I only give 5 stars when the mattress is like a cloud from heaven. This place is great on all fronts, but the mattress is a normal good. The room layout is really cool and would be awesome if you had to hang out there to do a lot of work in the room. The “living room” area was cool, but we just used the bed to sleep, coffee maker and fridge for my juice. My partner enjoyed the breakfast after I was in the air, especially the waffle maker. We were very comfy and front desk attendant was super chill and very welcoming.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast had a good variety of options and was fresh each morning. Parking was convenient and easy to access. The location was great, and the overall atmosphere made for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I had reserved and paid for a King bed but when I arrived at the hotel, they told me only a room with queen beds was available. This is not the first time this location has fudged with my reservation.

For a 3 day stay our room was never cleaned. There were long black hair on the floor in the bathroom

This hotel was Fabulous. If Ihad to complain I would say the ice machine did not work on the 3rd floor. Other than that, my family and I absolutely love it.

Breakfast ok for 2 days, any longer it's too repetitive. Maid came 1 day early left a note saying she would be back. Never heard from her again. Room was never made. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle drivers were great.

We got this last minute room at 11pm after a flight cancellation. The staff was quick and we only had to wait about 10 min for the shuttle to arrive at BWI. The beds are comfortable and breakfast was great. We only slept a few hours and then left to catch an Amtrak to a different airport but it was a good experience. Also, the shuttle driver was nice enough to take us to the Amtrak station instead of BWI - saving us an extra shuttle from the airport! We appreciated the above-and-beyond customer service

Great, only issue was wifi didn’t work for us

I had already prepaid for my reservation, and the hotel still charged my card again for the room. The card I provided at check-in was only meant for incidentals, but they used it to charge the room a second time. This created an unnecessary issue that should not have happened. I hope the hotel reviews its billing process to prevent this from happening to other guests.

Request the upper floor please. I was (Refused ) upper. The 2fl., was very very , Nose nosey Loud Loud !!!! Senior citizen s should be able to get Upper Level on request please. Unable to Sleep. No sleep due to noses. Please allow Senior citizens, to get upper level on request.

Room was as advertised; check in clerk was more interested in his cell phone messages than he was to check me in... but eventually put it down. Breakfast was nice. Clean. Tidy.

We were coming in for a late check-in after our flight was canceled. The desk sstafff wwas extremely friendly and welcoming, and assisted us with getting our early morning shuttle ride scheduled and gave us toiletries since we had none with us. The housekeeper didn’t clean the refrigerator and the TV did not work. I did let the front desk know but maintenance wasn’t in and neither was the manager. I was told that they will have a manager to contact me.

I want to first mention Mario who was the agent who helped get us checked in. He was so kind, professional, thorough in getting information for us about shuttle times, breakfast and even a dinner recommendation. As for the hotel - it was great! The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was perfect, the room was clean and spacious and the location was just minutes from the airport. Highly recommend.

Staff pleasant and helpful, everything clean, attractive lobby and dining area. Even though we were not flying this trip, appreciated the airport arrival/departure board with updates. Our second stay at a Fairfield Inn, not the last. Excellent value!

Alicia at the front desk was great. Very courteous at the late, late hour i checked in and still there in the morning when i was checking out.

Quick check in, breakfast was fair, parking no issues, our room cleaning was A+. We always clean before settling in, and there wasn’t any problems to discuss. The mattress was the worse part of the hotel. I was pleased with our decision and customer reviews is how I make my decisions.

Nice hotel, easy access from 295, room was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and we didn’t have any issues except the shower leaked from under didn’t seem to have a strip to stop the water from leaking out. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Beautiful property. Top notch staff. From check in, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and though I accidentally booked a shower room, he got me a tub room. The breakfast was absolutely the best i've had, the cheese omelets are addictive! Fresh fruit, sausage plus scrambled eggs! Make your own waffles! The pool was the perfect temperature. Not too warm, not too cold! Bed was comfy. This is my new go to when I have an early flight out of BWI or when I just wanna get away. I've stayed all over the world, even at Claridges in London, and THIS place felt the best. The lady at checkout was sweet and nice. Just all round, a good place. Good vibes. Do yourself a favor. Try this place. Have a cheese omelet for me!

I am very picky about cleanliness and this hotel was perfect. The transportation to and from the airport was flawless and so very convenient and the breakfast was amazing. Highly highly recommend this hotel.

Adrianne over and beyond during my check in. I went through a 3rd party vendor and chose the wrong dates. She was very patient and explanatory on exactly what I needed to do to fix my own error. She provided my wife and kids with comfort as well while we sorted things out. She was the only staff at the desk that evening and I watched her multi task helping others with their stay and providing linen or etc to others during their stay. Her overall customer service was Top Tier and I will always stay at this location for that very reason. If I had to find one issue, the WiFi was terrible. I had to go outside for calls and for internet connection issues whether in the lobby or in my room. However it is what it is, it didn’t deter or change my mind about choosing this property for another stay. Thanks again Adrianne

The room is clean, but the facet in the bathroom is leaking. They assigned me a room with the construction going on in the morning. The loud noise woke me up several times. Tried to communicate with the hotel but they didn’t want the address the issue

Breakfast was adequate, nothing outstanding, biggest disappointment was maid service we arrived on Friday for a five night stay. We had no maid service during our stay, i contacted the front desk on day 3 to inform them of the oversight. Zero follow-up & no maid service. The shuttle was quick & clean well done on the shuttle.

