I am leaving a negative review because the air conditioning in my room was broken. It was the beginning of summer, and it was difficult to sleep without AC.
- 4/5
It was clean and very spacious. We were a family of 4 with 2 dogs and we had so much room. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but maybe having a coin machine in the laundry room would’ve been better.
- 1/5
THERE WAS NO AC OR HOT WATER. I THOUGHT IT WAS A FLUKED BUT LATER FOUND OUT THAT THIS IS A REOCCURRENCE. DESPITE THEM KNOWING THIS, THEY CONTINUE TO BOOK ROOMS. ARRIVING A 2AM MAKES IT VERY DIFFICULT TO LEAVE AT THAT MOMENT FOR ANOTHER HOTEL.
- 1.5/5
The breakfast was great. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable There wasn't any AC the whole time we were there we had a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a box fan in the living room. We couldn't open the windows because there weren't any screens on the windows and I didn't want my 2 year old to fall out of the windows and the pool was never opened the whole 10 days that we were there
- 1/5
The AC was not working in the Hotel and was not going to be fixed during our stay. I spoke to the front desk and they told me since I had booked through Travelocity I would need to cancel with them and even though I had a non refundable room travelocity would contact them and they would agree and not run my card. The hotel had already been paid for when I booked. When I contacted Travelocity, they said it should not be a problem after they contacted the Hotel. After several days (which I had already stayed somewhere and paid for it.) I received an email from Travelocity that my refund was denied. - truly unacceptable.
- 1/5
I never had a chance to stay there. I made the reservations a couple weeks before coming returning from Thailand at the bwi airport. I made reservations for a shuttle to email me back. That was no longer with hotel and contact the hotel for shuttle service. So I contact the hotel and they said that they have no hot water and the air conditioning's not working. No one contacted me prior to these issues or offer me relationship with other hotels that I couldn't contact as it was 2:00 am in the morning. so I spent over an hour going on 3:00 am in the morning at the airport. Looking for a hotel. I finally found one.
- 3.5/5
The location was good and good parking. The outside and inside clean. The air wasn’t working in the rooms, only down stairs in the lobby. I had to raise the windows up and the window in the bedroom didn’t have a screen. I was on the 3rd floor. I purchased three fans to help keep cool and circulate the air.
- 1/5
AC was broken the whole time, I had to cut my 3 week stay within the first week. Then my hot water stopped working for my last two days. Sounds like you should just not expect the AC to work at all. I ended up getting half a night back for the two days without hot water, and after completing the survey got an apology email and points to my account. I'm satisfied with their solution, but definitely wouldn't have my friends stay there in the summer.
- 2/5
The only thing I’m giving a review for are the staff. All the staff were amazing and were probably the only reason we continued to stay there. The building was completely in disrepair . Stained tiles, broken walls , we had no hot water on one side of the hotel ,and no air on the other . It’s summer time and it was not well maintained .
- 0.5/5
No A/C or hot water.
- 1/5
To make matters even worse, I was given completely incorrect information about the shuttle service. I planned my transportation based on what I was told, only to find out the information was wrong, causing unnecessary stress and delays. The lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism is shocking. I wasn’t provided not one apology, only handed a card to email the assistant manger.,It feels incredibly dishonest to charge guests for a room while failing to disclose a major issue like no air conditioning. Combined with the misinformation about the shuttle, this turned what should have been a simple stay into a frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected much better customer service and accountability. I will not be returning and would strongly encourage others to think twice before booking here.
- 1/5
No AC on one side of the hotel and NO HOT WATER on the other side. Was told by multiple drivers that the AC hasn’t been fixed in MONTHS and they don’t offer anything other than a cancellation or if they do try to find another hotel they’re all booked. They need to shut down until they get the AC fixed along with the hot water because this is very unbecoming of Hilton

We just got off an international flight and needed rest. Raining. Exhausted we booked a hotel room hoping for a shower and a good nights rest before resuming our travels. Nope. NO AC. NO HOT WATER. NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATION. 11:00 at night. I am disappointed I. Hotels.com for not having a warning about the property in their website. Ni recourse with the property since I booked through hotels.com. Zero stars all round.
- 1/5
Worst Hilton-branded hotel I’ve ever seen. No AC, moldy ceilings, broken-down furniture, and zero signs of maintenance. This place feels abandoned, not managed. Hilton should shut it down until it’s rebuilt.
