    The parking lot was clean. The cleanliness of my room was an absolute disaster. I was booked for 2 nights but I ended up booking with another hotel i could NOT have my children and myself sleep under those conditions. The carpet looked and smelled soo bad…the bed have someone’s else hair all over the sheets…the bathroom….the tub…everything was just eeew….The staff did come clean again but the entire facility needs to be torn down and revamped. Until then I won’t ever stay at the extended stay-sorry.

    I seen the pictures online about the place and I was impressed and I’m on vacation. Well, when I got to the property I’m like Hell No I must be at the wrong place. The property looked ran down and you had drug addicts everywhere. So I’m thinking let’s see how the room is? Well the lady at the front desk would not let me see the room RED FLAGS? Well they changed shifts and the new guy gave me the key to the room to look at but he warned me the pictures online is not the pictures of this hotel. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I opened the door of the room and instantly said HELL NO, Bed Bugs written all over this place. I called Expedia quickly asking for a refund or find me a better place. The guy at the front desk was very apologetic and said I don’t know why they put those pictures online. After 2 hours on the phone with Expedia they found me another hotel near by but I have to pay $400 for this place and they will refund my money at a later date. Had no choice but to be held hostage. I took the room which turned out to be maybe just a little better than the Hotel Junkies Place. With all the delays and my first day wasted I just settled in and made the best of my situation. Long story short do your research and Please whatever you do don’t believe the pictures Expedia put on their site.

    That they charge for you ESA pets, linen and towels, to clean the room. The rooms are only cleaned every 14 days. If I didn't bring my own cleaning supplies. The place needs an update. The extended stay in California are better in all areas.

    I like the people staying were friendly and that you could bring you ESA pet. That they charge for you ESA pets, linen and towels, to clean the room. The rooms are only cleaned every 14 days.     I arrived at the property to be told I had no reservation. The attendant said it was probably at their other location about 1/2 mile away. Went to that location and was told there was no reservation. I double checked my booking and it said it was the original location. Didn’t stay at either one. Rebooked somewhere else. Both places seem a little shady

    The room was not very clean. Outside areas and stairwells were extremely dirty. There was no amenities at all. AC went well. Guests next-door to us smoked marijuana all night long so our roof stunk all night long, they were outside yelling and running around. Overall, our day was horrible.

    The elevator was broken on the side where my room was. The bed was really hard. The parking was terrible. We rode around for an hour waiting for someone to come out but ended up parking on the side of the ramp.

    Yes the room was spotless, stay always pleasant and courteous. Room I was in Room 111 is a good room badly in bed for an upgrade or remodel, bathroom doors warped at the bottom and on the side, cracked pieces of bathroom tiles, musty smell, maybe some fresh paint, and new carpet and new doors it will be good, with renovations comes higher room rates

    The property is clean, upkeep of the property is nice. The stairways could be swept, but I'm guessing, this location doesn't have the staffing that does that. The room I was in definitely needs a fix and repair, the bathroom doors is warped by the door knob and at the bottom of the door. The outlets by the kitchen counter didn't work, I know customers have commented to the staff about that room, hotels cost too much money regardless if people need someplace to stay, to be looking ran down.

    We had to stay in town for over 7 days and the room felt like home. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was nice but they seem to be busy with multiple responsibilities, check-in, laundry, maintenance. I had to wait 30min to check-in when we got there. Overall my family enjoyed our stay.

    The beds were very comfortable, I love the spaciousness of the rooms. Rooms were clean, bathtub seems a little outdated other than that, evening was good. Definitely would stay here again if the 2 double beds room is available I feel like they sell out fast or you have a small amount of rooms that are 2 beds

    Room had a musty smell and saw 2 bugs, there were loud people screaming outside the door and the lady at the front desk was beyond rude and disrespectful when i walked in to check in she didn't look up at me once while speaking to me had an attitude the entire time later on when i went to get some utensils for my daughter to eat she lied saying they don't have silverware or plastic utensils anymore. Very lazy and unprofessional she needs to be fired immediately.

    The check in staff was helpful and pleasant. But the room reeked of smoke. And i partly stayed here because it came up in a search for accommodations with EV chargers. I called yesterday to confirm thaf there was an EV charger because i was almost out of miles abd there was no EV charger. Luckily i found one near the airport or I'd have been stranded.

    We stayed for one night only, which was decent and convenient. The shower worked well and the room was pretty clean. Unfortunately even for one night being $120, they don’t tell you that it doesn’t also include kitchenware. Why rent out rooms with kitchens and not also supply the kitchenware? They have 2 packages, cookware kits ($40) and dinnerware kits ($20) which is ridiculous. I understand the possibility of having the kitchenware stolen, but at least make that clear to people before they book. Very disappointing considering other locations of the same hotel chain provide all kitchenware at no additional cost.