I would rate this as a 5 except that the shower door leaked so much water that after a single shower, the shower matt towel on the floor was so wet we had to wring it out and dry the floor with our bath towels

We were so impressed with the airport shuttle. We had to be at the airport at 4:00am and the shuttle was there even before the scheduled time of 3:50am. The driver was friendly & efficient.

This is my 2nd stay here. Clean, quiet, safe, great breakfast, wonderful staff. It’s a 10 min walk up a slight hill to a few food eateries, or a 2 min drive. They also have an airport shuttle which is great! Definitely recommend!

This hotel was very conveniently located to the airport and my cousin's wedding venue. A large group of my family and the groom's family stayed there for a weekend and it worked out perfectly. The staff was friendly and we had access to meeting rooms and the lobby area for our get togethers throughout the day and night. My room was very comfortable and breakfast was very good. It was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

Much more dated than the photos would lead you to believe - staff was very nice though. As a heads up, the airport shuttle is in fact...a minivan. Limited space. I was scheduled for a ride, but there was no way everyone else waiting at that time would fit with their luggage included. I gave up and had to Uber over.

Quite and easy access to the Parkway

This was a great retreat for the night comimg back from a cruise. I have one complaint and that is that the bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a rock. Everything else was wonderful including the breakfast.

I booked online during a travel day from hell. Multiple flight cancelations and it was 11pm when I first requested for a shuttle. Being new to the area, tired and stressed - the guide to look for a red van was fails. The pick up shuttle was actually black. I called 3 times for clarification and support. 12:30am i was picked up. We get to the hotel and theres a line of people that are upset. All have reservations but there were no rooms available. I had to try and get a refund while call Multiple hotels to find a room. At 1:30am i finally found a new hotel and was refunded my booking through online support.

During check in the desk person displayed very little, if any personality. We needed to drop a car off at the airport and called for a shuttle back to the hotel. 30 minutes later a city cab pulled up and told us to get in, he said he was the shuttle driver, He had no ID or anyway to identify he was from the hotel. We refused to get in and tried to call the hotel to verify his story. We were unable to get through to the desk. Finally, a shuttle from a nearby hotel offered to drive us back to our hotel. We are two women traveling alone and found the whole experience disturbing.

The property was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean to my expectations. The breakfast was really good and the lemon water was always cold. The pool was nicely setup and organized. My kids enjoyed it abs since it wasn’t that deep I didn’t have to get in with the kids.

Water pressure isn’t good. Hot water takes forever to get. Showed door leaked water all over the floor on every shower. When the ac kicks in the ac unit rattles.

The hotel was nice, the people who work there are really nice. We had to change rooms and they gave us no issues.

First time staying in this area. Stayed for the weekend..checked in on Saturday and arrived a little before check in. The staff was very nice and was able to get us checked in early. The lobby had this amazing aroma but forgot to ask what it was. It was so pleasant and inviting. Checked out Monday morning. The pool was dissapointing as it wasn't as big as i thought it was so we didn't try it. It was clean though and some guests did use it so i would say it was ok. Breakfast was good but dissapointed they didn't serve bacon either days. Plenty of restaurants in the area so ended up at a nice breakfast spot before we checked out on Monday. The room was nice and they were able to help when the Netflix wasn't working on the TV. It took some time but it all worked out within an hour as the service guy wasn't on shift at the time we called. The room was nice and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again when i come back to the area.

The stay was very welcoming, staff was friendly and cordial. They just did not clean our room from one day to another and the noise from people next to us was so loud at 3:30 am and 5:00 am that messed up our rest time.

The towels weren’t clean, there was hair all over them. Otherwise the stay was amazing.

They wanted you to keep your old towels and reuse them if possible.No room service unless you asked and to get new towels always had to ask.Garbage in the room was never emptied unless you asked.

Traveled as a mom and three kids and was a bit nervous after reading other hotel reviews about tires getting stolen off of cars in other airport hotel parking lots. Look no further... this is your winner!!! It was in a quiet, safe area. No restaurant/bar in the hotel, so if people were partying, it was not here. They have a great free breakfast and a large dining area where we ordered in Jimmy Johns for an early dinner before an early flight. The pool is not large, but my 3 kids had fun! The room and hotel seemed new/updated. Glad we picked this place!!

Our early morning flight was prior to the time that the complimentary breakfast was to be served, the staff member went and secured muffins, fruit and yogurt for the guests who wanted items. That's what I consider great customer service!

The bed was comfortable & the room was clean. We had to get a last-minute reservation because our flight from L.A. had been changed to an earlier flight, & our connecting flight from Baltimore didn't leave until the next morning. The desk staff was nice when we checked in, even though it was almost midnight. The shuttle from/to the airport was great.

The only thing is my bed sheets were not changed. They were wrinkled and smelled sweaty.

This was a nice hotel that was easy to get to from the airport or the stadium. The gym is small but has two treadmills and some other equipment. Definitely would stay here again.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked this by mistake. Reached out to the hotel within moments of placing the order and they refused to cancel the stay. Terrible policy. They should allow a window (1 hour or 2, or even 30 minutes) in the event a stay is placed in error.

One of the cleaning staff had her child with her maybe around 5 years old, she was very young but was wondering the halls as her mother cleans rooms. But overall it is a nice hotel and convenient to BWI airport.

Free parking ( they give you a parking pass while on site) very quick and convenient to get to BWI, it was quiet rooms are nice, they have a coffee and tea and hot chocolate station open all the time, breakfast was the best, got option or blueberry or regular waffles which were fresh and hot made to order, had plenty of cereal and oatmeal, one of the best breakfast I’ve had for a hotel chain I recommend for those needing close to bwi