- 1/5
There was no hot water and hvac system was broken
- 1/5
Construction was happening during our stay. Needless to say, there were lots of noise, stuff everywhere, the heat did not work for the 3 days we were here and the front desk staff could care less about what we needed.
- 1/5
Was informed no hot water or air conditioning at check in so I requested a refund.
- 1/5
No hot water no AC just terrible
- 1/5
Hotel did not have AC and hot water and they were not recieving customers but expedia did not listen.
- 1/5
I booked this hotel last minute through Expedia after our flight was cancelled at 10pm. Arrived at the hotel to be informed that there was no air conditioning or hot water. With a group of 10 at 11pm and no place else to go, we stayed. It was awful. The hotel should have been shut down or at least put a disclaimer on the booking about what was happening there. According to our shuttle driver this is not a new issue for this place. Do not stay here!!!
- 3/5
The room was nice, breakfast was also nice, but doing our stay the hot water did not work and A/C didn't work we was there 4/14 - 18 2026.
- 5/5
It was very roomy
- 1/5
No air conditioning or hot water. It was as hot as an oven in my room.
- 1/5
Really bad stay. Rooms had no AC no hot water
- 1/5
Unfortunately the entire hotel’s A/C was broken AND their free airport shuttle was broken. After a 95 degree day in Baltimore. We were left stranded at BWI from a cancelled flight and I booked the hotel through Expedia, non-refundable, not knowing that the A/C was broken. I wish we would have gotten a notification that the A/C was broken before booking or given the option to choose another hotel right then and there. We weren’t offered any partial refund or anything and we felt like there was nothing we could do but endure. We didn’t have a car. At that point, they should have given everyone a discount if they wanted to stay there or not let people book. Unfortunate.
- 1/5
They do have a pool that has been out of service for years with no intentions of fixing it. I asked if the AC will be fixed for the summer because I do have a room booked in July but the person at the front desk was not friendly at all and all she said was she didn't know and she doubts it will be fixed because it's been broken for months. Overall the hotel has very old furniture and the bed is not comfortable at all. I stayed at Homewood Suites in Orlando and has an amazing experience and I thought it would be similar but this location gives the hotel name a bad rep.
- 3/5
Really clean and nice facility overall. But with the AC being out, one of our 8 rooms having ants and then 4 of the 8 showers weren’t working properly either for some reason
- 0.5/5
As soon we get there to check in the receptionist announced the hotel didn’t have A/C service and no hot water! They canceled the reservation for this issue. We had to look for another hotel at that time. Really disappointed and inconvenienced for this situation!

Great property as always i have three staff i consider wonderful, Joanne at front desk Eugene the maintenance guy and Deyjen i think the housekeeping breakfast it's ok nothing special like other Homewood suites, the main problem is AC Not working the entire hotel no AC I have small AC in my bedroom which for some reason on my past two days it fall off the ground I request for maintenance nobody responds when I check out I spoke to hotel manager he was nice he give me one night credit which I already received the refund, location is nice very safe and beautiful nature a little far from many restaurants but have few nearby and I Eleven 10 minutes walk from hotel
- 1/5
No AC!
- 1/5
The AC in the entire building was broken and staff was “supposed” to let everyone know prior to check in. We were NOT notified or we would have absolutely went somewhere else. After 2 nights of or room being over 80 degrees- we had to leave and find another hotel. There was black mold throughout the bathroom ceiling and vent. Front staff was rude and defensive, which was super disappointing.
- 5/5
I was pleased with my entire seven day stay the hotel.
- 3/5
Breakfast was great!! They served some meat I could eat.(nonpork option) 😋 room was clean, parking was great however the air conditioning and pool was out of order. If it wasn't for the great customer service from the manager and her willingness to provide me with a fam i would of had to leave due to medical conditions. Shout out to
- 4/5
Room layouts were great. King room suite, with pull out sofa. Hot breakfast was mediocre. No fresh fruit. Air condition was broken in hotel. Mold was visible in hallways and hallway floors were damp. TV in lobby area was unable to change channel to watch sports playoffs.
- 0.5/5
The ac not working the stink bugs in my room the cards working strange the old tvs that state you can use Netflix but can not. Super disappointed in this hotel
- 0.5/5
There has not been a,/c for 3 months. I didn’t end up staying there. They were trying to push me to stay there. I ended up canceling and getting reimbursed.

