I specifically reserved a king room, but upon arrival, I was given a double room instead. That was frustrating, especially since I booked in advance. One of the main reasons I selected this hotel was the advertised EV charging availability. However, for a hotel of this size, there were only two chargers, and both were already in use during my stay. The limited charging access should be made clearer on the website. The hotel website also advertises four restaurants, which is misleading. In reality, the dining options consisted of a bar and grill, a Starbucks, a breakfast-only café, and a small snack area. That is not what most travelers would consider four restaurants. Additionally, the internet service was very slow, and information about Wi-Fi access was not proactively provided at check-in. I had to ask for the details myself. On the positive side, I appreciated that the room TVs offered streaming services, which made it easy to relax in the evening. The room service was also quick, and the food was delicious. Overall, while there were some enjoyable aspects to the stay, the experience did not fully match my expectations.

That it has a restaurant. Tv was going out, the picture was blue. I’m not even 6’ tall and the shower head was too low. The bed was uncomfortable.

The only thing we didn’t like is that you have to pay for the wi-fi, when mostly of the hotels offer for free

The staff were very kind, and the hotel itself was quite beautiful! Housekeeping was completed while we were away, and it was done thoroughly. All in all we had a nice stay, I have nothing outstanding to complain about. :)

I have no complaints except the toilet paper dispenser is ready to fall off it’s mounting and the retainer on it is defective and the carpet could use spot cleaning.
