    Well, I have stayed at numerous of your properties prior to this one and the staff as far as the housekeeping was very off very very Off didn't never give me the change of towels that I asked for never came in and changed the room straightened up the room never they just wasn't on point the service as far as breakfast was concerned the first day I had got there which was on Sunday was spectacular. The breakfast was awesome Monday no breakfast Tuesday no breakfast. It was like the staff wasn't consistent as it was when I first got there. I was very dissatisfied with the the housekeeping and the cook. As far as the front desk is concerned they was phenomenal. They did everything to try to make me accommodated MISS KIM & Miss Janice to cook awesome grandmother, Nana, whatever she probably portrayed as being one of y'all employees was phenomenal

    The hotel overall would be a 3 out of 5. The hotel staff were friendly, the breakfast was ok. The eggs were full of water, they were out of most food items by 9am and the juice was watered down. The pool was nice but a lot smaller than the photos made it seem. Only 1 elevator worked for most of the stay so it made wait times a lot longer. The hotel was a non smoking hotel, but wreaked of marijuana in the hallway.

    The breakfast menu was delicious. They had quiche that were bites from heaven. The room was pretty clean; the tub had a stain and there were a couple of corners with accumulated dirt but nothing horrible. It was within walking distance to the mall and the closest Pizza Hut was about 15 minutes away.

    Breakfast was the worst i ever had and I stay in a hotel once a week and never eaten some terrible sausage and eggs. Milk carton were expired. Barely there were batter, and no aplle juice and it was 8:45am, and there were shortages on almost all utencils.

    The bed was very comfortable. They booked to capacity but if you didn’t know you wouldn’t because all guests were quiet. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean The phone in our room didn’t work and the refrigerator wasn’t sufficient to keep my husband’s insulin at the temperature it needed to be. The front desk clerk was kind enough to offer to keep it on the staff refrigerator but that wasn’t convenient for my husband. The sleeper sofa, that we used, I was told had sheets in the closet. However when we went to make it up it had a pillow and a blanket no other linen at all. Housekeeping couldn’t even be bothered to put the liners in the wastebasket they just draped them over the edge. At breakfast when I inquired about some orange juice I was told that they had orange juice the day before and wouldn’t be serving it today. These small things add up especially when I pay more to stay at a better quality hotel

    The staff was outstanding !!!!! Ms. Kim Boyce will always be an amazing person cherished in the Stonecrest area in Georgia. The others were wonderful as well. I cannot recall all the names. The kitchen staff was wonderful. The short employee who looked to be in her 50s but in her 80s. Thank you for the awesome hospitality. If I should have to travel to Georgia again. Your place will be at top of my list. There were lots of cats around the area but I guess they needed a place to.

The waffle makers were never turned on as if they didn't have mix (there are two of them, so I'm assuming they both couldn't be broken). We asked for towels as there were 5of us in the suite/swimming and was told they were out. It was not as advertised.

    #2 room 230, light fixtures both headboards need repair wires from fixture exposed the other missing part as well. 3# call front desk to inform condition of room upon arrival, as to not be charged for damage to room, on my part. Front desk person alerted maintenance. Maintenance arrived light bulbs in hand to know avail because both were in need of repair requiring additional parts. He wreaked of Marijuana. Leaving a lingering smell in the room upon him leaving #4 11/23/2025. At 1:45am I arrived at front desk to check out, turn in both card keys and get a print out of the receipt. I was told by the female employee at the front desk, (with know identifying employee uniform on) that I couldn't receive a printed receipt because of audit. After verification of email address, I told her that I needed receipt for my employer. #5 At 3:13am called property requesting receipt. was assured would receive it she remembered me asking for it. #6 received emailed receipt, date and time of check out illegible, contacted Kim Nam supervisor request a clear copy, explained i needed said date and time to be clear. She was rude yelling and said that I checked out at 3:53am. I explained I had proof that of a call to property at 3:13am. She lost it started yelling. I requested a clear copy. She sent the same illegible receipt. Can I get a clear copy of date and check out time please.

    The room next to us was playing loud music late at night. It took multiple calls to the front desk before any action was taken to investigate/stop it. At first, they told me no one was checked in to that room. I said there is most certainly someone in that room. Then, the lightbulb came on for both of us - we both realized it was someone on their staff staying in the room. When she finally came up to tell them to quiet down, she ratted me out to them - I saw her through the peep hole pointing directly at my door as she told them to "turn it down" and "that lady complained" - so unprofessional!

    The person at the desk made my experience better. The TV was not working and she got off work at 11 and came up to my room after work to troubleshoot the TV. There was a woman at breakfast on Tuesday (only) rmtgat was a breath of fresh air. The oerson for the resf of my stay was just average wirh no friendliness or personality. She shut down the waffle machine untilvSat which I belueve was so she did not have to clean and only nade fritatas for the entire week until Sat. Ihad to ask her to put half and half out. I knew they gad it because the ladi on Tues had half and half and 2% milk. The door handle on hotel was broken. The ice machine was not working until I reported a water leak fron the ceiling about 2 days before I left. I also had to continue to fix the stooper in the toilet tank otherwise the water cintinued to run. Thus was not the best exoerince It was not the best hotel and not the worst. I feel it was just average.

