    Hotel was decent. It definitely could use some tlc and updated. The closet door where there refrigerator is hosted, the hinges were broken at the bottom causing the door to hang on the floor. There were also some holes in the blackout shade. The room smelled old-time to replace the rugs.

    Amenities were next to nothing. This is a place that nickel and dimes. We payed for breakfast and all we got was tiny bowl for cereal (infant size) and old bagels and muffins. They mixed the eggs and protein so anyone who is vegetarian could not eat it. On the second morning, they charged for making breakfast and reduced the buffet even further.

    The breakfast was abysmal. The small selection of hot food eggs potatoes bacon and sausage were very cold, selection of pastries and bread very limited bagels and they didn't even have cream cheese. And the entire second floor was set up like a shopping mall with almost every room being clothing vendors... Would not stay at this location again.... I've had much better experiences at other Hilton Garden inns

    Overall stay was great...we were on the fourth floor and mostly took the stairs as one of the elevators was out of order and the wait was long. The hot tub looked rough and I think the pool area was nice but maybe too much chlorine. Buffet staff was grumpy but I think she was tired and just overworked. Nice lobby area..outdoor side entrance smelled of THC. Appreciated the lyfte service to the airport. Good location.

    The hotel was very clean, I didn't like that I had to pay extra for continental breakfast. They did offer a buffet for a few for those who wanted it. The area where you can purchase snacks was really over priced for a chips and a drink it was like 11.00.

    The cleaning staff was friendly (I spoke Spanish to them - not all could speak English but when they understood, they were incredibly helpful). They worked hard to keep the property clean. I've never had such turmoil in check-out at a hotel. The office staff manager was confrontational, didn't listen and did not handle incoming phone calls or the people/problems in front of her well at all. After an hour and a half later and a phone call to Hilton's customer service, we finally checked out. The issue was that at check-in, the attendant said for me to be sure I wasn't charged again for the prepaid room, that something was 'programmed incorrectly'. I did that but the attendant at check-out just tossed the print-out receipt of amount owed to me and said to take it up with hotels.com. The attendant could have easily explained the process (there was no problem of dual charging) but instead of most check-out experiences when you have pre-paid where they say 'Everything is all set,' it was a 'you figure out our system' response. She didn't listen nor did she communicate. As I became more frustrated, she put it on me and when it was all over, laughed. Yes, I submitted a complaint with the hotel against her.

    Also there was only one operating elevator which made the wait time extremely long and frustrating for all at this hotel. Sorry but I also have to mention that the indoor pool temperature was very cold! As well as the hot tub, cold!! The whole time there was also cold airflow circulating in the area which made both water experiences cold as hell. As far as the room it was nice as we booked the suite. Only thing I would mention is the pillows are terrible, the down really made them flat once you lay your head down. My neck was killing me both nights.

    The stay was great but the pool and hot tub needs to be cleaned it’s very dirty should be cleaned once a night people dirt was floating around the hot tub with dirt rings kinda of unsettling the elevator one was only working and it’s Extremely slow I waited 10 minutes for it to come all weekend Housekeeping was amazing and front desk was to but the young lady that does breakfast was a little rude and dismissive both days we got breakfast and she rushes people and had an attitude about things and I wish we got pancakes for breakfast for both days but we didn’t but other than that it was great and I really appreciate it

    My room was not clean, the bed was particularly nasty and should not be in rotation. After calling the front desk I was initially denied a room change by the young lady working the desk, then I called corporate and suddenly they had a room. However, I asked management to inspect before I moved again and that room had the same issue and they could not get me another room. After a couple of hours the assistant manager spoke with the Manager and she agreed to fully refund the room, she was pleasant and graceful, so was the male assistant manager but the young lady at the front desk was not. Overall, I ended up having to leave and book somewhere else. I appreciate the refund but room cleanliness needs to be held to a higher standard.

    I had booked another hotel but changed to this hotel due to the hot tub. We went to the hot tub at 8 and found it didn’t open until 9. We went at 9 and it was closed for servicing. Why couldn’t it be serviced during the hours it is closed. Then when checking out I complained and was told that it has been down for weeks. Funny because when we went at 8 it was not closed. The front desk argued with me about it. It was not posted anywhere that it was down for servicing.

    I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone staff was soo rude and unprofessional I call before hand to let them know if there was any age restriction both of the times I call they confirm that 18 and older. I booked and got to the hotel they told me that 21 and older I get to explain to the dude and the lady that were there that I had call at twice to make sure I was good cuz I had nowhere to stay and instead of helping me the lady in the from desk was super rude.They should do a better job on providing information this happen a Sunday at 2/28/26 4:14pm

    Had a 3 pm check in and was told the previous party would not be checking out until 330 Then had to wait a "half hour" which ended up being 430 to check into a completely different room. Been coming here multiple times a year since 2003 Probably wont be back.     the lady on the phone was pleasant and very helpful. We arrived early with 2 small children and was able to immediately check in. The hotel was very clean and all staff was very nice. We went to the pool which was only 8 doors from our room and the pool was great ( a little cold) the kids did not care. however when we left the pool teh hallway was nicely heated. great stay great time

    Aloft BWI Baltimore was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of.     Room was completely fine and what I paid for. But front desk service needs re-training for their night time personnel handling the desk. First night checking in the lady was very non-attentive and did not greet us or anything. Second night we had to walk back from the bus station because we could not reach the front desk for the shuttle service that was provided by them for whatever reason. It was always the night time front desk personnel that gave us all the issues.

