I will NEVER stay at any other hotel while visiting Baltimore. The Westin gets a 10 out of 10 from both me and my hubby. Super clean from the front desk to the room. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have EVER had, we were in awe. There was an event going on the weekend we were there so parking kinda sucked, but, after that it was all good. The bed was so super comfy, it was hard getting out of bed. I am literally in love with the Westin. Thank you!

Given dirty towels 2 days of my 3 day Memorial Day weekend. Have photos. Shower flooded the bathroom daily. Handicapped bench 2 long and 2 wide for the handicapped shower. That aided the flooding. So did the short shower curtain. Would find another hotel in this area!!

The room was clean, shower was a little iffy. I couldn’t tell if it was stains or the paint. First two nights we either had scolding hot shower water or freezing cold. The first night the water was also brown so we had to run it for awhile before it cleared. We called about the brown water first and they said they would send someone but never did. When we called the second day about the water temp, they did the same thing. The only thing the receptionist did for me when I first got in was comp my parking for the short delay of his computer. Everything else we needed assistance with was disregarded. The sheets were clean tho, that’s the most important. And the rooms had nice blackout curtains. Good price for the stay, and the water temp fixed itself on the last night.

When visiting the Baltimore area the Westin is my 1st choice due to location. However the property is beginning to show signs of aging. Above the main entrance there is a tarp with a hose attached to catch what I assume water from a leak. This has been there since I last visited in 10/25 and maybe longer! It’s definitely time for the facility to be updated although it is better than others in the area. It’s not the standard I expect at Westin!

Missing ice machines and vending from some places they are marked. There has been a leak with a hose in the lobby ceiling for over a year at this point. The AC can’t keep up well with outside temperatures and the entire hotel is very humid because of this. We booked through Expedia and got the impression that they give the less desirable rooms to Expedia bookings, there was some back and forth about how they couldn’t process an Expedia check in properly and the front desk was frustrated that we booked through Expedia, though they were trying to be nice about it. In the room the sink marble was cracked in half and the bathroom wasn’t clean, other than the shower. The sheets even had rips in them. Surprising for a Westin. We have stayed here before, decided to give it another try and it’s just not great.

The hotel staff was friendly, pleasant and respectful. The hotel was clean and neat. I enjoyed my room very much. It was spacious, clean and everything worked! I didn't get to use the gym, but it looked nicely equipped. Parking was easy, self park that you do have to pay for but it wasn't too bad. You do have to use the QR code to register from the first night you're there so they can log your parking days accurately. Learned that the hard way. It just messes up your balance which the staff can help you straighten out. The breakfast was very good and more than just a continental bagels, coffee and juice. I am definitely going to stay there again!

There were previous guests hairs in our shower? The outlet under the thermostat sparked, there were ants all over the window area. We stayed 1 night and moved hotels. Parking is extra but they try to scare you from using the FREE street parking by saying you could be ticketed, towed and its at your own risk. It’s public free parking and even the hotel parking lot is at my own risk. That felt very deceptive. It’s not convenient to much when there are hotels all around the inner harbor area

We arrived at 3:30 am and had to wait 30 minutes for their reservation system to turn over and be available. Then the door key did not work. I was told there would be no charge for the room because of the problems but have not check to see if that was done or not.

We didn’t use the airport shuttle. Our first room had a TV that wasn’t working so we had to be switched to a different room. The second room the AC wasn’t working very well. We got in super late so we decided to just deal with it. No one ever came to clean our room or bring new towels and it was a 3 day trip, we even called downstairs and they said someone would clean the room and never did. The property is nice but staff wasn’t the best. Probably will never stay here again

Was placed in a room that I didn't reserve. The room was not filthy but lacked deep cleaning. Trash behind the night stands dust, dirt, and water marks on furniture. The bathroom was painted terribly with paint on tiles like someone was in a rush and didnt care what they were doing. The hallway smelled like pee. The person when I checked in was very rude but the rest of the staff was nice.

The staff was fantastic at the front desk. The room was a bit unclean when we arrived and the bedding was not correctly made. There was a lot of slamming doors over night well into early morning hours. Which isn’t a hotel issue but a guest issue. There was no posted signs showing us the cost of breakfast. It cost about two of us $63 for a buffet breakfast with very little options. We would have went else where had we known.

In addition to the hotel rate, there is an additional $20 per night for parking. The room, especially the bathroom was dirty and the carpet was gross( was sticky with bare feet). Final straw was there was no hot water/shower didn't work. There was nothing about the stay that was positive EXCEPT Christopher and the GM were very accommodating and understanding when I expressed my need to leave. They were very nice folks.

The mattress was amazing!! Slept like a baby!! Staff at the front desk were top tier. The restaurant was highly understaffed on New Year’s day. I was with a large party and the poor employee had to wait on us all by herself as the other employees were taking down Christmas decorations. Food was actually very good and came out hot. She did amazing! I don’t remember her name.. I came in on 1/1/25 around Noon with a wedding group. They also did a wonderful job with the Wedding ceremony, etc. Service was amazing |

Will it was ok the first morning that we were there we went to go get breakfast. I don’t know if it was because it was 10am after I guess there was a wedding there the point is that I ordered coffee the coffee was cold. I ordered coffee, not cold coffee that was one then it’s besides that it was OK. I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking, but whatever it is, what it is.

