Nothing It smelled, was dirty, and loud. The people were stomping upstairs and we did not get any sleep. The hallways reeked of weed, and felt like choking.

It had good breakfast They never had any towels we had to go to the office for them to open the pool up don’t understand why the pool opens at 11 o’clock most of the staff had nasty attitudes bathroom door wouldn’t shut soon as I got in my room people were complaining about my kids like come on their kids and I just got in there. Don’t think I’m coming back. Seen a spider in the bathroom.

Room was clean, pool was nice and breakfast was good. Stayed three nights everytime I asked for towels I was always told they were washing. Had to get my keys activated everytime I left the room

Rooms were huge!

Great location and great breakfast. I loved you had to have keycard to get into buildings! The room good use a good scrub. Not filthy just needs more than a regular cleaning. The halls smell like weed and smoke.

The size of the room

A week before our trip we were sent an offer for late check out which we planned for. We came back to our room to shower before going to the airport after being at lacrosse games all day. Our things were thrown into garbage bags and handed to us. Not one person thought to call me and clarify when we were supposed to check out before handling our things without our knowing.

Beautiful room, excellent breakfast There were NO CARTS TO CARRY LUGGAGE, CPAPS, MEDICINE, ETC FROM CSR TO ROOM.DIDABLED GUESTS HAD TO MAKE THREE TRIPS GROM VAR TO ROOM BECAUSE THERE WERE NO CARTS …EITHER AT CHRCK IN OT CHECK IN OR CHECK OUT. The dog in the next room barked all night.

Honestly everything went super well the only reason I'm not writing five stars is because we didn't have an incident where they put us in a room with no air conditioner and we had to move rooms and the pool was closed one day for maintenance but we didn't know about it ahead of time. They're also a couple of times where we were given key cards that didn't work so we had to go switch them out. We also didn't have pool towels the one day that we were able to use the pool and had to wait for about an hour for extra room towels but it was incredibly busy to be fair Overall we enjoyed our stay and I love getting the suite / one bedroom as they are updated and more affordable then other hotels with similar rooms but I prefer these types of rooms as they work better for having small children. Love that we have a mostly complete kitchen only missing an oven it keeps us from spending extra money and plenty of room in the refrigerator. Overall I prefer staying here than other rooms in the area which I do stay in frequently also.

My home away from home.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. OMG, where do I even begin. The first room was disgusting, the blinds had stains all over them, the carpet felt gummy, so I wore my shoes all the time. The fridge looked as if it had punch marks on it. The couch had cut marks on it. The headboard had what looked like grease stains. I just couldn't sleep in that bed. I requested a room change which was accommodated, however the second room was just as Grose. From the second I got to the second room, i felt like crying. The door had what appeared to have blood or make up all over it, I questioned, why didn't housekeeping clean that off????? The bathtub seriously needs to be resurfaced or replaced; I literally put a towel down over the stains INSIDE of the shower in order to shower. Once again, the carpet was gummy, shoes on the entire day. I felt dirty laying on that bed. I stayed up all night on the phone with Expedia, literally begging for help out of there, I didn't want to lose my $500 but I was so desperate, I would have just counted it a loss. Luckily, they agreed, to refund me for the remainder of the stay.

This hotel was a decent stay. Near some decent food and stores. The room itself seemed a little outdated as far as furniture. Our tub looked terrible so cleaning could be better. You get what you pay for.

The breakfast was good the gentleman kept it stocked very well. The inside of the living area the carpet appeared to dirty and there was a smell of not clean. My daughter called for a plunger on that Sunday morning and no one ever came. The elevator was down and there was a gentleman looked as if he just got out of the hospital and had been waiting for some time. I reported it and I don't know if anyone came. My family had to take the stairs the rest of our stay. Very well priced I must say.

My room was decent... nice room... the temperature dropped one night and i turned on the heat which lifted the smell of cat urine from the carpet. I called the front desk and they brought up a plug-in deoderizer to suppress the oder. It did by about 80%.

Room was clean but the way how the 1 bedroom was set up was weird and overall the whole hotel no carts to bring luggage in and u have To leave out ur building to get to main lobby

The facility is beautiful bet the surprise were the ample roaches. Minimal housekeeping means this problem is not going away.

The place smelled like an old building. Bath towel were small, they didn't have any drinking water in the room.

