Extended our stay as we were comfy here!

An awesome stay… very well kept and the entire staff was awesome! When you are greeted by Sharon. Her personality and care for the customer experience was felt from the start! Our family liked the hotel so much we extended our stay and the rest of the staff made our transition to our new room seamless. Rose does a great job in housekeeping.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was dated, it needs renovation.

We chose this property for its location and proximity to places we were visiting during our stay in the north suburbs. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we were given a handicap accessible room which was fine. It was on the first floor, close to an access door to the parking lot. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were there for a family visit so we didn't need the desk area but it is always helpful to have a frig to store my medicine! Breakfast is served in an area off the lobby. The offerings are varied with enough options for most diets. Ample free parking.

The rate was reasonable for the area. Breakfast was not up to standard for a Hampton Inn. I have no idea why they put out tasteless chicken sausage instead of pork.

This Hampton Inn was very clean, the staff was helpful and professional, the breakfast offerings had a good variety and tasty. The accessable room was well laid out and clean. We have another visit to the same area and we booked our stay at this Hampton Inn

Breakfast was great - make your own fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, pastries and breads, and fresh fruit. Didnt make it to the pool.

I travel to Lincolnshire at least once or twice a month, and the Hampton Inn is always my preferred lodging. The location is incredibly convenient in general, and I love being able to walk next door to get a delicious meal at Big Bowl. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the lobby is cozy and pleasant, and the breakfast is always good. Best of all, they have the nicest staff working at the front desk! They're all super helpful and kind, but the biggest bouquet has to go to Sharon. If you visit when Sharon is on duty, you have just made a local friend who will genuinely make you feel right at home. Exceptional!

Hotel can use a little updating.

Mold in the shower, room heat/ac constantly blew some sort of dust and debris into the air. Only two smallish bath towels for two people - minimal at best. Breakfast was also sparse and I hope you like a parcooked egg thing that didn’t qualify for the omelet name it was given. That’s the best way to state the condition of the room and property - minimal at best. Disappointing for a Hampton Inn.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel and room were exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast area was well kept, the food was great, and the breakfast staff was an absolute joy each morning. I felt safe, comfortable, and at ease the entire time. Everything about the stay was smooth and comfortable, and we would gladly return.

Location is great and far enough but close enough at the same time.

The hotel, as well as our room, was very clean. We were greeted when we entered and left the building.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Do to the weather the hot tea and coffe downstairs was the best ! It made our stay 100 times better ( tiny things goes a long way). Thank you

The lobby was under renovation, with tools and materials piled up everywhere, creating a very strong odor. There was no separation from the construction area, which was unsuitable for families with a two-year-old child. The surrounding area also didn't feel very safe; our car was involved in a minor accident in the parking lot. The front desk staff were not very welcoming either.

The woman at the desk was going to charge us twice for the room until we showed her our paid receipt. I don't blame her. It probably had something to do with your system. However, this also happened to us once before at your hotels.

The hotel itself was nice but the air conditioning in the rooms were ridiculous. We turned it off and it kept coming on when we were asleep. Resulted in my husband and I catching colds. The rest of our holiday was ruined due to getting ill.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Loved having a sitting room with a tv and the bedroom had a tv. Hubby watched sports and I watched Friends. The kitchen wasn’t stocked but it had what we needed.

As a family of 5, the double queen bed room was decently spacious. The pool was clean, as was the room. There are lots of good amenities, like the pool, workout room, court yard, and free (actually good) breakfast! We would definitely stay again!

The rooms are clean and fresh. The bedding is soft and cozy. The staff are friendly. I always enjoy staying at this property.

We stayed for just one night but the room was clean, supplies full, it was quiet and breakfast was good. Parking was a little difficult just because it’s located around several restaurants but it worked out just fine.

There was a wedding at the hotel. People kept talking loud, walking up and down the halls and slamming doors till about 3am. There’s two wings to the building should have put the wedding guest in one wing and people who weren’t there for the wedding in another hall. I did get asked at check in if I was there for the wedding but don’t seem to know why if it didn’t matter where I got my room at.

