Needs a lot maintenance

The room was not cleaned fully. There were toe nail clippings in the floor, strands of long black hair everywhere in the bathroom. (Including the bathroom ceiling. The A/C unit was on its last legs. The bedsheets were cleaned properly though.

The location It smells bad in the hallway, the floors were not clean, the shower leaks, the tv did not work so we couldn’t watch anything!

The room appeared clean until began to shower and definitely have a few safety concerns.

The staff was pleasant, room were very clean and the beds was really comfortable. It was a little noisy but tolerable. The walls seemed thin every time the water in room on the second was turned on, it was super loud.

You can tell there's a little bit of maintenance needed on the inside, probably has to do with however old the building is. There's kind of a weird smell on the second floor, kind of like a cigarette smell. Overall would Probably stay again, if necessary.

It's a place for a short trip. The breakfast was bellow my expectations.

The room was absolutely disgusting! The room and bathroom was FILTHY. They seem to care more about maintaining the outside of the building and not the room. It’s also very outside. The front desk guy was very nice but the place is terrible. The pool is also closed. I’m almost certain there was no breakfast as advertised.

Super outdated & our room smelled musty. Linens were clean, but everything else looked like it had just a cursory wipe over.

The room there was more quiet, until that night when the people in the next room started fighting. All night. Very loudly. On top of everything, the hotel felt sketchy, the place looked very unclean and run down, and everywhere you went it smelled of something like weed, smoke, or just bad odor. They do not enforce their rules on smoking or noise. There needs to be something to stop these people from acting the way they do because I generally felt unsafe.

Good location to Six Flags Over Georgia, check in process was quick/easy and employee was nice. Room was really run down - holes in the walls, no toilet paper holder, fan in bathroom didn't work, AC didn't work right, blood (?) on walls/light switch, bed was dented in so I slept in a hole.

The convience of location The bathroom was dirty. Our tv didn’t work. The room beside us took a shower at midnight sounded as if it was in our room. The walls are super thin. Not to mention we were on a trip with 2 13 yr old girls. The people across from us were making very intimate noises so loud at 7 am. We could hear it in our room. It made me sick and very embarrassing. Breakfast was a piece of bread or a one bite muffin along with some watered down coffee

I stayed for 24 nights, and had to renew needed more time in up paying more.

The faucet in the tub leaked on the floor and it had pulled away from the wall in the shower. The light switch coming in the door did not work properly. To top it off when i checked in and got to my floor their was a man sleep on the floor. Notified the from desk and he stated okay I checked on him.

The property was clean, and the staff was very friendly It was further off the path and we had expected.

Where the non smoking rooms were, you could tell someone WAS smoking on the floor. Someone vomited in the elevator and you could only tell because it wasn't cleaned properly, you could still smell it. Luckily there were 2 elevators at the location. The room did have a weird smell but I sprayed air freshener to kinda mask it.

I called to verify that there would be a coffee maker in our room. I was assured all of the rooms had coffee makers. When we go to our room I noticed that we didn't have a coffee maker. My husband said something to the attendant on duty about it as we headed out to dinner, the attendant told him no worries, coffee would be available in the lobby, it wasn't . We were also charged a pet fee that we knew nothing about when we arrived. The corridor that our room was located on reeked of Marijuana smoke. Also I requested an ADA,room and we was placed in a regular room.

The hotel has a very professional staff; they are always attentive to ensure that guests feel comfortable. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and remodeled, the beds are very comfortable, and breakfast is served on time. I really like this hotel.

Had to switch my room 3 times due to the linens being visibility dirty. Then the room I ended up in has a defective ac/heat unit. The toilet was dirty from someone sitting on it and had hair on it I took pictures and videos of it all. Then there were a bunch of teenagers by the vending machine asking me for money and crowding the area dancing and on the floor playing to where I had to wait for them to finish before I could make my purchase. This hotel is terrible. I am going to see if I can get a refund and stay elsewhere

First, the elevator was out of service the whoke 7 days so I was forced to be on the first floor. The room didn't have a closet to hang any of my dry cleaning clothes.

Need a make over even a small as a paint job would help. Didn’t see any bugs or anything so it worked. Staff was friendly. Best part of the stay was they use dove products! It’s the small things lol. Hope this helps!

Only two issues, one room smelled of smoke when I checked in and it was a non-smoking room. Second, water kept being on the bathroom floor and I couldn't find out where it was coming from. Finally checked under sink and it was wet. otherwise it was a very peaceful stay. I will be back!

