The room had a smoky smell to it, the outlets and USB plugs did not work next to the bed. One of window panes were broken and the other window frame was cracked with torn screen. Four of the lights didn't work and the furniture layout wasn't practical. Would not stay there again.

Location and surrounding areas made it very convenient Reserved a suite which had couch and chair - that were so old and torn I never felt comfortable sitting on them - asked for a blanket to cover it - the pool looked well just bad - pot smell almost every time Getting on the elevators - reserved for 3 adults and room was only supplied two towels - when asked for more, was told had to wait until morning housekeeping got there. Shampoos and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty

The convenience of it being right off the highway also had a nice selection of food places near by. They need to update their windows and the bathrooms and this hotel could be spot on.

It was a nice stay and very easy to add an extra day before we arrived early.

The staff was nice.. The pool was dirty. The gym is small. The washcloths were dirty. and I saw a roach or two crawling around at night in my room. The breakfast set up was nice, but I did not eat because of the roaches that I saw in my room.

The hot tub is now cemented in FYI

I reserved a handicap accessible room with 2 queens. Natalie who checked us in got another woman and told her the only one they had available was a room a regular customer insisted on when he was there, but was not checking in the same day. The other wiman then turned to me and said they only wave the walk in showers in a king room, but we could have that. We had 3 people and 1 king bed was not going to work. The room We were put in had broken drawer handles, a crack across part of the shower, and damage to the wall. Then when we tried to go to the pool, the ceiling had collapsed above the stairs intothe pool. Those two amenities were why i chose this hotel, even though it was more expensive. When i asked for a manager, i was told there was none on duty.

The room was nicely updated, they just forgot to update the mattresses. The mattresses were the most uncomfortable thing I’ve slept on. Very old and worn. Everything else was ok.

Pool was listed as heated and was far from it being extremely cold.

It was a lot of kids there during spring break and the swimming pool was freezing. We couldn't even enjoy it.

The tv did not work and they didn’t have any extra rooms with two beds so they moved us into a room with one bed and a pullout. They discounted us for the inconvenience but it was still not a great stay.

Horrible location off highway... you can only turn right out of property and must go a mile down road, make uturn, then make another uturn just to get back into property. One staff member was friendly, competent, and seemed in charge... the others were either dead tired or just didn't care. Seemingly every guest smoked pot on the third floor, as the smell was overwhelmingly nauseating over our 5 night stay! Who wants to smell like a skunk when you're on vacation?! Location was overall more like a outdoor motel with shady characters scurrying about and deals no doubt being made to turn our floor into a deleted scene from Weeds. Breakfast had a good selection, but most was either cold, hard, or overcooked. Again, this staff member tried at the very least. Pool had chemicals floating on top throughout the entire day and week, so we didn't get to use that at all. Extremely disappointed in our "Choice" of hotels... last time we will be staying in one, though i have been a member for nearly 20 years.

We stayed at this hotel 4 times in 2 weeks. The staff was great. Breakfast had hot food, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and fresh fruit. The beds were awesome

I was very disappointed In a few things first was the website stated it had an indoor heated pool that was one if the main reason we picked the hotel. The pool was not heated the kids could not swim. The phone in our room did not work at all and the refrigerator was not cooling properly. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was very good.

The lobby staff were nice and the breakfast was good. The property shows a lot of wear and tear. The couch in our room was stained and ripped. The whole hotel smelled of weed. The pool was filthy and they didn’t have clean towels so people just walked through the lobby wet. The didn’t clean our room or take out our trash while we were there. Trash was over flowing in the hallways. The staff were social, but the property wasn’t well maintained. It was close to Sox Flags which is why we booked it, but we won’t be staying there again on our next visit.

Overall the only thing i will complain about is the pool was not heated and the hot tub pictured is filled in as part of the patio now! The staff was friendly for the most part and the breakfast was good!

The room I booked wasn’t available when I arrived the ended up giving me a smaller room.

This hotel felt very neat and clean. I was able to park near our room. Breakfast was good. Didn't have a chance to take advantage of the amenities but they looked nice.

The room decor is nice, and the beds were comfortable. My only drawback is the access from the main road, which does not have a crossover for going toward the interstate or for getting to the hotel from the other side of the main road.

