Room was clean and comfortable. Facility was clean. Staff was courteous. Elevator out of order. Laundry was archaic coin operated, requiring $7 in quarters to do one load.

Room was clean. Breakfast on Friday had an excellent variety. Less of a variety on the weekend for breakfast. Pleasant staff. Easy check in and check out process. Close to variety of restaurants and shopping without heavy city traffic. Recommend for anyone visiting Chicago area.

I was disappointed that plastic water bottles were given out at check in. Plastic is so toxic to the environment, There’s nothing wrong with the water at this location. No plastic bottled water is needed for the guests.

The hotel was nice and clean. The house keepers were great at keeping the rooms clean. The food good also. The staff overall was super.

stayed here for my sons navy graduation nice and quiet not much to do if you don’t have a vehicle and uber is expensive. Just wish the trash cans had more room especially when you are uber eating most nights but all in all great experience

The staff was extraordinarily helpful, gracious and went well beyond expectations.

Beyond pleased with our stay, surprised on how good the continental breakfast was.

Very convenient to where my son lives. Beds were comfortable. Food was fair to good.

The only complaint i have is the extremely loud and disturbing sounds. Otherwise this facility was awesome. Adam checked us out and he's got awesome customer service skills

This is a horrible property.They had 2 elevators out on a Saturday night They wouldn't change your rooms.My faucet leaked from day one. I called them three times not only only will I never stay at this marriott again.

1st floor was soaking wet the whole time from people coming and going from the pool it made for a very slippery hazard for everyone

The service was amazing. People in Chicago were not too friendly, but thats is what made my stay at this hotel awesome. I would definitely be staying here again. Loved the stay at the hotel the best.

We were in Chicago for a Graduation, and choose to stay at the Springhill Suite Lincolnshire. The sataff was exceptional, they goes above and beyond to maks sure my family and I had a great time. The rooms was clean and my toiletries were replenished daily. 10 out of 10 guys, you make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely return

They clean rooms every other day but they let you know upon checking in day two we found some sought of bug on the bed a picture was taken and showed to front desk staff she sent maintenance he tried to assure us it was a harmless spider that came in through the window that was very un expectable our room was switched upon me asking management never reached out to us with and apology . We did a four night stay at the property

Great customer service. Property needs updates, including new hotel room carpeting (or at least carpet cleaning), new caulk in bathroom, and fix mismatched doorknobs and hard flooring. Hair on sink and in towels, which is gross. Woken up by the smell of cigarette smoke coming through the window.

My AC did not function properly. The room never got to temp even though I cranked up the fan to high and temp to 60. I didn’t extend my stay for that reason because they were full

The 1st room they put me in was literally dirty. Without getting into too much detail- it seems they never cleaned it after the previous guest... I asked to be moved to another room and this room was fine. The treadmills at the gym have to also be cleaned from time to time... The staff at the reception is very nice and accommodating. Especially Aaron.

The staff was very accommodating when we opened the sofa bed in our room and it was stained. We checked out another room that had the same issue. Thankfully the third room we moved to was clean and ready to use. Overall, it was a great stay. The breakfast was cold at 7am, but we had plenty of other choices.

Nice hotel. Beds uncomfortable. The through the wall a/c units blow right in your face while your in bed.

Night registration desk person was not friendly. Pried into who my company was meeting in the area. Building and rooms need a thorough cleaning and remodel. Tub never drains due to compressed bottom being below drain which was also backed up. 2 week old notices in the elevator.

We were part of a wedding party. It was a greaat room. The ironing board cover was very old and we had a hard time getting cloths smooth. Great shower. Not enough counter space for women.

Property was quiet and set back from other surrounding commercial and residential properties. Close enough for a 2 night stay while we attended a music fest in Kenosha, WI.

The property and the staff were excellent. There were some other guests, a very large and loud group that made the stay a lot less enjoyable than it should have been.

At 1st they couldn’t find reservation then they put us next to stairs where gurdy made nose late and we’re up and down steps that was annoying

We booked king size bed, And when we were checking in they said they only have full size beds because they don’t have enough staff to clean the rooms

I did like the pools, convenient shopping and dining options. We were a little surprised that the staff only cleaned the room once during our 5 night stay. In addition, there was mold on the air-conditioning vents which was a little concerning.

We paid for king and only had a queen bed. There was no hot tub, like the listing states and their advertising on their tv even show it and it’s not there anymore(Igot a picture of the advertisement). False advertising. This was a big disappointment; my husband and I were on a getaway and were expecting to use the hot tub. Also, the air conditioner in our room needed a thorough cleaning. There was dirt and mold all in the grates, it was pretty disgusting. Overall it was nice, but some adjustments could be made. Thank you

This is an extremely nice hotel. Front desk women was very nice. The breakfast could use improving. We didn't use pool so no comment about that. There was no spa, but can use spa sister property, 5 minutes away.

Mediocre breakfast, no hot tub, outdated bathrooms with broken non flushing toilets. Bugs in ceiling lights. Packed with kids running and screaming every where.

And the inconvenience of only 2 elevators in the same spot instead of them being spread out on the floors.

Hotel was disgustingly dirty. Found a broken nail clipper next to the nightstand and a bunch of crumbs they didn't vacuum. Felt like a horrible father for bringing my daughter to this place. So gross.

The AC unit sounded like a John Deere idling next to the bed. It was awful. Would never recommend.

Staff was pleasant and helpful but for an extended stay suite, there were no kitchen supplies to speak of (2 paper plates and a couple plastic forks and a microwave) They should take a lesson from the Home2 suites. Breakfast offerings were pretty minimal as well.

It sure was a hotel

ZERO STARS! Both pillows had BLOOD 🩸🩸🩸 on them! We're not talking about hair on towels. We're talking about biohazard ☣️☣️☣️☣️☣️. Human pathogen! This is beyond unacceptable, even in "normal" times, let alone during a pandemic. I told the front desk and the lady didn't care. She said what do you want me to do about it, I don't have another room! I had to sleep in my car and they wouldn't refund anything. NEVER STAY HERE!!! 🛑

Very disappointed, booked a king suite. Walked in to a full double. Went down the front desk and they told me that it is not a guarantee what room you will get. I thought the whole purpose of selecting your room type before hand was to know what size room you were going to get.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. I especially liked the blueberry scones.

They show a pictures of hot tubs and when you get there the hit tub has been removed. The reason we booked

Hotel overall was very nice just a few things that needed attention.

The location was excellent for the purpose I needed. The beds were not comfortable (I informed the hotel) and the bath tub had a wavy bottom (not good for standing on.)

The staff was very nice and accommodating despite their lack of staff and their overwhelming amount of guest.

Cleaning service was once a week even though we stayed 2 weeks.

Unique is with grill in the back of the swimming pool and I don't like that the hot tub is gone for good, for the adult at least.

The staff was very friendly at check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Went to the free continental breakfast which was underwhelming. Would go out to bfast next time. Overall experience was great.

The stay was great for me and my family, book a suite for 3 but it sleeps 4. We had a very small minor issue when we first arrived with the room they gave us, but front desk fixed the issue within minutes. Room was just right for us even though we hardly ever stayed in the room because we had plans the entire weekend we were there. Breakfast was decent had a variety of different things to pick from except bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes or waffles but I didn’t complain. We had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory which is like 3 4 minutes from the hotel. The room has a refrigerator which is small but I also brought my cooler with me full of drinks and other things. Overall our stay was great, relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely book with this hotel again if and when I go back to Illinois. Hotel is 20 minutes from Six Flags Great America and the Gurnee Mills mall.
