I had no problems with the property except the smell. When I got off the elevator on the second floor it smelled like poop & weed.

Hotel needs some work. Beds are not comfortable. Ice machines don’t work except for the lobby.

The sink in the bathroom clogged, the refrigerator only freezes, I had to call front desk 3 times in 2 days to get iron and board

Pricing was great for the dates I stayed there. Staff was friendly Shower head pressure was too low. Room service people start knocking at the door around 10am. Generally room service start after noon time in other hotels. We had to send them back that early.

Paid for a 3 night stay while in town visiting family, stayed for 2 nights. Both nights people were yelling well into the night and slamming doors. I got no sleep. I checked out after the 2nd night and asked the clerk for a refund on the 3rd night. He said he had to talk to his manager and that they would call me. I have yet to receive a call or refund. Do not recommend if you are there for sleep.

The location and price were good. The lobby is not very welcoming. There was only 1 staff for the desk and transport which made waiting awhile. The room had halogen lights over the bed, which is blinding. The bathroom has no space for your supplies so you're sitting this gs on the floor. The faucet head did not control water temperature well. There was no blanket for the bed and only 2 pillows for a queen sized bed.

It was ok. Well our first night when we got to our floor, getting off the elevator the hallways smelled really bad like fishy and sour and really stinky. I cleaned everything in the room & sprayed down everything especially the bathrooms & bed the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but I cleaned it to my liking. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. It says breakfast included & you would expect hot breakfast but they just give you bagels, a sunny D, & yogurt. Which I hated but thankfully Chick-fil-A is across the street.

The carpet is ripped up in the hallway, the ceiling in the hallway fell in, other guests you can hear stomping around all day and night people slamming doors all day and night

The hotel had many flaws when jt comes to the maintenance. The ac unit had a broken vent and the bathroom was very old and had chips on the mirror frame. The walls were paper thin and could hear the room Next door arguing. Very unsatisfactory. Will not be going back again.

The room had a smell that triggered me, we asked for extra pillows and blankets. They couldn’t provide them, then we asked that night for towels and rags and they couldn’t provide them, until the next morning.

Didn’t have breakfast. Beds were fine. Bedding was clean. Door to bathroom didn’t latch. Floors felt unclean. Seems outdated furniture. Very cheap feeling.

This hotel looks like a motel! Very upset with my stay the first room they put me in was right next to the front desk carpet lifting up in the room. The room wasn’t fully clean I asked to be moved to a different room due to the noise level. They only have house keeping in the morning and the breakfast is horrible they put a bagel, a pack of cream cheese, sunny d orange juice, and a muffin I paid $300 to stay here and it wasn’t worth it at all and the check out is at 11 I asked could I check out at 11:30 they wouldn’t even help me. Never going back!

The hotel was very convenient, clean, spacious, my only negative remark was that the room had a smell maybe past occupant smoked but I had my febreeze so not too bad. I will stay again!

Parking was easy, Room service came every day to make the bed and clean the room. The bedding "mattress" was very hard and uncomfortable and seemed to wore out.

Checking out Usually nobody at the front desk, they run people to the airport and leave it unattended. Elevator is sketchy. Hairdryer didn't work. AC barely blew. Lock hardly worked on room door. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. No vending. No breakfast as advertised. They have pre-made Togo containers with a bagel, muffin, and juice box inside.

Room was dirty. Only 2 pillows no blanket or comforter. No soap in bathroom. I had to use bath wash. Would not recommend.. In fact I'm going to give bad review on travel sites.

The location that’s it The have poor customer service I asked repeatedly to fix the tv and they offered batteries then no help at all they would lie and say they were coming to check on it. Even when I got the batteries they made me come down and get it after saying they were bringing them the night before. The WiFi wasn’t working in the room only in the lobby and I told them multiple times. Nothing was done. I’m pregnant I shouldn’t have to walk to the lobby to get a signal. The bathroom clearly wasn’t restocked properly they didn’t even change the toilet paper. I didn’t trust anything else to be clean.

