /WiFi for guests was down- but according to Mr. Personality it was our issue. He put the password in for the WiFi available after we proved the guest WiFi was down.Got back to the hotel after 11 PM- the woman at the desk changed over - she was amazing and had a completely different attitude. Found 2 pillows for our 3rd guest from one of the unoccupied rooms. Went to take a shower to find there was zero hot water and even running the shower for 20 minutes, it never recovered. Took an ice cold shower…to discover the towel in the bathroom was covered in a dark oily substance…it was 1 am by this point and I gave up on anything being positive at the CS.

Front desk was always warm and welcoming and able to answer any questions if I asked.

It was decent for the price. The splash pad was not working, and was not made aware until we were going to use it. When staying with children the amenities are very important.

If you place your key card by your phone it canceled the door key... they should tell you this when you check in.. I'll definitely stay again it's quite and in the cut with lots of food places near

The mattress on the sofa beds need to be replaced, I was in two rooms and both rooms had brown stains on mattresses.

We had to switch rooms as the first one had an AC unit that was screeching, smelled musty, tub didnt drain well and shower was not strong. The next room was better with a newer AC and great shower head, but it smelled musty as well. Also, ran out of eggs Sunday morning at 8 a.m.

The first room that I was given when you walked in smelled very strong like a skunk. Went down stairs ended up having to switch to a king room that we made work but was not ideal. Staff was stressing that he was the only employee on the property. Breakfast that was offered was subpar.

We had originally reserved a room with two queen beds and a pull out bed. Once we received our room keys, we went up to the room and found all of the furniture disassembled and nothing in place. We notified the front desk, and they quickly tried to remedy the situation. Unfortunately the only solution they had was to split us up into two different rooms. As a family of 5 with 3 young children, this was not an ideal situation. I do believe the worker at the front desk did his best to remedy the situation, but this should have never occurred in the first place.

The breakfast was ok. The coffee was not the best. Although the Older ladies next to me thought it was good! :) compared it to McDonald’s. The rooms were nice and big, but had a feeling the floors could use a good cleaning. Overall no real complaints.

Parking is easy and convenient. Gym is nice. Didn’t use it this trip.

The room was great! The breakfast was great! The staff was great! Everything was clean. The bed was amazing! I was very pleased staying 3 night at this hotel. I was down for my mom's passing and having such an easy checkin and comfortable clean room was such a blessing after dealing with days of sadness and having so many emotions. Thank you so much!

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Only negative was breakfast. Most items were not available with over an hour and half left. Also wish there was a minimum requirement of dress. Some folks just dont realize they are not at their house. Ugh

Have to move rooms because the heat was out in our room. There was a party downstairs all night, had to call the front desk to try to get them to be quite. They were never quite and we could hear them all night. We were above the party on the second floor. We couldnt rest because of the noise. Indoor pool was closed and wasnt made aware of it, till after we checked in.

We had just driven 12 hours for the holidays and arrived at 11:30 at night. As soon we we walked into the room, the man at the front desk called and told us we were a fire hazard and had to leave or buy another room. Couldn't believe it. I could understand if it was several random people travelling together, or even 7 adults. But it was my husband and I and our 5 kids. We were exhausted and had to leave because we didn't have the resources to pay for an extra room. He didn't say he was sorry or act like he felt bad at all. We didn't get settled into a new room until 1 a.m. Sometimes, people should come before rules. Sorry.

Safe and the breakfast was good. But the room condition could have been much better. We had problems receiving towels as they kept saying the housekeeping hadn’t came in yet to wash more and we had a bad toilet that never got fixed from tbe time we checked in on Friday until we checked out on Sunday. We were finally brought a plunger on Saturday night for us to plunge the toilet ourselves and the manger chose to comment they were short handed. Overall the worst stay out of all the weekend traveling we do!!!!

So I wasn’t able to get my daughter anything to eat before we went to church. The front desk clerk was helping but she didn’t know where things were, etc. definitely the worst experience in regards to breakfast that I’ve had. I will say the front desk employee super nice, and have customer service on an A-1 level.

The room smelled very Misty, coffee pot was broken, tv had no signal, bathroom vent broken. The pack n play that was brought up for our baby was also broken. Pool was freezing and splash pad was broken which was the reason we choose this hotel. Both treadmills in the gym were broken and the water fountain was broken. The breakfast was out on time, fresh and well stocked. Overall very disappointed and conditions were like a motel.

We stayed in room 409 for two nights, but immediately after checking in for our first night, the room had an unbearable smell that we couldn't snuff out with any air freshener. The bathroom also didn't have any exhaust in the ceiling, so really there is no way for any room or bathroom odors to have any means of escape. We had no choice but to stay in the room for our two nights, but it was not fun at all. Not sure if it was just that room, or if others also smell like that.

My stay was not great. I checked in an my comforter had some nasty stain on it. First when I walked in the front lobby it smelt like a seafood boil. In the hallway it didn’t look like the carpet had been vacuumed. I was moved to another room. It was very noisy outside. This is the second time I have been disappointed. This hotel usually is my go to place. I think this will be my last stay. I don’t know if there has been a change in management are what , but it’s not the same. You used to walk in and it smelt clean. The rooms need updating really bad. I will be stay somewhere else from now on. So disappointed.

Close to some nice restaurants and the room was large with a living area separate from the beds. Had a couch and two chairs for visiting or watching TV.

The only concern I had when I opened the door to my room there was a weird smell, kinda like a dog. I woke up the next morning and heard a dog barking somehere close to my room, 219. I may have missed in the description if it was pet friendly, and that is fine. I probably would've requested a non pet friendly room. The room was great for what I needed, just overnight while my son was on the hospital. Clean, good area, restaurants close and the hospital just 5 minutes away.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the most memorable part of my trip was the kind and hospitable positive attitude and assistance that I received from Darryl who was working at the front desk during my departure. I wish more people exemplified Darryl’s amazing customer service and friendly spirit.