It was a decent stay but not great. The ice machine in the freezer was broke, there was holes in the living room sofa, the people on top of us was banging all night like they was hammering something. When we arrived there was dirty towels and wash clothes in the bathroom and the breakfast was horrible. The gentlemen at the front was very helpful and it’s in a great location. I would use this spot again in the future maybe

This property staff was excellent service that treated their patrons very nice! Overall the property itself is very run down and well maintain . The beds in the hotel had mold within the mattress and not very cleanly. Carpets on the flooring were very dirty. The outside of the hotel property was very well maintained and clean. I would not stay there again.

The only detracter was the tv didn’t work like it did at other hotels so I wasn’t easily able to watch my shows in the evening. Breakfast was great but wish the captions were on tv so I could silently know what the conversation was about.

Gym equipment was old and wasn’t to clean. Weights left on floor at check in time. Free weights had rust on them.

There was mold on the towels, phone going off randomly throughout the night, no extra linens for the pullout bed, and I had to ask three separate times for the WiFi to reset just for it to not work on the tvs anyway. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

This day was excellent

Breakfast was alright but on our last morning both my son and I got sick after eating the eggs. I am not writing this because I am angry or upset, I simply want to let people know what they’re getting instead of expecting something and being let down like I was.

This has become the only place we stay when we come to Baltimore. The room's are clean,the staff is always nice and you cannot beat the good breakfast. Rooms feel so cozy.

Stayed at hotel for two nights. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable and needed a new mattress. The carpet needed updating. It was great to have the kitchenette. Staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and coffee was strong.

They have a very unique breakfast menu that is always very tasty. The room was very spacious and overall we had a great experience.

The staff was decent. Breakfast was good. Other than that the place is an absolute dump. The hallways are dirty and smell bad. I booked a suite 2bdr room which was very spacious. It has the potential to be a nice place if it went so dirty. It smelled like a toilet when in the entire room. All the furniture is ripped l, stained and outdated. The carpet was the worse part. Stained and not vacuumed. Honestly if I didn’t pay for the weekend, I would’ve left after the first night. Shower was broke in one room. Sinks clogged.

Booked 2 rooms and they separated us into two different building. It’s smells like cigarettes and then there were so much screaming. Plus the elevator wasn’t working and have to head to the third floor. Lighting in room didn’t work. Sofa was so thin I was able to feel like spring in it. Bad

Clean room nice bed and great breakfast

The outside premises were nice and the checkout area was clean. The morning breakfast was delicious and had options. However, the suite for my family was not so great. The TVs weren’t working, one of the toilet didn’t flush properly and the wifi was choppy. The price I paid for one night‘s stay wasn’t worth it. Would not stay here again!

Suite Rooms are Great.

Breakfast was pretty good and it is free so that’s a plus but my room was below my expectations. Shower/tub/ shower curtains were not clean and the hallways in my building had trash bags up and down them and smelled of cigarette and cats the whole weekend I was there. Kind of dusty overall look to the hotel was not what I expected but for the price it held me for the weekend.

It's a lovely establishment. Front desk person needs to be a little more friendlier. I took a red eye to get to my destination first time ever. So I booked to room for the day before. I didn't know I would have to call the establishment that day to tell them I was coming early next day. She made me feel dumb. Kind of rude. Almost didn't have a room available for me. Almost gave to someone else she said. The still scolded me after giving me my key cards.

Omg what a first night we had! We had to change rooms 3 times and we were there on a two night stay. First room the toilet didn’t flush so they changed out room. The second room the couch was sunk in, the room was not clean, the bed had no sheets or pillows with cases. It was a nightmare. We don’t even unpack our things. Front seat said they had no more rooms and that they can give us a plunger or new sheets that we can put on the bed ourselves. The next morning we spoke with the front desk manager and she didn’t really care but she did change our room to a clean working toilet room. We didn’t receive any accommodations but we will not be returning. Oh and the hallway in building A doesn’t smell pleasant. This hotel gives motel!

The room was a great size for parents and child 2 bedroom suite was perfect size. The property was a little run down. Trash in hallways, broken towel racks in room and we saw cockroaches in the sink 3 times.

