Glad shuttle service to airport is offered and the breakfast is so convenient! Nice indoor pool and stay was nice.

Everything what's really great staff cleansing, front desks staff really was helpful breakfast was hot and really good was very pleased with the hotel overall.

Parking was a little tight

I didn't like that while checking in front desk. Lady thought it was ok to have me standing there waiting to check in. While she was having a conversation with another employee. Then, I got to my room and found out the floor underneath a.c unit was leaking

BE warned that you have to pay for parking at this hotel. $40 if booked online, or $10 at the hotel...who that makes sense is beyond me. They have a very fancy, hand written piece of paper taped over a parking sign informing you of the $10. Also, breakfast was missing cinnamon rolls because the truck didn't come in and the pancake machine was broken.

Wasn’t far from some good food places,bed was comfortable,pool and gym were clean and Samantha at the front desk was awesome Sheets could have been a little more clean,there were old stains that you can tell won’t come out with washing.

This was a very last minute booking and I was very pleased with my experience. Apparently the hotel was fully booked that day along with employees calling out, Al manned the front desk like a champ.. he was very kind & helpful even though he was overwhelmed.

My room was beautifully maintained, the staff were courteous and helpful, and breakfast offered many choices of freshly cooked food.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The surrounding area was fine and had several options for food/incidental needs. My only problem was the staff at the front desk, exclusively. They were not friendly (especially the night gentleman) at all.

Room 121 - 1st floor - Ants were on the wooden surfaces - the work table - had to kill many ants. The center table, the dresser under the TV. I stopped counting at 17 ants killed in 1 weekend. The hotel was full - 2 teams and 2 wedding parties so limited room availability.

Property is clean, check-in staff is always friendly and accommodating. We also love the location. Easy access to the highway. Bed sheets never look and smell fresh and clean. There are no stains or visible dirty, but compare to other hotels I have stayed in, the sheets are white and smell clean.

The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and we never had to wait for anything. It was quiet and felt safe. It was a little petty to charge 10$ a night for the parking. There were plenty of spaces and it wasn't like we were downtown or anything. You had to drive to get to a place to eat so it wasn't a fantastic location. Breakfast times were inconvenient.

Great service… the shuttle driver was awesome, I forgot to get her name. Our flight was canceled and we had a 31 hour layover. The staff was very accommodating. We were so glad we chose this hotel. Room was clean… breakfast was very good

The young man that checked us in was very friendly and the check in process was smooth. The only issue with the room was that the bathroom sink was clogged. Other than that, it was an uneventful stay which was fine with me.

The room was very spacious, and clean. I like the amenities that were available to us. I did enjoy the complimentary breakfast they was a available as well. If I were to stay again this would be my first choice to come back.

Stayed at this Holiday inn last year aroung the sametime. It is very clean and staff are very friendly. I will stay here again.

Breakfast had many options, room was clean, check in a little time consuming, guest in front had a difficulty, had to wait while issue addressed. We were checking in and attending a wedding so needed as much time as possible wait probably 15 mins.

When I checked in….I asked the person at the front desk what time the gym was open until. He said 10am-10pm. Thought that was strange. It was open 24-7. The person did not know what they were talking about.

Overall, our stay was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and pool area were clean and orderly, plenty of towels, chairs, and lounge chairs. Comp. Breakfast was mostly decent. Major downside was having to pay additional fee to park the car on the hotel lot. General price of room was as expected for hotel close to a major airport. We would stay again.

Moved into a new room when I realized the AC was out and the new rooms ac barely worked and every time the compressor kicked on it sounded like someone was revving an engine. The bed was fine, the hallways were dirty, the elevator smelled like weed. I needed a bed for an early flight and it accomplished that but I would stay somewhere else next time

I did not like the parking fees

The hotel room was clean, comfortable bed. The room had a fridge so it was easy to buy bottles of water and keep them cool. Breakfast was good.

2. We stayed at this hotel before, and the Breakfast was very good this time we were not impressed with the menu selection(s). The only toaster they had was very slow and there was a line to just get anything toasted.

Room was very dusty and you could smell the smoke, even tho it’s supposedly a smoke free environment. I had to bleach the tub down it was so dirty. It’s say free parking but it’s not I had to pay $6 to park.