No one working on AC. Good thing it was only like 70 that week..find another place until AC is fixed. Otherwise good place pots pans clean

- 3/5
Our room was clean enough but the shower and sink drain were clogged. Both were extremely slow to drain, leaving you standing in a puddle while showering. The bathroom ceiling obviously had a previous leak but no one attempted to repaint the water stains, wall paper was peeling in the room, wall paper in the dining area was peeling (showing signs of mold), the dining room chairs were in need of replacing. The breakfast selection was not very appealing, in fact my 10 yr old walked away because the smell was turning her stomach. Upon check in, the woman at the front desk was not welcoming at all!! Not the least bit friendly, but checking out the gentlemen at the front desk was very pleasant. The hallways on my non smoking floor reeked of Marijuana.....Im usually not a complainer but I will say I was disappointed with my stay. I've stayed at Homewood suites many times in different places and never experienced one this poorly kept.

When letting the front desk know the AC wasn't working, the staff was rude and unhelpful. The only solution offered was to open a window.
- 4/5
The location is very good, quite place but the room need to renewed. Otherwise, everything is good.
- 3/5
Property is very old and is overpriced. Reserved a Suite which was very hot and had a mildew smell upon arriving. A/C was not working and was told they could only provide fans. The solution ended up being the maintenance man coming more than an hour after calling the front desk for him to just open the windows. Would definitely not stay here or recommend staying here as the rooms are not well kept nor is the property.
- 3/5
The rooms need updating. Seemed dark, the furniture was old and needed replacing. There were rust stains in the bathtub. The a/c did not cool well at all.
- 4/5
Clean room and hot breakfast was a winner.
- 1/5
Hotel was outdated and neglected (not referring to pipes burst issues) in terms of poor maintenance, safety concerns. Did not look like pictures advertised. Staff not friendly, rude. Did not made us feel welcomed.
- 1/5
Accommodations were horrible. There was water damage everywhere. I had to change rooms three times and outside was very icy. I would love a refund.
- 5/5
Great customer service despite the HVAC not working and the fire sprinkler system burst.
- 2/5
Bad Things: Staff were polite, but they didn't have the resources to be helpful: 1. When I arrived, the clerk required that I call my husband because his name was on the reservation (we share a last name). I complied, and I had to disturb my sick husband. Why did the staff person's training require this? No other hotel in my experience requires it. 2. The room didn't smell good. I did NOT followup. 3. The room was cold. I attempted to adjust the thermostat, but my adjustments didn't make an impact. I did NOT followup. 4. When I awoke, I found that the hairdryer didn't work at all. I called down to request a replacement. They were not able to help me. I was incredulous... You don't have a spare hairdryer? 5. Prior to my stay, a snowstorm came. The lot had been plowed, but the plow BURIED all the cars in the parking lot! My family (staying in other rooms) worked hard to assist other guests. The clerk did NOT have any show shovels to help. Unbelievable! The hotel owner should have had shovels on hand. The hotel owner should have found additional labor to dig out all the cars in the parking lot. I will not be returning to Homewood Suites unless I learn that the ownership has adjusted to help the staff help us.
- 2/5
Room was outdated, room had a weird smell. Shower was chipping & had rust stains in it.
- 4/5
Hotel staff was friendly and place is beautiful. They tried to charge me again after pre paing and ac did not work
- 3/5
not of the fireplace. The attitude of the front desk clerk when complained, simply ignored what I have complained about. I will not return.
- 1/5
Heat not working. They give 1 heater. We had a 2 bedroom suite. The room never went above 28. Staff not helpful at all! The solution for them was “I can give you point, for Hilton rewards but that’s it. No one could fix the heat. Could not go to another suite. If you can avoid, AVOIDDDDDD!!!!! Problem after the next. Drains in sinks was backed up. Shower head broke. In main bathroom. Washing up can be a bit of a challenge. The spout moves lol. Just avoid the headache!
- 5/5
Yes, everything was great!
- 4/5

- 4/5
Nice room
- 1/5
Room was not updated as shown in pictures. Shower handle and spout fell off. Room smelled with an oder.
- 1/5
Room was outdated and smelled musty. Found black mold on walls and ceilings. Bed sheets not clean. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Rug was stained and discolored. Will not stay here again or recommend. Definitely over priced for the state of the property.
- 2/5
I complained of smoke smells and the air conditioner was extremely loud. I had to extend my stay for one day. I asked for a small discount or some sort of accommodation and told since I booked through hotel.com it was nothing they could do. Pretty upset as a longtime Hotels.com and Hilton rewards member
- 2/5
Staff didn’t acknowledge us at checkin. Room was dirty.