The curtains were worn and shredded the shower curtain was also worn and barely hanging in. I felt like they did not take pride in the room .

I do NOT recommend! Pool has a thick film on it and the entire pool and splash pad is broken, with no desire to fix it. Front staff was so rude. Our bathtub had towels in it soaked in water from a shower leak. Markings on the walls. Stains on the carpet. We will never ever stay here again

We paid for this hotel room for 3 days upfront. First room assigned to us when we arrived had a piece of cardboard holding door open when we got to the room. Pushed door opened and noticed the first bed in room someone had been laying/sleeping on. And the room smelled with a bad odor. This made us feel unsafe and with concern. I immediately went down to first desk and reported it and asked for a different room. The second room was fine until I notice the curtains were tore all up and down them, The heavier curtains has spots all over them which was gross and once pulled back bedding it was tore as well. To pay as much money as we did to stay at this hotel, we should have never had to deal with anything like this at all. My family and I are very upset and unhappy customers on our vacation trip! By rights, we should get part of our money back from this stay.

It was a terrible experience from the beginning. Upon arrival, it took over 5 minutes to find someone to check us in (it was 10p.m.). That's a long time to wander around a lobby calling for help. We even called the hotel and listened to it ring. Finally, a clerk came from the back without offering an apology or anything. It took 4 attempts and one room change before we could get keys to open a room for us. The room reeked of weed. The curtains were torn. The "queen" beds were smaller than our queen beds at home so probably standard size mattresses. There was a live cricket in the bathroom. Because it was after 11 before we got in the room, we decided to stay. Breakfast the next morning was as expected for a cheap hotel. The only problem was the coffee wasn't hot. We took our issues to the manager but they didn't care. It was just one night in Little Rock but I'd definitely stay elsewhere. We weren't familiar with the city and didn't know.

AND - my son forgot his boots in the room. When I called the next day, the staff found the shoes and the hotel manager, Nancy, mailed them to our home. If I am ever through Little Rock again, this will be our hotel.

Very disrespectful!!!! Housekeeping didn't even give us a chance to finish gathering our belongings before they tapped on the door and started coming in our room. It wasn't even 9:30!! The lady at the front desk had a bad attitude!! I told her that they moved us to another room because our first room had an odor and the sleeper sofa was dirty. She told me that it's hard to keep track of guests when they just move from room to room. The front desk staff moved us in the middle of the night on Friday.. We didn't move ourselves!! I would not recommend anyone else to stay here until they deep clean those rooms, upgrade their furniture, and give their staff some Professional Development Training!!

Everything was clean and the room was spacious. There was not any linens or extra pillows for the sofa bed. Our room was pretty quiet. The indoor pool was cold, which was disappointing. There was also a distinct odor in the hallway, even though there are no smoking signs posted.

The pool was green and unusable. The little splash pad didn’t work. We were first given a room that hadn’t even been cleaned and we checked in at 6 pm.

The room smelled really bad plus the AC was really loud. We couldn’t even get towel service after two days of stayed. I was told no more towels.

The property is convenient and clean. The room is really spacious! The bed is very soft, pillows are smooshable, which is something I like. The fridge is bigger than you usually get at a hotel. We didn't have time to use the pool. I'm writing this review before breakfast, so I'm not sure how that will go but I can't imagine it'll be bad. I'd stay here again.

I wasn’t aware of a $150 deposit. I’ve never stayed at a location where the deposit was $150. I did this room from Affirm and that was the only $150 I had to survive my stay now I’m hungry and only have somewhere to lay my head.

Check in was at 3 and we arrived at about 3:20. We were told our room wasn’t ready after the front desk talking to housekeeping. We sat in the lobby for over 30 minutes waiting for our room. The front desk just blamed housekeeping saying they didn’t know why they weren’t done when they knew what time check in was.

Good overall staff and property condition.....HOWEVER...while properly prepared, management must have ordered the absolute cheapest mixes for breakfast...I have eaten at many dozens of this type of breakfast...this one absolutely tasted amoung the worst...including coffee.

Nice hotel for the price we paid. The kids enjoyed the pool but were disappointed the splash pad area was not working. There were no towels in the pool area and the front desk clerk seemed annoyed we had to ask for towels for the pool and said he could only give us one, but there were none in the pool area . We were not the only ones asking which did not make sense on why after repeated guest asking for the same thing, the did not restock . Our room was nice and spacious, beds and showers were clean. AC was cold so overall not a bad experience.

The room was comfortable and clean. Toilet was messed up and didn't flush properly. We told staff and they made a note to take care of it. The shower also had a slow /clogged drain. Breakfast was nice. Staff is helpful and friendly. We were in the 4th floor.

Never in all of my time of traveling (domestic and abroad) have I been told the hotel has run out of hot water. Ridiculous. The staff made no attempt to fix the phone or the hot water. Just wait 30. Had to wait until the middle of the night to shower.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff we encountered weren't friendly and they weren't rude - they were just doing the job. And that was fine. The breakfast was a little meh but not any worse than most other free hotel breakfast. I was very annoyed by the condition of the parking lot. It was covered in snow and ice. They didn't even bother to clear the sidewalk leading to the entrance and I fell on my way in despite being very cautious. The hotel across from them had a cleared parking lot and sidewalk. I got the impression that they did not prioritize guest safety based on that. I would rate this hotel 4 stars in their class if nit for the unsafe access issue.