A few complaints: for being a full kitchen, it was woefully lacking in cooking pots and pans, and just a few dishes. No bedsheets or blankets for the sofabed. Very bad lighting in the common areas, making it low visibility to cook and feel "at home". The staff was great, especially the young man in the breakfast, first name starts with D, he was Dominican, very nice man.

The rooms smell dirty; perhaps they should clean the carpets. We had a problem with the toilet, and they never came to fix it.

We had a bad experience. Our room was wet from the bathroom the bedroom because of the shower flooded. We ask that it be cleaned, we spoke to the front desk. We came back after being out all day the room was in the same condition. There fore we checked out. We have not yet been reimbursed for the inconvenience.

The room furnishing are dated. It was very noisy I could hear children running around above me. Also yelling in the hall and children crying. Doors banging till 2 am in the morning. Sound proofing needs to be addressed. The staff was very friendly tho. Some reviews mentioned cockroaches and bedbugs, I did not see any signs of them and I checked everywhere.

I came here to be with my father from North Carolina because I received terrible news about my father going into surgery than critical condition right after. I had to wait a day to wash because I wasn’t heard about wash clothes being needed for almost 36 hours until The front desk worker (young lady with locs) walked them up personally herself. She understood and listened to me during this difficult time and made sure she did everything possible to make life easier for me and I am thankful for her. Please give her blessings!!

The kitchen was a plus and great size

What made this even worse is that no managers were available onsite, and I was told, “they’re not here on the weekends.” No manager has communicated with me directly at all. I was also told they could not refund or partially refund me because I booked through Hotels.com, which is extremely frustrating given the unsanitary conditions, missing basic amenities, and non-functioning equipment. This stay has been inconvenient, stressful, and extremely disappointing—especially for the amount I paid. I would strongly advise others to choose a different hotel in the BWI area.

The tub was RUSTY! EW! Staff was very unhelpful and didn't offer any assistance. The parking lot was not shoveled, plowed nor salted! However, the room and bed were very nice.

The room was ok, not bad at all. One of the doors to access the building was broken, so it didn't feel as secure. Took 2 days to get enough towels and wash clothes for the room. Didn't like the fact that you have to go through the bedroom in order to gain access to the bathroom. Would be better if there was a separate door to it. Breakfast was cool and most people at front desk wwere helpful. The facilities weren't too bad. I would stay here again.

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was on par with what you'd expect from an inexpensive hotel. The thing is, the hotel STINKS! There is a pungent odor throughout the common areas, making it feel like you're breathing very unhealthy air. It wasn't so bad in the actual room, but every time the heat kicked on, it poured gross-smelling air into the place. I couldn't sleep. It was so disgusting. I can't believe this is allowed to go on. Hard pass. Never again!

Same 2 turkey products every day. Pancake machine empty a lot. Can you guys provide pork sausage or bacon or atleast rotate. The facility doors were not operable my entire stay which was a fire hazard

When I told the staff that if the hotel is smoke free, why does the hallway smell like Marijuana? Staff told me there is not much they can do about that. I will never stay at that hotel again...

I came for the Army/Navy game. Had a great experience overall. The staff was very friendly; room was clean; breakfast was nice and healthy. Highly recommend

A little dated, but clean, quiet

We have stayed here for over a month and are about to go traveling. we brought our rv travel trailer and parked it in the parking lot. the parking lot is no where near being full and we are told we can not have it parked in the parking lot for a couple of days so we can pack our belongings inside of it. iwe have spent a lot of money with them and i cant believe they sre giving us a hard time. we will be no longer staying here after tonight and we will no longer come back here to stay in the future.

There was no desk clerk, a sign on the counter said he was away and would return shortly. After waiting 15 min in the lobby I eventually returned to my car to wait. When I returned 15 min later he was there. Check in was smooth after that

Been staying at sonesta es for over a month and I highly recomend staying here. Staff is excellent and breakfast is always great. petsare allowed and that is a great added bonus. Thanks for making our stay a great one!!

The 2 bedroom suite is spacious! Some of the furniture was worn and outdated. The heat worked fine and the water got hot with no issues. Breakfast was ok…..I wish they’d bring back the waffle make though. Overall my stay was good and I’d stay here again!

Aside from the roach we had to kill, no hot water in the morning, no luggage carts available when we were unloading/loading, external doors that were broken and having to be surprised with a parking bill....the room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was very friendly.