I would not stay at this hotel again. Avoid this hotel. This hotel is way below the standard of a Microtel Inn & Suites. The room wasn't clean. Holes in the cabinets. The carpets were dirty and extremely worn in the hallways. Carpets were detaching from the floor.

Did not get to stay due to a horrific snow storm and got stranded in Morgantown, WV. Had to sleep in my truck in a rest area parking lot.

Helpfus staff

Wasn't too bad especially for the price, hallways did smell like cigarettes BUT thats my only complaint. Aside from that our room was clean and the staff were really sweet/welcoming.

The rooms need to be updated and there needs to be better control of the visitors. I went there to get some much needed rest and relaxation but instead I got an upstairs visitor who didn’t need any rest and someone outside my window in their car with the music blaring at 8 in the morning. It continued for more than 2 hours as well as a lady talking loudly on the phone outside. When I went to speak to the front desk, no one was there. Also, I felt like the room I stayed in was not up to par; no hand soap, no paper towels, and the furniture was stained with made me feel uncomfortable.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hall way and room smelled like smoke the whole time we stayed there. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes and weed especially at night and in the morning. There was hardly anyone at the front desk.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. The bed in our room was set up on top of some type of metal platform that annoyingly made noise every time you got in/out of the bed. The breakfast option were limited in variety and number. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and there was only a water station in the lobby.

Carpeting on the 2nd floor looked like a 100' long crime scene - stains every 6 inches and the fabric was worn down to the rubber. But thankfully, we weren't sleeping on the floor. Shoddy construction/finishing touches, but pretty clean, staff was friendly, and the location was pretty convenient. Decent value.

They put me in a room that was completely unsafe for someone with bare feet to walk and one told about it they said they'd pass it on to the manager

Staff was very friendly, beds are very uncomfortable don't recommend if you plan to stay awhile. There was not a breakfast buffet. We had a takeout container with a bagel cream cheese yogurt and orange juice. You could also see paint splashes on the wall on the doors on the floor we were staying.

The “free breakfast” that was advertised was a nook in the hallway by the exit door where the addicts who STAY IN THE HOTEL hang out, & was an old dirty toaster & napkins. There were drug addicts standing/folded over, next to the side entrances. Drug deals happening in the parking lot IN FRONT of the hotel!!! The “Free Shuttle Service” was a guy that worked there driving his personal mini van to pick us up. Which was creepy, to say the least! And to top it off, it wrecked of Smoke!! Cigarette smoke, Weed smoke, and Drug smoke! We were there for about 2 hours, only because I had to be on the phone with Hotels.com about the situation, and trying to find 3 replacement rooms at a different hotel for us to stay! And they still charged us for a full night’s stay for the 3 rooms we booked, one of the 3 rooms hadn’t even checked in yet! This place is Deplorable, Filth ridden, a Disgusting environment and a Safety & Health hazard! It should be shut down!!

The stay was super comfortable and pleasant.

Had a knock on door at 12:30am staff had wrong room. Red light on phone at 4:00am no reason.

Vending machines would be a huge plus here! As someone who doesn't always want to order DoorDash or leave the hotel, it would be great to have more options besides soda. Plus, room service isn't available all night, so it would be a lifesaver for late-night cravings.

Towels are dirty and so is the carpet, covered in stains. Not worth $180 we spent. $10 more and I can stay at the height across the street we found after. Plus the shower is a rubix cube to turn on

I can’t believe the deplorable conditions of the hotel. Our room was awful. The bathroom sink was all cracked up; and it looked like someone had taken superglue to try and fix it. The tub was so nasty & dirty looking that we were afraid to shower! The walls were dirty; and there was no soap in the lobby restroom….just a terrible place to lay your head!!!! I will NEVER book here again; nor recommend this place!!!