- 2/5
The rooms/hallways smell musty, rooms are outdated, furniture uncomfortable
- 3/5
The fire alarm went off during our stay @5 am in the morning and your front desk staff was not respectful when we called to check in on returning after the alarm. We felt like we should have been refunded for our inconvenience. Other than that our stay was fine.
- 2/5
We waited for over 30 minutes to get our key. It was Thanksgiving, so I can over look that. When we got back to our room after spending time with family, we realized there was no heat in the room. We called the front desk, and the woman said she could do nothing to help and hung up on us.
- 5/5
Clean very quite

Hotel stay was great
- 5/5
I liked almost everything. The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms was clean. The thing I didn’t like was paying to park at the hotel that I’m already paying to stay
- 4/5
The staff is amazing. The rooms are nice, but some repairs are needed. It would have been nice to know the pool was closed as our granddaughter loves to play.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great rates, surprise evening appetizers, beer and wine. Will definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Pool was closed, parking was good.
- 5/5
Everything was great except for the fact they charge u a rste for parking your car on the property after you already paid to stay

our family enjoy the stay at Homewood Suite that was the best five days in two year . we really needed that I will back soon if it is the Lord will and his way. the room was nice and clean the food was great we really wish we could stay just one more day. The workers was fantastic and polite. We be back Baltimore God bless my family I hope to see them soon Thank you Homewood Suite. YEAH

The hotel overall was a miss, cockroaches were very actuve in our room and I've noticed a few in the light fixtures throughout the hotel
- 5/5
Clean room | Staff | Breakfast | Family-friendly
- 1/5
This hotel has been neglected and terribly maintained. Dirty carpets, low nasty ceilings, peeling walls, torn up furniture and daily odors. I wish I hadn’t gotten stuck here. Hilton should be ashamed.
- 2/5
When we arrived 7pm we weren't able to get our room keys since the computer system was down...We were all tired from long drive from nyc ; We ended up eating in hotels main Dining area coz the kids are hungry... They're still fixing trouble shooting the problem... They were able to provide the room for us by 9pm thru the hotel maintenance main keys so we can rest; They weren't able to give us upgrades for the inconvenience ; and we were quite unhappy the room we had wasn't that clean ... stained floors and smells musty ... but since we were tired we just tired to argue::/ We love coming to Residence Inn for it's comfort and ambiance but this is the far worst stay we ever had...
- 5/5
Very enjoyable.
- 3/5
Awful, unapologetic staff with terrible customer service.
- 3/5
Water in shower kept going cold hot cold hot. The light coming in the windows sucked in the morning. So noisy!!!
- 4/5
Water taste horrible.. but it was great except for the fire alarm scaring the crap out of me.
- 5/5
My stay at Homewood Suites Linthicum was as usual very comfortable. The staff was very courteous, and pleasant and all was done to make my stay and that of other guests very memorable. Breakfast was wonderful, and a quiet environment lent to a remarkable experience. I will certainly be back at this establishment. Hats off to the manager and staff for a job well done.
- 4/5
Nice stay.
- 5/5
Close to everything, accessible, quiet
- 5/5
Me and my family were all able to stay in the same room, and the shuttle to the airport was so helpful! The staff wasn't very friendly but the accommodations were great.
- 2/5
This is the first Homewood Suites property I have been to (all over the US), that does not have coffee in the reception and especially at breakfast hours! Extremely disappointing, and I can’t understand why they don’t have it available at breakfast. Room was very dated with damage to some doors, and specific carpeted areas smelt of urine. Particularly, in the bedroom, so uncomfortable trying to sleep and smelling urine. I assume that could be from other guests and their pets, but also lets me know, the rooms aren’t very clean. Again, extremely disappointing and not what I expect from a Homewood Suites. Had booked a 3-night stay, and came back to an uncleaned room/no fresh towels, after the first night. I had to call reception to ask for towels and then go down myself, late at night, and collect whatever they had available. The next day, I requested the room be cleaned, while out for all of the day and evening. Reception wrote it down, but there appeared to be hesitation at such a request. Do they not expect to have rooms cleaned, if you are staying multiple days?
- 1/5
I’m deeply disappointed with our stay on May 17th, 2025. After a 12-hour journey, we checked in around 8:54 PM only to find a room with no working Wi-Fi, a bathroom door that wouldn’t shut, and broken air conditioning. The front desk staff—Shanee Evans and Magaly—were unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional.