    First off, Ms.Janice in the dining area was the highlight of my stay. She was very attentive and made sure each and every guest got what they needed. I stayed in a suite which was really nice with the exception of the internet TV. I called the front desk and was told to keep trying because it always “act up”. Overall, my stay was great and I would definitely stay again.

    we were stopping through town on our way home. the room we booked online was overbooked but the attendant was awesome and got us in a nice cozy suite for some needed rest. the indoor pool was very warm and the kids loved it. the breakfast the next morning was good too. 100% would stay again!

    Firstly, the condition of the bedding was unacceptable. The blankets had visible stains, which I documented with photos. This lack of cleanliness is simply inexcusable for any hotel. Additionally, the hotel was permeated with a constant smell of marijuana, which made it uncomfortable and unwelcoming. It negatively affected the overall atmosphere of the establishment. My experience was further compounded by billing issues. The initial concierge mistakenly booked me for just one night, which forced me to check out and then back in. This not only disrupted my stay but also resulted in me being charged excessively—over five separate charges during my visit. I am currently awaiting a refund that was promised, but this has added to my frustration. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. With unclean bedding, an unpleasant smell, and significant billing problems, it fell short of even basic expectations. I hope management addresses these issues for the sake of future guests.

    The staff and continental breakfast were very pleasant. The ice maker on my floor was broken and missing vending machines. The fitness so called "center" was a small air conditioned room withset of free weights, 1 elliptical machine and 2 broken treadmills. The swimming pool looked like the water hadn't been disturbed in months, frothy on top, reaked of chlorine, and was labeled "out of order" by then end of our stay. From day one the Internet did work on our room. We were barely able to watch an hour long movie. Would never recommend or stay there again. The lack of amnesties were horrible

    The rooms were clean and nice. The front desk was easy to register. One of the elevator smelled like pee and ice machine was broken on all floors except 3rd floor. You had to walk up a flight of stairs to ice machine. The hail way to the flight of stairs smelled like dog poop. The regular halls smelled strong with like carpet powder that you vacuum up. Inconvenience, smells mess with me.

    Plus: Staff was very nice. Down sides: Room was very humid and musky smelling, carpet was tacky feeling. For the breakfast they were out of ice, milk and utensils. No direct fault of the staff but someone was smoking in one of the rooms and set off the smoke alarm on our floor at 3am. We called the front desk when the alarm woke us and they informed us of what had happened. Not a good feeling..

    Setting the scene. I am just getting back into the US after 40 days working outside of the country. Late flight, Customs, Rental Car... So I start travelling around around 10am for my 3pm flight. Flight is well, amost 4 hours, and so now I enter the US. Customs is customs and that tkes some time, then waiting on the bus from the interntionl terminal to the domestic erminal, then tking the train to the rental agency. Finally get on the road and by now it is around 10pm. So I drive for afew hours and around midnight, I was out of it. I was starting to fall asleep, so I said - ok next group of hotel, I;m stopping. Stopped at this hotel and it was afer 1am. Asked if I could check in for room and was told yes. So I went online to book the room and then booked it and was ready to get some rest. Then this is when I was told that I could not check in until after 230am. I wasn't given a good reason, except that it was the way it worked. I asked them to just refund my money because i didn't want to wait 1.5 hours in my car then pay almost 200 to sleep for a few hours. I was told that I could not get my money back because I got the room online. I was told I could wait or whatever,,,, This was just the worst customer service ever, and if I would have been told I could not check in, I would not have paid the money and would have went somewhere else. I ended up just sleeping in the car for a few hours because I was just too tired to do anything else. Very bad experience

    It was clean and a safe environment to just chill. I enjoyed that there were restaurants around that was open for late night meals. I didn’t like the fact though that I was charged for King sized bed and got Queen size instead. The customer service rep guy was a little unfriendly but nothing I couldn’t handle. I asked about the matter, because there wasn’t any prior communication of the size change. I also didn’t like that the room I was in was on the first floor and the first room where it felt like it wasn’t much privacy because you walk out the room and then boom you’re in the lobby. I also didn’t like the fact that I had to walk to the second floor just to get ice because the ice machine was broken on the first floor. Other than those issues, it was still a cool place to unwind.

    It was a Great location right off of I-20 in the StoneCrest Mall Parking lot. There were over 30 restaurants and dozens of places to shop within walking distance. They even had a bouncy house in the parking lot that our grandkids loved. Loved It!!

I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast sim of my other family did and they enjoyed it. I was able to get free coffee on the way to my 6am flight. It was better than QT.

    The stay was nice. The rooms were very nice and large for my family. Our only issue is that the indoor pool has been closed since October. Our family loves swimming and was looking forward to it. So if you are anticipating swimming I would recommend calling to see if the pool is open first.