You can't expect a 5 star for a cheap hotel like this. It's below average in many ways, but it's cheap. It's clean enough, the room was large, AC worked. BUT... some lights were burned out, the WiFi is unusable, the shower water was very hot and blistering (i.e., could not get normal temp water but at least it was hot and not cold), the fitness room was "closed for a few days for maintenance" (I was there a few days, never open, looks just to be a storage room), breakfast in a box was iffy. Fine if you just need a place to sleep for a night.

I paid for a suite and they gave me a terrible room with no security and in the morning they knock very loudly to get out of the room. Terrible experience.

The hotel did smell a little Smokey, I had to wash my blanket to get the scent out. The breakfast was very lack luster but they did offer it. Definitely not what was shown in pictures however. Overall the hotel was clean and it was a good stay for a decent price. Staff was very friendly and answered any questions. The WiFi did not work for 2/3 people in my party so that was also unfortunate but not the worst case scenario.

Staff was nice but rooms were outdated. Stains on chairs, carpets and in bath tub. Cleaning staff started vacuuming floors above us before 9 am and you could hear vacuums running.

The property needs a general overhaul to outside and inside. The blinds are torn carpets dirty and things leaking inside the hallway from ceilings and in the rooms. Rust around sinks and the tub. Hotel wasn't worth the amount I paid.

I went for a graduation & some rest. The bed was suppose to be Queen it was more of a full size. For a six one person we needed a real queen.

Odor throughout bldg Tv service was poor and difficult to operate

Checked in during the evening. Smooth process. Elevator is shaky and didn’t feel safe. Room was not as advertised. I went to take a shower and the water pressure was so hard that it actually hurt. The drain in the tub wouldn’t stay up so it was filling up while showering. I thought it was slow but the next morning the water was still in the tub. I sat on toilet to get dressed and the seat was so loose that i fell off of it. Also tons of trash in the hallway the next morning. I planned to be there for two nights but immediately asked for refund on second night and left. While explaining what was going on with the room, the guy at the reception area didn’t even argue back. He just agreed so they must know it’s raggedy in there. Wyndham needs to get their name off of there ASAP.

This is hotel is a dumpster fire. The property is in disrepair and our room had a foul smell, the carpet was dirty and the bathroom had hair throughout the bathroom. Found dead bugs throughout the room and the furniture was completely worn and tattered. My wife and I checked out immediately and requested a refund through Expedia however the manager never responded to Expedia's email or multiple phone calls. I would not recommend!

Availability of a shuttle to both airport&light rail is a wonderful amenity! When guest coffee machine stopped working it was repaired almost the same day. Even without a car I could walk safely to a nearby small mall&passed a working bus stop. A lovely hotel with hard working staff.

No frills airport hotel. Lots of dining options close by. Room was clean but worn down. In the hallway there was a large amount of garbage stacked up in trash cans that look like they belong outside, it smelt awful and I worry about the critters it would attract. Breakfast was a premade togo container with a bagel/cream cheeee, stale muffins, a warm yogurt and sunny D. Staff was friendly. Did have an issue checking in as the front desk staff also drives the shuttle to the airport. I had to leave to go to work and cpuldnt check in till the next morning which was inconvenient. Property smalls like weed as well.

The stay was very good. The person at the front counter was very kind and understandable. The food was also good for the price. I liked the entire stay, will recommend.

Moldy curtains rusted appliances

I did not enjoy our stay at all. The room was filthy with a foul smell. I had to immediately report and requested a different room. Its the filthiest hotel Ive ever been to. The sheets and towels were very worn-out and bugs were crawling on the floor. This hotel needs a complete refurbishment. Shame on management. I could never book this brand hotel again or recommend to anyone else. We booked because it looked good on the website but in reality, it is a sh..t hole.

