    Lourd was the night guest services associate. He was very kind, professional and took care of all of us guest who arrived late due to flight delays. Outside of the issues we had the stay was fair. The overall breakfast wasn't great. The omelette station was disgusting and the bacon wasn't cooked all the way. The staff in the breakfast was quite rude and talked amongst themselves instead of serving the guest. The phone in our room didn't work and housekeeping "accidentally" gave us one dirty towel when our room was turned over.

    I was able to catch the shuddle bus to the airport. I left my car at the hotel for $15 per day. When I returned from my trip the shuddle bus came to the airport and took me back to the hotel. The shuddle service was excellent. No complaints

    The hotel was clean, the wait for the elevator was short. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked the darkening curtains that were in the room. The hotel overall was very good. I wish the room had a small refrigerator. The staff leads a little to be desired. There was confusion during check-in. There was a language barrier and the check in person was very soft spoken. She didn't inform me that parking was not included. I had to inquire after seeing so many vehicles with what appeared to be a parking pass on their dashboard. Parking was $15 extra. No big deal. However, there was an event going on at the hotel, which made parking scarce, If I am paying to park, I shouldn't have to illegally park in the fire lane and risk getting towed away. Also, the cleaning crew came at 8:30 am on a HOLIDAY to clean my room. I had the do not disturb sign up and they tried to enter the room anyway. Luckily, the door was blocked and they couldn't gain access, but they should pay more attention to the signs.

    You have to pay for breakfast but the selection was good. Pay to park. Rooms need some love. Wallpaper is coming off the walls. The only ice machine is on 7th floor. Rooms had some odors. Room clean. Bathroom sink slow draining. Hilton Hotels usually have a higher standard. This one not so much. Staff was great!

    Nice facilities. Had a tasty dinner in the restaurant. Had one issue - water temperature in the shower couldn't be adjusted - it was either cold or scorching hot! Front desk sent a maintenance man up but all he did was turn the water on (like I did) and told me it didn't feel all that hot to him. Front desk said they'd be willing to move me, but I was only there for one night so I stayed put.

    The room was great. One thing that I did not like was the shower. When running the shower, you must ensure that the shower head is pointing toward the wall opposite of the shower door and down otherwise, the water will spill onto the floor and cause a flood. I caught mine before the puddle became bigger and put towels down.

    Stayed one night, staff was polite most of the time, and the room was clean. Shops were nearby. However, I wouldn't come back because I had to take cold showers during my stay - it was frustrating morning and evening. The hot water system definitely needs improvement. I told staff, but nothing was done aside from one person checking on it.

    The room was very clean, but the water never really got hot in the shower. The staff was incredibly courteous, check in was fast and easy. The pool and hallways were very clean, but there were no towels at the pool and once i went down to ask for some to be sent up, it took almost an hour and two other families requesting towels to get any, and only 6 made it up so my family of 3 shared one towel. The hotel was really busy, between a wedding party and a big convention in town, so we were understanding.

    Everything was in order, we were missing a chair and they got us one right away. The accessible room when showering, water got all over the bathroom floor and they offered to clean up for us, I declined but just asked for extra towels and they brought it.     My only complaint is the limited room service hours. There were multiple times I wanted to order food to my room, but it wasn’t available. One of the perks of staying at a hotel is being able to fully relax and have meals delivered, so having to go downstairs early in the morning for breakfast was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

    Immaculate rooms with very comfortable beds. Guest services are incredibly responsive. We had an issue with our heating and cooling unit in the room. The staff sent the hotel engineer to look at it and he was ablw to fix it instantly. Big thanks to Moe for such incredible service! Will definitely stay here again

    Main floor is nice. Our room was dated and had peeling wallpaper. Very clean just dated. Not a lot info given when we checked in..like when breakfast was or if the restaurant in the hotel is open for lunch, or when check out was etc. Bedding ok. This hotel is by nothing so if you need or want to go anywhere you need to call an uber.

    When we first got there the room we had bought was sold out. It was supposed to be a king sized bed. The lady at the front desk was nice however, and got us a different room that was nice but i didnt need 2 queen beds for me and my girlfriend. That wasn't the only thing, i wouldn't have minded if it was just the room but twice out of my trip i had ordered some extra towels from room service and they never came. So i had to go down there after 40 minutes of waiting on two separate occasions. I understand mistakes can happen but twice is crazy. And them nonchalantly saying oh ill send them now is ridiculously. For paying this much for a hotel i was a little disappointed not going to lie

    Our room was not fully cleaned. There were 1/2 eaten candy bars in one cabinet. When I let the hotel know and indicated we were at dinner so they could go in and finish cleaning the room, they didn't. A light bulb was out, one of the USB ports didn’t work and the body wash container in the shower was empty. A lot of little things that just added up to a poor experience.