The stay was very nice, although I did not like the joined room for the king suite. The air conditioning in the bedroom made the stay very uncomfortable due to the climate conditions. The air did not come on as often as the living room area which made the room hot.

The hotel was very well kept. The suite was quoye spacious and comfortable for my family of 6.

Our room was not ready even an hour after check in time, girl upfront was rude and didn’t care nor apologize.

The bad, the pool was closed. The fitness room was small with only 1 treadmill and 1 bike and nothing for lifting other than a couple medicine balls. Both days there an older woman held her wok meeting while walking on the treadmill with little regard for anyone else. On ainday i checked at 7:30, 8:15 and again at 8:45 and she was still yapping away.

Quiet place didn’t feel the need to keep an eye on anything. Room was clean and neat. Local TV didn’t work, so the hotel had a couple options for TV in the rooms. That needs to be fixed. Breakfast wasn’t worth coming downstairs for. Egg’s nasty and some chicken sausage. They need work in this department bad.

Very noisy! The guests above us made noise all night. I finally was able to fall asleep around 2am. Made a complaint but that fixed nothing. The shower was horrible. The water shoots straight out towards the back wall, so it hits you directly in the face. My room was next to a side door and all night and morning we could hear the door slam. Probably would not recommend or stay again. I’m exhausted from a hotel stay!

Room was nice, spacious. Bathroom was large. Breakfast has lots of options. We were there Christmastime a few days. The only problem was the room was never made up. I think it was because they were short staffed. We asked for clean towels which we were given.

Great facility and great staff. Hotel is small, but rooms were big. Used the pool and had breakfast. Both were great. Only down side was condition of the hotel. A little rough around the edges. Windows are old and condensation was dripping onto the heater below(I informed the staff). Seems like a fire issue. Showers also has what looked like mold or mildew along the edges. A little rough there but all in all no issues.

Enjoyed the hotel very much, but it was hard to sleep because of people in the hallway being very loud after midnight.

Old friend and I got together to just hang out and talk in private. Was able to bring my dog. The room was next to a very convenient landscaped patio area with a trash can that was perfect for potty breaks. Check in was via app, as were the keys and check out. Really, it couldn't have been a nicer set up.

It was alright. Besides first thing I noticed, I went to the bathroom and a woman’s long hair was visibly on the floor. The bathroom floor definitely hadn’t been cleaned. Otherwise a clean room. I stayed 2 nights, housekeeping did not come the following morning to clean my room. I expected them to at least take the trash and dirty linens and replace them with fresh ones. When I called the front desk about it, I was informed that housekeeping came every other day. I did ask if a housekeeper could come take my trash and dirty linens and give fresh one and they did on request. There was a wides variety of breakfast items to choose from. I was really impressed with how good the breakfast was. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

The room was very spacious, clean and modern. Everything was there that you could need for a comfortable stay (kitchenette, office area, spacious bathroom). It was a very good room for a nice night's sleep - extremely quiet, black-out shades and a very comfortable bed with decent bed linens.

Nice hotel in a good location in Lincolnshire. Beds were comfortable. There were adequate power outlets for our medical devices, phones, and tablets. Bathroom was clean with adequate supply of towels. Breakfast was simple and good. Convenient onsite parking

Rooms were clean. Amazing breakfast! Pool was adequate but no whirlpool. Right next door to a great Chinese/thai restaurant and a steakhouse. I would stay here again.

The stay was great, very clean rooms. The only issue was the young lady doing our check in, was on her cellphone upon checking in and didn’t smile nor be friendly , other than that it was a great experience.

Was doing home improvement and needed a local place to stay and this Hotel was very nice and very convenient. Room was great and my two sons enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good and we where treated great!

Enjoyed my stay. Celebrated my son’s bday. Plenty of room in the suites, the kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The laundry facilities were broken and that was a major need for us. We had an unexpected need to stay overnight and did not have other clothes with us. We called the hotel and we were told they had laundry facilities but upon arrival we found they were out of service and had been for some time.