Second time here, love it. Stayed in room 722, the remote needed batteries but also noticed we couldnt change the channel unless we were right in front of the tv. The internet connection didn't work so I couldn't log into any streaming services on the tv. But never have any issues here. Love it every time.

The room was clean and mostly comfortable. The gym was a nice amenity. The hotel is in a very convenient location. The staff was courteous. But I was pretty disappointed in a few things. This was my second or third time staying at this hotel and I don't remember it being like this. First of all, parking is a nightmare. In order to park at the hotel that you've rented a room at, you have to pay $18 a day. To make it worse, parking spots are not even guaranteed. There were multiple nights where I had to drive around four and five times to find a spot. And when I could find none, the associate manager at the front desk specifically told me to "park in the fire lane" where a bunch of other cars were parked- "just anywhere you can find a space, we won't tow you". Also, there are signs everywhere saying that they're a non smoking property. But there were 2 nights on the 3rd floor where the smell of smoke from cigarettes and marijuana was flowing through the vents all night. It was almost unbearable. Thirdly, the shower head would not work at all in my room. It would not turn on. The Westin is a good hotel, but I'll probably stay at one of the many others in the area next time.

Lovely check in staff. Baked goods, coffee, tea and water available when you arrive. It’s the type of hotel where young kids gather in the lobby and then bang on doors throughout the night, which the hotel has no control of (understandably). Just trying to paint a picture of the ambiance. My room felt aged. It also reeked of recreational drugs in the bathroom and the closet. Maybe some febreeze could benefit the space. Fine for a day but no longer than that.

I was there for a vendor summit. They stuffed us in a conference room on the 7th floor. Dimly lit and tiny. Screens were located in terrible locations. The other breakout room was set up in the bar. It was supposed to be set up at 10:00 AM. It was not. WiFi did not work in the rooms. No ice machine on my floor. The ice machine on the summit was out of order. Had to pay to park.

I didn’t have breakfast, but the setup seems pretty extensive. Friend and I had drinks in the bar, and it also seems to have a very wide range of drinks. This I was my second stay here and it is very comfortable. PLEASE CLOSE DOORS SOFTLY. That is an issue if the neighbors are noisy.

Much of our stay was wonderful. I wish the hotel had extra blankets that weren’t so scratchy as to be unusable (fleece plus industrial washing and drying is not a good combination) and I wish their employees had a little more polish in their customer service. I just got a surprise parking bill - a surprise to me because no one ever mentioned that parking is charged. When I called regarding the bill, the employee went through the motions “I’m sorry” but also “you should have seen the signs, they’re everywhere.”

The property is nice & it smells good but it’s too far from everything I paid for 1 king bed they putted me in 2 beds and the toilet gave us the hard time even they came to fix it but still it kept coming on getting blocked, we ended up leaving in the middle of the night to book another hotel we couldn’t use the bathroom we was not happy about that.

Flight plans changed last minute so booked because of airport shuttle, restaurant and the pictures conveyed an elevated level of comfort. The bad: It took 9 minutes to get off hold when I called for the shuttle, the restaurant staff failed to bring what I ordered that night and again at breakfast the next day (food was mediocre), the front desk was so understaffed I couldn't even purchase snacks from the sundries station (which was barely stocked) and, final straw, the carpet was stained next to the bed (as if someone had rolled over and got sick on the floor) and the shower still had the hair of the previous guest on the walls. The good: staff was nice, the bed was comfortable and there were 2 shower head options and excellent water pressure. Next time I'll pick a hotel with restaurants in walking distance--we passed a few on the shuttle ride to and from.

I wasn't pleased that after hours the hotel was wide open and you didn't need your key card to gain access in front of back not even the elevators. Also to pay $30 for breakfast the set up was not pleasing nor the cleanliness of the area. I also would suggest putting hand sanitizer in the areas

Beautiful hotel. Cleaning staff was very nice. Inside and outside was nice. Water in bathrooom faucet on the hot water would leak. The drain would clo up to the sink. The evening staff at the desk left me on hold waiting on another check-in customer. Abut rude about me asking about a taxi. The morning check-in desk clerk mad excuses for the shuttle driver I waited at the airport for an hour or longer. The driver and both shuttles were there.

When I checked in, I was given a room that clearly hadn’t been cleaned, the soap was unwrapped, there were squirts of something all over the countertop and a face cloth used and lying beside it….. the bedding looked like it had been pulled back to smooth after being in a ball and there were Bobbi pins and elastics on the floor- it clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. Thankfully the front desk person as baffled / apologetic once I showed him the photos I had taken and gave me a new room and a coupon for a free appetizer in the restaurant but this was really not what I’d expect from a westin.

