What a wonderful surprise! I was mad because I was stranded in Little Rock because of a flight cancellation and needed a reasonably priced hotel that would shuttle me to and from the airport. I saw the great reviews on Expedia and hoped it wouldn't be too bad. "Too bad"? It was a wonderful stay! Terry, the shuttle driver, was there in less than five minutes. What a great guy! It was like meeting a good friend I hadn't seen in a long time. Terry handed me off to Tabitha at the front desk. She quickly got me checked in and reminded me to come back at 7:30 PM for freshly baked chocolate cookies and ice-cold milk; it was delicious! The room was clean with ample closet space, plenty of hangers, a nice bathroom with a sparkling clean shower and great water pressure, and the room was completely quiet. I didn't hear a single plane taking off or landing. Breakfast starts at 4:30, and it was a GREAT breakfast setup! Jody the manager drove me to the airport and even made sure that I knew where to enter and find departures. This started out as an unwanted emergency overnight stay; now I'm thinking this will be my first choice next time I'm in Little Rock.

We weren’t using the airport and didn’t realize how far out this was. There’s not much to do around, but that’s to be expected. The room was super spacious and really comfortable. The bathroom area wasn’t the best, and the “living room” area didn’t have any main lighting. The sink outlet wouldn’t hold a plug, there was mold/signs of water damage in the tub area, and the water temperature was flipped with no indication of which way to go. The living room only had a tower lamp and never got fully bright, only dim. The food downstairs was mediocre but the staff were friendly. The vending was great; well stocked and well-priced! Breakfast was simple but delicious and clean. Would go again if we were in the area.

The room met our needs for the night. It was very quiet and the airport noise was not an issue. It was dated. The chairs were peeling and there were few tv channels. Cleanliness was very good! Breakfast was sufficient for us.

Park and fly, they will drop you off at the airport and pick you up after your trip. The grill and bar are well maintained and delicious food. Also, has pantry that is stocked well when you arrive late, so there is ice cream microwave meals , snacks and drinks to buy.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, but a little worn looking. Breakfast was the typical hot breakfast - biscuits, sausage, gravy, waffles, etc.- but it was fresh and tasty. The park and fly option is an added bonus.

Friendly staff Doesn’t show on pictures how outdated and old the furniture and entire hotel is. Pictures online are OLD pictures when hotel was first established…Needs renovation BAD…& walls , furniture, lobby furniture All needs a good cleaning.

Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was puney. They need to step up on the quality of the coffee. We love the location and have stayed for many years in our travels from Little Rock overseas. Most of the staff were very friendly and personable. Well, it's time to replace the hallway carpets.

Pillow was very small. Like a throw pillow on a sofa, and very hard. Could not sleep on them. Crack in doorway to hall was very visible. Light could be seen through it, and could hear all noises in the hallway

the grab bar in the bath/shower was under the shower head which makes no sense. I needed it further back in the tub area

The hotel is overall quiet but of course when the early morning flights start, you can hear them. The rooms are spacious, staff are very helpful, and being able to shuttle to the airport is great. They rooms could be a bit cleaner and better taken care of.

The elevator was filthy with trash laying in the corner. Told the front desk clerk about it and he did go and pick up "most" of it. Hallways are dark with stale air.

I especially appreciated how the room service staff left extra makeup wipes after cleaning our room mid trip once she realized it was all women staying there.

This hotel was adequate for our overnight stay near the airport. Our room smelled somewhat musty and the ventilation unit was a little loud.

I picked this hotel because Expedia listed it at Excellent. Boy was that a lie! I feel duped by the reviews. We had a room where the sink could only trickle water. So we used the tub to wash our hands and brush our teeth. Our room wall had a giant crack running down it and cracks in the ceiling. The hotel halls are dark with poor lighting and the carpet needs to be replaced. The bed frames squeaked everytime you rolled over. Our room had a musty weird smell. The lobby chairs were very used and dirty. However, the shower and bathroom was very clean. We always had shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The shower was always hot with good water pressure. Our beds were always made. The trash and floors were always cleaned in our room. Though we were walking distance to the airport we didnt hear the planes and rarely heard the train. Parking was just fine. We don't eat a big breakfast so scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles and biscuit was a big selection. The staff seemed depressed or annoyed to be working. It didnt matter which day or which staff you saw they just didn't seem to want to talk to guests. It was the weirdest thing to see introverted staff working in the hospitality industry. Although, this could be the culture of Arkansas because we didnt find anyone all that friendly or social in Arkansas. Are Arkansas people chronically depressed and unfriendly?

The staff is totally amazing and extremely friendly. The property was good and clean but they need some mild deodorizer to make the place smell a little more fresh. The breakfast is ok but additional protein selections might be nice. Overall this place was great and the staff sells it.

Breakfast comparable to those of other similar hotels. Always a friendly staff and the staff of the van to the airport was very nice. The original room given to me was not clean when I opened the door. It had not been serviced yet.

