The staff was nice.. close to highway A+ just say I had to switch rooms due to the smell, damage to the room in my opinion not livable feel bad for the lady the put in there when I left... the second room was ok a tad bit better than the one next door however the sheets were stained the curtains were stained among other things I left a day before checkout I just wanted to forget the whole experience... but let me be clear about one thing the staff/ maintenance guy was professional, listened to my needs, and did everything to make the situation better..

Hot water was just warm and housekeeper open the door earlier keep knocking on the door check out was 11pm went for a dr appointment so we could sleep in not go hours there and then head home i would stay again just ask that check out time will be so they don't open the door

Room was not ideal due to the fact that the air was not working properly and the toilet was stopped up to the point I asked for a plunger to get it down. I was told that the maintenance guy was going to come and get it down and no one ever showed up. This is making it inconvenient to for us to use the bathroom because it is not flushable and it stinks

The staff is very rude! I've stayed there a few times.Usually it wouldn't bother me but this stay there was pure rudeness, disrespectful and insulting. She couldn't keep her emotions together for one second. The other times I've stayed same thing with a male worker. There is no privacy and almost to the point you feel as if you're being watched and you kinda feel violated in a sense.. No customer service skills at all. If you can find elsewhere. By all means do so

The location was not well kept. Room was not very clean. Advertised as "sleeps 5" and only 2 beds which sleep 2 a piece. Forced to sleep 3 on 1 bed. Not comfortable at all. Staff was friendly.

The price keeps raising higher and it's not worth the pay especially when the water doesn't even get hot for real it's lukewarm and then the water turns yellow and the towels have stains on them when they are supposed to be clean plus I been staying there over two months and when the person is in the room next to me they smoke comes to my room

Looks like remodeling but all trash outside. Ac unit making loud noise even after trying to fix kept making noise all night. Mini fridge wouldn't open.

I booked this hotel because it was inexpensive and I was traveling with my family. The first thing that I noticed was there were ground up potato chips that were inside and on the air conditioner. There were only two towels in the room and when I asked the front desk for more towels , they told me they did not have additional towels unless I was staying an extra day. I shut the light off in the bathroom at the end of the day and the GFCI outlet next to the sink popped. No about 7 AM the next morning. There was banging on the wall in the room adjacent to me. Then I heard an impact driver by our door shortly after an air compressor came on.. I discovered they were working on renovating the room next to ours and did not wait until at least 8 AM to begin. I booked the hotel partly because They advertised having a breakfast. The next morning when I called the office to ask where the breakfast was. They said "we have coffee in the lobby." They had nothing to eat at all just coffee. So, after having to go to a drive through for a quick breakfast, it would have been cheaper to book a nice hotel that actually had a breakfast in the first place

It was decent for the price. We stayed for 1 night. The cleanliness was okay. It had a hot shower, cable and Wi-Fi. Checking in went quick and smooth. Same for checking out.

The app could be better in selection

The only good thing was easy access to the highway. Other than that not recommended place to stay. The rooms outdated and where not clean. Sure the beds where made but you can see the walls & floor where filthy. Everything seemed broken. The only reason we ended up staying here was because it was late at night & where very tired. Skip this one, pay a little more for a better one.

Property served its purpose for the money spent. The bed was very comfortable and slept well. Area was quiet, but the security bars surrounding the hotel parking perimeter were a little concerning. The bathroom needed to be updated or at least care taken to paint the door and trim with some professionalism. Really bad and presented horribly. Towels and wash cloths were really thin and cheap. An upgrade here would go a long way in customer satisfaction. The staff was the best thing about this hotel. So nice and friendly.

Rooms were clean and recently updated. Was a great value for the price. Beds were comfortable and everything worked. Check in and out was easy. Would stay here again.

The room was very dirty the TV was was broke sheets had burn marks the pillows was dirty and had hair all over the place

The sheets were clean. The bed spread was not. The furniture was falling apart, very old and not in good condition.

Room was disgusting, roaches crawling around the room, located in the a bad neighborhood, very uncomfortable and sketchy location and room, the staff were awful. Didn’t even stay the night, checked in and checked out 10 minutes later. Staff tried saying we messed up the room, in 10 minutes. Room doesn’t look like the pictures and was set up with mirrors on the headboard and ceiling.

I stayed 3 night called front desk asked for trash to be taken out and bed made while we were out. Left for 3 hrs came back nothing then housekeeper tells me she had a lot of rooms. And they have roaches. Bad.

Ac not working properly no breakfast

The bathroom door was barely hanging on - even though one could tell that SEVERAL attempts had been made to re-secure the hinge. The vent did not work, and looked quite grungy. There was debris at the base of the bathroom door that needed to be swept up. The TV did not work. None of these things were mentioned during check-in. Neither was there any mention of the breakfasts that were supposed to come with the room. The room was on the second floor with no elevator. My husband and I both have leg issues, so this was very distressing. By morning, we were all freezing - the air conditioner finally started cooling while we were sleeping. This room was so disturbingly not fit to be occupied. Thankfully all we needed was a place to rest before continuing on to our next destination. I thought about taking pictures of the unsightly things in the room, but I did not. Booking for our next trip, I won’t even LOOK at an American Value Budget Inn as a possibility. My advice would be skip this one and move on to your next choice.