- 1/5
But the worst part of this Homewood Suites BWI was Wes Coates the night front desk clerk. If this is any kind of a first impression person that Hilton has representing their company then they certainly chose the worst person possible for the last 5 years that Wes said he has been working for Hilton. He is extremely rude and belligerent and a downright despicable human being. When I arrived to check in, he didn’t ask for my name or say Hello how may I help you. However Wes Coates told me I was unprepared because I didn’t have a Hilton confirmation number. He proceeded to tell me in front of my employees that I didn’t not have any rooms booked at HIS hotel and instead us sorry guys have a great night. I told him that I booked the 3 rooms through Expedia and produced the paperwork saying so. He again sternly stated that I needed a Hilton confirmation number. He proceeded to lecture me harshly even though I am almost 60 years old, that third party vendors don’t give Hilton confirmation numbers and that I needed to call Expedia and get a refund from them, and book the rooms the correct way whatever way that is. He then asked for my credit card and when I wanted an explanation why, said it was for incidentals and gave me another tongue lashing.
- 5/5
Easy check in. Comfy bed. Clean hotel
- 2/5
we stayed here for a few night while a family member was in hospital this place is well worn most of the staff was nice but had some old grey haired guy check us in who was annoyed being bothered by having to do his job . The rooms are worn furniture is old and beat up our bed was broken when you sat on edge of king size bed it wanted to flip over because it was missing legs . light bulbs were burned out in room the place is just old and run down we will stay somewhere else next time in the area
- 5/5
Had a nice breakfast
- 5/5
The guy (older) staff was amazing! He checked me in and was very pleasant to deal with. I’m sorry i forgot his name.
- 5/5
My stay is always nice at Homewood Suites
- 4/5
I gave the rating I did as we never made the hotel stay as our flight into BWI was delayed then canceled. I had taken advantage of the park, fly, and stay feature. So, the return flight cancellation did not give me the opportunity to stay in room but from initial visit when parking my vehicle, Hotel receptionist was great, lobby was well lit and clean, and when I called to inform the Front desk of our delay, and possible non arrival she was very polite and understanding.
- 2/5
Instead of staying at Homewoods, where we were booked, the hostess at Townhome gave us a room there instead. So we got charged twice for hotel rooms. Not happy!
- 5/5
Nice service
- 5/5
No issues
- 3/5
Honestly, it was a roof over our heads. The hotel itself was shoddy, staff was largely unresponsive (ie, requested towels as we were shorted for the number of people indicated in the room), parking fee wasn't disclosed prior to the stay, the indoor pool was closed, and the elevator sounded like death was coming. I would definitely not stay again, and likely would fine a different chain in the future.
- 5/5
Nice location staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
- 2/5
The facility needs upgrading in the worst way!! I don't think I will be staying at your facility in the near futur. The room we stayed had a roach!!!!
- 5/5
The staff were very helpful and kind. We had arrived early on Thanksgiving and I asked if we could check in early and they allowed us to do.
- 4/5
Ilike the appartment hotel. It has everything for a short vacation. The fridge is big enough to store things. Rooms are big. Staff member friendly and very helpful
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
Rooms were big and roomy. Nice size fridge, microwave, and separate living area. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
I love the hotel & its amenities. I enjoy staying there. This is my second time staying at the hotel. It’s going to be my go to for when I visit often.
- 5/5
Stayed in a two bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. Top class!
- 4/5
It was clean and a short drive to the city. The breakfast was also nice
- 3/5
I was very unhappy with the conditions of my room. It was very cold, not heat at all, and they said it was nothing they could do about it. But other rooms were hot, so that's weird. Bugs were flying around my room (mosquitoes and moth). I would not be going back this one.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay, I strongly recommend for family vacation and other visits
- 4/5
The stay was very good. The condition of the bathroom needs some attention. The shower curtain definitely needs replaced. It would not stay closed. The door to the bathroom would not close. The water was hot though. The sink area for the bathroom was good. The room number was 309.
- 5/5
Overall, great experience- thank you!
- 5/5
When I entered the room, it was EXTREMELY COLD. I found the thermostat on the wall hidden behind the TV and it read 58 degrees. I raised the temp and it warmed up quickly. Room with sofa & kitchenette were very poorly lit.