Lousy hotel ? that's near the Airport ? and that's the way you get trapped!!! Outdated everything including the manager that's not a manager ? but they have to say they have one! She's unreachable, full of outdated thinking and just a lousy figurehead!!! CANCEL THIS HOTEL ? BED BUGS BEEN REPORTED, MY ROOM HAD A BROKEN AC UNIT, HOLES PUNCHED IM WALL AND DIRTY FAN VENT IN THE BATHROOM...JUST A MISERABLE PLACE!!! WE LEFT AT MIDNIGHT AFTER THEY WANTED TO MOVE US TO ANOTHER FLOOR BECAUSE OF THE BROKEN AC UNIT...WE DIDN'T HAVE CONFIDENCE THAT IT WOULD GET ANY BETTER!!! Everything!!!

I will never recommend this place, there are times flights are changed and plans has to change. The hotel refused to do a refund. We needed to cancel the stay, i knew nothing a bt some kind of insurance. I will not stay or referred

I didn't like that there was not a refrigerator and microwave inside the room. I didn't like that I had placed a do not disturb signage on the door and housekeeping still knocked.

The bar in hotel served food that was really good and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was great eith so many options and started at 4am so we were able yo eat before we caught an early flight. Shuttle services to airport was excellent and the rate for stay and park was a bargain and so convenient. We will definitely stay here sgain.

Clean, cool and close to everything we needed

Breakfast was very good though it would be nice if it lasted until at least 10am. The room was clean and comfortable but the blackout curtains did not close and the lights from the airport were very bright coming through the sheer curtains

Bed was okay, but the pillows were uncomfortable. I arranged a 430 wakeup call which didn't occur until 510. Not a pleasant experience when you need to catch an early flight.

The room was great and most of the staff were very friendly but not all. There was a lady covering the front desk that had dreadlocks that should probably revisit the training for customer service. Her attitude wasn’t the best nor did my visit to the front desk warrant her negative pushback.

Nice - room was clean and good-sized, quiet environment. Breakfast had lots of options, late night check-in was appreciated after a flight delay - 10 minute walk from airport so no need for an Uber. Only complaint would be about the "gym" - really lacking in work-out equipment, was not able to get in a work-out with the equipment they had.

It’s close to airport and has a shuttle which is nice. Honestly I was here for a short time and wanted to be closer to airport . But if I had to come again I would go somewhere else. The room was not that clean. Pillows were small square pillows not normal sized. My room smelled like urine . However I didn’t spend much time there so I dealt with it. The room seemed generally dirty and tub was stained with something . And just general smell of urine and generally dirty walls and ceiling. Staff is nice enough . Does not seem like they generally take much pride in cleanliness of rooms .

Room was great. The front desk charged me for a car parking and I didn’t have a car. But they did credit my account.

Cons - The hallways are not well lit and the carpet is really old. Gives you the feeling of a really old hotel. The pillows are very small, it’s like cushions.

We checked in Thursday night, went to the room on 2nd floor and it smelled horribly you could definitely tell it had several animals in it. I’ve never stayed in a room with animals nor did I request one. So back to the desk told her about the awful odor and she told me next time I need to request an hypoallergenic room. Never have had to before. Anyhow she moved us to the 5th floor. The room smelt much better, but did not have a fridge or microwave geez never had to ask for those either and it was a four night stay!! We just made due I was not going back down and saying anything again . Then Saturday some lady knocked on the door saying to be sure to leave shower curtain in tub it is made to stay in tub and if it’s out it will leak thru the floor to room below WOW! Said she meant to leave a note about this room. My husband just said ok to her not saying we didn’t take a shower it was a bath that morning so it must be the drain that is leaking jeez! Being out of town it’s hard to know if it’s a good place to stay or not. I will choose differently next year.

I was disappointed that our room didn’t have a microwave and refrigerator. The person at the front desk when we checked in wasn’t that friendly. The breakfast was great and they kept an eye on it where it didn’t run out of anything. I like that it was in a safe and quiet area. A good place to say also if you are also flying. They will take you to and from the airport.

The hotel is very clean and very convenient to Little Rock airport right across the street. Restaurant was not what we expected. Like eating out a turn peach potluck.

We stay here often when using the airport. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is excellent and shuttle is always on time.

Quiet

Convenience to airport is the biggest positive. Room was large, but dated and seemed old. A man was standing outside smoking and looking at his phone at the outer part of the drive through where you park to check in. Went to front desk to check in and no one was there. This man then walks in and turns out he’s the desk clerk.

This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. We didn't notice it before, but the room smelled musty and it felt damp in our room. The carpet felt that way too. The bed was comfy, breakfast was great. Just not sure we will stay there again.

Staff were wonderful. Even had complementary chocolate chips cookies. Room needed a new light fixture and had patch work needed attention on wall. Location was perfect for early morning flight, staff and price made up the room needing some maintenance.