I understand people live in this hotel but it’s does have to look like it. I had to be moved to a different room which still was not satisfactory. Paint on the ceiling looked horrible, couch had a hole in it, dishwasher had water sitting in it, tub paint stains in it and hallway carpet needs to be shampooed. I use to enjoy this hotel but I might need to reconsider. All good reviews are not real

Our door latch was broken. Anytime we opened it, it would move in and out on the bottom. The toilet flusher handle would keep running water unless we put it back up. Lastly, the TV would NOT allow us to use our firestick or sign in on Wi-Fi. We had a horrible cheap remote which was weird because we have stayed here many times and never had that remote or issues with the firestick/Wi-Fi. I want to watch my firestick and/or be able to sign in on my apps to watch my shows and not being able to almost makes me not want to stay again. I like upgrading to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, i like the parking, i like the price, and i love being able to pay for late check-out til 3. I just really want to be fully comfy and being able to use my firestick is comfy. We spent HOURS trying to get it to work but when the firestick would be on the volumn was on 1000 and there was absolutely NOTHING you could do about it. The cheap remote they gave us controlled nothing but the TV. We couldnt even click Apps because there was no "OK" or arrow buttons. It was frustrating. With people staying long-term, they should make those TVs and remotes more flexible. I had to look up ways getting around their WiFi just to connect the firestick but it didnt matter because the volumn was SO LOUD it was like the TV was about to blow all speakers. Other than the TV issues, I would come back. Please FIX this. I stay here everytime i come to Bmore and this is a HUGE issue for me.

The cable TV in our suite wasn’t working and when I asked the front attendant, could we change to another room that did have TV? They said he couldn’t do that but then also they did not get the room with the cable fixed till the day. I was actually leaving so that was useless to me and that being a Thanksgiving holiday not having streaming channels sucked a lot because I had kids with me who were very bored because they used to watching Netflix or being able to watch YouTube and they couldn’t because the TV wasn’t working fully

BUT the hotel needs some upgrades, the hallway carpet needs a deep clean or be replaced. The hallway either smelled of urine or weed.... The elevator sounded like parts were falling off, scary. The breakfast was horrible stayed for 4 days it was the same everyday, the second day til departure the food items once gone wasn't replenished.

Stayed at this same hotel several times before; however, our room location was much noisier this time. In addition, a considerable amount of light was shining through the seal around the entrance door.

When I got there, my initial room was not cleaned, the second room offered was cleaned but had an odor, the front desk worked hard to accommodate me and finally found a room i could stay in. Once I was settled in, I was able to enjoy my stay.

The lack of cleaning in the room. Upon arrival the pull out couch was broken and had dirty clothes and wash cloths in it from the previous customers. It was nights I came in late from work and had to go and get wash cloths and towels just to be told they didn’t have anymore. I would have to come back the next morning. The disappointing part, I had to be up usually by 6am to get ready to be at work in Baltimore city by 8am. The breakfast wasn’t that great due to the fact it was dry turkey sausage every other day and then Ham or Canadian bacon on other days. Please include reg bacon and sausage. Then the ultimate issue came while I was outside walking my children around and getting fresh air. It was an entire drug bust and police bombarding someone’s car. It’s young fellas walking around in the late hour selling drugs it seems and some level of prostitution. The police officer asked me my room number and how long be stayed here. I answered of course but he said he would advise me to get the hell away from this place. If it wasn’t for the great customer service of the young ladies that work the front the desk and the kindness of the young lady in charge of breakfast I would have give the place a complete zero. I don’t feel safe at all and I have 2 more nights that are no refundable.

This time around I waa unhappy with my stay the toilet was running disturbed my sleep as I was totally exhausted too exhausted to ask for another room and the worst part about it I ungraded my eoom it was worse than the regular suite I had priorcouple months ago

Everything was great the only thing I have to point out is that our room had minor things going on like the shower was clogged, freezer wasn’t creating ice cubes, WiFi would disconnect, areas of the flooring was stained, window screens were ripped. It was our fault for not pointing it out to them immediately but overall the experience was great and we will definitely book a room again.

Overall the rooms were fine. Noise complaints aren't taking seriously and no one will be kicked out for any amount of noise. This made the stay very bad! Staff not the kindest. Cleaning ladies were the best, though!