Not safe or clean

We selected this hotel because it offered breakfast, but it was super disappointing. All they had was prepackaged breakfasts to include an everything bagel, muffins, yogurt (who knows how long that was sitting out), and OJ. Besides the stench of weed in the area, the room was clean and it was in a location close to our destination.

Next morning the "breakfast" was dreadful and hideous. We quickly checked out and had to find a decent cafe or so. If I had to stay there again, they should pay me and my mom.

The building is dirty! I had a roach in my closet. The workers are Indian decent and smell!!

They did not have a working phone or an alarm clock in room. They did however have a fridge and microvae that was convenient for a family of 5.

First room had a leak. Moved to second room, the bed was stiff as a biard. Would not allow refund. Back ached for sevrral days. Disgusting staff and hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. It was quite and clean and convenient. Great place to stay!

My wife and I left for dinner but did not return as my wife was too uncomfortable. I was later told by staff that the homeless people were harassing many people who arrived for their stay. The hotel staff later called the police to have them removed. I ended up 1 minute down the road at the Fairfield to which I had to pay a lot more for but worth the piece of mind and safety/security. The pictures online look nothing like the actual hotel and the hallways smell like curry. This hotel should not even be an option due to the misleading pictures/information provided

Everything was out dated and in poor shape. No front doors to hotel, rooms lacking, hallways, elevator, stair wells and lobby all need updating.

Despite the friendly staff, I am extremely disappointed by the unacceptable cockroach and mouse infestation in my room. I reported this issue to the front desk three days ago, but have yet to receive a response from management.

No frills but quiet. Did have a gnat problem that made the stay a bit annoying but no problem generally. Would only stay again in case of emergency/extreme need.

The smoke detector in our room was not mounted to the ceiling it was laying on the counter. The television remote worked except for the play button therefore we could not watch TV. The shuttle that used to transport to the casino was no longer running and every time we tried to find staff he was sleeping in the backroom. Been three days and I still have yet to receive my security deposit refund.

The staff were quick and accommodating when we asked for a room switch from one that smelled of smoke. The property is under renovations currently but is in overall poor condition. The beds and furnishings were uncomfortable.

Every space looks sloppily renovated, and we saw a cockroach in our room. The hotel management tried to deny us a refund, and still hasn't refunded the one night we did stay of four. Another couple left at the same time as us because of roaches. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Under construction and remodeling

Property is currently under construction. The check-in is a tent in the front of the property. Entire entrance is under construction. Found multiple bugs in the room (dead and alive). The free breakfast consisted of a small Sunny D, yogurt, packaged muffin and plain Bagel with cream cheese. Staff was friendly. Shuttle to airport was on time.

Property was unkempt, outdated, and dirty. Our room had roaches. Not worth it. We left early.

Poor customer service, breaksfast is notbas they posted on the website. Its only bread and coffee. They dont even provide towels daily, when i ask there is not towel the customer service guy told me am sorry we can't provide now. It doesnt make sense at all. The overall service is poor

I was disappointed that the hotel lobby was being renovated and it was not listed beforehand. The rooms all needed to be refurbished. The staff was very accommodating but it was a very disappointing experience especially for a Wyndham. The evening staff put us in a room that was very small and noisy. Got no sleep. I wanted to leave the next day but the morning staff lady was so nice and moved us to a larger room and did not understand why we were put in a handicap room in the first place. I will not go to a Microtel again.

Room was clean, bathroom recently upgraded. Breakfast was to go but a bagel, sunny D, yogurt and muffin was fine. Coffee was terrible. Guess this is why it was $152 for a Sat night.

Its supposed to be under construction but NO construction workers onsite..the rooms are just simply bad all 360, missing flooring, bathroom door broken, hallway carpet is wrinkle badly to a tripping hazard point, reception area in bad condition, NO air conditioning, no Drywall, No ceiling tile, Etc.

Well the room we get the AC not working well then at the time of breakfast was cold food nothing hot the toasters was broken, at the room only was 2 pillows i request for another and never get the pillows.