Marlo at the front desk was super friendly and helpful; however, I discovered a handkerchief that wasn't mine in my bed upon waking. This left me wondering if the sheets were actually changed after the previous guest. Also, the bathroom floor wasn't properly cleaned. These things combined will have me staying elsewhere next time.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The only gripe I had was they charge for parking? I guess that is common for that area. I had just never heard of paying for parking at a hotel before.

The pool

We went as a family and liked everything about it. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast options.

The complimentary breakfast was decent and the room was very spacious. The only dislike was the lack of water pressure for the shower.

Without parking I would have chosen a hotel closer to the Airport. They call this a bait and switch. Unacceptable.

I was lied to about the room I was getting. When I tried to have it resolved nothing was fixed. I’ll not be staying here again.

Stayed on first floor room was too close to gathering areas and pool entrance. Not happy with room assignment.

The place is clean, staff was excellent. Kevin the drive was very helpful and polite. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Great spot for an overnighter couple walkable dining options. More if you want to drive less than mile. Hotel nice clean breakfast was the standard free breakfast enough for a bite before you hit the road.

The property recently introduced a parking fee, but their Expedia listing (still) says that self parking is free. I showed that to the desk clerk, but she refused to waive the fee. I did not find out about the fee until I checked in and that point cancellation is not permitted. I think the property should honor the listing conditions that I signed up for.

Excellent location, tasty breakfast. Other than an extremely low-pressure shower spigot with the temperature valve too aggressively adjusted to restrict water temperature (and therefore guarantee lukewarm frustration) I would have given 5 stars for everything. But a hot shower means everything to a tired traveler--especially on a freezing cold winter day.

It was amazing. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness about the place. No second hand smoke or marijuana smell entered our room thru the ventilations which was absolutely amazing. I felt lucky to have gotten a truly smoke free hotel.

Decent hotel for a quick stay in the Baltimore area. Fairly close to the airport. Easy check-in and check-out. Standard hotel breakfast offered in the AM. Room was clean but needed a bit of updating and/or repair--e.g., see patches on walls where some repainting had occurred, bathroom door needed some repairs at the bottom. Walls were a bit thin as we could hear the adjoining room which had children. Cups for the in-room coffee or tea were missing.

My only issue is that the water pressure was low. The room was clean. Service was amazing.

The front desk was excellent. We had a link in the ceiling that started around 12am last about 2 hours, she stated that maintenance was off property and we let him know the next day. Maintenance guy came the next morning around 11am looked around and said he would come back, no follow up nothing at all. The rooms weee ok we had roaches coming out the light switches in the bathroom.

They forgot to do my room even i removed the card but it's ok.

It was very near the Arundel mall, which was a great place to walk, browse, and have lunch or dinner. It was also close to BWI Airport. The breakfast was good and room was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again if I was flying in or out of BWI.

The parking just wasnpacked when we got back. We had to parknoff to the side.

The room was comfortable and clean for a good price. The shuttle was available for airport pick up as well as transport to and from nearby restaurants. Decent breakfast. Easy to check in and out.

There were visible stains on the couch and the mattress. There was also mold in the corners of the shower.

Good stop close to the highway, and not too far from the Baltimore lightrail.

One of the elevators was shaky and very squeaky so a bit scary.

The room was clean. It had coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave. The rug could be cleaned. It was a little sticky in places and I had shoes on. Other than that, the room was fine. Very spacious. Couch was clean. Bed was clean. Everything was really nice. Breakfast set up was good. Food was fresh. Coffee was fresh front desk. Very helpful. I do recommend you get the non-slip bath mat that they offer. Showers were clean very well but a little slippery when it gets wet. There was a wedding party there no noise. You didn't hear anything. There were a lot of children there. Again, no noise. Must be soundproof rooms .

The front desk staff was excellent: Samantha and Dion. I selected an ADA-compliant room with a roll-in shower and plenty of bars on the wall in the bathroom. However, this is not what I had. There was only one bar on the wall by the shower head and no other bars to grip. The shower part near the floor looked dirty and needed cleaning or painting. It was very unsightly and a turn-off.

I left a bag of used clothes, tried to reach out multiple time and got one call back and said she’s gonna follow up. Waited 3days and still no follow up. I called again and asked the guy who i was talking to to speak a little louder coz my hearing is not good and he said NO! I will never recommend that hotel! Poor and unprofessional employees!

I use this hotel when I am traveling and need to catch an early flight. Staff is cordial. Hotel is quiet and provides shuttle to the airport. I leave to early in the morning and arrive too late at night to enjoy other amenities.

The bed was super comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly.