- 3/5
PROS: Most of the staff was nice, the parking area felt safe, the water pressure for showering was excellent, the lobby area was inviting with fresh iced water & lemonade. Also, there were plenty of fast food and sit-down restaurants very close by! CONS: Being charged for parking (it's a big, open lot) seems like the hotel did it for a quick & easy cash grab. The hotel is old and dated with yellowed, popcorn textured ceilings, a ceiling fan straight from the 90's & chipped/worn furniture. It definitely needs a serious update as the sleeper sofa smelled liked urine & the sleeper/mattress itself was unusable bc the foot of it was raised very high (her feet were above her head when laying down). We ended up sharing the king bed. The "All American Breakfast" as they labeled it, was served all 3 days we stayed and it was just so-so. It would have been nice to have something different served each day. Also, the traffic from the hotel to the Inner Harbor was LONG, at least 20-25 min each way per day. When I return to Baltimore in a few months, I will stick to staying in the Inner Harbor. This hotel could be great if the owners would put some money into updating it with new, clean furniture and some modern touches in fixtures & aesthetics.
- 5/5
The rooms where clean and big, with plenty of parking. Plenty of places to eat, you could walk to them if need be.
- 2/5
They charged daily for parking which we did not know ahead of time. The smoke alarm kept going off in our room, they couldn't fix it and had to move us.
- 2/5
Upon arrival hotel looks nice. Front staff was friendly and attentive. Was able to do early check-in. Lobby appeared nice and clean. Stains in the small elevator that smelled horrible, carpet ripped and torn, worn. Entering the room the first thing we noticed was window units with duct tape around them, we had a suite so there was 3 window units, room was hard to cool. Work couch, could feel the springs in the sleeper sofa. Beds uncomfortable and pillows were thin. Sticky or wet spots on the carpet. Water was hot for showers and the Kitchenette was adequately staffed. Breakfast was hot and coffee was decent.

Hotel is ok

Digital check in did not run as smoothly as expected. I checked on online prior to arrival and put a card on file there. I was supposed to be given a digital card there but it still required me to go to the front desk to check in and then I had to give another card because the employee did not see the one I had put on file there. Also she noted that parking was $8 when the website said free parking

The couch needs to be thrown away. It worn out. I can see it. Overall love the hotel
- 3/5
Easy to get to airport and free airport parking
- 2/5
This was a terrible trip asked for Manager to contact me when checking out and no call. Put handicapped on 3rd floor and only elevator broke down 6 times including 5:30am in the morning when we were trying to check out and couldn’t leave floor. Large gap in front door of room and a/c didn’t work properly.
- 5/5
I had a great stay, it was comfortable, pleasant, excellent. I plan to return there next time.
- 5/5
Nice and quiet

Freezer would not close, shelf lopsided, stool had one leg missing. Cocktail table was chipped sharp pieces on it. My grandson visited my room he and his parents were staying in there Bed felt like it would give, break down when getting in it and out of it, made a cracking-creaking noise. Tub/shower combo faucet very-very hard to turn off and on. Maintenance was called and I was told it’s because it leaks. You have to keep it tightly turned off. My Son-in-law had to loosen it for me and allow it to leak a bit. Rusted part, tough patch, stains in the tub basin by the drain. Daughter’s Room huge stains, the sofa was raggedy, a large whole in the sofa cushion and her mini blinds would not ascend or descend. Bathroom door very close to toilet not easy to enter and exit. Too expensive to deal with all the dilapidation.
- 3/5
smell too strong- cigarettes' and others substances.. we were with little kids. love the fact that is a pet friendly.
- 4/5
The pool was not available. In addition to wanting a suite since we are a family of four, we also chose this space because of the pool. Everyone was bummed to discover it was closed.
- 2/5
This hotel look nice on the outside , but the room was very, very out dated. Green chairs that was riped. Water stain on walls .Smelled like wet dog and corn chip. Lighting was dark with light bulbs. On top of that the door was unlocked/open.Was very disappointed in this site. Would not recommend this site for anyone to stay in. I checked out the next day. This was not a home away from. Please do better!!
- 2/5
Honestly the hotel was nice but the air conditioners weren’t working in the entire building. After 2 nights of trying to sleep in over 80 degrees we canceled and moved to a different hotel. What bothered me was there didn’t seem to be an effort to make things right. I asked for a fan and they said they were out. I said well is there a store you can go buy some for the rooms? Didn’t seem unreasonable to me but they did not and the owner/manager was nowhere to be found.