When i arrived work was being done at the main entrance. 2 ladders was blocking the entrance. You couldn't drive up to drop off your luggage. As i checked in i wasn't room 317. The refrigerator and microwave didn't work. I was moved to room 211. Where me and my best friend was bitten by bedbugs. SMH

My experience with this hotel was no so good. The staff was good. The kitchen sink was leaking, the back to the remote was missing, breakfast was not good, bugs came out of the microwave,toilet seat was broken,the phone cord was missing and the phone in the bathroom was static.

The staff was pleasant and efficient. The room was very spacious. Some of the furniture in the living area show sone wear, and the hallway is undergoing major renovation (paper on hall floors, etc). Even still, I would go back. It was clean and quiet, perfect for my needs.

Are you ok with the smell of paint in your room?” Why did they not say anything before hand and was waiting to ask when I arrived?!?!? Furious! I cancelled and will never go back. Also disappointed Hotel.com was not aware of the construction at the location.

We booked two rooms, both rooms were not it the best condition anymore. The bathtubs had rusty spots, neither of the hair dryers worked, one room had two conditioners and no shampoo. We booked one room for 1 adult and 4 children to sleep in, but the sofa bed was in such bad condition that we decided not to use it and squeeze into the 2 queen beds instead. The room was not prepared for 5 people, we were missing towels and had to search for the extra blanket and pillow for the sofa bed that we did not end up using. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean otherwise.

The property was a mess the ceiling in the halls had huge holes in it also the sleeper sofa had holes in the mattress stuffed with plastics, i looked at 2 other rooms and they were just as bad the pool was closed they said someone put bath bombs in the pool and it smelled old and moldy.I checked right on out and went to another hotel they need a serious over haul also the screens in the windows were tore up so you couldn't open it NEVER AGAIN AWFUL

Rooms are very outdated. Had a family of 4. We reserved a 2 double room as pictured. Got to hotel we were given to regular doubles. Wrong room type. Then given a king with sofa bed. Still wrong room type. We dealt with it since it was only 1 night. The sofa bed was nasty sheets had stains and sofa bed was so old. Said in comments it had a hot tub get there it was closed in like cemented in. Pool was over crowded with alot of children.Only good thing was front desk she was very sweet and very nice at check in. Kudos to her. This hotel by far is a 2star only because of customer service other than that 0 star

when I first got there it looked clean when you walk in the lobby. The employee at the desk were nice and friendly when we go to get on the elevator my kids noticed the pool and the pool had like a big patch of dirt over in the corner of the pool something I don’t know what it was so they wasn’t able to get in the pool . when we got upstairs. The room looked clean, but I am one of them one that like to check the bed the mattress before I get on it make sure there are no signs of bed bugs and there wasn’t but the mattress was so old it has started to change. Colors is brown . My grandkids tried to pull out the pull bed They didn’t wanna lay on it. They rather threw pallet on the floor cause they said it was wasn’t lay able when you sit down on the bed, the bed was unlevel. They really need to update. The color was coming off of the tub so when you first looked at it you thought it was nasty, but it was the color just terrible. the breakfast was good but the one lady that works in the eating area was very disrespectful to people instead of her saying excuse me so she can replenish the food she started telling people can you move out the way what is that to say to somebody 2 thumb down?

Avoid if you can, I guess the whole area should be avoided. Probably our one of the worst hotel experiences (we’ve stayed in this hotel chain a lot - mostly good). I woke up at 6 am itching and wanting to leave asap.

Overall not happy with hotels .com. It is very difficult. Got the run around when trying to move my reservation 10 miles closer to my destination. Never will use hotels .com again.

I am a retired police here in Atlanta not from here. I only stay at this place because it is clean and safe honestly. I have tried other places and they are not clean . Also, The breakfast is excellent.

It was horrible the alarm kept going off. I was not able to get any sleep. They gave us no answers to why the alarm was going off. It was a horrible experience.

Clean and better than extended stay lithia springs about half a mile away. They offered a hot and cold breakfast with waffles,eggs,and, cereal, yogurt,bananas,and biscuits and bacon. Quiet and near downtown. Not too far maybe 14 miles. No people loitering in the parking lot. There was an annoying alarm that went off and kept going off.

