Reviews
Guests have mixed feelings about their stay at the hotel. While some appreciate the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and good location, others express dissatisfaction with the lack of amenities, poor maintenance, and unfriendly staff.
- Cleanliness
- Comfortable beds
- Lack of amenities (e.g., fridge, microwave)
- Poor maintenance and upkeep

Our room was clean. Parking was free and we were able to get a last-minute reservation. The staff was very friendly.
- 3.5/5
Quiet rooms Nice swimming pool A frugal breakfast is provided. On one occasion, we even ventured to a different establishment for a pleasant breakfast, despite having numerous vouchers. We stayed for four nights, but the room was only cleaned once. They offered us a room in a lower category at a price that was less than half of what we had paid for a junior suite. We had a modest meal there one day, but the prices were quite high for the quality of the food we received. It is evident that the rooms and facilities in general are showing signs of wear and tear.

The room was clean. The staff and parking were great! The Sheraton was available last minute to replace a crappy hotel.

It’s a big property. It is clean, spacious, near a park, easy to access, close to amenities and staff are helpful/friendly. The rooms are very dark without overhead lighting. The lighting makes it hard to put make up on. There is no full length mirror in the room.

Everything about the facility is outstanding. Most of my room was very nice. Only issue was the shower/tub in room. Bad caulking job around seals showing black staining in tub area. Tub had no anti slip mat. Could be dangerous for elderly or children.

Clean room, Excellent staff very helpful.

I paid for breakfast and it was not added and I did not receive my voucher. Please refund

They moved us to a second room and gave us a voucher for breakfast to compensateour inconvenience. $16 for each Continental breakfast. Never again
- 3/5
Never had enough towels, body wash ran out day 2 out of 10 days and never replaced after asking. Sometimes there was coffee and water in the lobby and sometimes there wasn’t.

All of the above..we have stayed at this facility on manybtrips..just terrible this time.

A little run down. Faucets scuffed. Space around spout coming out of tub wall. Out of body wash in shower and conditioner. Black rubbed off front of sink cabinet. TV WiFi didn’t work well. Most channels glitched. No fridge or microwave.

Very clean and rlegant. The only thing I wish you had was a mini fridge for the room.

Very nice hotel not too far from downtown Chicago. Friendly staff, shoutout to Amy, very helpful and kind. Very clean. Good amenities. Nice beds. Rooms are a little dark, could use better lighting. 5/5 stars, would stay again.

I love this place I booked a room very often. We just need it a little support from the staff front desk.

