Let me tell you Southern Hospitality at its finest! The staff were amazing. I love to stay there every time I go to Atlanta. This time the staff was extremely friendly and happy to assist in anyway.

The front desk Cheque accommodated to a sold out room that I had and got me into a room. The only problem was that the AC didn’t work so we had a very unpleasant night after a 12 Hour Dr. we wanted to stay at the courtyard Marriott because it’s a higher end hotel but ended up to be just as worse as any other other hotel .

The service was awesome! We loved our room… the cleanliness was top tier as well! They also have a on site Starbucks. Theres a complimentary lemon water station as well.

Wasn’t expecting under re-construction. Fire alarms sounding off. Purchased breakfast issues. One elevator looked like a war zone. Brown toilet water.

The smell of marijuana completely filled the 2nd floor. This is not an ideal situation when a traveler has kids with them. This needs to be monitored better because it is easily detectable. Other than that, the hotel was clean and the staff were professional.

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms could use a bit of updating, as my first room had a musty odor and I requested to switch. The second room still had a slight smell, but it wasn’t as noticeable. I think it may have been due to the heat outside and the AC not blowing strongly at first. I let the front desk know, and they promptly sent someone to check it out. By the time I returned, everything was resolved and comfortable. The only other thing I’d note is that the shower could use some updating to feel more modern and refreshed.

Staff was great!

The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern. One little issue I had is whenever anyone was in the room above mine, I would hear stomping or loud noises come through the ceiling. Also-I requested my room to be cleaned and it wasn’t touched after I returned from the park I was visiting. I made sure to let the front desk know and they fixed it quickly and efficiently!! Amenities were plentiful, bed was comfortable, decent storage space in room, and bathroom was modern and clean. Microwave and fridge were a nice touch in room along with drink bar :). Hotel front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I appreciate them doing all they did to make sure my stay was a comfortable one and they delivered. I definitely want to stay again-rating is 100% and this hotel will make sure your stay has value and quality in mind!!!!

I have family in ATL, but for reasons I won't get into, I was unable to stay with them this time. Customer service was fantastic And cleanliness of the room was 95% great! I deducted a star for two reasons: 1) The walls are a bit thin, so rowdy people in the hallways were clearly heard. 2) The interior designer chose a horrible wallpaper for the bathroom (one that could not be cleaned), so all 'toilet spray' shows up as lime green on the wall behind the toilet. I don't expect that hotels are 100% pristine but this was quite in-your-face. Bottom line: Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Stayed at this hotel with family for a relative baby shower nearby The staff was professional and friendly the rooms were clean and spacious the lobby and backyard area is decorated nicely and there’s a lounge area with a large TV and a small store in the lobby stocked with basic necessities They even have a little restaurant on the ground floor that has a Starbucks as well I would definitely stay here again and recommend

It was a Beautiful room I enjoy the hotel. The parking was great. Everything about this hotel was fabulous. I recommend the Marriott to anybody every time I come to Atlanta that’s where I’m staying at cause I can catch the train and go all over Atlanta would have to hustle and bustle so if you plan on coming to Atlanta, this would be a great place to stay

It was a dirty washcloth in my shower when I checked in. I reported it to the desk. the agent offered to switch our room. I was tired from a long day at work. The shower drain was slowly draining. I hate standing water.

Manager couldn’t find me another room or fix it. I was forced to turn it off and sleep in the heat and humidity!

The first room we checked into had no air conditioning and the refrigerator was broken. The second room they put us in was dirty. Stains in the bathroom. Broken toilet paper holder. The shower was not clean. The bedding seemed clean, but we did take the top blanket off Because of stains. On Saturday night one of the elevators broke so there was one elevator running during check out on Sunday and it took forever to leave the room. They also only had two luggage carts for two adjoining hotels. I would never stay here again.

My only concern was the toilets are too low in hotels. I was hoping it was a tall toilet, because everything else was perfect.

Average stay. Only complaint was no included breakfast only paid options. Beaides that it was good.

My original reservation was for a non handicapped room. However, at check in I received a handicap room. The staff was considerate in resolving the issue.

The entire staff was all so polite, helpful and friendly! The rooms were very clean.

The breakfast is not included, but the hotel next to it is. They both use the same entrance and I believe sister properties, but one served free breakfast and one served very expensive breakfast. The snack for sale by the check -in desk were very stale and old.

Our stay was very short. Just long enough to get some rest before getting back on road. Location looked well kept and clean. Hotel staff we did see were great. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great comfortable place to stay

We were only able to swim 1 out of 4 nights due to the property running out of chlorine. The thermostat in room could never be controlled correctly, so we were always freezing or too hot. Breakfast was available, but not included. Missed that on reserving. They did, however, find the grandchildren’s stuffed animals and saved them for when we realized they were missing, we were able to get them back.

Didn’t like the cleanliness, staff was not helpful and never available

This is the disappointing part. I arrived at the hotel at 12 noon after my plane ride. The clerk at the front desk said my room is not ready ,which I initially understood. I said I would come back in an hour. I actually came back one and half hours later. She still said my room was not ready. I told the her I am not leaving and would wait in the lounge area. She never kept me update. I went to the front desk at 2:45pm and still not ready, I went back to the front desk at 2:58pm is when she stated the room was ready. In the meantime other were checking without any issues. Early. She did not offer me another room or kept me informed about my room. I would have gladly taken another room if offered. No apology just very stone faced.

Stayed here with my daughter after a trip to Six Flags. The hotel was very clean and the room was extremely spacious and clean. We slept very well after a long day at the park. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Property was pretty and surrounded by plenty of places to eat and shop. Our shower curtain did fall while I was in the shower and almost hit my two year old in the head though.

It was very nice and pretty. My room had a nice view of Thornton Rd. The room itself was nice and spacious.

Service needs an overhaul. Rude front desk attendant. Short, rude tone, and acted like I was an inconvenience. Requested extra towels. Was told they would bring them but they never arrived.

Terrible service and experience would not recommend. At 4:30 am the heating unit went out which created a loud buzzing sound. Phoned the front desk who apologized but said they could not offer me a different room because i was checking out later that day. Long story short had to sleep in my car until daylight.

We stayed there for five days, was told the room would be serviced two of our five days after contacting room service on the suggested days nothing was done but as we were checking out someone at the desk wanted know if we were checking out so the room could be serviced. There was little or barely any hospitality from the desk staff like we were an inconvenience.

We stayed one night and it was great for all of our needs. The staff was super friendly. Highly recommend it and will stay again if occasion arises!

My room was clean and comfortable. There was a smart tv..able to sign in and stream. Had an issue at checkout with expedia reservation and my card but the staff was courteous and we worked it out. We ate a late dinner at Bistro. The food was good.

The room and hotel area was not enhanced clean as advertised. The bathroom room toilet was not cleaned throughly around the bottom. The doors and door knobs in the room had not been wiped down. The ice machine was out of order and not cleaned. The elevator floors were sticky and the carpet in the hallway was not vacuum and there were stains on the carpet.

We were disappointed when we got to our room and then it was not the king size bed that was paid for. The front desk employee said that were there were no guarantees of what kind of room we got when going through hotels.com. We were also overcharged with our room for the initial king size bed. Also, I’ve been on hold for over four hours with Hotels.com and have had no response to solving this issues.
