    They provide very little information—they don't tell you the breakfast hours—and there is a smell of marijuana, a dirty pool, and a lot of noise in the hallways. There are about three other hotels right next to this one; I would give them a try. I wouldn't stay here again.

    I reserved two rooms at the Hilton Garden Stonecrest location, and the property itself was very quiet and clean. The location is great as it is located in walking distance to the mall, several food options, and shopping options. The deck and bar staff at this location were very friendly and had great customer service. My first room was quiet and clean, but there were a couple of issues that were faced with the second room. The rooms door did not lock properly, the toilet needed to be plunged or something, and the chair in the room smelled like urine. When the issues were reported, the staff immediately provided a different that was much better. The ice machine on the floor also did not work. Overall the stay was good, and I would definitely book again.

    Over all establishments was , clean and great distance / location from everything, but the front desk staff that checked me end was rude, had a attitude and I am a rewards member she didn’t even give me credit for that or my parking permitted . My other family members was checked in by someone different and that how I was aware of the things our check-in person failed to do .

    The rooms are clean, the hotel is just showing age. Specifically in the bathroom, there has been alot of caulking repair around the tub of the room, we were in and shifting floor tiles. Overall the room was clean, bed comfortable, and nice size room. Doors are loud closing the hallways, but overall it was a quiet location, close to many things.

    nothing 1. confusion with bookig.com reservation, they had to cancel my reservation because of an issue with booking.com. ended up paying 205.79 for room on my own. i had already paid booking 148.88. now having to go thru refund with booking. 2. found a piece of old food next to bed upon entering room. gave it to the cleaning lady. 3. they said there was going to be a 5.00 charge for parking in their own lot, i think charge hidden in receipt under a tax. 4. facility was extremely loud, partying till 1:00 am. kids running up and down in hall ways. parking lot as well sketchy.

    Everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Night staff assist my guest and I as we were traveling for a church event. The morning staff allowed late check out due to our Sunday service starting at 3pm. I truly enjoyed my stay.

    Staff was great, exception with the young lady at the front desk who checked me in. I had to wait at least 20 min for her to finish a conversation. Finally, another person told the 2 that they need to move because I was waiting. The person who was talking to staff apologized but the staff gave me attitude. Bad vibes! It was her friend that told her to move out of the way so I could be helped. Happy I did not see her the remainder of my stay. Bed was very comfortable, AC worked well. I recommend this location if you are not staying downtown ATL. Love the fact I could walk across the street to Stonecrest Mall.

    This hotel was a welcomed surprise. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. They were attentive to my needs and did not hesitate to help and made my stay better than expected. I would like to give a special shout out to one of the front desk staff and I think her name Muffin I think, and she went above and beyond to help me when I had problems with my phone. To be honest you don’t get this kind of service any more. The ladies of the front desk rock!! They made my stay perfect.

    Had some issues with the shower door not staying closed while showering and there was no hot water. The body wash was also completely empty and there was no conditioner. Key at the front desk was amazing! She was very sweet and accommodating. All of the staff were very nice and helpful.

    The room was clean, the issues I had was at the front desk. They couldn't get the wifi to work f9r my room, It took four days for them to checked me in, every morning the cleaning person was knocking on the door because they had my room listed as vacant. Then when I checked out the printer is not working so I couldnt get a recipe. The pool was closed due to maintenance, but I never seen anyone working on it, nor did I see anything wrong with it. Just to many inconveniences.

    Everything was great! The rooms were super clean. There was one receptionist that was rude and tried to tell me that the I had to wait 45 minutes for a room. I guess the woman had an attitude when I told her I reserved a room and that it was unacceptable for my room not to be ready. So the receptionist just walked away from and went into the back office. The male manager came out and got me squared away within a few minutes and handed me my keys to my room. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s also in a safe location. Excellent!

    Nothing went good at all the bathroom only had one working light the water pressure was low never got any hot water just luke warm, never got a housekeeper to come clean my room or offer at lease clean towels and I was there for 4 days 3 nights… when I asked the front desk for clean towels she said they had ran out and I had to wait….. one got one room key when I checked in because the lady at the front couldn’t figure out how to activate the keys properly so I only received one for the whole stay. There was an alarm going off on my floor every night all night long I called the front desk to let them know they said they would check it out and let me know but they never got back to me and the alarm never went off… OVERALL STAY WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!