- 5/5
Great staff , nice room. Great location. Had a really nice stay
- 2/5
Poor lighting, air conditioning kept making loud noise when it would come on, outdated
- 1/5
When you stay at a nice place like the Sheraton you don't expect to have a dog barking all night in the room next door. If you allow dogs, put them in rooms away from regular guest rooms.
- 3/5
Hotel lobby is nice and updated. My room was very outdated. towels were not soft , bed was average and whatever detergent is used did not smell so pleasant. All that said I paid $130 for a room. So value was worth it and it was clean, just a little old. small changes to linens would make it a much nicer stay
- 5/5
The staff are all very friendly, especially those working at the buffet.
- 5/5
A lot of lobby areas to work or hang out.
- 4/5
The property is very close to the Science od
- 3/5
Three door break in the hotel and people lost there property
- 2/5
But when I check in I was told sorry we are out. For 3 days stays they keep telling me , maybe tomorrow but it was not available for me.
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable pillows were good. However, for such a hotel, there was no fridge or microwave in room. Even the cheaper hotels have that. The AC didnt work in first room and we had to follow-up with front desk to get a different room. The hotel is very nice but basics like fridge and micro in rooms should be standard.
- 5/5
Room was beautiful & clean. Peaceful night & staff was super friendly.
- 1/5
My wife's jewelry box got stolen here the first night we were there. The staff kept giving us the run around. Eventually the general manager replied to our email, but has not taken any initiatives. They claim they have EV chargers, but they do not have any at the property. The rooms were adequately clean but do not have a mini fridge. You have to request to have one. This place is a disgrace and should not be given even a 1 star!
- 4/5
We would stay again!
- 3/5
The lobby is nice but the hallways and rooms feel dark and the carpet it’s old and the bathrooms,I didn’t like the view I had
- 5/5
The staff and facility were welcoming.
- 3/5
Property was clean, people were nice, property very dated, though specially with lack of outlets to charge devices.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel and surprisingly affordable.
- 2/5
The lobby was promising, but once you got past that, it was all downhill. The carpets are filthy, and the doors in the room look like they’ve never been wiped down. The elevators are dirty. The second night of our stay they did some work on the hotel, so we woke up to no hot water. As of check out, it was not on yet. It was great going to my son’s school orientation with dirty hair. There was no offer of refund or discount of any kind. My husband and son both said breakfast was very nice.
- 3/5
It was okay, no bells or whistles.
- 1/5
I cannot submit a review , Expedia deletes it everytime .
- 5/5
I love the team at the Sheraton Naperville: Enrique and Laetitia in the restaurant are very kind and welcoming, and the team at the front desk is fantastic. It's just a standard business class hotel, but they make staying there a wonderful experience. Thanks so much!
- 5/5
Hotel was quiet despite my dog show going on. People were respectful, employees were helpful, and the restaurant had excellent food!
- 3/5
The area is not walkable--no businesses or restaurants within 2 miles.
- 5/5
Staff was fantastic!!!
- 3/5
Not honoring the breakfast I paid for through website.
- 5/5
They are weirdly guarded over the mediocre-at-best breakfast, though. Bought breakfast passes through Hotels.com, and the desk clerk first didn't believe us, then when shown the receipt was hesitant, only relenting when I threatened to escalate, with a huge teenager-grade dramatic sigh. Charging $16 for that breakfast was the biggest insult of the trip. Bacon was burnt, the potatoes were cut and cooked inconsistently, the Starbucks pour-over was so bitter and wrong-tasting, another patron commented out loud, "This tastes like poison!" Save your money and taste buds, get breakfast elsewhere.
- 4/5
The staffs services are great, the hotel is clean but conditions are little bit old. Plus there is no refrigerator
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 5/5
Came in to town for a brief visit and this hotel provided everything we needed.
- 5/5
Decent for the price.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and rooms were spacious. Friendly staff
- 5/5
Loved the hotel. The pool was not very warm & there was no hot tub. :(
- 4/5
Comfortable rooms
- 3/5
Hotel room was spacious but dirty. Housekeeping never came second day.
- 2/5
I didn’t know like that room No refrigerator no microwave Resquest next day if they can clean the room they didn’t clean but the front desk put me in an other by mistake. They were asking me to leave the room. I have to go back down stairs to show my reservation Too much going on I didn’t feel welcome there
- 4/5
Overall is good, service is excellent that they let me to have late check out.
- 3/5
Breakfast $16.00 and want to charge you $4.00 for coffee
- 4/5
There was a hair in the bathtub when I got in there and I left it for the cleaning service and it was still there when I got back to the room. Otherwise very comfy beds and nice rooms

Ok hotel
- 4/5
The property is a bit old and can use some renovation, but it is very reasonably priced. The town of Naperville is pleasant and has a lot to offer.
- 4/5
Very clean, very well managed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 2 bad areas in my opinion. The breakfast was 30 dollars for 2 people. It was your regular terrible hotel buffet breakfast with soggy eggs and kind of terrible food. We only tried it one morning then realized we could get a much cheaper and breakfast literally anywhere else. The other bad area was the pool was freezing cold in the middle of summer. It says the pool is heated but it was almost unbearable to get in to. These are minor things but other than these, the hotel itself was a great time. I appreciate the service and the friendly staff.
- 3/5
I went to the bar and asked the bartender to borrow a pint glass for a few days, as I was there for 12 days, he told me no. That started it off negative for me. AC had to be looked at 3 times and waited a couple days at first ti have it looked at. Still bangs Very loudly and ruined my sleep, never got fixed properly. They put me in a room directly under the Sheraton club on the 7th floor, so hours on hours I heard the chairs on the marble skidding till the late night hours... The sign next to the bed said they change sheets after 3 nights, on day 4, I asked for them to be changed, they didnt get changed. Day 5 I asked again, no luck that day either, day 6 I asked again, nothing. I called down to the desk upset that night and housekeeping came right up, which was appreciated. I was very happy with coffee in the lobby everyday, but was surspised that when i went down on Saturday, the agent told me they don't serve it on weekends but happily pointed me to an overpriced vending machine... I really think it is awful to not have coffee on the weekends and only weekdays. I also feel that with a tip, breakfast being Over $20 was a bit much. Next time i will find a place with breakfast included. The pool area was not clean, I brought my suit but the water was cold and dirty, so I didn't indulge. The property just seemed old and has some maintenance issues. I am not sure i would chose this hotel again, I was pretty disappointed.