    We have had numerous reservations at this location. The team is pleasent and extremely helpful (front desk, maintenence and housekeeping). The property is quiet and very family and pet friendly. Due to extreme heat (heatwave) we experienced an issue with AC, management handled quickly, and offered a convient room switch. Most rooms are well maintained (some tubs need reno). If planning a longer stay, this is one of the better options in the area!

    The room was absolutely disgusting; the smell was something I couldn't even identify; their were too many loitering people in parking lot outside of rooms (exterior doors) and the bathtub/shower was the filthiest thing I've literally ever seen in hotel (I have pics) I didn't even take a shower it was so bad! Would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not stay here.

    I never stayed at the Hotel/Motel!!!!! I checked in mistakenly after booking online. I reviewed the room and property decided that this was NOT the place for my wife and I. I immediately went down to cancel the room, and the Front Desk conveniently came up with a lame excuse saying that they had to charge me for one night! Shame on "Stay America" Brand! I will be contacting Corporate, because I was literally on their property for less than 10/15 minutes. Whatever you do... if it's NOT a dire emergency avoid staying here at ANY COST! I knew something was wrong when I witnessed a bare-foot resident cleaning his own Air conditioner filter in front of his room!!!!

    I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We have been here about a month and they have not come to clean once. There are 4 of us in the room and they only wanna give u 2 of everything. The one good thing they have going for them is Amber at the front office she is amazing but on the days she is off the service is ridiculous they are rude and not accommodating at all.

    I stay in a room from them. and someone open the door one of the maintenance guys, and peak in to see if anyone was there. I told them please shut my door I checked out from there. because I noticed things were missing from my room, not knowing someone was clocking everytime I scan in and out my room, to check if theres any activity. My honest belief To watch the resident sleep or if your alone so just be careful checking out with this company please. And definitely if you have children. They have minor prostitutes around there. also prices of fluctuates once you check in even higher after you check out.

    After getting in the room to unpack. I saw the bathroom was dirty the fridge was on the lowest setting and the knob was broken off. The tub was very dirty. The vents had rust on them etc etc etc. This was my first time staying in the one in Linthicum Heights, Maryland. The one in Timonium is outstanding and far above Linthicum Heights.

    The fridge was really dirty with something splattered all down the side of it you could see because it was near the counter. The phone didn't work. Check in was the worse. They couldn't find my room or reservation. Then when they did, they didn't have the room. I took a handicapped room. Check in took about a hour.

    Took 10 minutes to get someone to open the for check in. Everyone was unprofessional. I was charged an extra $250 just for my fog crossing the threshold for a few minutes.     My wife and I booked our stay based off the fact the listing offered “breakfast.” When we arrived we were told the “coffee bar”” was open from 0700-0930. In all fairness, they did have muffins wrapped in plastic and oatmeal packets to take with you. My wife bit in her muffin and it immediately went into the trash. If you are going to advertise breakfast, have breakfast. People, like myself, will book their stay based off the listing and the listing is misleading.

    I would not go to this hotel to sleep if there is any other option. For starters, the rooms are small. Much smaller than those needed for a traditional extended stay. Our room had a bug under the leather recliner and in more than one place the bathroom was not painted. The refrigerator ran all day long and there was an overall look of uncleanliness. In addition, there is no room service unless you are there for more than 7 days. And if you want more towels and sheets, you have to bring your dirty linen to the office before they give you more. With all of its limitations, there is no reason this room should be more than $69.00 a night.

    The cleaning crew didn't care and approved that room to be available to stay. If they are this careless with the AC unti what's the guarantee that they cleaned the bedsheets and pillows well, to be able to sleep comfortably on them? The property didn't have the maintenance crew onsite and so it was an hour of super frustration. On top of that, the guy next door kept a gun right close to the window for anyone walking nearby to see, and being Extended Stay America, they have doors facing outside and felt so uncomfortable. Given all these terrible experiences we ended up cancelling our stay there and would never ever consider Extended Stay America hotels as an option.

    The room was dirty. Supposed to be a grab and go breakfast with coffee. The choices for food were limited and there was no coffee and nobody to help get more because they were busy on the phone complaining about someone. The staff did not seem to care about us in the least.

    The room smelled of smoke, the bed was very uncomfortable. When I tried to close thee curtain it was hard to do, the mechanism needs to be replaced, and the fridge was very loud. The lady at the desk was very pleasant, which I was thankful for.
