I loved how close it was to six flags. The facility was clean Breakfast was NOT included for real. I specifically asked the staff member Kasey, was Breakfast included when we checked in. He barely answered but shook his head yeah. No explanation or anything. The next day we were told that only a CONTINENTAL Breakfast like bagels, cereal, muffins and yogurt was free but we had to pay if we wanted hot food like waffles, Breakfast meat etc. This was extremely disappointing for me family because we were headed to six flags after and were looking forward to breakfast before we went. They should specifically free CONTINENTAL breakfast so that people are aware of what they get. That was the ultimate disappointment. If you like hotels that serve hot breakfast dont choose this place

The location is good, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the shower is good, and everything is clean and more updated. There is also a nice bar and a very large lobby. The coffee machine was not working. There is no makeup mirror for women. There is no shower cap available for women.

Very courteous and helpful front desk staff and the staff in general are pleasant. The renovated hotel is nicely decorated and has a welcoming ambiance. The breakfast options are really good. My family stayed for 6 nights and I highly recommend this hotel.

When I asked to store my luggage to be able to attend church, the manager on duty said the room is filled with boxes so luggage doesnt fit in the room.

A lot of construction is occurring in the lobby and other areas. Hopefully there will be less dust and the property will be more clean and organized once the work is completed.

The hotel was fine but there was a group of teenagers there that were running the hallways and making very excessive noise into the early morning hours

It was very clean as you walked into the hotel. I didn’t like the fact that room was next to the construction workers who were fixing up the room next to mine. All I heard was loud noises coming from next door to me. If I wanted to sleep in I couldn’t because of that.

I had a very bad experience for a one night getaway for me and my fiance. The power was out for 3 and a half hours to where we didn't have any heat or air the entire outage. To where me and my fiance didn't enjoy our evening out. And when I went to front desk to check out and explained my experience the service person at the front desk wasn't helpful at all. To where she tried to tell me that it shouldn't matter if the power was out for hours that time of morning, basically she's getting at we should have been asleep I didn't know when you're getting away and staying at a hotel you have a pacific time you as a guest should be asleep. I think that's very unprofessional and not good customer service. On that experience I would not referral no one to stay at that Hilton Garden Inn. And I think that I need some type of refund or to be compensate for our experience on 02/15-02/16/2025.

Great location easy to get in and out. Clean and spacious. Pool area was not clean and I had very loud people around or room slamming doors will midnight. Breakfast was not good no selection for kids

Good location. Was heading to Fright fest at Six Flags. Food spots and coffee shops very close. The hotel was under venovations during my stay. It is always great to upgrade, but I wish I would have known this prior to booking.

My room and bed were comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. I ended up charged twice for my room due to issues with your internet. My room key also stopped working at one point. Lastly, breakfast was sort of bland with not a lot of options, I only found bagels and bread or cereal.

But the room they put us in had the worst beds, at least six big stains, and multiple colors all over the place. My wife wouldn't walk on it barefoot. Oh, and the only breakfast they had was COOK TO ORDER, and they CHARGED for it. And they swapped my room with my friend's room. And we didn't even book on the same app.

I enjoyed my stay.

The check in was not a smooth process. The front desk clerk did not know what she was doing, her co worker who was assisting her was more concerned with being sarcastic while addressing me, then actually checking me in as quickly and smoothly as possible. They ran my card so many times, instead of the one time for incedentals. the bank locked my card suspecting fraud.

The parking at night got very tight. The staff was very nice and super helpful. The breakfast was great every morning, Bar stayed open late and bar tender extremly nice.

They didn’t give me a free breakfast and I spent almost $600 on my room for 2 nights I shouldn’t have to pay for breakfast! They didn’t clean my room I had to take my own trash out plus I had to request for towels and my room was supposed to be luxury and it was very small for the price

Loved the hot tub and pool. Gym needs some love not alot in there. Staff wasnt able to help with an extra pillow and blanket because girl couldnt leave the front desk and no conditioner in the room.

We reserved a rooms: a king and 2 queens. Both rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. For the price, it was a good deal. The hotel has a swimming pool and hot tub. We had the whole pool to ourselves which was pretty cool. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. If we are ever in this area again, we will most definitely book this hotel again.

Stayed in the Jacuzzi suite. The neighbors above and beside us were so loud I could hear them over the jets. Yapping dog and a heavy heavy stepper above us all night. Beautiful room, clean, and the hot tub was great.

We booked this hotel because we wanted to use the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. When we arrived the hot tub and pool was closed. We have a 3 year old that was heartbroken about this. Other than that the room was clean and hotel was nice.

My stay was fine with no major issues. The one thing to note is that this is an older Hilton property with 2 newer Hilton hotels next to it. If you want the latest Hilton experience stay elsewhere otherwise it's a good value.

The lady at check-in was awesome! But our room was terrible. The AC unit made noise all night, whenever it turned on, it sounded like someone was walking into the room, so I constantly jumped up all night. We were happy to check out.

My wife and I wanted a stay cation and enjoyed the just tub in the room. The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was nice. I would have been nice to have room service the next morning but they only offer it for lunch. The building itself was kind of noisy as it the building was still settling.

Went there for the hot tub suite n I can truly say my room was clean the Ladie at front desk was really nice! It’s a nice hotel quiet they have a bar n restaurant in there also! I have nothing to complain about! 😊

Lovely staff. The room with the whirlpool was very nice. Hotel restaurant food was good. Room was clean but could tell the building is older and wearing. I would definitely stay again.

Just very disappointed I couldn’t get in my room till after 7pm. I understand a lot was going on but when you drive for hours you expect your room to be ready and all you want to offer is a complimentary drink and I don’t drink. Other than that nice hotel

During checkin felt like we were a bother to the person at the desk, was not friendly. Wish that food and bar would stay open later. Bartender was extremely nice. Overall hotel is nice howeverneeds some maintenance and updating. This is not the kind of experience that one would expect from a Hilton hotel. Would not recommend this hotel, for the above problems.

Very very nice hotel beautiful fragrances throughout the hotel and the room. The staff was very accommodating polite. The spa room was romantic and we really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. My husband even used the gym.

The carpet was very dirty on all of the floors except perhaps the 2nd (could it be that those with cheaper stays are bumped to the higher floors that aren't as cared for?). There was a stain on one of the pillows on the bed, the fridge was not running properly (very lukewarm inside and dirty), and the microwave was also experiencing issues.

I loved everything, however, there was a cup left in the room that had tissue and some sort of menthol scent (maybe vapor rub ) and maybe coffee on a tissue in a cup behind the lamp near the bed. Not sure if it was missed due to where the cup was, but it was left there, made me wonder what else had been missed possibly. Other than that everything was really nice. Comfortable bed and pillows a bonus for sure.

First impression of an establishment determines the value of that place. I was well please with both inside and outside. The full coarse breakfast was definitely a plus. Will consider staying again on my bext vacation.

Our room was not clean. The beds were horrible. The bathroom had broken tiles and mildew. Bathroom door had a hole in it. The hallway had crumbs that were still there after 2 days. Only positive was the front check in staff.

Hotel and staff were really nice. The property has a very small bar area, but great patio area and breakfast made to order and only about 15 minutes from the airport. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was my first time here and i walked in everything looked clean i was amazed. We stayed on the 4th floor with the jacuzzi and i lived it but the bed could have been better for how much it cost a night. But i was in the jacuzzi and i look up its like a blue dit in the vent my husband took a picture it concern me like why is it on so please look into that but other than that i had an amazing time but i dont see myself coming back due to the light in the vent.

Bar not helpful. Staff just disappeared before closing time. Front desk was great.