It took a min for the heat too start up and the headboard fell but everything else good I can see they under repair and update things so I’m understanding on the heat and the headboard

It is such an inconvieniance whrn you get to the hotel and they cant get into the email that the reservation is attached to only the manager can. So we waited for 45 mins to see and thats what we were told. So for the next hour i was on and off the phone with hotels.com i was given 2 options cancel and get a refund which could take days and book at the hotel and pay or move which took another 30 mins so we got to the hotel to stay but it was so late that we didnt get to enjoy our stay and it was my rewards night. My door wouldn't shut all the way my AC was very noisy and there was a lot of police and random people knocking on the door

Do not stay here unless you're looking to be robbed. Very sketchy neighborhood. "Projects" next door. Counter person is behind bulletproof glass. A lot of people were in the parking lot eyeballing my belongings in my truck. Two people told me my things were sure to be stolen in this parking lot.

Not a good place for a family. There were all kinds of things for sell in the parking lot (not rooms). Got in the room, it wasn't clean plus there were roaches everywhere. Tub was rusted, sink had hair in it, plus toilet seat broken. We checked out before midnight.... .

Cheap place to sleep. Was clean but not the best neighborhood. Lots of shady stuff going on next door.

We were in a pinch and couldn’t find a place to stay. This was last minute and late at night, but they were VERY accommodating. We needed a rollaway bed for one of our kids and it was late, but they got us one quickly and either extra sheets, no problem. Very friendly staff. The one downfall is the advertised breakfast. Coffee and 2-3 little sugary breads on a cake plate doesn’t really constitute as breakfast. Otherwise, we were pleased with our stay. It was literally only for sleeping though.

The staff was great. Gnats were in my sink. Overall my stay was good, housekeeping came and made my beds and cleaned the room. I just wish the breakfast was better. You only get juice, coffee, and muffins.

I was there with my family for the weekend. We had 2 queen beds and a roll away for my kid. All the beds were super comfortable and the room was clean. I guess the only complain would be the strong smoke smell (I asked for non-smoking), even the towels smelled of strong smoke. I had to go and buy febreeze and sprayed it everywhere. Free WiFi, so that's a plus, also if you need an iron, you have to get it at the front desk, the staff is pretty nice. :) Not the best area, lots of homeless and hookers in front of it. Overall, this is an ok place, $50 a night so I guess you get what you pay for. :)

The housekeeping did not knock on the door and just open up the door and came into the room

The bed was pretty comfortable. The room was not clean no amenities. Breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and a few muffins. The coffee was terrible.

Breakfast was awful. They handed you one muffin per guest and when I ask for another the response was... "Do you need the whole box" service was rude.

Needs an remodel. Furniture is old and battered. Clear cigarette burns all over blanket. Outlets battered and I really didn’t like to trust it but did.

My room was not clean and there was a bunch of dog food on the floor and dirt everywhere asked to change rooms and the front desk gave me issues then tried to send me to a completely different building for no reason only to give me a room two door down. Very unprofessional and very dissatisfied never again will I stay at an Americas Best yeah you have value but its not in customer service or cleanliness.

The sketchiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I travel for work at least 20 weeks a year. Room was very outdated, I did not feel safe the entire time I was there. No iron in room, had to wait for the one iron the hotel had to become available and then there was no ironing board. I cut my stay there short after one awful night. Spend the extra money and stay in downtown Little Rock.

Incredibly comfy beds and the staff are all very nice. My only complaint is that it was frustrating getting clean towels and sheets from them (my 2 year old got VERY sick 1 night). Other than that, the rooms were cozy.

They charged us 10.00 for a service dog. And they charged us 5.00 for a gold up bed. When we got there the room was supposed to be in the bottom floor and they put us on the top floor. The room was hot and took all night to cool off. There was spider webs in the room with spiders in them that we killed and knocked down. When we asked for the roll away bed that was already supposed to be in the room, the guy that brought it up had an attitude, like we were interrupting him from something. There was a spot on the comforter and when we showed the guy he said it was a patch. I think I know the difference between a patch and a spot.

Got a non smoking room- left the next day smelling like an ash tray. Stains in the bathtub. Felt gross.

My daughter and her children slept in the bed next to the door and my son and I slept in the bed next to the bathroom. I notice in the middle of the night feeling kinda itchy, when we woke up my son and I we both all ate up, I'm guesting bed bugs. My daughter and her children didn't have the same problem. The room did look to be clean and I even pulled the bedding back and I didn't see anything but our bites were there both in feeling and by sight.

I was impressed because the first impression was not great. It was actually quiet, clean, and comfortable. Very good for the price.

The desk clerk was helpful & very friendly. New locks were recently installed on the door, making the room more secure. We will stay there again in the future.

I have a back injury that requires me to sleep much of the night sitting up. I never choose a room that doesn't have some kind of sofa or chair. The pictures for these rooms had chairs....the room I got did not. In addition, there was no coffee, no breakfast, no amenities at all whatsoever....not even a box of kleenex! Soap dispensers on wall instead of individual shampoo etc alone is a deal breaker for me. Those wall dispensers don't work very well and are a bit unsanitary. And I paid the same price for this room that I did for others on this trip that had all these things. Will not stay at this chain again. There's a limit to "cheaping out" and this hotel is way past it.

Arrived late with children and got an excellent night's sleep.

the room was small and crowded. The AC was very loud and it was hard to sleep. The TV didn't get very good reception. breakfast was just coffee and a small muffin.