The hallways smelled heavily of smoke and Marijuana. Luckily the room itsself did not. Breakfast was a decent selection of warm and cold foods

I only booked here because they advertised free shuttle to and from airport. Upon arrival, I sat at the airport calling the hotel for an hour to get the shuttle. No one at the front desk would answer so I had to Uber there. When I got there, no apologies for not answering and I was told that service was no longer offered. This caused me hundreds of dollars in Ubers back and forth to the airport for public transportation. Please update the site to reflect accurate information.

The smell in the room was incredibly foul, i had to go to Walmart to buy some candles and spray to get the smell out, but other than that my stay was good.

I have satyed 2nd time here. Always has cleaning issue. I got 2 bed rooms and 2 bath rm, one of bathtub. not cleaned. I saw the lots of hair from the previous customer.

This was place was great. Parking was great. Room was huge and comfortable. Everything was spotless except the shower could have been a little cleaner. Price was great. Only down side which for me was pretty big was they were using an air freshener that was so strong. I mean you could taste it in the air. So thankfully i was only staying one night.

Checking out, I was informed a parking fee of $7.00 would be imposed daily. Since my stay was a lengthy one of 14 days, I would only have to pay $50.00! Nothing on your website indicates any type of fee for parking. Worse than that, at checkin, Nick at the front desk said NOTHING about any daily parking fee!! My documents also say nothing about any parking fee. I would formally request a refund of this "fee" immediately. Thank you.

The rooms were fairly clean, other than the blood stain. Friends wanted to have a room near us and was told they were. We weren’t even in the same building. If they lie about something that small it makes you wonder what else they lie about. On a good note I did get my deposit back in 2 days which is rare.

Didn't eat breakfast air was perfect

Our stay was pretty decent. We did have to switch rooms, our 1st room had a toilet that wouldn't flush and a clogged tub. The staff immediately put us into another room once we complained. The second room was much better with the exceptiong of a broken iron. Breakfast was very good, we were in town for a softball tournament so the early free breakfast was on point! The sofa bed mattresses could use a little upgrading but overall we were satisfied with the room and would stay again. The staff could stand to be a little friendlier, they weren't rude but not welcoming either, just kinda did their job but offered nothing extra.

Nick the night desk clerk was great!! I spent an hour and a half waiting for the shuttle service that the new owners canceled. Tried calling and 8 times was connected to the old reservation people who were unaware of the change in ownership. They are off to a bad start in my book.

The property was nice, however, the room had a stuffy scent to it each time you walked in. The staff was super nice and courteous. Breakfast was good but there wasn't much variety. Each day it was the same. Only concern was the lack of decorum in the main lobby and breakfast area. Guests were allowed to roam freely in their pajamas (or lackthereof) without any regards to the fact this was a public area. Some guests were downright disrespectful to the kitchen staff and there was no one from the Management team in the area to nip it in bud. Hopefully, this was an isolated matter and not the acceptable culture there.

Front desk staff was very personable. Grounds were in good shape. Largest flat screen TV's we've ever seen in a hotel room. Room was relatively clean. Carpet could use a good steam cleaning. Sleeper sofa was not functioning properly - difficult to open and we were unable to completely close it the next morning.

So at this point I am out $580.11.Sonesta ES Suites Baltimore BWI, should have honored this request considering they knew what we went through and the poor conditions of the rooms. It is very hard to reach this hotel on the phone, which makes it an even worse. experience trying to reach them. I'm very unhappy about this experience. I do not recommend anyone to go through this experience like I did. I will be calling their corporate office this week to try to get a resolution.

My stay at the hotel was great! The staff are welcoming, my room was really nice, and the breakfast included was an added bonus. Overall I definitely would recommend someone to stay here at this place!

Parking could have been provided to guests at no cost

The room smelled like musky old cigarette smoke and the bed was super uncomfortable. I couldn’t stand the smell so I had to ask for another room. The 2nd room wasn’t much better, just with a lesser smell of smoke .

The rooms were very spacious, not as clean as I liked, but I clean when I arrive anyway. The hallways are a little dated. Weed smell from other guest was a little unbearable at times. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Entire building smelled like marijuana. The room looked like it was pieced together. The electric outlets in bathroom were broken, the stovetop didnt work, they refused to give us more than 2 towels. We tried to buy a soda when we checked in, but they refused to sell us one because they said they were transferring ownership. They would not sell us anything from the marketplace. Front dedk staff was not very friendly either.