- 2/5
Not worth the price per night. In a nice area but it’s worn out, not kept up like you’d expect from a Hilton. Dark and dreary, broken furniture, broken, dirty shower. Elevator smelled like wet dog all weekend. The room temperature would t go below 74° it was so hot and stuffy it was hard to sleep
- 5/5
The Hotel was great with the exception of people smoking marijuana and i have lung issues. Staff was pleasant breakfast was great .
- 5/5
Nice place wirh good breakfast
- 4/5
Good value, good breakfast, excellent bathroom and counter space. My only issue was that the property is a little run down, the black out curtains were locked in place on one of the windows, water was lukewarm. Minor quibbles if you’re doing a short stay, maybe bigger if you stay longer.
- 2/5
The man at the front desk was very rude when I checked in. Also, there was a period of time when I was without water in my suite.
- 3/5
Airport shuttle service could be better. Small minivan, Long wait times.
- 3/5
Rooms they were okay Staff okay The only problem I had was the pool doesn't work I have stayed with them many time and within 3 years still the pool doesn't work
- 5/5
Very nice and clean. The staff was amazing!!! Especially Wes at the front desk! 10 stars! Would stay here again.
- 2/5
Bright lights outside and poor window shades allowed light through
- 5/5
The person working the front desk was very friendly!
- 3/5
Room well worn
- 4/5
I thought this place was great. The only thing I didn’t like was that I was charged for parking and no one even asked if I had a car on the property.
- 4/5
Staff was great and very friendly. The place was as clean as possible given the fact that the building needs some serious renovation. The only reason I used serious renovation because what I've seen doesn't live up to the Homewood Suits I'm used to and I've stayed in lots of them all over the country.
- 5/5
Front attendant was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Would stay here again!
- 2/5
Property seems really old and worn down. This is the worst homewood suites condition wise we have stayed at
- 5/5
Quiet and staff was sweet
- 5/5
The hotel was convenient to BWI within minutes since we had an early flight. Staffing was helpful. particularly point out Ron the shuttle driver gave professional, friendly, joyous service. His recommendations for eating was on spot. He certainly knows the meaning of customer service. The suite design was very comfortable.
- 1/5
Check in. Then when I go to the room and open the door, there’s a guy sitting on the couch in his underwear watching football. The room was OCCUPIED!!!!
- 1/5
The hotel itself is absolutely fine. Breakfast was good. The room was exactly as described and worked for my family. This would have been the place we stayed for all of our trips to Baltimore but not anymore. Ridiculous.
- 5/5
Staff was great. Facility was wonderful. Room was very comfortable. Only issue was that the complementary breakfast food was mediocre.
- 1/5
The pullout couch was un-usable. The staff were super friendly.
- 4/5
Had a number of minor inconveniences which should have been resolved quickly e.g. toilet would not flush, faucet in tub leaked during our entire stay. But overall I enjoyed my stay and particularly the staff. Specifically, the lady who managed the breakfast eating area was super fantastic!
- 4/5
Thought hallways weren't very well lit. Heard pool was closed but it was also closed last year when my family had stayed - had it been open at all thru the year? I would recommend this property & would stay again.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and efficient upon arrival. The room was very clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Hotel is pretty big and a bit dated. The eating area is nice and spacious. The hallways are dark ...needs better lighting. Rooms are nice - unfortunately, the pool was closed and we didn't know until we arrived onsite. The staff are nice - offered to shuttle us around if we needed.
- 5/5
There was trash all around the parking area.
- 4/5
The room was overall nice but it was infested with roaches that i woke up seeing in the morning
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean. The courtyard was very cute. Love that this hotel is pet friendly.
- 4/5
Rooms made up daily which is nice. Breakfast was good with friendly staff.
- 4/5
Staff at check in was awesome. Shuttles were great. However, I left a wake up call request and never received it.
- 2/5
There were roaches ant several ants mainly in the kitchen and some throughout the room
- 2/5
The breakfast was very basic. I think our stay at the property was not at all worth the money we paid.
- 2/5
I was charged an additional $50 fee for “incrementals.” That wasn’t made clear at time of reservation.
- 3/5
The staff were friendly. The pool was closed which is why we stayed here. The window ac units had cardboard duck taped over the opening. The duct tape was not sufficient.
- 5/5
Very good location.