The staff was friendly. The rooms and hotel were old, rundown and smelled. The ac in the room worked well but made loud noises all night long.

The stay at the hotel was great, but the lady driving the shuttle and was rude and didn’t give us time to get our stuff ready to be put on the shuttle. We literally was finishing breakfast and she came out yelling for us to throw our drinks away because they were short staffed.

This was an unplanned stay due to Flight Delay changes in tip plans. The stay was short and we were weary. Just needed to rest and reset our travel plans. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast offering was nice as well. I have stayed here before. Once was similar circumstances. It's a good place to stay.

The room carpet had an odor. The glass door of the closet was next to the entrance door. Crazy design. A person fingers must fit between both doors to open the closet.

We stayed in a suite, but the space was useless. Very limited lighting and there were only two chairs. The pull out couch came all the way up to another bed so it was impossible to get around. The couch should have been in the other room. The room was mostly clean but smelled like feet. The staff was lovely, though.

The air conditioning is not the best, room is really small.

Booked this hotel for Rock the Country concert and it was not the best experience for me and others. I had a late check in due to the concert and when I got to the hotel, there were no parking spots available. There were multiple people trying to park and nothing open. I was told by a staff member that the hotel manager allows people from the airport to park their cars there and that’s why there’s no available parking. They said park where I can as long as I’m not blocking anyone or anything and if there’s not room, I’ll have to park along the street between the airport and hotel. I stated I’m not parking my truck along a dark busy street. I was able to park but it was a problem. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room but woke us up both mornings due to them being on a phone/headset. They were walking down the hallway speaking loud enough to wake us up. I initially thought it was people in the next room until I opened the door to find it was cleaning staff basically shouting. The room was in average shape but had a nice mattress and everything was clean. Staff was friendly and did a good job but I would not stay there again, mainly due to the parking situation.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The bed so comfortable and the room clean. I couldn’t give a 5 only because the hotel could use new carpet and a little care as it is getting older.

Toilet worked very slowly to poorly. They sent someone with a plunger who just dropped it off at the door. That’s poor service period!!!

I never was allowed to check in due to the young man with a durag behind the desk. He looked at my DL. And immediately told my deposit would be $150. Because I was local. This tid bit of information was not on the Expedia website. Also, no other Comfort Inn & Suites requires an incidental deposit.He never looked me in my eyes. From the moment I walked through the door. I was profiled in a negative way. He was very rude and being a smart a** about it. As soon as I exited . He immediately went outside to smoke. Do better.

I only slept and left but the shuttle was very convenient located next door to the air port it was amazing and the restaurant inside was also convenient. It was super clean and surprisingly quiet

This Comfort Inn was very accomodating. We chose this hotel because it was close to the LIT airport, it could use some updating but overall a great stay! They offered shuttle transportation to and from the airport, as well as extended parking at the hotel for minimal cost. Everyone was very nice, the food from the restaurant was very good, overall I would rate this stay a 9 out of 10 !

The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in the States. And the manager of the kitchen was over the top helpful, happy, kind and relational.

Overall good - very professional service, facility was quite worn but clean. My room had a strange setup in the bathroom that made it not very accesible for an otherwise non disabled person, but this was a minor issue overall. Had a 5:30am flight so shuttle was convenient and quick so early in the morning.

I booked 4 weeks for one of my employees. We were unaware that the room didn’t come with a microwave or fridge. They said it was 10.00 more per day. The room we selected doesn’t say anything about not having that. I called the Manager who was extremely short tempered right at the start. She was condescending and rude when I told her the room didn’t state that those items weren’t included and that if I scrolled down to select another room it would say they were included. Seemed a little shady to do it that way but what ever. I was completely nice to her but she was so annoyed by me asking if she could work with me on the price I can only imagine this happens all the time. I had already paid for all 4 weeks and asked her to waive the 10.00 per day so we could have a win win. Again she became aggressive and super rude and tried to lecture me. Again I was as nice and calm as can be. She said she would waive one week but not the other 3 and hung up on me. Wow! No thanks. I canceled my next three weeks. I can’t recommend this hotel. Terrible customer service. I would have stayed all 4 weeks but you were soooo rude.

It was a nice visit. Check In was fine and the young man was very nice. He showed things were located like the ice machine, elevator, etc. No trouble finding our room or getting the key to work. It was a good visit.

Considering a fire broke out on our 3 rd floor. Don’t know the cause. The manager and staff were very helpful with our safety, booking at another hotel if we couldn’t stay there. When firefighters said everything was safe and we had the option to stay there. Manager Jo , I believe was great, at making sure that if anybody needed reimbursement, it was taken care of or will be depending how you booked your stay. I would stay there again. All of the staff helped wherever they could by letting us warm in in the hotel van, temps below freezing, or getting back to and from rooms if needed for bags and assistance to any people that needed assistance. Before all of this service, cleanliness all with a friendly environment all around.