The smell was bad. The laundry room had different signs ie(1.50 to wash but actually it was 2.00) asked if they had a water fountain(front desk said no) no sitting area outside. Pool area was closed for the season. And the hotel wasn’t clean. Breakfast was not even good (nothing non dairy)

I have booked here before, but never had an experience like i did. My refrigerator in the room had aluminum foil on it and i had to go to the front desk twice about it to where I just said forget about it. Showers are kid size i’ve never had to use their bathroom but oh boy👎 hair in the tub before use. The beds are comfortable if you don’t like sleep great place to hear everything around you, bathrooms ,hallways ,people stepping and bumping all night you hear everything. overall i’m upset because there wasn’t even a room swap even though i checked in early. “there’s nothing they can do”

They said they have breakfast but the only thing they have is bagel,cereal and juice thats not breakfast very disappointed

No shampoo or conditioner, thin towels, and no hair dryer, said it free breakfast but coffee, juice cereal and toast was available.

Great area

the smell in the room was bleachy and the shower curtain was dirty. We were told we could check out at 1pm but staff urged we leave at an hour earlier and backtracked their statement.

Our room smelled very musty wet and a hint of mildew. Our shower curtain smelled like it had not been changed in a while. The amount of humidity in this room was do bad the sheets felt wet. They have remodeled it but still needs a lot of work. They did provide breakfast. We ended up checking out early because the smell was so overwhelming.

The stay was nice

First room black mold and smelled so we were moved. Second room shower had black mold I just gave up and a king for another room. Elevator did not work most of stay. Beds were low to the ground and uncomfortable mattresses. Prices were high this weekend due to sports tournaments. Since we booked last minute this hotel was the closest and least expensive compared to over $250 a night

I really liked the tub/shower with a seat, but no plug to keep the water in. The room was nice, no dresser or closet to put clothes away. Would have been more comfortable if there was a drunk/loaded girl across the hall screaming help me, help me. My husband checked to make sure she was ok and realized her and her female roommate were fine and not in actual danger, but guessing one of the other guests called the police. Just to much going on with babies in my room.

The staff was friendly I felt safe. I had no concerns with safety or noise. Rooms could be cleaner

The room I was given smelt like urine. The comforter had stains on it. I turn on the air, left the room for a while to air. It out, came back. The smell was still there. I voice my concern with the front desk guy and he said that the room was clean. He refunded only one day although I didn’t stay there at all but because I checked in, he said that he could not refund stay I would not recommend that hotel to anyone.

Charging plugs are not active without turning on a wall switch at the door. No breakfast due to lobby renovations.

Good staff

The rooms needs to be renovated!! They have a sign that says under renovation. When asked what have they renovated the response was that they were doing the outside first. I think that’s backwards being that the beds are hard, the pillow cases were stained; the tub appeared rusty and there was absolutely no amenities. I will never there again. I would rather sleep sleep in my car.

The property was under renovation and was supposed to be closed for that.

It was ok. The bed were small and uncomfortable.

Inside room area did not do cleaning so well or look likes did not do any of cleaning, dust on furniture and floor include restroom, bed sheet,blanket and towels are worn thin and no bright white color, spot of stains (blanket and pillows) and came with not pleasant smell, overall score 0 of 10 ( total dissatisfaction ) this hotel Ramada by Wyndham Lithia Springs Atlanta was totally dissatisfaction and under expectation, for prices and overall services. We get tired form long drive and with late checked in around 10PM with no refund options. We have no choice, and hope to get out of this hotel as soon as we can in the morning for another long drive (1900 miles) to Las Vegas. We had another hotel stopped in Oklahoma city next day.

The room was dirty smelled like weed in hallways the room is 90 after tax and its not worth it when you can spend 20 more for a better room at another hotel

REMODLING THE PLACE NO POOL NOT EVEN COFFEE

The hotel was under renovations, very dusty, no complimentary breakfast, pool was closed. I had to get my initial room changed due to smelling like straight smoke on the 3rd floor to the main floor. Someone was smoking marijuana in their room on the main floor. After getting my room change to the first floor I had to wipe down everything with disinfectant wipes and spray as well. Beds and pillows are old and worn out. My stay was from 6-8-22 to 6-10-22 out of 4 nights/3 days. I paid for 4 nights and only stayed 2 nights. It has been a week now and I have yet to receive my refund for the 2 nights that I didn't stay. I would like my refund for the 2 nights I didn't stay. Every time I called I was told that they applied the difference to my account, still have not yet to receive as of yet. It's hard to get my money back once they have charged your card. Can I get some help with this please

Their was holds in the sheets and the sheets had spots on it towels was hard. Told the person at the desk, still don't get no new sheets

The property is old and run down. We were the only people staying in the entire hotel