- 5/5
I was very happy that I did not have to get 2 rooms. My family of 5 was able to stay together in a suite with a kitchen king size bed and full bathroom, other room was 2 double beds and a full bathroom and the sitting area had a pullout sofa bed, for an excellent price. We were able to pay for our vehicle to stay long-term while we went on vacation. Free shuttle in the morning, which got us to our flight on time.
- 5/5
Great Hotel. Comfortable and clean!! Friendly professional staff. Would recommend to all
- 4/5
Overall the things that mattered were there - the room was clean, the shower was hot, and it wasn't noisy. Breakfast was hot. However the hotel, overall, needs some attention. The waterline to our inroom fridge was leaking on to the floor under the fridge, and even tho mentioned it to the front desk twice it was not addressed, the pool was closed until August for "scheduled upgrades" (tho when I booked a couple months ago there was no mention on the website about this). I'd stay here again as long as I wasn't planning to have a pool.
- 2/5
Air condition not working. Blinds don't work. Mold on window frames. Stair carpet in the lobby very dirty. Coaches in the lobby were dirty and stained. Upon arrival front end staff having personal conversations instead of attending customers. Routine room cleaning was good. Break fast was good.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to our destinations for a meeting and an Orioles game.
- 3/5
Negative - The front desk area looks nicer than anywhere else in the hotel. The bed in our room wasn’t stable. If I sat too close to the edge of the bed the bed would start folding in the middle. The sofa bed mattress was old and dirty. The shower curtain was rippled and wrinkled as if it had never been change. The housekeepers come banging and busting through the door at 9am so if you’re on vacation and want to sleep in make sure you put the door hanger on the door. I’ve stayed at a few Homewood’s over the years, this by far was the worst one. We will not be staying here again.
- 3/5
The staff and services are good. The rooms look bit old and need some upgrade. No exhaust fan in restroom and water drains slow in the tub. the tv channel selections should have more choice for kids.
- 4/5
Clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff, good breakfast
- 3/5
The place is a bit dated and could use so modern upgrades badly. It appeared clean but I wasn't totally confident. But for one night for a family of 5, it was perfect!
- 5/5
Very convenient and well kept.
- 1/5
They gave our room away AFTER we were confirmed and paid for it.
- 5/5
Spacious suites and convenient location especially if you want to be close to the airport. Stayed only for a short time, but liked the place and will likely return to the same place when I am in the area in 3 months time.
- 3/5
The hotel room was fine as it usually is from this company, however across the hall from us on the first night was a group of rather loud party people. They carried on throughout the entire night and into the morning. They didn't cease the ruckus until 8 am the next morning. I had a venue to be at that lasted all day, where I was extremely exhausted and spent some time trying not to doze off during. Thankfully they were only there that one night and the following two nights were peaceful. The staff themselves were amazing and very helpful. Kudos to the young lady that was tending to the breakfast area by herself Saturday the 6th of May. She had her hands full with the amount of trash that was overflowing and the continuously streaming groups of people coming into breakfast. She handled it like a well seasoned employee. Will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Lovely room, helpful staff, close to absolutely everything, laundry facilities. We would definitely stay here again when we visit the area
- 5/5
The suite layout is perfect for a getaway with friends. It has everything to be a home away from home. The sofa-bed was surprisingly comfortable.
- 3/5
A whole year and the pool still doesnt work??? Shady i enjoyed my stay just wish the pool was open
- 3/5
Room was clean and in a great location. However, when I requested a blanket for the sleeper sofa I was told I had to come to the desk to pick it up. Once down there the clerk said that they only had sheets no blankets. Complimentary breakfast also was not great.
- 3/5
The pool was under renovation after it was listed as available. The hallways were dirty with trash overflowing on the floors and the room smelled musty. The heat only worked half the stay.
- 4/5
Closeness and service to airport
- 5/5
The front desk is very friendly, breakfast is great…lots of choices. Overall a very pleasant stay. Will come back.
- 3/5
Stay was ok overall. The room was clean, but could have been cleaner. The decor is dated and needs replacing. There was a strip of wood missing from the dresser in the room and there were holes in the pillows of the couch. The tv did not get all the channels. The pool was closed. That was not stated on the website. During checkout they tried to charge me for parking. I have stayed here many times over the years and never was charged for parking. There is even a sign outside that says parking is courtesy for guests. I had to wait about 15 minutes for him to remove the charge. If I hadn't asked for a receipt, I would not have seen the charge.
- 5/5
Love this place and the location. I always stay here.