    The bathrooms in both rooms were dirty. The hotel housekeeping staff gets off at 5p. I had to clean the bathroom myself with 5 wipes provided from the front desk and they reported not having any gloves. It felt as if my inconvenience was a bother to the night staff. In the the morning I was told by the manager that I have to contact Expedia to work it out since that's where my reservation was booked. Had to go to town for a family emergency and then had to deal with the inconvenience I feel like they robbed me. Definitely will not be staying at this property again.

    My pillow cases had lipstick stains on them. I asked to have linen changed and they said they did but that evening the same pillow cases were still there. 😡 The sauna was inoperable. The keycard system to open outside doors to patio were inoperable.

    I booked for two queen beds and was given a single king bed when I arrived. I tried to request what I booked and was told that, this is the reservation I made when I tried to show the receptionist my booking reservation information she refused to look at. I had to call the agency I booked with in order for her to recognize my reservation. I had to cancel my remaining night and book elsewhere which was a huge inconvenience. I will never book with them again!

    A verbal request made over the phone is not honored or does not hold any value. We were traveling with our German Shepherd and had informed the front desk (male representative) one week in advance to reserve a room on the ground floor. Although acknowledged over the phone (without a professional tone) and was never noted on our itinerary, upon arrival, there was no king-sized bedroom available for our stay. We were subsequently required to adjust to bedroom with two small bed instead. Fortunately, the front desk lady understood our situation and assisted us in finding at least one room for a two-night stay.

    The hotel was decently clean and confortable. Breakfast was pathetic - there was supposed to be 'made to order', but there wasn't, one day there wasn't even fruit, and the hotel didn't provide a toaster foe the dry bread they set out. A staffer told us the chef wasn't in and was posbably not going to be there for a month - that's why breakfast and availability was lacking - seems pretty sad that things are not adjusted when one person will not be there for so long! I understand one day of lacking optikns, but 3 with no end in sight?! No toaster? No fruit? I have stayed at much worse hotels - even the worst of the worst have better breakfasts by far! Definitely not worth the $15 upcharge!

    I never stayed at the hotel or checked in. Booked for pool alone and when i arrived the pool was closed so the hotel canceled with no charge. Expedia is still charging me even though hotel is not charging.

    I thought this hotel was fine. It met my needs. Basically I was running around between Baltimore, D.C., and northern Virginia, so I spent little time there. They do charge a lot for breakfast, so I didn't try it. Since I used to live in this area, I knew other places to go.

    This hotel is one of my regular stops when I’m traveling but I was highly disappointed with this stay because I prepaid for hot breakfast (my favorite) all 5 days of my stay and was greeted with a cold breakfast for all of the days because the cook was having personal problems and couldn’t do their job (so the guests had to suffer with only cold food). And the guests were not given any compensation for this inconvenience. Then my toilet and sink got stopped up and I had to have maintenance come and unstop both. I normally have a good experience ant this property [and I hate to leave negative feedback] but I kept being asked for my feedback so here it is.

    Went for the annual Jazz Fest in MD . Hotel was amazing . Staff was attentive and great customer service . For myself and my significant other that travels quite a bit this a must stay when in Maryland .

    I would have given five stars but not having a hot breakfast was inconvenient. Shoutout to the bartender for her friendliness and willingness to please. Location close to the airport. The Lyft and shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient and stress free. Common areas and room are clean and welcoming. Wi-Fi was easy to access. I’d stay again.

    When I went to the hotel, the room smelled really horrible, which means the room wasn’t cleaned properly. When I checked out of the hotel, the lady at front desk charged my card for 3 days breakfast which was already paid for in my reservation. Then I called the hotel about 6 times, she never answered, but I used my friends phone to call once and she picked the call. What was her intention? Very untrustworthy and not a good employee for the hotel. I’m very disappointed.

    Hotel was fine, but the parking lot was not safe. All 4 wheels were stolen off our car, other cars were stolen completely or vandalized. The hotel did nothing to warn their guests or help to resolve the problem. I would not recommend staying here.

    picked another winner. A few hiccups but nothing they didn’t correct! Only thing I will note is we truly were saddened to learn the cook to order breakfast is only Mon-Fri now. We stayed over on the weekend so that wasn’t an option. However, have hot grits available and it’s easily forgiven💕

    The area is quieter. Some of the rooms need to be remodeled. I had a situation that the staff did help resolve butvI sacrificed my room for one that needed carpet in hallway renoved. Also the noise from the doors slamming shut by the guest and house keeping was way too much..also house keeping talking in the hall.. Overall a decent stay but it had room for improvement. Limited food choices but your only 10 minutes from the city. The grounds were beautiful. And staff friendly and helpful.

    This hotel was not the quality of Hilton we’re used to. The pull out sofa in the suite had a ridiculously saggy mattress, a rip in the upholstery and no blanket or pillow. When we asked for a blanket at the front desk we were given a blanket that looked so old and gross that I used clean bath towels to cover up with instead. There was no airport shuttle and so the guy at the desk ordered Lyft for us. This was an unexpected hassle since my sisters needed the ride at a different time and all texts were coming to my phone. Very disappointed in the experience for what we were changed for the room.

    Front desk was understaffed when we checked in. Clerk overwhelmed. Took about 15 minutes to get to us. We were told the hotel was full when we checked in with our reservation. The second night there, we returned late from an awards dinner and all parking spaces were full.

    The property made me wait over an hour in the lobby for my room. I booked a handicapped room, with a king bed, i got a room with two fulls, and not handicapped. After more waiting, i was offered a bottle of ice tea. The host did not seem to like the fact that i used Expedia for my stay, thus they treated me rather poorly. The next room i was in was a king room with a king bed, with no box spring. It was some kind of low platform bed. Not very good for a guy who had knee replacement. My advice is to stay away from this place.