The room was nicely put together with modern furniture. I was only staying 1 night and my room wasn’t ready until 5:34pm. The staff at the time of check in didn’t seem remorseful or apologetic at all for the inconvenience. He offered me a lower deposit rate which I will be receiving back so not really an accommodation if you ask me.

The room itself was acceptable but there were cobwebs in the windows and it looked like maybe it hadn't been used in a while. I also found afterwards that my credit card was charged $7.00 for something but noone can tell me exactly what that is. I also wasn't made aware of any charges, so who knows? Overall, it was fine for a night but not staying again.

Dirty!!!

Check in was very easy and we got to our room very quickly. When we got in though, there was a PUNGENT smell of dog pee. It was so strong and it could be smelt throughout the whole room. There were spots in the carpet that I believe were to be the blame. We figured out soon later after hearing a dog barking like crazy that they allow pets but do not clean up after them. Our remote for the TV didn’t even work. It just turned it on but none of the other buttons worked. Our iron initially was broken, spilling water everywhere and wouldn’t iron. I did call to get a new one and they brought another right away. The smell was so awful I had to buy something to try and cover it up for the two nights I stayed. Absolutely terrible on that part, probably won’t be staying here again because of it.

- good value for room size and amenities (saw a lot of people getting use out of the pool) - the staff were very good-natured (minus the one guy working the night shift) - unique hotel layout with 3 separate buildings; keeps things quieter Cons: - the hand towel bar beneath the sink was literally falling off. this is the second sonesta property I've been to and the second time that a towel rack has literally fallen off the wall - the shower wasn't draining properly and no one came to unclog it, despite flagging it directly to the manager - the tv in our room had a very blue tint - after flagging to the front desk multiple times, the maintenance person came 3 times to try to fix it, but left without a resolution. by the time the hotel manager came to look, it was too late in our stay to change anything. she was very nice about it and offered a partial refund on our stay - kitchen tools provided were very iffy to use, it was below the average Airbnb kitchen experience

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind and professional. The building. Unit, and grounds were very clean. I don’t like how guest put their trash outside of the door in the hallway but. That’s me and I often see it at extended stays.

The Staff was incredible despite a horrible environment and insane policies with so many extra charges in the fine print. I'm considering reporting you all to the BBB for fraudulent business practices. Did you know that your competitors list their prices and fees online, rather than pulling a GOTCHA moment when it's too late for a refund? That's because they believe in their business. Maybe you should, too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was super convenient for me and the kids, making everything so easy. The space was lovely and perfect for our needs.

Also had to call the police because a drugged naked woman was roaming the halls banging on doors at 7:00 am. Security was not present until the situation with the naked woman was reported. Finally, was checking out and overheard a stressed out military member with 2 dogs and four kids told that he was going to have to get an uber because the hotel shuttle didn’t have a driver because driver was “off” Not great but a positive was the bed is comfy

The breakfast idea needs a rethink to ensure that it is meeting its objective. The food itself was very bland and serving the samething every day is counterproductive.

Room was disgusting. Reeked of stale smoke. Furniture was damaged, the sofa bed mattress had stains, bath and sink had stains, sink didn’t drain properly, curtains were so worn it had holes, bed was horribly uncomfortable, shower had no pressure, there weren’t enough pillows and the front desk couldn’t get more, the free shuttle wasn’t running, and so much more.

We have stayed at this location a few times. This time had to be the worst time. We asked for towels one night and they stated there were none available. We were also told we were supposed to bring our dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for new towels when they were available. Never in my life have I had to do that at any hotel. One night the alarms for a water sprinkler continuously came on at 1am in the morning. The room was not the cleanest. The desk staff were rude. Not every staff member but some. Upon checkout we asked for receipts and staff got loud and upset because we didn’t receive the correct receipts and they didn’t know how to print it off correctly. Also it does not say it when booking but once you check in upon arrival you will be notified that there is a parking fee which is new and insane. Parking should be free and sometimes it’s even hard to even get a parking spot at the hotel.

The breakfast was so complete and there was almond milk for those of us that don't consume dairy. There was options for those of us that don't eat meat.