    The room was excellent. The staff and their attitudes made me angry, especially when it wasn't called for. It took a half an hour to reach anyone by phone before I checked in. In fact, I had to call the 800 number to get them to help and it still didn't work. When I finally got there, no one was at the front desk for nearly 10 minutes. When she finally showed up, she had a mouth full of food as she tried to apologize. Then suddenly, for no reason, she got inexplicably quiet and less than cheerful. I don't know if something happened, but it sure wasn't me. She handed me my key, offered no info on the hotel itself and sent me on my way. I had to find the elevator on my own. Later on the late shift person was just as uninterested in me as a customer as the earlier person was. Once again, the hotel was excellent, but I hope the staff will leave whatever angered them away from the place of business. As I checked out from my 2 day stay, that particular morning staff was more receptive and even asked about my stay. I mentioned my dissatisfaction and they did offer an apology. I will stay there again because I felt very comfortable at the facility, but people need to know how easy it is to nearly ruin a person's day with a careless attitude.

    Key was very rude and very unprofessional. When we arrived for. Check in she didn't greet us. She asked for my ID. She didn't review my reservation nor explain anything about my stay. I booked two rooms through Expedia. I had to go to the restroom so my sister finished the check in. When I returned she only gave her one room. So I explained that my reservation was for two rooms. She said " you didn't tell me that you had two rooms!" I said you never asked me! I explained that it was on my reservation. She said since it was booked third party she wasn't able to see it 🤔 So we had to wait until she wait on another patron . She saw that the room was in my sister name but it was under my reservation and payment info 😕 She charged and additional incidental fee from her. No apologies and still no explanation about what type room we was given or needed. I'm on a walker and the room I received was a shower that wouldn't stay close low toilet. The ac and heating was filthy with rust and dirty vents. Unapologetic to us was Key. She was very helpful to a guy before us who also experienced so problems with his check in and afford him waving his incidental fee and a free beverage from the 🍺. In which he refused the beverage. Customer service is very important to all who stay with Hilton. The toilet in both rooms refilled slowly and well. This was my first time staying here and my last.😡

    Furniture is very basic. Not enough chairs or countertops, bathroom counter not long enough. Water pressure occasionally insufficient but useable. Only one trashcan per room- insufficient for two people. We weren’t told about parking fee by Hotels.com.

    Location to city and other amenities is a plus. All employees should have proper job attire on at all times and look presentable. Grounds looked excellent. Dining options were decent.     First of all I will like everyone to be WARNED by the unsafe protection of this hotel. My vehicle was parked in the handicap parking space in front of the hotel and no security or staff heard anything or saw anything. On top of all of that NO cameras were working. It seems weird as if it was an inside job. I notified corporate and they Never responded back. You will think they would have responded back and tried to compensate for the damages and inconvenience of staying at their hotel. I guess as the whole world gets worse, service and security are less important to protect the citizens from dangerous situations. They have not responded back to resolving this problem yet I will let anyone and everyone know “Do Not Stay In Lathonia, Ga.” 2025. I attempted to check out at 4:30am when I noticed the car had been broken into. I had a police report made about this Crime and due to the fact that the cameras was inoperational the detectives could not persue the case because they had nothing to work with because cameras were Not working. I lost luggage’s and stayed longer than I expected on replacing a window which totals up my timing. I left the place around 12:30pm. 😳😩😂

    They charged outrageous pet fees, two small dogs cost $150.00, more than the cost of the room. Everything cost extra, breakfast, water etc. I had to join their club to get free wifi. The grounds were dirty, broken glass in the parking lot, litter, and not such a good neighborhood.

    Rental car was broken into, you are charged for parking on the company property. Breakfast buffet is $11 dollars which is ok, but eggs isn't included, you pay for eggs separately. Just seems like they try to nickel and dime you for everything.

    The front desk staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the convenience of nearby shopping. However, the room had several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed, and the pillows were the worst I’ve ever slept on—I had a crook in my neck for three days. On our last day, we requested towels so we could shower before heading to the airport, but they never came. And though the staff was nice, breakfast was great, and the location convenient, we won’t be staying here again.

    As a guest, it didn’t feel welcoming or secure. First impressions matter, and having staff and their friends socializing outside the hotel is not a good look—especially when you're expecting a comfortable and professional environment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue. Guests deserve a more respectful and polished experience.

    My experience from start to finish was a total disappointment. To be quick and make this short, the rooms were not properly cleaned. The hotel rooms have a funny smell. The staff started off friendly then on the last day and night I encountered not so friendly staff there were mechanical issues in the bathrooms (backed up sink, low water pressure in shower), they ran out of linens (towels, washcloths) then received stained ones the next day. Room service is pretty much nonexistent and apparently they only come every other day (during my stay they didn’t come at all). I would not recommend this location until they make some major adjustments and upgrades.