This was not a good place to sleep. It was extremely noisy in the middle of the night. The walls are thin. The room was not clean and there is no hot tub like it advertised. People should not be able to smoke pot in hotels— it stinks up elevators and hallways. It’s not good for other children to be susceptible to those smells.

Rooms need to be remodeled, especially the bathtub paint peel off bad in both rooms we had we just accepted the last one because it was a lil better but needed work, also mole around tub. Needed up grade and maintenance service....

I would highly recommend anybody that is looking for a hotel to comfort inn

Property was showing age and staff was not friendly except the breakfast staff. Asked for towels after a day at six flags and was told by front desk that they didn’t have anymore, that they had ran out. (7:30pm). On Day 2, Coffee items were not replenished and not enough towels again. Will not stay at this location again. No towels in pool or fitness area either.

Going through hard times Amanda & the other staff made us feel at home and didnt make us feel ashamed because of our situation due to having a bunch of stuff we had to leave our stuff on a cart because we couldn’t transport the staff kindly watched our things & ensured that it was okay & made us feel st home . We will be booking actually tomorrow! Until we find a home Comfort is our home !

The front desk attendant wonderful and professional attention. I dont know her name. I arrived Monday. The 04/21 after midnight and I knew that HER NAME ISN'T TAYLOR. Talk to Madeleine the manager and she will let you know.

Bed was ok to sleep in. Rooms are outdated. Sink and shower lacked pressure and slow draining. Vents were dirty, wall paper was peeling. Not sure if room was properly cleaned.

Hallways smelled bad. Sink in the room also smlled bad when you ran water. It’s bit rundown.

Would definitely bring my family back

Everything was perfect and clean. I could not complain. Also it was a nice selection for breakfast.

Despite the reviews my Bed was very comfortable and clean. Floors and tub was also clean. Spacious rooms didn’t smell smoky or like an ashtray. Definitely my go to hotel when in lithia.

This property is in need of a major upgrade. Wallpaper was coming off the walls in the lobby. Hallway carpets need a good cleaning. The room was spacious but the curtains need to be reattached, windows were drafty and the walls needed to painted.

This was a pretty nice hotel for the price. It was clean and staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Water pressure was great. Pool was clean and not freezing like my stay at a hotel elsewhere just weeks before. Some things like the ice machines were run down. There was only 2 working. Getting in and out of the location is tricky it's right by the interstate. But those were my only two complaints. I asked for fresh towels at 12pm and they were promptly given to me. I returned and will be staying there again in a few weeks.

The overall facility was clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and meticulous. Breakfast was excellent and the price was reasonable

Good place to be away from the comfort of home. Nice little breakfast with hot and cold food choices to start the day right. Walmart across the street. Lots of fast food and restaurants near. GREAT INDOOR POOL. Open even in the winter. Quiet computer room.

The property is central to many things but they are all very inconveniently located.

It wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The room smelled like chlorine when we arrived. The elevator floors had food and drinks spilled on them throughout our entire stay. Our keys stopped working and it took 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk for assistance

Honestly you get what you pay for. My biggest thing with hotels is cleanliness. I do feel that they missed the mark in the bathroom with cleaning. There were stains left by water and other unknown liquids surrounding the tissue box and other things on the sink. The tub wasn't clean either. It definitely gave the feeling that housekeeping just cleaned with generic products or just basically spot cleaned without looking at everything and cleaning accordingly. The American speaking staff were nice. Very disappointed that the non-speaking lady in the breakfast area didn't know what the universal sign for help was when she clearly saw the waffle machine break and begin to smoke. I had to run to the desk for help! Overall, it provided sleep. Many comfort Inns are a little dated and have their own way of doing things, but this one was a little different from what I am used to with the chain. The breakfast selection was smaller than I am used to, and the pool was cloudy which is something I have never seen before. But let's face it, the lack of cleanliness can happen at any hotel and this hotel is far better than a motel like days inn!

Roaches , Never will we stay here again. I never thought i would have to give a bad review for roaches.

Check in was friendly and easy. The room smelled amazing. The curtains could use a good washing and the bathroom curtains needs to be thrown out.

Room had many issues to include broken items, stains, paint peeling in the bathroom, mold