I absolutely hated the constant smell of Marijuana that some of the guests smoked constantly. I observed what I believe to be some prostitution services going on there, my children witnessed frugs being sold and exchanged on the basketball court, and guests acting inappropriately at the pool. The hotel staff didn’t seem to care and one in particular complained loudly for any guest to hear how tired she was and eager for the day to be over so can go home. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

It was great! The only issue was quiet time was 10:00 pm, that was not enforced. Sometimes as late as 3-4 am. Had to call for them to chance the people to bed.

Terrible. We booked a suite.. obviously we needed towels for more than two. They refused! That's never happened before.... finally after we asked the 3rd person that gave us two dirty pool towels. We had to go to target and buy own on. Pull out couch with no blanket or pillows. They also refused to give those. We had to borrow from family. Halls filthy and musty. Toilet clogged up. Spots on the sheets.. just gross. No assistance no one cared.

Hotel is showing its age. Most of the staff is not motivated.

Day 1: Immediately met with a smell of weed that permeated our room and the end of the hall we were located in. The room also had the stench of dirty mop/bleach water. Day 2: awaken at almost 1 am for about 40-60 minutes for a fire alarm that disturbed the entire building. Nothing was shared about the safety of the guests or whether it was safe to return or a check in if anyone was ok. Unfortunately, many was sleep and some in wheelchairs had to be taken out by family members in the middle of the night. Unfortunate experience that kept us up for hours afterwards. Day 3: Last night—there was such a disturbance of banging from the room next door around 8 pm that after a day of sight seeing that was the last thing we planned to be awaken from. This lasted for almost 30 minutes. Attempts were made to call the front desk and no response at all. All 3 days the toilet just constantly ran. Wasn’t able to reach anyone to fix that either. Breakfast for two days straight had chorizo sausage crumbles… Not really a preferred choice but everything else was good. Overall, the location is convenient but I would never return. Just frustrated about the experience in general.

It was an overnight stay with family and we had a 2 bedroom and each room had its owm bathroom. It was spacious with a full size refrigerator and stove. I would definitely stay there again

I had to be moved twice. My first room had broken bulbs and water on the kitchen floor and the a/c was out. The hallway reeked with smell of Marijuana. Then i was moved to another room and in 2 days that rooms A/C went out. My third and final room the toilet half the time didn't want to work. Take what i tell you i will never stay or recommend for anyone even my worst enemy to have anything to do with Sonesta! For anyone considering to stay at Sonesta Proceed with Caution and do so at your own RISK ! Disappointed 😞 is an understatement! More like totally Disgusted!

Reserved several weeks ahead to learn when i got there it was first come first serve. Didn't receive the room i reserved and had paid for in advance. I came back to the front desk to let them know, the girl at the desk told me its because I check in later the the other guest.

This property is an extended stay property. Although they note that their property is smoke free there was several guests outside in the courtyard smoking cigarettes and weed. Once we checked in the room, we looked at the bed & the bed had a very visable "dip" in the bed. The bathtub was very dirty. Needless to say, we didn't complete our stay, because of they element at this hotel. While outside there was several younger guests asking us where we're from in an aggressive manner, while very loud explicit rap music was playing. The property looked decent but we didn't feel safe there so we checked out and found another room.

The first night of our stay my daughter (3 yrs old) wanted to use the pool. I asked front desk for pool towels because there were none outside. They didn't have any so they told us to use our room towel. We went back to the room to get the 2 towels they provided a family of 4! While in the pool you smelled weed and people hearing loud music. When we left the pool, we stopped again at the lobby to ask for room towels since ours were wet. No luck! They didnt have any. We had to shower and use the same towels that were soaked from the pool. Next morning, I went again to ask for clean towels. They didn't have any. They said because so many people stayed for the weekend, they ran out. Thats just poor planning. I've stayed in other hotels during busy holidays and they were always prepared. Overall, the vibe here just wasn't a good one. Im reading other people's reviews and questioning if we stayed in the same place! Oh another kicker was that they had a security guard in the main lobby for July 4th! Wth?!?!

The front desk staff was the best part of this hotel. There was no shuttle, trash everywhere, broken door handle to enter the building, broken laundry rooms, not enough towels and couldn't get more towels every time we asked they were out, broken air conditioner and strong smell of marijuana. Book somewhere else.