    The hotel is in a really nice area of Stonecrest. There’s lots of restaurants nearby and a shopping mall. It felt really safe. Upon arriving to the hotel, the lobby was nicely decorated for Father’s Day. It was cute. I checked in late because I stopped to see family first so it was past 10 p.m. when I got to the room. Everything looked okay until I got to the bathroom. There was someone’s hair all over the floor. It looked liked freshly cut hair and to add to that I looked behind the trash can and saw what I thought was two roaches and began to freak out but it was two sunflower seeds of all things!! The floor obviously wasn’t swept, looking at the hair made me gag but I was too tired to make a fuss about it, I just went to bed; which I inspected and it appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Besides the bathroom I had no other issues. I spoke with the front desk clerk the next morning and she said she’d bring it to someone’s attention. I sure hope so because this was beyond unacceptable, it was outright nasty. I’ve never experienced this in cheaper hotels so I’m still in shock.

    On the morning of my check out we discovered 15 cars were broken into that prior night. Every car broken into was in clear eyesight of the front desk. The staff including the General Manager, Derrick , were completely uncooperative, showed NO empathy, would not even come out to address the guests who had been victimized. When an angry guest banged on his office door, he finally came out to tell us nothing except “call the police”. They had working cameras all around that he refused to review, wouldn’t even provide assistance with getting garbage bags to try to clean up the glass. He and the front desk girl were incredibly rude and no help at all. There seems to be some inside job type energy with this staff.

    When I first walked into the hotel it appeared to be very clean and nice. But when I walked up to the desk to get checked in the overnight desk clerk was not nice at all. Her attitude was serious! When we got to our room it smelled very fresh and looked like it had been well kept up. The bed was comfortable as well. But the bathroom was not cleaned well and the sink was stopped up and kept getting filled with water that drained out slowly. The morning desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Overall I feel the price and the fees are too high. You shouldn’t have to pay for parking when you paying that much for a hotel that’s over rated.

    We were greeted with a sign stating there was no water between the hours of 8am-6pm due to repairs. These repairs went on during the 2.5 days we stayed there. After checking out the front desk notified us that we were being charged $5 per day for parking. It clearly states on Expedia website that this hotel includes parking. Really disappointed with our experience with this hotel.

    I checked in after 8pm, there were no wash cloths in the room and no room service when i called the front desk to request some washcloth. i was told to go downstairs to the front desk for them. Not Good, i was already undressed and ready for showering. It was too early in the day for that. As a honors member i was a bit disappointed. tired as i was, I had to get dressed and pick them up before i could shower and relax.

    Amazing it had so many great amenities. Indoor pool , bar , gym , sitting areas to hang out. Room as modern and clean . Temperature was great. Hotel was clean and deco was beautiful.     The front desk tried to be helpful. The lobby was chilly. Restaurant/bar was inadequately staffed, so wait was long and coffee, juice, plates went un-refilled.Room was adequate, but housekeeping did not attend to it. Pricing was on point. Paying for included breakfast (cooked to order and delicious!) was a good deal. No ice on our floor.

    We got there almost at 4 and room was not ready, their excuse was that they were fully occupied the night before and didn’t finish cleaning the rooms on time for us to check in, while waiting for the room one of the security guys was cussing out a woman and kicking her out, apparently it was a homeless woman that went in to use the restroom, there is a lot of homeless people outside throughout the property, be cautious. When we finally checked in, the room smell like straight marijuana, it was so bad that they tried to cover the smell with some type of air freshener that actually made it worse, it make my throat feel dry and irritated, you could tell the room wasn’t clean properly, specially the bathroom. We just went in the room, got dressed and headed out to the event we were going, came back around midnight trying to go to sleep and there was a group of people in the hallway arguing so laud, we were so tired we fell sleep and around 4:40am a vibrating phone woke us up, we thought it was our phones and it was the people next room, we got up from bed, changed and left the room to head back home, we were planning to stay in bed until check out time but we were tired of the bs and decided to just head out and start driving home 4 hours away… definitely not staying here again

    I loved everything about my stay here at the Hilton! Stonecrest is a beautiful and safe area, no problem with parking or finding good food, and the people were so friendly! The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was very professional and kind as well. My room was immaculate and most importantly, it was quiet so I got some great sleep.     We were in a room close to the elevators. Every time the elevators moved there was an extremely loud humming/rattling noise. We informed the front desk and they essentially told us “sorry but too bad”. On top of that, there was no trash can provided in our bathroom.

    We arrived to the hotel at 12:30am and checked out again at 4:30am to catch a flight. The customer service was amazing. The front desk staff even gave my daughter a snack on our way out because we were way too early for breakfast. It was dark, but the area looked lovely. It was quiet in the area as well.