Everyone from the front desk to the shuttle drivers were polite and helpful. the fact that there was a free shuttle willing to take you anywhere within 3 miles of the school was very accommodating. the breakfast buffet was delicious this will definitely be my go to hotel for Baltimore

    The only issue we had was, I reserved a room with a tub so I could soak for back pain. The tub was very sluggish to drain. Once water was drained, I turned the shower on briefly to rinse my hair. When I got out, there was water by the bath door, under the carpet to the bath door, under the wall by the entry door, and outside in the hall! I immediately called the desk for towels.I was told to report it in the morning. We laid towels on all night and went to bed. When we checked out at 5 am another front desk person said the room had previously been taken out of rotation earlier in the week for the same problem 😞.

    Clean, nice staff, bathroom was smaller than expected but it was ok, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off and the tub looked a tad ancient. There was a microwave, no mini fridge. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

    Came in and had to pay $15 for overnight parking. Hotel staff was nice, but there was a strange smell in the hallway while I went to my room.     The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet even with it being in close proximity to the airport. All of the staff we met was very courteous, friendly. The front desk personnel was so helpful in explaining what we needed to do to get picked up after we returned our rental car the night before our flight home.

    Room was generally good, but lacked touches I expect from a "full" Hilton. ONE tiny wastebasket in the entire room, and it was in the bathroom. What about room trash? Food containers, drink bottles, trash from coffee/tea service, etc. I don't like to create work for people, but you apparently expect your housekeeping staff to come in and dispose of all manner of garbage without wastebaskets. Towels were atrocious. Felt like cardboard, which is OK (maybe) in a 2.5-star hotel, but not in a Hilton. On balance, the Hilton Garden Inns I've stayed in are better than this hotel.

    We stayed at the BWI airport Hilton so we could get on an early flight the next day. Hotel is comfortable and very convenient to BWI but not luxurious as one might expect for a Hilton. Room was big, comfortable and clean. Restaurant was minimal but convenient. Shuttle to airport was quick.

    With the exception of a very friendly & helpful desk clerk (Drhuv), this was a bad experience. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The in-room menu accessed via a QR code (the only option available) was apparently out of date. The room service connection kept breaking up - and while the food ordered was not terrible, the fact that it was delivered in boxes with plastic utensils made eating it a chore. Never again Hilton!

    My son and I were exhausted and I went to talk to manager and she said we can move you up! I looked at her and said we are now awake and showered and still exhausted I said if you knew this was going to happen why didn’t u give us a different room last night.     My stay would have been much better if the front desk manager wasn’t so rude. My husband and I initially reserved a room with a king size bed. When I checked in, she told me that they only had doubles available. After we got to our room and tried to switch my reservation to another hotel that was more accommodating, I received a call from the hotel manager who stated that there were kings available and didn’t understand why I was told that in the first place. He was very nice and made sure our room was switched immediately but the front desk manager had an attitude my entire 3 day stay. Her attitude and overall disposition was very nasty to the point that we didn’t even want to ask her for anything during her night shift.. I would just wait until morning. Aside from her, everyone else was very nice and accommodating.

    This property was nice. however the food buffet for breakfast was not what it supposed to be. All the food was ice cold. Things were picked over, wasted food was everywhere on the tables & floors. Juice dispensers had things floating in them. there were only pork meats. the hotel needs to consider turkey or chicken options for guests too. everyone doesn't eat pork. The hotel needs someone to constantly clean, wipe & freshen up & restock food items. the cold eggs & cold potatoes was very offensive.

    Our flight got delayed 12 hours and we suddenly needed a place to stay near the airport. Booking was super easy, the staff helped us check in with no problem. Using the app was also super helpful for selecting room and then having a digital key. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was super comfy.     The bathroom had a very odd smell when k first walked I - I actually checked to see if the toilet hadn't been flushed because of the smell; hot water didn't work in my room, and there was only 1 very small garbage can for the entire room and the ice machine on my floor was broken.     I did not like the service I received after calling to report that the Housekeeper who cleaned room 502 on Monday, May 12th stole very important items. I reported this to the General Manager who listened to my complaint and ran an "investigation" with their insurance company. I was very disappointed in the responses I received from the "Housekeeping Team" who knows very well that my items were stolen. It's unfortunate to say the least. I'm very disappointed in Hilton for mismanagement and hiring individuals who steal from their customers.