Good
- 4/5
It was in a quiet residential area. Plenty of parking. Onsite restaurant was handy so was the coffee and snack bar.
- 5/5
Hotel was perfect for our night after an event at the Dupage County fairground.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and quiet. They were originally going to place me in the second floor but I asked if they could put me in a room as high as possible. Didn’t want the noise of the cicadas to bother me and they put me on the top floor which I appreciated. Wish the room had a mini fridge but I guess you have to ask for that ahead of time. The TV was a bit tricky to navigate. But slept well and room was quiet.
- 4/5
Like so hotels Post covid, facility is understaffed especially the restaurant/bar

I was mandated to work ot, even after talking with a service rep Amy at 7a that morning to inform them, i was on my way. When i got there i was informed my reservation was canceled. I made reservation at another hotel.
- 5/5
The landscape by the main entry was beautiful
- 4/5
Clean hotel in a good location. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was updated and clean. I would stay again.
- 1/5
slept well.
- 4/5
Good staff, rooms are well maintained. Would be nice if they had in room fridge
- 1/5
Inconsiderate of the customer situations
- 2/5
The room was advertised as having a deep soaking tub, but was a standard bath/shower combination, the wood structure above the curtains was cracked and damaged, one of the tables had an iron impression in it, the bathroom tiles had cracks and holes in the grout, the ceiling had a patch that looked like it was gonna fall out, the building needs some simple maintenance and upkeep in the room we stayed in, but the staff was friendly and helpful, it wasn’t a terrible stay but we most likely will not return due to everything.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel! The room was big and comfy! Close to where we wanted to go and nice and quiet.
- 3/5
The hotel was nice and clean but the thermostat in the room was not working properly. The temperature in the room kept going back and forth on being hot or cold
- 3/5
Waited 20 minutes to check in. Building needs exterior and interior maintenance. Bathroom toilet was not flushed, garbage can was on back of the toilet with no bag, tissue box was empty, toilet paper roll was almost empty, dried drip marks around cabinet wall. No microwave or fridge in room. Note says you can request one, based on availability (?). We purchased breakfast for two through Expedia, but then the hotel only gave us one voucher. Looked for a water fountain since the water receptacle at the front desk was empty except for lemons and ice. Found water fountain, but it made such a terrible squealing noise I gave up right away. The woman organizing the breakfast was doing a great job, so she was the final positive note to our stay.
- 5/5
Carpets are dingy and dirty looking. Rooms are old and need updating. Mattresses are old, worn and sleep terrible.
- 3/5
Needs a rebab and coffee in lobby is $4 accurately $4.28 with tax ! Joke !
- 4/5
In room coffee was disgusting. For this hotel chain i expected a bit more. Room was just that, 2 beds and bathroom. Elevator and room were clean. You can tell this is a little older buidling. The next morning we had housekeeping knocking and attmtping to enter as i quickly said there are people in here. Was a bit early to me...dont they have a list to go by?
- 5/5
Nice staff!
- 4/5
I just was not pleased with the first room (bathroom)but made a switch and enjoyed the stay!
- 5/5
Everything here was excellent! Really enjoyed our stay!
- 2/5
Rooms are dirty
- 4/5
I liked the beds and pillows in the room. Had to ask for shampoo and body wash, the bottles were both empty. Also, did not know you had to request to have the room cleaned, that would have been helpful upon check in.
- 5/5
Property was old but maintained in a good condition. There was a “War Games Show” in the lobby of the hotel during the weekend we stayed and that kept the elevators busy with long wait times for guests. Many of the guests complained about having to wait too long for an elevator.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and the restaurant had a great breakfast buffet and the staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful

Terrible accommodations with lack of service, amenities and not worth the room price. Facility is poorly run with bad maintenance and no room amenities.
- 2/5
I didn’t like that the pool was super cold. I honestly rented the room to go swimming but the pool was freezing
- 5/5
Good hotel! Great breakfast. No hot water in the rooms. The pool is not heated either
- 2/5
Is perhaps managing cost by cleaning only once in 4 days
- 1/5
Horrible experience. First put me in handicap room (not on my profile)- they weren’t busy. Then in 2nd room TV channels kept going out and due to poor signal and never got all channels when my co-travelers did in their rooms. Bathroom door didn’t close all The way- door didn’t fit in door jam. Toilet ran water periodically. And, to top it all off, I didn’t have a blow dryer in my room- I called to ask if someone could bring up in the morning after I realized, and the answer was, there is no one here to do that. Seriously? When I walked down 15 minutes later there were two people standing there at the front desk. There may not have been housekeeping there but somebody should be able to bring up a blow dryer. Because it was hotels fault there wasn’t one in the room.
- 3/5
No refrigerator in the room. TV and channels we super outdated. Ice Machine on pur floor was broken. Elevators were broke down several times. We stayed for 6 nights, no housekeeping, even though we requested. Towels and necessities were never refreshed. Bed was very very firm. Ultimately, there wasnt anything dramtically wrong just wasnt up to the Sheraton standard I'm used to.
- 3/5
Front Desk especially Donna and Reed are extremely helpful, patient and talk very nicely. They both do the best they can.
- 3/5
Hotel lobby was great. Rooms ok. Hotel appears clean but in need of updating. Requested housekeeping services both via reservation app AND in person, stayed 7 nights with NO housekeeping at all. Had to go to front desk repeatedly for towels and toilet tissue. Although coffee was available in-room, would have appreciated coffee available “on the house” in the lobby-a little thing I know, but still. Sheraton should do better.
- 5/5
It was a clean property and we had a good stay as a family!
- 5/5
Front desk staff were very helpful, I felt very welcome and at home at the Sheraton Lisle!
- 3/5
This hotel is a little dated, but it’s ok. If you are looking for a decent, mediocre hotel, then this hotel is the place for you.
- 2/5
the room was dirty and the lack of amenities. if i had looked under the bed when first arriving we would not have stayed there
- 2/5
No tienen frigobar por lo que ni un agua fría se puede tomar en la noche El personal de la recepción no es muy colaborativo
- 5/5
The room and hotel are very standard. They still are not offering turn down service though and we had to go to front desk to get any refills on towels, coffee, etc.
- 5/5
Very Comforting
- 5/5
Very nice property
- 4/5
The hotel is nice, clean but when we checked in Cathy was unfriendly and not at all helpful with some questions we had. Luckily when we left a few hours later, there was a young man working and was super friendly and cheerful.
- 3/5
The hotel boasts of an onsite restaurant and bar, but they weren't open either of the days we were there. Our room had neither a fridge, microwave, nor even a trash can in the main room (they had one in the bathroom however). This seems like items that should be in a hotel charging $150ish/night. I've stayed at $80/night places that had a free, full breakfast every morning. This place offered coffee and a pastry. That's it. It's a decent enough place, but if they continue charging their current room rates, I'd look elsewhere.
- 4/5
Staff was very pleasant, very disappointed no restaurant so had to Uber else where to eat!
- 1/5
Very basic hotel room. It is a 4 star hotel though but room looks outdated, outdated furniture, decor, tv etc. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Not even drinking water provided. Inhouse restaurant is closed on most of the days. It is just like a highway motel better not to call it a 4 star hotel please. I booked for 2 days but just left in a day due to such horrible experience. But I still paid for 2 days what a bummer it is!!