I wish we were told the pool was drained when we checked in. I even mentioned swimming and no word that it was out of service. The restaurant took forever to seat us and to take our order - the waitress not the nicest est and seemed to be rushed. The bartender was nice. The staff overall could be friendly and happy.

The room was quiet and I got to rest well, which was the top priority. But the sheets felt like unchanged from the last guest. The reataurant staff start to pack breakfast buffet up around from 10:20 so we could not get what we would like to after that.

Property was nice. Airport shuttle took over an hour to arrive at the airport after 2 calls to the front desk. The overnight attendant was neither apologetic nor helpful. The driver was the same. Original front desk agent who checked me in was very pleasant. Management I’d suggest a check in with your overnight crew-they could use some customer service training.

The first room was at one far end of the building and had no Wi-Fi at all. (The guest network did not even appear as an option on any of my devices.) The second room, which was much closer to the central elevators, had a proper connection. The sleeping and lounging areas of the room were very nice. The comments I have here are that the "bright" and "dim" settings on the lamps in the room were basically the same, and that neither of the two pillows provided was in the "Goldilocks zone" (one was too soft, the other too firm). Otherwise, the rest was great—mattress, curtains, available space, noise level, view, etc. The bathroom was generally good, though the water pressure was quite low. I really liked that they had liquid soap dispensers in the shower—rather than relying on bar soap. Overall, very good experience; easy 4/5.

The room we were in the ac was definitely broken. We didn't realize it until the morning when it was 72 in the room and the carpet was wet near the ac. The person checking us out didn't seem too happy and upon leaving my partner said when they checked us in it was the same person and she just didn't seem to enjoy being there. The rooms are super nice and comfortable.

It's great if you have never stayed at a surrounding hotel. My previous stay was at the embassy next door and that's where I should've gone this time. Embassy vs. Westin! Parking Charge? Embassy No Westin Yes. Complimentary Breakfast Embassy yes Westin no. Westin average bedrooms and tub had a previous occupants out of the wrap SOAP still in place. If I had no other options; it's not that bad! It certainly isn't my first or second choice for my next visit.

I picked this hotel after I filtered for parking. They should have clarified “paid parking”. This hotel is by the airport (not a downtown location) with a huge empty lot in the middle of a suburban like area and they still charged me $17.50 for parking overnight. They had park mobile in that lot but couldn’t even tell me if that would be cheaper overnight, which I suspect it could be. This should have been told to me when purchasing this room.

nice, quite room. loved the water temperature and pressure in the shower. it was quiet even though there was a wedding and parties during my stay. hotel doesn’t have a view and isn’t in a walkable area but is very close to the airport, restaurants, mall and both DC and Baltimore.

The staff were nice . I changed the first room the air conditioning vent made loud buzzing noise continuously.The room felt old handle fell off shower . The only water in room was Fuji 8 dollars each ! At least give an option. At least give two water bottles with the room . And I felt uncomfortable the halls smelled of marijuana! Very strong smell on multiple levers . I was disappointed in Westin and the Marriott brand here .

Jason who checked us in was more interested in talking to then checking people in and he was not friendly. The toilet was clogged in our bathroom and then the the Ac/heating unit was broken so our room was cold we asked for another blanket. Which they said they would bring and never did. We will never go back there

Fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the morning of our stay, we were out for a little over 30 minute we weren’t offered anything for the inconvenience, staff were not friendly at all.

Missed connection at the airport resulted in the need for a room. The Westin is ~ 2 miles away from BWI and has a shuttle. It also had very good rates that evening. The room was clean and certainly met the Westin’s standards.

However, there were a few things notable to mention. First, our mattress and pillows were very worn out. The pillows folded like sheets and mattress had several sink holes. This is not what we become accustomed at Westin or Marriott. Also the location and access streets were dark and in need of repairs. Overall, our stay wasn’t bad mostly because of the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

The next day, I had lunch at the hotel restaurant. It was nearly empty, but I was still told I couldn’t sit in a booth I ordered a burger and coffee (bold move, I know), but no water was offered, and the server seemed mildly annoyed I was there. The loud music gave more “pool party” than peaceful lunch in addition the manager on speaker phone at the bar. The shuttle’s A/C wasn’t working properly. According to the driver, it “doesn’t really cool off the people in the back,” so he rolled the windows down. It also took several calls to reach the front desk for basic info when I arrived at the airport. I get that staffing is lighter late at night, but at that point, just post clear shuttle info online or set up an automated message. It shouldn’t feel like a scavenger hunt to figure out how to get picked up. Overall: a few nice touches, but for the price and the Westin name, I expected a more elevated experience—especially since this was meant to be a treat after 14 hours of flight delays and cancellations.

Very drab atmosphere. Pool out of order still. Somebody had a sunflower seed fest n they were left all over the floor for the days i was there, front desk at check in i dont think she wanted to be there that day. And in this climate an ev charger would have been nice for the price i paod to stay there. But the bed was comfortable #lasttime

Everything was wonderful. Only thing we were disappointed in was that the pool and/or hot tub was closed down. Food from the Luminous restaurant was perfectly cooked every meal! Fantastic!
